such a fraud company i never ever suggest rather i would go to lawyer and file a case,
i have placed an order 29th of november 2021 and it was containing 10 medicines, few of them i have received it on 1 of december.
Major medicines which are 6 items till today no updates ( 03 january 2022)
i have sent around 50 emails to care netmeds and escalation netmeds no luck
called around 1000 times and each time i need to explain them what has gone wrong, poor call center agnet no wisdom only
the mistake i made, i have seen a advertisment of netmeds says 50 % off and placed an order,
a consumer paid for his medcines and i have got a proof what i received which are yet to get, suggest me how do i file a complaint against the company for compensation adn if possible to shut the company, because these are know compliant, because company itself, i get to see almost same issues in netmeds instagram page, it means reliance are know for looting so this is once of the part,
