      I placed order for medicines on Dec 31 with delivery expected on Jan 1-2. The packet is shown out for delivery but never delivered even on Jan 4.
      Netmeds is neither committing on delivery non cancellation and refund, even after dozen of phone calls and emails.

      Such unethical and mal practices of ecom comanies must stop, they have ususal reply to wait and wait

      These ecom companies must be accountable to consumer services as well escalation process, as it is getting very serious

        I have self returned (Hepamerz tablets) a part of my order placed on 3rd December which has already reached them on 22nd December and have mailed the details regarding the courier on 20th December at [protected]@netmeds.com and have received the
        ticket number [protected].
        I have not been credited till date and have to call the customer care every single day, still they don't work on it and have made false commitment s.
        This is a total harassment.

          such a fraud company i never ever suggest rather i would go to lawyer and file a case,
          i have placed an order 29th of november 2021 and it was containing 10 medicines, few of them i have received it on 1 of december.
          Major medicines which are 6 items till today no updates ( 03 january 2022)
          i have sent around 50 emails to care netmeds and escalation netmeds no luck
          called around 1000 times and each time i need to explain them what has gone wrong, poor call center agnet no wisdom only
          the mistake i made, i have seen a advertisment of netmeds says 50 % off and placed an order,
          a consumer paid for his medcines and i have got a proof what i received which are yet to get, suggest me how do i file a complaint against the company for compensation adn if possible to shut the company, because these are know compliant, because company itself, i get to see almost same issues in netmeds instagram page, it means reliance are know for looting so this is once of the part,

            जब भी मैं नेटमेड्स कस्टमर केयर पर कॉल करता हूं तो उन्होंने कहा कि मुझे 24 घंटे, 2 दिन, 7 से 10 दिनों के भीतर रिफंड मिल जाएगा, 30 दिनों के बाद भी मुझे कोई रिफंड नहीं मिला। हर बार कस्टमर केयर ने मुझे एक नया टिकट नंबर दिया और कहा कि मेरी समस्या हल हो गई लेकिन कुछ भी हल नहीं हुआ। मैं 2015 से नेटमेड्स का ग्राहक हूं लेकिन इस बार मैं वास्तव में बहुत निराश हूं...

                  Refund for Returned Order not processed since last 3 months
                  This is related to a medicine order ending with '03967A' for which delivery was delayed a lot
                  As a result and the need of medicine i wanted to cancel this but due to current app feature where you cannot cancel once shipped so he
                  asked to accept the delivery and then call back for raising return request I called customer care to raise a return request s i cannot place return myself due to outdated app
                  I did the same and the complete Order2-2 of above order was returned for which refund was suppose to be initiated
                  Its been 3 months now no refund and everytime customer care is giving different information and couple of even lied saying the refund is initiated which was not true which even Todays customer care admitted whom i talked to on 21/12/2021
                  Now the things is its been 3 months and i have not received the refund
                  Company has dragged this case to 3 months now intentionally that they are now saying they cannot do anything as there is no Return record itself in the system which is different to what was updated to me earlier
                  I need my refund back which is around 1350 Rs

                    I am Nagendra Saragadam and i have Purchased a product vitamin c serum worth of 1300+ in Netmeds and i recieved product which is in used condition. for the same i have raised a complaint and also called your customer support to replace the product it is almost more than a week now and i have not received any update about it.

                      I have ordered a product on 7th Dec and requested for the cancellation of product, but the delivery person arrived with the product the next day. The delivery boy refused to cancel the product. Before receiving the product I requested customer care service to cancel the product. But promised me that they will raise "Returns" for the product and 100% refund and asked me to take product. When I called after 10 days they raised ticket for refund. It's been already 20 days but there is no solution. Whenever I make a call they are raising ticket for refund, but there is no refund. I received the product only after confirming with the netmeds.

                      They have clearly mentioned that product can be cancelled at the time of delivery.

                      Still there is no response from netmeds end. Now, when I called them they were raising Reverse pickup but it is not happening. I have raised complaint 10 times and they have raised reverse pickup and refund 10 times. I have the call recording of requesting me to take product on 10th dec. Now its been already 25 days but no response.

                      Whether reversal pickup is initiated or not I want my refund back. I have lost hope in the netmeds. I have never faced this kind of difficulties with any of E-commerce. I want netmeds to refund me in immediate on first priority basis.

                        I would like to bring to your attention that my booking ID[protected]W was cancelled without any information. Firstly I would inform you that I am accident patient and have been taking bed rest as per doctor advised. Also bring your attention that I am diabetic patient. I am facing harassment from your team. I have no medicine stock at present and that is why I have booked on priority basis. Now please suggest what I will do at present because your team cancelled my above booking. When I was contacted by your team that time came to know that my booked ID was cancelled. I am surprised that no one contacted and informed me that my booked ID[protected]W was cancelled.                           Whenever I call netmeds customer care they told I get refund within 24hrs, 2days, 7 to 10 days bt after 30days I didn't get any refund..every time customer care give me a new ticket number and told that my problem solve but nothing solve. I am a customer of netmeds since 2015 but this time I am realy very very disappointed.

                            The order delivered against[protected]A order number was empty and didn't contain any medicine.
                            I have filed numerous complaints, and over 20 reminders for a resolution but it seems going on a deaf ear.
                            I was told on 16th Dec that I will get the medicine or money but there after no action has been taken. Each time I send an email I get a response that it will be solved in 24-48 hrs. The service I am experiencing now is really pathetic un responsive and un coperative . It seems legal option is the only way out as I can't let them go like this. Anyone can help me in knowing how to send legal notice as I have sufficient evidence witness, unresponsive over 20 emails reminders and a customer recording where they said it's there mistake and they will resolve it.

                                  As it was around 1.5 half months over, and no satisfactory response is provided to me from your side. Even after following all the criteria and providing all the required information I have not received my refund it. Customer care has given me a false statement that I will get my refund by the end of the day, But Unfortunately, I have not received it.

                                    My Netmeds First Membership is valid till 4th March.

                                    My Present Order No.[protected]A was placed on 21/12/2021
                                    . After placing the order I discovered that the 25% discount on medicines available to me was not applied at checkout which went unnoticed by me. THis means full MRP was charged to me. As a Netmeds First Member I was supposed to get this discount automatically. So I thought the total amount I paid was Rs.4501.20 is after this discount, but was in fact before discount . That means I suffered a huge loss by making this order. That is about a loss of RS.1125.3

                                    I want the discount amount to be refunded to me at the eariest.

                                    No action has been taken by the company other than acknowledging the receipt of the complaint and it is more than a month. "A new Ticket (6401022073) has been assigned to your query. A customer service executive will be assigned to your ticket and contact you within 24 to 36 business hours." This is the last message I got from them. All my calls to their customer service says the matter will be resolved in 36 to 48 hours. Please note that I could have purchased the medicines locally at more or less at the same discounted price. But the difference was I could get netmeds medicines at my home but I have go out and my medicines to buy it locally in my old age. If this matter is not getting resolved shortly by making a refund of the discount I will have to decide not to buy anything from Netmeds. George Jacob
