Hi Team,

So far, only 3 out of 4 medicines in this order[protected]ASO1) have been delivered. Another sub-order (1 prescribed-medicine) of the same order still shows the status ShipmentHeld. The same shipment address (which is correct) has been used for the many Netmeds orders in the recent past.
In this regard, I called and emailed their customer support several times but they committed it would be delivered by next day but NO progress yet for long days. Also, I spoke to their delivery-partner (ecomexpress.in) and they are telling Netmeds has to UNLOCK the OFD (Out for delivery) lock from their side and then they will do the delivery.

My ailing father residing in my hometown awaiting to receive this prescribed-medicine for the past 15 days.
Please facilitate to deliver it at the earliest.

I am NOT sure why so much hassle on this Netmeds order which was originally placed on 04Dec2021 (Saturday), due to technical glitch in their system the order got processed only on 08Dec2021 (Wednesday) after my repeated follow-up with their customer-care team.

Actually, after that prolonged delay, we fetched the address of the delivery center where it was dumped for 10 days and then we went ~15 KMS in person to collect that package from ECOMEXPRESS.
Again, the same delivery issue on my next order too. Seems their courier partner (EcomExpress) team is dumping it stating false reason in their system.

    This is not trusted site as mentioned... They are totally unprofessionals it's been 26 days they are not refunding my money... Even calling customer care for many times their is no proper response
    They say reapetedly within 24 hours money will be credited till now didn't got my money they even disconnecting my call...my order number is[protected]MSO1 I strongly recommend to delete this app from play store this is fraud app this is my review in play store

The medicine which I received was not in proper condition trying to return since 14th December but no resolution is provided by netmeds neither refunded... Very worst experience worst service stop showing adds which gives great promises...

        I ordered medicines as per prescription through netmeds paid using Amazon pay wallet but soon after the payment my order got declined by netmeds stating no reason.It has been now 15 days from the time of reinitiation but no result and it feels like cheated.I pledge that I will make other people aware of such fraud website and will not buy ever again on netmeds.I will move towards filing a case if matter not solved by the website cause its serious.

            Order[protected]W) was placed on 31st October and amount was deducted from my account.. Netmed website shows the order delivered whereas I did not receive the order. Also they are failing to give me the tracking details of the shipment.. am following with Netmeds for somany weeks either to deliver the medicine or cancel and refund money. No actions so far.

              Called to protest today... and received assurances, but then the same reply again in couple of hours.

              NETMEDS have to get the act together to resolve this issue. It is not an expensive loss, but if this is the attitude it reflects very poorly.

              Resolution required is delivery of the balance items, and a sincere/genuine investigation on where it has gone wrong.

                Hii Sir,

                I am Rajesh Patwari currently staying in Bangalore. I have ordered the tablets from the Netmeds on 14th Dec'21 and the expected delivery was 17th Dec'21. Part of my orders was received on 17th Dec'21 but the infections tablets order is not delivered yet. I have called to the customer care team number of times at least more than 10 times and even sent a mails also but no one is taking it seriously and they are saying that they have forwarded the information to the concerned team.

                I have requested for the tracking details but whatever they have provided that is not showing on the site.

                If 1 dose miss means the infection of my body will increase and now it is increased only but this team is not caring about the customer and even they are not sharing me the senior person and the courier partners contact details.

                Request you to please take up this issue with their legal team because this is related to someones life issue and this team is not taking any care at all.

                    My father placed order on 8th Dec 21 for approx Rs 6000 for my mother who is a High diabetic and high BP patient recovering from paralysis. The order for all medicines were taken and assured delivery was given before 12 Dec 21. They arranged to dispatch first lot which got help in some courier issue and the customer care asked us to cancel it and reorder that has not arrived yet (19 Dec 21). The second lot they informed that one item has MRP changed but why did they take the order without checking the MRP or availability of stock? They demanded the extra price for the change and held up the dispatch. Even my father deposited the difference amount on 14th Dec 21. Still we don't have any dispatch of both the lots. We have to continuously follow up with their customer care whether they have dispatched it at earliest since these are critical medicines. This is a severe mismanagement and harassing a senior citizen who has been a regular customer. These are quite expensive medicine, should my father keep buying medicines due to this uncertainty of delivery ? I think this is not acceptable and should be raised such that old aged patients does not go through this harassment. (NetMed ticket Number: [protected]). All these false advertisements on TV with big celebrities' does not confirm on quality and service. This is complete customer cheating and harassment.

                            I had accidentally order incorrect medicine which I returned at reliance store and submitted the tracking details to [protected]@Netmeds but it’s been one month I m following up for the reversal and still Netmeds team is asking for tracking details.                               Hi,

                              On 1st Dec, i asked your team to cancel the Oximeter as doctor removed it from prescription,
                              But your team didn't understood & dispatched the item,
                              Then they asked me to return once i receive the same,

                              On 4th Dec, the delivery person delivered the oximeter packet, & same day i requested your team to arrange a pickup for returning this item,
                              On 5th Dec, Delhivery agent picked up to Oximeter (I have handed over in a sealed packet, as i have received the same)

                              On 9th Dec, it reached your Delhi fulfillment center,
                              From that day, till date, i am continuously following up for my refund, but getting no resolution,

                              If i am not getting my refund today, i am taking this to awareness to other customers to not to shop on netmeds via Social Media influencer account,

                              Please stop frustrating me for my genuine refund,
                              I am suffering since 15 days due to your team,

                              I am just saying that my Oximeter (from Order ID[protected]A) refund is pending to be initiated from your end, this was also returned along with the pick up of order[protected]W, because i was not clear that which return the courier person has come to pickup,

                              Your Delhi fulfillment center has already received the Oximeter seal packed on 9th Dec 21, then why there is so much delay for refund ?

                              Please just do one thing, call your Delhi fulfillment center, & ask them whether they have received it as i am saying, & accordingly initiate my refund on top priority,
                              If needed, please take me over conference call, i can even connect you with the courier person who picked up my parcel along with the original return request,

                              There is no benefit of irritating a regular customer, it will be good for everyone if my my problem gets resolved asap,
                              Even if its taking time at your end, kindly please inform me, because non reply is not seemed to be that someone is working on my issue,
                              I can understand that things take some time, but i am already waiting since 9th Dec 21, even your customer service team was not ready to tell that i can reach out to you too for help, Very disgusting experience first time with Netmeds,

                              I have also sent mails to Escalation team & Grievance officer also, but there is no solution provided by them too.

                              For any other customers who want to purchase medicines, should go with Tata 1mg, they value their customer's time, & money, & quick service for issue 24/7.

                                I have ordered the medicine on Dec5th till now the medicine is not delivered but the status is showing as Delivered... I have given complete details to netmeds including the delivery person phone number ... even after giving all the necessary details netmeds is not able to resolve the issue... whenever i call the customer care, they are saying 24-48hrs ... but they are not sending the medicine nor providing the refund...

                                  Refund not received for damaged medicine

                                  The medicine bottle I received on this order was almost empty. I raised a complaint with required pictures and Netmeds and they assured that the money will be refunded. They also asked me to share my bank account details. It is more than a month and they have still not refunded my amount.

                                  I have raised escalations, grievances, called customer support more than 10 times and also looped in CEO, still no action is taken. Raising...

                                  I have raised order with Netmeds on 25th Nov and I have assured that it will get delivered by 3-4 days but still it's not delivered to me.

                                  There is an update in your portal it's delivered but I haven't received this shipment nor received any call from the courier partner.

                                  I'm taking follow-up and raise compliant with your customer service but nobody is bothering to support me and just disconnecting calls.

                                  This is really shocking the way my case is handled by Netmeds. Requesting youre urgent intervene on this.

                                    On December 12th I made a big mistake by placing an order on netmesapp. Amount is deducted from my Gpay account (transaction ID:[protected] and it is showing status as "purchase confirmed". Attached payment details screen shot. But on app order was not updated. Yesterday I called customer care and raised a complaint with ID [protected] and I was told that amount will be refunded till yesterday end of the day. Yet nothing was processed. Today I also called and I came to know that no one was processing the complaint. Please refund the whole amount ASAP.

                                      I have talked many times with customer care team. They are telling that they will escalate this issue with seniors. Standard answer every time. I asked to transfer the call to seniors or provide senior contact number to discuss. They didn't provide that also. Your customer care team is not at all supporting to resolve issues. Please look into it and provide solution as soon as possible.
