[protected] is my mobile number and there I ordered some medicines however my order has not been placed . Refund my money, otherwise, I file a complaint against you .[protected]@gmail.com is my Gmail. Refund my money as soon as possible and now if you won't respond I will severely take police action against you and complaint a case in high court for making fraud things..

It's been 3 days no update...

    Not refund total prepaid amount of Order ID #[protected]W in last 13 days

    Issue with Netmeds:

    1. Netmeds change the my order without any intimate.

    2. Online showing order is delivered However i did not got any order from Netmed. Why online showing delivered status?

    3. I booked order the medicine for 30 days with a legal prescription then netmeds provide only 6 days medicine due to this order has been cancelled.

    However 13 days has gone but did not find the refund total amount of Order ID #[protected]W

            My mom expired on 18th Nov'21 & I raised a returns request for unused medicines on 1st Dec'21. Its been 40 days now & multiple phone calls to the agents, multiple chats & even escalations to the team ([protected]@netmeds.com) have not yielded any results.
            Its a Reliance company now & strange they are taking customers for a ride. Although a ticket has been raised no once comes to pick up the order & they just keep asking me to wait for 2 to 3 days. Never ever order from these cheats!!!

              Canceled the order more than 20 days before

              Got refund of delivery charges. But for this order I voucher which company is not allowing me to use for next order.

              I have to cancel the order as they didn't delivered it within time

              Request you to please revoke my used voucher so that I can use same for next order

                I have received wrong product actually i have ordered Coehb plus capsules but received tablets.

                  As it was around 1.5 month over, and no satisfactory response is provided to me from your side. Even after following all the criteria and providing all the required information I have not received my refund.

                  Customer care has given me a false statement that I will get my refund by the end of the day, But Unfortunately, I have not received it. Whenever I call netmeds they give me a new ticket number and told me that your problem resolve but nothing solve.

                    Submitting the complaint for the second time as there is no further updated to my previous complaint raised on 14-Dec.

                    The medicine bottle I received on this order was almost empty. I raised a complaint with required pictures and Netmeds and they assured that the money will be refunded. They also asked me to share my bank account details. It is more than a month and they have still not refunded my amount.

                    I have raised escalations, grievances, called customer support more than 10 times and also looped in CEO, still no action is taken. Raising this complaint for getting refund of my medicine.

                      I have ordered few things from Netmeds and it was supposed to deliver On December 24th. When I checked the tracking details it was showing that the order already reached near by area the day before itself. So I keep on waiting couple of days and then called the customer care and they informed that there is some issue with site and my package got missed in the transit, then I requested for a refund. Even after multiple chasers no progress at all.

                      Till today 6th of January the refund is not processed mentioning that the package has not yet received by shipper.

                      I am not sure as an end customer why I need waste my time and money for inabilities of Netmeds delivery system.

                      This is something unacceptable.

                          I ordered medicines as per prescription through netmeds paid using upi but soon after the payment my order got declined by netmeds stating no reason.i have all the me transaction id to support my argument, It feels like cheated.I pledge that I will make other people aware of such fraud website and will not buy ever again on netmeds.I will move towards filing a case if matter not solved by the website cause its serious.

                                3. When online check the order then call to customer care and cancel the order then does not refund the total money in the last 9 days.

                                However I have already requested to customer care for cancel the medicine and did not deliver the medicine. But online showing delivered status.

                                Why online showing delivered status. I an send email regular to [protected]@netmeds.com..But customer care is not taking action..

                                  [protected]M order was placed for Accucheck Instant strips on 17/12/2021.

                                  The order was not delivered till 29/12/2021. When contacted Netmed it was informed that the item is with courier guy and will be delivered.
                                  Courier guy never turned up so finally requested Netmed to refund the amount.
                                  Still Netmed has not responded on refund amount.
                                  Request your support to refund the amount as the material was never delivered

                                      I placed my order on 31st Dec, 2021 and received a message stating that my orders will be delivered between Jan 1st and 2nd, 2022. on 3rd Jan I received a message regarding that my product is out for delivery and will be reaching soon. message also included delivery associate contact number but now when I called that delivery associate, he is telling that he never worked with Netmeds and netmeds is sharing his number unnecessarily and cheating people. nobody is responding the customer care number.

                                      I request netmeds to take necessary action to track me order and get it delivered to my location or refund the amount. My order number is PF[protected].
