I had ordered medicines from Netmeds on 21st Nov. It was never delivered inspite of repeated follow ups. Finally I asked for a refund on 1st Dec.

Again after repeated calls and follow ups all I get to hear is that it would be done "ASAP", "on priority", "next 48 hours" etc.

Need to complain about this horrible customer service. They are cheating people

    Sir,
    I have placed order on Netmeds on 1st of Nov21 based on the confirmation Medicines will be delivered before 4th Nov payment was done while placing the order itself. Only few Medicines were delivered rest of the Medicines are not delivered. Refund is requested from 5th Nov till date not yet received. Whenever contact Netmeds team inform sorry and you will get the refund as soon as possible.

        Why you give wrong delivery date if you can't deliver medicines in your given date?My medicines are over and while ordering, delivery date was given on 9th dec..but till now I did not receive.. today is 12th dec..why your company is not serious of giving correct delivery date of ordered medines..other medicine brand deliver before there given delivery date.. but your company is useless and worthless of doing such mistakes..I thought your brand is good than others..but I was wrong..you are worst

          Dear Sir/madam,

          Regretfully I wish to inform you that I had placed an order via the above order id on 26th of Nov 2021, but had returned the same on 5th of Dec, 2021 via AWB No.[protected].

          As informed to me, the amount would be credited to my NMS WALLET within 24 hours . Although, I waited for around days but no mount reflected in my account when i tried to reach ur customer service team.

          1. on wednesday, they informed me that it will be credited in hours max, however it didnt.

          2. On thursday, I spoke to Priyanka who informed me that the courier company has not updated the status and now it should be done in 24 hours and she also provided me the request id which is [protected], but it didnt.

          3. I followed up on Friday morning, wherein they told me that the status has already been updated now, and it shall reflect in my account in max 1 to 2 hours, but alas

          4. I followed up on Friday afternoon, for the update, where I spoke to ASHUTOSH, who informed me that the package was never received by me to get the refund from NMS, after much details that i Provided, he spoke to his team and then he said that it will take more 24 hours to get the issue resolved. When I insisted on providing me the escalation point he said that he was much qualified to attend my query, and then in the end he gave me the escalation email id as [protected]@NETMEDS.COM.

          I am writing this email to you after verifying the escalations on GOOGLE and it is very sad that the customer has to go through such a level of harassment from the team just to know the ESCALATION level and refund.

          I REQUEST YOU TO KINDLY GET THE ISSUE RESOLVED. YOU ARE KINDLY REQUESTED TO REACH ME ON MY BELOW NOS

              I sent the package as requested via Delhivery and forwarded the tracking details too.. the package has been delivered to netmeds.. and they refunded me in netmed super cash.. I want the refund in the mode I paid .. with netmed super cash I have to spend another 5k to use the refunded amt and also need to pay the money in adv as no cod available… I lost faith in netmed.. give customers money back i[censored] can’t deliver the medicine.                     Netmeds doesn’t deliver the products or refund money on missing products.

                    Deduct money don’t deliver the products and don’t refund also.

                    Emergency medication will never be delivered on time despite informing them.

                    Customers health, time and money is at stake. Please do not order from here.

                      Been a month now I am reaching out to. netmeds team via email and call on my missing medication from the package delivered.

                      Every time new person copy pastes same message on mail. Saying we will look into it and their is no response.

                      Over call they asked me to request for refund which I did and no response on that as well.

                      I am highly disappointed with netmeds service this time. I used to be regular loyal customer of netmeds and really liked the service.

                      This is my first shocking and bitter experience with netmeds. No response and action taken so far on my requests and communication.

                      Ordered on 3rd Nov ‘21 it’s Dec 9th, I got no hopes on any solution and desired refund from the company.

                      Unfortunately, My total loss from ordering with this website. They are just delaying and not responding so I ultimately give up on following up on my medication.

                        I had put medicine order (Order ID[protected]A) for couple of medicines on 21-Nov-2021.

                        The NetMeds app shows one of the medicine as delivered on 22-Nov-21, but in reality it didn't.

                        Called NetMeds Customer Care eight times (Starting 23-Nov, .. 6-Dec, 8-Dec).
                        Customer care every time promises to address the issue within 24-48 hours, but it is not yet resolved even after two weeks of follow up.

                          I am having a Netmeds prime membership till 29/05/2022.Ever since I became a prime member, the problems started like late delivery, no response from customer care etc.I am facing lot of issues with the orders and delivery.I have placed an order on[protected]A on 02/12/2021 and I got the information at the time of order that it will be delivered by 04/12/2021.Till today the order was not delivered and your customer care team has noclueon the delivery.Actually the product has reached Bangaore WH on 04/12/2021 and the delivery hub is located with in 6 kms of my area. Till now it was not delivered.I have contacted the delivery person and he informed that the product was not delivered asI my phone was not reachable.I had requested the delivery person on 05/12/2021 for delivery and he had infored that the same will be delivered in the second shift.( Delivery person number .[protected]).Your delivery location is located within 3 kms of my location could not understand the reason for delay in delivery by 3 days.I had waited for the delivery of the product till today morning and had purchased the product from your competitor who had delivered the product within 4 hrs.Surprised to see how a big brand like Reliance is hiring such poor logistics companies who can not deliver the product within 3 days where the delivery location is within 3 Kms.Please note that the medicines ordered were simple medicines which does not require 5 days time for delivery.Please note that its not a commodity which can be used later, as there is nopoint in delivering the medicines after they buy from some other source.Noone in the world knows when he will become sick and need medicines and ideally the product to be delivered within hours of placing the order. This is not the first time and i amfacing the issue for the last 6 orders.Can some one resolve the issue please? Other wise let us meet in consumer forum.

                            I have ordered medicines in Netmeds on 20th Nov 2021. Next day, partial medicines are delivered and remaining medicines are not delivered (Order ID:[protected]A) so far. After having multiple calls to their Team, no one responded properly.

                            After 2 weeks of time, again i connected customer service, during that discussion I came to know that Netmeds cancelled the order without my notice. Again with my request they have created new order request for delivery of medicines. But they have done fraud by updated the status as Delivered without doing delivery and no tracking details.

                            Need proper resolution and penalty from Netmeds for their fraud to customers.

                                Hi,

                                I had ordered medicines for my parents who are senior citizens on 21st. The box had the right name but the wrong contents inside the package.

                                The bill and medicines were someone else's.

                                As per their mentioned process, I had immediately mailed them the images and bill nos, which they acknowledged.

                                Since then I have called multiple times and mailed multiple times but there is no resolution or timelines to a resolution.

                                They're delivery partner is uninterested to pickup the medicines and neither them or Netmeds care about the fact that medicines are an important life changing entity.

                                Delivery delays with medicines are not acceptable. Especially with the amounts medicines cost.

                                We are stuck as the money was prepaid to them.

                                To this day they which is 6th December, they keep mentioning someone will come and pick up the medicines and then refund will be processed.

                                Really really pathetic service and pathetic company.

                                  I have place my order on Netmeds 13th Oct and it's showing me as delivered on 18th without my acknowledgment and medicine also not delivered on given address.

                                  I have called many time for same concern and they always keep giving false comment like your issue will be resolve next 24 or 48hrs and also they are not to transfer call to senior team

                                  I have followed with Netmeds team and ask them for delivery person details to reach out but they don't have any details then they agreed for Refund the money.

                                  Now, i'm struggling for more then two month for get my refund.

                                    Netmeds twice cancelled my order without my asking and without informing me. I was trying to chase up an undelivered item - for the second time - and even while their customer service dept are assuring me of delivery, another wing has cancelled the order. They then have the impertinence to say I requested this.
                                    In view of their lack of ability to appropriately deal with this issue I am transferring business to another online pharmacy company. The items they are selling are too crucial to warrant such casual inefficient response.

                                      I haven't received refunds from 2 orders from Netmeds. The details of the same are following:

                                      I haven't received the refund for my Order ID[protected]A. I had raised a complaint also for same but still no refund.

                                      Also, I had paid for the Order ID[protected]A. The order got declined from your end. There is no response about the money which has to be refunded.
