      I had ordered medicines on October 30, 2021 due to delay in delivery I asked them to cancel the order and initiate refund. I have called more than 15 times and they always give a tat of 24 hours but till date nothing has happened.
      They don’t even bother to help customer.

        Your's delivery Agent refuses to deliver of my order. I asked delivery Agent to deliver my product in mentioned place which I already given with my order but he replied me that the medicine is out of market. Order:PF[protected] from Qwik of your product, AWB:[protected] of Rs.379.0

          I placed an order(Order Id[protected]SRF) on Nov 08, 2021 1:58 PM. Amount = Rs.3, 142.69. Medicine was not delivered till 10 days. Then I cancelled the order. Refund is not initiated yet after calling several times no one answers and they don't reply to mail. Worst company service in India.

            I suppose to get my medicines on Nov 14, and it is Nov 20 today, still I didn't recieve my order and the status shows delivered.

            There is no proper response from your side even after multiple follow ups.
            whenever I call the customer service, they raise a new ticket, but no resolution. How could you run a medicine delivery business? With this kind of support. If people buy life saving medicines from netmeds, i don't think they will be alive at the time they recieve the medicines, this is what I can infer from your service.

            I spent all my amount in medicines for a month, the amount got locked and I don't have medicines. All these medicines are must for my father health and I don't have money to get it from outside now. This is so horrible and depressing.

            Please, I beg you to return my money and I will get my medicines outside and I can't wait any longer, it's so urgent I have to buy medicines for my father. You guys making my life more miserable.

            I will never make this mistake again buying from netmeds.

              I have ordered medicine for heart patient along with prescription on 09.11.21 vide order ID[protected]A you have mentioned that the medicine will be delivered within 24 hours almost 11 days are are gone the patient has been suffered the health issues because of non delivery of medicine we are taking the issue to the consumer court and any critical or serious issues happens to patient you will be liable for the cause and consequences .

                I order medicine on oct 27th and till the date its not delivered. So i request customer care to cancel the order, they agreed on it. Now after that its been 1 week and still refund is not initiated. Also whenever i call they tell it will be resolved in 24 hr.

                I dont know when this 24hr comes :(

                  My order id is[protected]A. I had ordered for medicines. Due to some confusion in address, I asked for cancellation of my order but till date my order has not been cancelled and my money has yet not been refunded. It has almost been 20 days. Netmeds has such a pathetic service. I have called your customer care atleaat 15 times. They have same response. I request you to refund my money.

                    I ordered 6 medicines through netmeds on Nov 4, 2021 and received it on Nov 6th (Order ID[protected]A). On opening the box, I found that 4 strips of medicines were damaged with the aluminium foil torn and medicines exposed to the open. I sent a mail to [protected]@netmeds.com the same night. On receiving their reply, I took up the matter with [protected]@netmeds.com the next day. I received a message that my return pickup will happen on Nov 8th. The person from Delhivery duly came but while checking the products, announced that the pick up has been cancelled.
                    Since then I have written several mails to Netmeds (on Nov 8, 9, 10, 12 and 14th). I got stock reply - they are arranging for return pick up/ my compaint has been taken up with their escalation team. Result is big zero.
                    I am shifting my residence tomorrow, which has also been mentioned in my mail/ telephonic conversation. So, it now appears that the pick up will not happen at all.
                    I have paid app Rs 600 on the damaged medicines which will be lost.

                      I have received damaged product from Netmeds & complained about same on 31/10/2021. In-spite of my repeated mail & calls neither the product got replaced nor my money was returned back.

                        Worst App!! Very very bad service. I had ordered some urgent medicines through PREPAID ORDER and its been complete 2 months now & there is no clue of my parcel nor any delivery update. On calling customer care, they just say that we'll forward ur request to our team, but still there is no information about my parcel... On asking for refunds, they say "How do we know that you have not got the parcel?" On asking for arranging re- shipment they say your complaint has been forwarded to our courier department wait for 24 hours.
                        Its been 2 months now & highest limit of patience. I'm fed up now.

                            I have ordered an asthma inhaler and BP tablets on 1st. Nov, 2021 with Order ID[protected]A (prepaid order of Rs. 789.69) on Netmeds. The medicine was supposed to be delivered by 4th. Nov, 2021.
                            But the order is still in processing state since 2 weeks. I have called their customer care support number ([protected]) several times and every time they say that it will be delivered within 48 hours but its not even dispatched yet. I have mailed several times to [protected]@netmeds.com and [protected]@netmeds.com but I have been receiving the same reply for nearly a week that they have packed the medicines and waiting for their dispatch team to hand over the courier but they do not tell me the reason behind this delay or from which city will my medicines be coming or which courier will they be sending through.
                            So Netmeds is replying since last week that my medicines are ready and yet they cannot answer why have they not dispatched yet. They always dispatch medicines within 24 hours of order placed. Its clear that they are lying. They are holding my money for 2 weeks but are not dispatching the medicines from their side.
                            Those medicines are very urgent and I have already been missing the doses. But all Netmeds have are their diplomatic answers and although they are dealing with medicines but they don't have any concern for their customer's health.

                              The order is still now not delivered to me which I ordered on 31st October due to you wrongly generated the pickup tracking ID instead of the delivery tracking ID . I also contacted the customer service department from 7 days for several times but they didn't solved my problem still now .so kindly take necessary action to deliver my order by generating the new delivery tracking id.                                 Hi, I ordered for medicines on 5th nov and the delivery date given was 10 nov. But the medicines were not even couriered till 10-Nov. Called and spoke to one of your reps and I was assured that the medicines will be delivered a day late due to some issues and I was ok with that. But its end of day today, 12- nov and the medicines have not moved from the source. This is really annoying as I hv medicines left just for a day. Please confirm as to when can I expect it delivered.

                                        Order[protected]W not received. Status show delivered.
                                        When I call them on their helpline they keep me waiting and when I get connected they immediately disconnect the phone. They disconnect every call and that's why my queue number changed from 24, to 18, 4 and then 1 in less than 30 seconds.
