I suppose to get my medicines on Nov 14, and it is Nov 20 today, still I didn't recieve my order and the status shows delivered.
There is no proper response from your side even after multiple follow ups.
whenever I call the customer service, they raise a new ticket, but no resolution. How could you run a medicine delivery business? With this kind of support. If people buy life saving medicines from netmeds, i don't think they will be alive at the time they recieve the medicines, this is what I can infer from your service.
I spent all my amount in medicines for a month, the amount got locked and I don't have medicines. All these medicines are must for my father health and I don't have money to get it from outside now. This is so horrible and depressing.
Please, I beg you to return my money and I will get my medicines outside and I can't wait any longer, it's so urgent I have to buy medicines for my father. You guys making my life more miserable.
I will never make this mistake again buying from netmeds.
