This is to bring to your notice that I had placed an order through netmeds app on 17th September 2021. The estimated date of delivery was give 18-19 september 2021 but the medicines were not delivered in the assigned time frame. After giving several calls to their customer care service, I was assured of receiving the items within a certain time frame but again it failed. A few days later, the delivery status was marked as delivered for my items.
I again called the service center for resolving the issue but again no output from their side. I wrote my first complaint email on 3rd October 2021 for resolving this matter, but only reply I have been getting is about generating issue tickets and giving 24-48 hours for resolving them. Since that day, I have been writing emails and calling the service center but there is no response to solving this issue.
I had asked for a refund but nothing of such sort has been initiated. I talked to their senior executive Mr. Kevin who again assured that my refund has been initiated and will be credited withing 48 hrs but it has been more than 2 weeks since then.
I am attaching several screenshots regarding my order details and few of the emails received from the customer service agents.
I keep ordering items online but Netmeds has the turned out to be having the worst online dealing service I have seen and highly non-friendly to customers. Their customer dealing and issue solving capability is the worst.
Medicines are the most prioritized items which should be delivered at the earliest, they are not luxury but a necessity. A person is already not well and is on medication, I missed an evening dose just because I was assured that my items will be delivered on priority, and on top of that now I have to deal with such fraudulent agents in this condition of being unwell.
Netmeds customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
