I had ordered some medicines from netmeds on 3 Oct and it never went into delivery until it was reminded to them over email. So it took around 10 days to deliver the medicine instead of 2 days which was promised. Another big issue was that one of the medicines took around 15 days and was still not delivered, so i had to cancel the order for that as it was too late i no more needed it. Now the entire order is complete and i have the refund, but they are unable to close the order on their platform. Unless they do that, i will not get the supercash in my account, amounting to more than Rs 4000. Already written 4 emails explaining the problem, but they keep replying they will resolve the issue ‘at earliest’. Its a simple problem of closing the order at their platform and they are still unable to do it. Customer care department is a joke

        I placed a prepaid order with them on 24Oct 2021 worth INR I822.29
        The estimated delivery date was 27 October. I have been trying to contact them repeatedly regarding my order but they are not telling me when will I get the same. The tracking id shows from 27oct it has been shipped from Maharashtra and it is still in Maharashtra as on 29 Oct 11:15 pm.

        I happened to read reviews and I got to know that they are doing the same with every customer and most of them have never got their package delivered.
        Please help!

          I have not received delivery of my medicines even after 7 days the online payment has been done. They have breached the promised delivery date by now more than 4 days. I always receive a response to wait for 24 hours after calling their customer care number everyday.

            My order has not been delivered.

            [protected]ASO1,[protected]ASO2 &[protected]ASO3 has been returned as undelivered by the courier Ecomm Express.

            Being a Netmeds first customer, I expected priority and urgency in delivery. Both failed.
            The courier company delivered xxxxx AS02, but failed to deliver AS01 & AS03 citing unable to locate issue ... How is that possible that they can locate it once but not the 2nd and third time.

            Ontop of that NETMEDS CRM is completed uncoordinated, and I keep getting different people joining conversation wthout knowing the background and starting from where it al began.
            I am being asked the question time and again if I want a refund or reshippment ... Ofcourse I need it reshipped, this is not clothes or household stuff but MEDICINE. On top of that they should be compensating me with this complete lack of service to a Netmeds First customer.

            I kindly request you to investigate both the courier company that is treating medicine in such callous manner and Netmeds for not doing their part in service delivery.

            Is this how Netmeds responds to complaints . They don't even have the decency to call a " Netmeds First" customer to apologize.

            Does this response says when they will deliver ??? Does this response talk of compensation ???? Does this response talk of the investigation they carried out for this failure ??

            All this reply it is a standard template reply from their archives and simple cut paste with a name change at the top.

            It remains undelivered !!! Would Netmeds like me to wait till next year to deliver. For gods sakw do the realise they are in biz of delivering medicine and not clothes or houseold items

              I have a issue regarding order showing delivered but not delivered but not delivered to me
              As i have rejected the order due to late delivery and this is a prepaid order

              And the very next day i have received a mail that order has been delivered but i have rejected it
              So i have raised a complaint with netmeds

              Today it has been 1 month passed but their is no resolution provided to this case
              They are just fooling
              And also they have not refunded my money

                I ordered medicine from netmeds even after proper prescription they delivered me wrong medicine. I hope they exchange it as soon as possible. Since they are lacking in delivering the product also it's very poor. I want to exchange my medicine according to my prescription. I recieved GLYPTEN 20mg instead of GLYPTEN M 20/500MG.

                  I ordered some medicines on 13th October. Two of those medicines not delivered inspite of innumerable calls and e mails. A patient can not delay in starting the treatment due to the fault of company. I want refund of my money and compensation for non delivery of medicine and patient suffering.

                    Ordered medicines on 18.10.21 and till now not received. Everyday, when I call customer care, they will say it will reach today. But, still not received. Worst service I have seen till now. They don't understand the seriousness of the urgent medicines to be delivered. My order ID[protected]M. They must close the business. Unnecessarily torturing people with worst service, which actually must be fast for medicines delivery.

                    Your sorry doesn't help us. This is not the first time we had a problem with you. The order was not delivered. We personally went to the courier office and took the medicines. Very pathetic service by both netmeds and delhivery courier.

                      Hi,

                      I've ordered medicine with order ID[protected]MSO1 on 17th Oct 2021 as estimated delivery was showing 19th to 20th Oct 2021.

                      But today 23rd Oct 2021 till now medicine is not delivered. I keep on following up till 23rd and was exhausted. The only information that I got from 20th Oct 2021 is within 24 hours it will be delivered. But I didn't get it yet.

                      Due to this, I missed my adherence for 2 days. Don't know how long it will be.

                      When I checked with customer care saying it is at courier partner in Vijayawada for 3 days. I told them I'm in the same place and I will collect it as I'm missing the dosage. But they are claiming they don't have contacts. Without contacts how they are maintaining the orders.

                      I don't know how the NetMeds system is. I can say I'm not happy as keep on prolonging. It's wasting my time to follow up every time.

                      I can't wait for one more day. Can I put a case against this dispute? Please let me know what is the solution.

                            I placed a order on 13th oct and the order is shipped on that day itself from Guwahati, which is just 50km from my home.. So it is expected to be delivered within 1 or 2 days, but today 21st oct and I still don't get my medicines.. I complained on the customer care 4times and everytime they assured me to wait for sometime and within 24hours my products will be delivered.. It's better to go to market rather than waiting for netmeds to deliver medicines.. This is my 2nd order on netmeds. The previous one was also late for 1day beyond the stipulated time.. Such a worst delivery experience.. Please show some responsible step #NetMeds

                              I have ordered some tablets from which 2 types of tablets are higher in dosage(mg) now from 10 days I have continually send email and called customer care service they arrange the pick up 3 times and 3 out of 3 time it got cancelled..I have expend 2000 Rs for these 2 tablets... the customer care executive are talking rudely... Pathetic service they eaten my hard earned money

                              Kindly resolve my queay as soon as possible... Arrange the pick up without query so that it wouldn't get cancelled ... And initiate refund as soon as possible
                              Don't replace or reship these 2 tablets as I request last week but now I don't need the replacement of these tablets hence kindly give 100% refund...

                                  This is to bring to your notice that I had placed an order through netmeds app on 17th September 2021. The estimated date of delivery was give 18-19 september 2021 but the medicines were not delivered in the assigned time frame. After giving several calls to their customer care service, I was assured of receiving the items within a certain time frame but again it failed. A few days later, the delivery status was marked as delivered for my items.
                                  I again called the service center for resolving the issue but again no output from their side. I wrote my first complaint email on 3rd October 2021 for resolving this matter, but only reply I have been getting is about generating issue tickets and giving 24-48 hours for resolving them. Since that day, I have been writing emails and calling the service center but there is no response to solving this issue.
                                  I had asked for a refund but nothing of such sort has been initiated. I talked to their senior executive Mr. Kevin who again assured that my refund has been initiated and will be credited withing 48 hrs but it has been more than 2 weeks since then.

                                  I am attaching several screenshots regarding my order details and few of the emails received from the customer service agents.

                                  I keep ordering items online but Netmeds has the turned out to be having the worst online dealing service I have seen and highly non-friendly to customers. Their customer dealing and issue solving capability is the worst.
                                  Medicines are the most prioritized items which should be delivered at the earliest, they are not luxury but a necessity. A person is already not well and is on medication, I missed an evening dose just because I was assured that my items will be delivered on priority, and on top of that now I have to deal with such fraudulent agents in this condition of being unwell.

                                    Received only 3 types till now in 2 parts
                                    3rd part containing 9 types of medicines still not delivered.
                                    Full payment was done on 2nd October
                                    Customer care is not resolving the issue regarding delivery only giving lame excuses and requesting to keep patience.

                                      I mahesh kinagi I have purchased tablet as prepaid customer when goods are delivered my Cart price & netmeds invoice bill difference on telista am 40mg tablet (in list 3rd number) I have complaint to netmeds service team 10 days before it's team give silly reason like no difference in bill . Dear sir I m showing wiht proof as where is differences with proof but not respond correctly I m very upset, my total difference...

                                      I am sharing my experience with netmeds diagnostic lab which is worst service till now. I am very disappointed with netmeds customer care as well because they will listen your problem and commit that the issue will fixed within 24 hours.
                                      For more details, the Blood sample was collected on 11th Oct for CBC and KFT test BUT I have not received the report till now.
                                      I am regularly following up with customer care and they commit to send the report within 24 hours. Even, I sent several emails to [protected]@netmeds.com and [protected]@netmeds.com and received the system generated auto reply.
                                      I think netmeds don't understand the test report is very critical for the patients but still no response.
                                      Finally, today I decided to file a complain in your site.

                                      Currently, I don't want the test report because it is already too late So I have gone with PharmEasy which is far better than netmeds and the reports are available in 24 hours.
                                      Please refund the amount which I paid to netmeds.
                                      At least, I was expecting a call from the management team that if there is any issue with the report but netmeds don't bothered patients pain.
                                      For your reference, I have already mentioned the Order Id DIAG[protected] and Ticket No is [protected].
