I have ordered Collashot C2 tablets (Qty 2) today, 5th Oct, 2021 at 9:11 am. I have paid Rs 1179 through GPay. But, even then my order is not listed on the Orders Tab and shows that i didn't make any order. This is really disgusting. Please resolve this issue as soon as you can. Refund not initiated even after 20 days of pickup.

I have ordered medicines on 4th of September, 2021 which I had returned on date 14th September 2021. As this was My first order I didn't know that your delivery guy was supposed to give me a receipt which he didn't and which was his fault. Medicine not delivered after 5 days

I have placed a order with my daily medicine in netmeds. within 24 hours they are delivered my previous medicine but this time they are not delivered my medicine after 5 days also. I am waiting for my medicine and that reason also i have missed one medicine on time.

Order not delivered it's been 3 days status is showing in transit

Hi, I have placed an order with netmeds on 27th sep and at the time I was placing the order, delivery date was showing 28sep and after I placed order then delivery date changed to 28-30sep which is very bad. First they are taking orders showing next day delivery date and after I place order then delivery date increased to 3 days and it's been 3 days already and status is showing in transit and courier partner is qwik which is impossible to...

Order declined but payment deducted no response from customer service

@NetMeds i ordered some medicines but the order has been declined however money is deducted from my account, refund my money asap... A lot of people have been having the same issue...

I have ordered medicine but some of my orders is delivered but others not delivered and I cannot able to track it my delivery date already Crossed on 22 September but till yet I have not receive my order montek lc medicine I have already contacted customer care and already forward mail to netmeds but nothing happens. Worst customer service and delivery service. The order supposed to be delivered by 22-23 September still its in process. Customer service says its expedited but still no whereabouts of the item.

I have uploaded prescription document then verified & provided list further asked to confirm the order. When coupon was not working then customer agent process and also insisted to add more medicines if required. Now order contains majority related to already uploaded prescription items and 2 or 3 not from prescription items. Important is that they hold complete order after taking money and now not ready to refund immediately or delivery...

Order not received still

We ordered on 20th Sep with the assurance that we receive on 21 st Sep or max 22 Sep.
the delivery address is for Kolkata, the item is in Chennai for last three days.
when we call them they say all sort of reasons and say sorry..
it is a 2 years baby food product and we need urgent..
it is prepaid..

Would like to raise complaint against netmeds as not getting satisfactory response after multiple follow ups..I placed order 3 days back and requested urgent delivery but I am still waiting for the order to be delivered..their customer service team does not have clue about my order...

No Delivery of Medicines

Hi! Your Netmeds order[protected]A has been placed on 15.09.2021, but we have not received any delivery of yet.
Follow-up was taken on 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 but the customer service number [protected] is not able to handle the same, the only response recieved is the package is handed over to courier partner Qwik, there is no way to track the same on their application.
Also the customer service do not have their Contact...
