I received the same on 7th september. After receiving the medicine I realize that the medicine i ordered have less dosage one instead of 150mg by mistake it was 110 mg got ordered. Immediately I called the customercare and requested for return the same as it was 2, 032.59 RS medicine which i used to have on daily basis and I need to get the correct dosage one immediately. From that day i am struggling with returning. Almost 5, 6 time I called the customer care and all they do is give assurance of resolution in 24hr. 2 times I send mail to escalation mail id. But no use. I am getting mail from them that i was unavailable on location for reverse pickup which is clear nonsense. I am staying in a home and i am always available there. The courier person also i called and bugged to take, he told evening he will come, one told next day morning he will come but till now no one turned up. I have to work for a week to get this money. I am working as a maid in a home and its not an easy to loose this much money. I informed same to them but no use. Please help me to get my money back.
