    On October 5, time -9:57 pm I ordered Humdard Safi from netmeds app The amount of Rs 150 was deducted from my Phone pay account but the order was not placed by the netmeds.So I contacted them they aren't picked the phone

      Hello Team, I placed an order on September 18th 2021 and it was supposed to be delivered in 2-3 days which was September 21, 2021 but i received the order on September 25th 2021 after sending so many reminders. I made a request to cancel my order on September 22nd as the order was delayed and it was of no use for me. I have already raised many complaints till date but no one came to pick up the injections and i didn't receive the refund for my money. There is no responsible person in this company.

              I have ordered medicines on 4th of September, 2021 which I had returned on date 14th September 2021. As this was My first order I didn't know that your delivery guy was supposed to give me a receipt which he didn't and which was his fault. So after that I regularly kept calling CUSTOMER care for my refund which I still haven't received.. Today is 2nd of October and I am highly disappointed with you people. This was my first order and it has turned out to be a nightmare. You people give 0 ### about your CUSTOMERs. Would never recommend this app to anyone ever!

                I have placed a order with my daily medicine in netmeds. within 24 hours they are delivered my previous medicine but this time they are not delivered my medicine after 5 days also. I am waiting for my medicine and that reason also i have missed one medicine on time.
                When i am checking my delivery status in app there showing some time medicine in Ahmedabad, sometime Gujrat, sometime Mumbai, but still i am not receive my medicine. I had conversation with Netmeds team for cancel the order and refund my money but from backend they are not do it.

                I think consumer team can understand my issue and take necessery action for that.

                I got my only one medicine after 7 days. Still 3 medicine pending in same order. What is this? can @netmeds explain that is that a medicine delivery company or something else?

                Did you know the medicine emergency? I think you should close this @netmeds immediately. and when your all issue shorted out then you re start your business.

                  Hi, I have placed an order with netmeds on 27th sep and at the time I was placing the order, delivery date was showing 28sep and after I placed order then delivery date changed to 28-30sep which is very bad. First they are taking orders showing next day delivery date and after I place order then delivery date increased to 3 days and it's been 3 days already and status is showing in transit and courier partner is qwik which is impossible to find. Now showing on internet anywhere. I called customer care 3 times, daily I call them and they said, we have set a priority and it will deliver please wait. It's been 3 days I'm waiting and still status is showing in transit. Why are they looting people's money and trust. Such a big name but services are worst.

                  This is regarding my order which I placed on netmeds on 17th March and as per the delivery date I was supposed to get my order by 21st March . But from last 4 days my order is in transit phase . I called to the customer service and they are only saying they have set it on priority and I will receive it within 24hrs which didn't happened .
                  This was my first time when I was placing order on netmeds but because of this issue Im really disappointed with their service and now I'm going to cancel my order and never ever I will use this netmeds app and won't recommend this site to anyone .

                    not delivered even after prepaid my amount for the order they say that the courier partner will delivery today the same answer since 4 days. and after calling customer care of netmeds the person speak very harshly will be delivered today the same answer again and again. those are medicine which is very important for a pregnant lady. but people in netmeds response was very pathetic. they dont know anything they why sitting to answer calls of customers? when called xpressbess customer care they say that it is in transit for 10 km in visakhapatnam ware house to service center yet to reach by today (left warehouse on 26th but i dont know how much time it takes to travel in this small city. i requested them that i can go and collect also but they said nothing is available to inform me. all other delivery couriers are being received in the city all these days but very sad due to this.

                      I received the same on 7th september. After receiving the medicine I realize that the medicine i ordered have less dosage one instead of 150mg by mistake it was 110 mg got ordered. Immediately I called the customercare and requested for return the same as it was 2, 032.59 RS medicine which i used to have on daily basis and I need to get the correct dosage one immediately. From that day i am struggling with returning. Almost 5, 6 time I called the customer care and all they do is give assurance of resolution in 24hr. 2 times I send mail to escalation mail id. But no use. I am getting mail from them that i was unavailable on location for reverse pickup which is clear nonsense. I am staying in a home and i am always available there. The courier person also i called and bugged to take, he told evening he will come, one told next day morning he will come but till now no one turned up. I have to work for a week to get this money. I am working as a maid in a home and its not an easy to loose this much money. I informed same to them but no use. Please help me to get my money back.

                              Pls note from 3 DAYS I have been calling and was yesterday delivery of captioned medicines within YESTERDAY

                              Called today twice and was again assured delivery by today early noon, no sign even SMS with courier details is not yet received.

                              Also, 1 call today morning was disconnected by the attendant !!!

                              URGENTLY please intervene and request urgent delivery within next few hours.

                              Competition can arrange delivery of medicines to me on SAME DAY, so honestly I am extremely disappointed with Netmeds services.

                                  I have uploaded prescription document then verified & provided list further asked to confirm the order. When coupon was not working then customer agent process and also insisted to add more medicines if required. Now order contains majority related to already uploaded prescription items and 2 or 3 not from prescription items. Important is that they hold complete order after taking money and now not ready to refund immediately or delivery medicine items which are part of submitted prescription items. Customer agent of Netmeds completely mislead and also take good 2000 to 3000 amount which blocked my money and helpless to buy from outside also.

                                  As per my understand taking order without prescription and also encouraging to provide medicine names for non-verified prescription is criminal offense. Further, more hold complete order (where prescription uploaded and verified by them), which will increase the patients life risk also due to delay in delivery on time.
