I've ordered an item through netmeds.com and order no is[protected]W. After repeated reminder, they failed to deliver it beyond the stipulated time and after that I'm unable to cancel it and not getting the refund. Moreover, no one taking up the matter through chat or call

    This is unfortunate to point out that a part of the above order has not yet been delivered to me while expected date of deliveryfor the same was 5-8 October.

    I have talked to your customer care executive for consecutive last two days to know the status of the pending order. Both days you executives assured me of passing on latest update through email, but did not do the same.

    Since medicines are very urgently needed by me, I sincerely request you kindly arrange immediate supply of medicines with an intimation to me.

    Hope you will take positive steps to resolve the issue

        Placed order which was delivered but returned one medicine which was stopped by Dr. later. But the refund was made to Netmeds Wallet though I have paid from my bank account.
        The issue is not being resolved yet. Despite of asking again and again to refund my money in my bank account, still it was refunded on my netmeds wallet. Your escalation matrix also doesn't think the urgency of replying back.

        Again asking to refund my Rs 675 amount in my bank account and not in netmeds wallet. I don't want to place any order from Netmeds again.

            Hi Team

            We have ordered Acu check active strips contains 50 on Oct 9th 2021.

            We waited for a week because the item was coming from Pune & we located in Bangalore.

            On 14th October we got message to our number saying your order is ready & collect it from xpress bees is courier partner

            But when I called up they are saying they missed placed it .

            Now 17th OCT 2021 till now there is no response, If we call customer care also they are not responding & they disconnecting the call.

            The amount is Rs 809.25 /-

              We ordered the medicine on 13 Oct from netmeds... And we got notification stating medicine will be delivered by 2 days..
              D courier person called us away from 4kms n said am in ur place... Can u come n collect r say me d address... N we said last time also ordered but it got delivered to our place... Y this time should we collect... It's better i[censored] come n give us in our place... And then d next day we called d same number... Tat delivery guy blocked my number... So I called from my wife number . It ringed and then he said it got returned to d warehouse... It's been 4 days d person is out of medicine... Kindly take d necessary action...

                For prepaid order ID[protected]W dated 08 Oct 2021, partial delivery has been made. However, major part of medicine order is still not shipped even after 8 days, Called customer care 15-20 times and emailed multiple times. No action on shipping the medicine has been taken yet. Wrote email to Grievance Officer and Noda Officer too. No response yet,
                Finally requested customer care to cancel the order and refund me the money as I cannot wait for medicine anymore and I have purchased medicine from other source after waiting this long. My cancellation request also has not been taken up and my money has not been refunded,

                  I had ordered the medicines from netmeds on 14/9/2021 and paid for the same rs 2360, one of the medicines is delivered to me of Rs 86 but remaining 3 medicines I have not received but they have updated as medicines delivered I m following with netmeds from last one month regarding the same but they r not refunding my money.

                        ORDER NO.[protected]W
                        I ordered and paid online for 2 packs of Wellman with 30 tablets each. But I have received only 2 strips of Wellman with 10 tablets each. Netmeds will have to provide me with 4 more strips of Wellman. The rest of the order was correct.
                        I placed a complaint as well to the customer care of Netmeds but their processing is too slow.
                        Timeline as follows,
                        7th Oct: Complaint placed
                        8th Oct: Ticket (No:[protected]) got raised
                        9th Oct: Their response - "Kindly allow us to check and get back to you shortly with the resolution. You will receive an update at the earliest."
                        11th Oct: Reminded them about my complaint
                        Response - "Please note that we are working on this issue and it will be resolved soon. As soon as we get the update you will be notified with the same via email."
                        12th Oct: Reminded them once again.
                        No response since then.

                        Resolution: Either provide me a refund or the 4 strips of Wellman.

                          I had ordered medicines from netmeds.com, order id[protected]W on Sep 29, 2021, total value of 903.44 INR. Due to late delivery I cancelled the order by emailing and calling customer service agents. But they refunded only 807.88 INR. I wrote numerous times for 15 days for refund of the remaining 96 INR, but the agents have not refunded it. Everytiem they reply -- "we have refunded you 807.88 INR".

                          Netmeds now falsely claims that one of the 3 boxes was delivered, one is in transit, and one was returned. I personally have not taken delivery of 2 of the boxes and have returned those when the courier came on oct 03. It seems the courier is also a fraudulent cheat, colluding with Netmeds to cheat the customers. To reiterate, this order was already canclled by sending 100000 emails now, and by personally calling their customer service agents several times on Oct 03.

                            I would like to inform you that the order was received on 5th Oct with a different product.
                            Our festival (Durga Puja) almost comes and it is very awkward to return the product or replace the product.
                            This shows very unprofessional behavior from your seller and seems it send intentionally.

                            In any other online platform, I never experienced such kinds of problems for escalating the mail and for confirmation. Even after 5 emails, there is no positive response. Why do customers need to wait for more than 1 week for resolution?
                            It should be immediately returned like other online platforms and the refund should be initiated immediately.

                                The ordered medicines were dispatched on 5th Oct'21 but the same are yet to be delivered. These medicines are required for an ongoing treatment of the patient but now due to your non delivery, there has become a gap of 4/5 days in between the continuance of the medication.

                                The same medicines were earlier ordered to Apollo and I had received the delivery on the 3rd day of my order.

                                    For your kind information i had gone to 15 km from my own vehicle and took the order. who will pay for my petrol. Anyone taking responsibility. I will not order anything from your fake company with no responsibility to listen to customer and will suggest my family and friends not to order from your company.

                                      This is for your kind information that we have received damages products which we have ordered on 29/09/2021, order ID[protected]A from Netmeds. The medicine RAZO -D which we have received 1 capsule is missing and full strips looks like used, another like LYRICA costly medicine but it has been sent without packet and MRP is not mentioned just like demo kit for doctor.
                                      But the first order I’d[protected]A which we have received from Delhi in very good condition and well packed.
                                      But after informing to damaged complaints I got reply dated on 3rd October 21 like

COD refunds will require a picture of a canceled cheque so we refund to your bank. Cash refunds take upto 3 weeks to reflect.

                                        Netmeds is well known and reputed online medicine supplier but,

                                        It it regret to tell that without delivered the item, netmeds shows that item delivered (may be intentionally done by curior person).

                                        It is intimate that after calling several times the curior person(deliver boy) has delayed and excuses has given that heavy rain in Kolkata.

                                        It is also regrate to tell that after giving complaint over telephone 2 times (on 06/10/21 & 07/10/21) netmeds has not take any action to deliver the medicine.
