This is for your kind information that we have received damages products which we have ordered on 29/09/2021, order ID[protected]A from Netmeds. The medicine RAZO -D which we have received 1 capsule is missing and full strips looks like used, another like LYRICA costly medicine but it has been sent without packet and MRP is not mentioned just like demo kit for doctor.
But the first order I’d[protected]A which we have received from Delhi in very good condition and well packed.
But after informing to damaged complaints I got reply dated on 3rd October 21 like

We are sorry that some of the items were damaged.
A. If you have attached photos of your damaged items, thank you and please allow us 48 hrs to provide your refund. If we determine that we need to pick up the damaged items, we will advise you but that will not delay your refund. All refunds will go to the original mode of payment. COD refunds will require a picture of a canceled cheque so we refund to your bank. Cash refunds take upto 3 weeks to reflect.
B.If you have not yet submitted photos of the damaged item(s) please share those so we can evaluate your claim.
We apologize for the inconvenience and promise to resolve the issue at the earliest.

We regret the inconvenience caused.
We have informed our courier team to arrange reverse pickup for (Razo D Capsule 15'S - 2 quantities & Lyrica 75mg Capsule 14'S - 1 quantity) and once they are out for pick up you will receive a call from them.
Once we receive the return shipment, the product amount will be credited to your original payment mode.

Continue following up I got reply 3 times but issue is not resolved, actually this company is so careless and don’t bothered.medicine has ran out 4 days back, need urgent medicine but as a customer what to do.
Netmeds customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
