On 27th august, 2021 I added some products in my netmeds cart, but was not about to purchase. I was checking whether I can buy them from my Paytm postpaid services. Therefore, I linked my patym postpaid wallet in netmeds payment gateway. The moment the wallet is added in netmeds, the app automatically confirms the order and charged the amount from my paytm postpaid account. I was not about to purchase any products, it was just in the cart. Now, the biggest problem was I cant find the ordered products in the netmeds ordered product list. Therefore, i cant even cancel the order. I raised a complaint to the netmeds support but didnt hear anything from them. They gave me a Ticket No:[protected] but didnt resolve it. Its been weeks and still havnt heard anything or received the product. Now when i check, the order page of 'netmeds' says the order is cancelled, but when i enter inside, they dont have any information about the product. Plus, i havent received my money back or got any product delivered.

Meanwhile, they have erased all records from their personal database. It is an absolute disgrace and financial fraud.
