We ordered on 20th Sep with the assurance that we receive on 21 st Sep or max 22 Sep.
the delivery address is for Kolkata, the item is in Chennai for last three days.
when we call them they say all sort of reasons and say sorry..
it is a 2 years baby food product and we need urgent..
it is prepaid..

the company has no sense of ethics..
pl take action...

    Would like to raise complaint against netmeds as not getting satisfactory response after multiple follow ups..I placed order 3 days back and requested urgent delivery but I am still waiting for the order to be delivered..their customer service team does not have clue about my order

      Dear sir,

      I had booked Zenoxidial f pro solution on 18th August 2021 and amount is paid through Amazon pay but order missing and not receive message wether it confirms are not so I e-mail to netmed customer but they didn't respond at all and not solve at all

        Hi! Your Netmeds order[protected]A has been placed on 15.09.2021, but we have not received any delivery of yet.
        Follow-up was taken on 17, 18, 19, 20 and 21 but the customer service number [protected] is not able to handle the same, the only response recieved is the package is handed over to courier partner Qwik, there is no way to track the same on their application.
        Also the customer service do not have their Contact details.
        All is working on Bhagwan Bharose .
        Very disappointed and ashamed to have trusted such big names.

        Hi, same issue Is happening with me. I have placed an order with netmeds and it's been 3 days already and status is showing in transit and courier partner is same qwik which is impossible to find. Now showing on internet anywhere. I called customer care and they said, we have set a priority and it will deliver please wait. It's been 3 days I'm waiting and still status is showing in transit. Why are they looting people's money. Such a big name but services are very bad.

        My Netmeds order[protected]ASO1
        Was placed on 11.08.2022, but have not received any delivery of yet.

        Follow-up was taken on 12, 13&14 but the incompetent customer service number is not able to handle the same, the only response recieved is the package is handed over to courier partner Qwik, there is no way to track the same on their application.

        Also the customer service do not have their Contact details.

        Very disappointed and ashamed to have trusted such big names.

        Netmeds is a sham.

        Stay away from it.

          I had booked the courier 16 days ago but I have not received my courier yet. The courier company is making excuses. Mine also update my home address for courier but I don't know why the courier executive getting confused again and again I'm really disappointed
          If it is not possible then please cancel my order and give back my payment
          If I not receive my order then today onward And after today onwards I will not order any medicine from you

                Very very poor service from netmeds, the medicine which is an essential thing for a person to stay healthy, a medicine makes a person consciousness to live. That medicine is delayed always significant times so because of cheap delivery services. I would never expected such for my mother's health. Though she is unfit but i want that she should live a long and happy life. Shame on you guys, for playing with medicine delivery dates just for the sake of money is that makes you an organization to be the best i regret that! From today i committed that i will never order medicine from netmeds neither assured anyone order from netmeds, After several complaints the medicine was not able to deliver on time for my mother.

                  My account was debited with INR 6633.20, but order is not reflecting into your system. Your team has denied amount getting reflected. It is an easy task to correlate transaction ID as seen in screenshot with your bank. Why such unlawful business practices?

                    Order id: DIAG[protected].
                    Blood sample given on 14th Sept. 2021 morning at 7:30 am. Reports not yet received. Dropped a complaint on mail and on contact us section on website. Have not received any reply. Called customer care thrice, they keep on promising that the issue has been escalated and will get the reports by evening but I am yet to receive the reports.

                      Order[protected]A was placed to deliver medicines on 9/9/2021
                      Since it was not delivered, I have to cancel the order.
                      Place new order[protected]A on 13/9/2021 and no delivery made nor any correspondence was made as of now.
                      This is nothing but cheating the customer by swallowing the money and not bothered to act.

                              I booked lab tests DIAG[protected] and DIAG[protected] more than 2 months ago but neither got service nor refund.

                              The customer service only sends me automated emails and doesn't do anything to resolve this issue even after repeated follow ups.

                                  Yes, amount is refunded because I raised a complaint to Payment gateway(simpl) and they did the chargeback. I don't think Netmeds would ever refund my amount because I have been contacting Netmeds for 10 days but the support team was always revert with same common reply, saying (We will check with courier partner and revert), even Grievance officer is not bothered to revert/ look into my problem. VERY BAD SERVICE BY NETMEDS

                                    I have ordered a medicine with netmeds vide order no.[protected]MSO1
                                    dtd 23th Aug 21. They could not deliver the medine on time hence I requested them thru mail to cancel my order & refund my payment. Netmeds not refund my payment so far despite repeated written mail sent. I request netmeds to refund my payment made soon.

                                      On 27th august, 2021 I added some products in my netmeds cart, but was not about to purchase. I was checking whether I can buy them from my Paytm postpaid services. Therefore, I linked my patym postpaid wallet in netmeds payment gateway. The moment the wallet is added in netmeds, the app automatically confirms the order and charged the amount from my paytm postpaid account. I was not about to purchase any products, it was just in the cart. Now, the biggest problem was I cant find the ordered products in the netmeds ordered product list. Therefore, i cant even cancel the order. I raised a complaint to the netmeds support but didnt hear anything from them. They gave me a Ticket No:[protected] but didnt resolve it. Its been weeks and still havnt heard anything or received the product. Now when i check, the order page of 'netmeds' says the order is cancelled, but when i enter inside, they dont have any information about the product. Plus, i havent received my money back or got any product delivered.
                                      I am attaching the paytm screenshot. As per screenshot, you can see the order is legit- Transaction Id:[protected] order id (showing in paytm):[protected]A
                                      Meanwhile, they have erased all records from their personal database. It is an absolute disgrace and financial fraud.
