Order was made to Netmeds with order number[protected]M on 22nd August 2021 and received message for order delivery on 27th August 2021 but DIDNOT RECEIVE my order in hand.
I called and informed about this to Netmeds Customer Care (talked to Rashmi) the same day and she assured to register it as complain and update me within 2-3 hours the same day but didnot received any update again. For this, I made call next day, again I got same reply from executive and he asked me to wait till Tuesday. On Tuesday again, I only had to call and talked to Naveen. He didnot have any update about the complain (Everybody in Netmeds is waiting from any communication from courier service).
I had opted for PREPAID order not COD choosing Netmeds over other online pharmacy services believing in them but after this experience I am very much disappointed with the service. It seems I have lost my money and trust too.

      I had ordered accu chek instant strip 50 piece. And Accu Chek lancet 25*2=50 piece. I had done the payment through amazon pay. The amount has been deducted but i am not able to see my order in the order section. Now what to do???

                My order ID is[protected]AS01 a medicine have been order placed on 12the Aug 2021 at 10:05 pm but not yet delivered till now. Tracking shows it has reached Blair on 27/08/2021.but I have not got any information about my order and it's been almost three weeks and I have call customer care many times but they are not given any updates so where is my order? So please look into at this matter as soon as possible.

                            Medicine shipped on 17/08 but not delivered till now. Tracking shows it has reached Ahmedabad on 19/08 with a remark short shipments.
                            Today morning at about 9 am l had given cancellation request through your customers care, but nothing was heard, again at about 14 hours I had to call your customers care and again requested for cancelled the order as I am not happy with NETMEDS. cancellation request no. is [protected]. Even after lapse of 2.5 hour no sms regarding cancellation or initiated of refund from your team. Please look into the matter as early as possible so that I can purchase medicine from other agencies. Thanks

                                    Hi Team,

                                    I have ordered medicines from netmeds and uploaded my prescription also on the same. After that also wrong medicines are delivered, when I have complaint regarding that they took medicines back and did not refund the money. I have been chasing them from last 15 days and they are not even sending the medicines or not even refunding the money. This is very serious issue as after uploading the prescription also wrong medicines are delivered and then money is also not getting refunded after chasing multiple times.if this will be case then nobody will believe on netmeds and even nobody will order from this website. I need this resolution asap.

                                    This is serious issue and because of that my grandmother cannot able to take medicine multiple days and after that I have to go out in this covid times and purchase medicies, what is the resolution you guys are giving me. If my grandmother would have taken the wrong medicines then. I need resolution and a token of apology and provide a entire order free of cost. This is serious issue which has been taken place and I need proper resolution for the same.

                                        The blood sample (for lipid profile) was collected on 30th July 2021 in the morning, however, I have NOT yet received my reports?
                                        Already paid 325/- online. The customer service department keeps copy-pasting the same content again & again but NO satisfying service or response.
                                        I am really upset with NETMEDS & will never recommend anyone.
                                        Either share the reports or give me my MONEY back!!
