        I made the Order of 3 items worth Rs. 803.52 with Order ID[protected]A1 and Transaction ID[protected] through UPI on 21 July 2021 at 11:17PM.
        But, Next day, When I check on Netmeds App, the order has only one item and showing that I made the payment of only Rs.437 with Order ID[protected]A on 11:11 PM on 21 July 2021.
        This is outrageous and disgusting that order details have been changed on its own, with contents, payment amount and even timing is different. I have done Payment on 11:17 PM, how could their app show that i paid on 11:11PM.
        This is biggest glitch and error on any platform, I have ever seen. I am attaching the details of payment I made. And also what Netmeds is recognising on its app.

            I had placed order for medicine 6 strips of Carry1 M 60 Forte with other medicines on 01/07/2021 against order no[protected]M (through mobile APP). Amount of Rs.443.40 has already been collected from me. This particular medicine has not delivered at my address while other items were delivered in two lots. When I contact customer care number [protected], it stated that all the medicines have been delivered. But while going through order details in APP in my mobile, it is still showing as order in process dated 01/07/2021. Would request either to get the medicine delivered or refund the amount of Rs.443.40.

                  I placed an order under registered mobile # [protected].
                  The item for which the order was placed on 3rd July 2021, an insulin, which is a life saving drug & should be delivered on top priority. It's almost 9-10 days the delivery is awaited..?
                  The worst part is the item was picked-up by the courier for delivery from a warehouse I presume yesterday morning. The same undelivered till now.
                  Spoke to helpline/customer care just few mins back. The response from them was too casual & extremely unprofessional. I was informed after keeping on hold for more than 15 mins, the expected time of delivery is after 24 hrs only.
                  Medically it is very dangerous to keep an item like insulin outside a preset temp. Who knows whether courier agency is handling the item as required...?
                  During my last experience also the delivery of this item made lot of delay, the courier agency involved in delivery was too unprofessional while interacting..!!

                    This NET MED company is harassing me with SMS. Earlier there used to be phone calls in the afternoons. I told them I am an old person and whatever few medicines I need I buy them from the shop next door. But they kept calling. Then I began to give them bad words and finally, they stopped calling. But SMS continued. I also wrote on Facebook but no relief. Then my friend told me to write to their customer care. They did not bother. Then I began to write in filthy language. Then SMS was stopped for few weeks. Now today I got an SMS on my phone [protected]. I think I will have to resort to filthy mails to customer care though it is a very indecent thing to do. I hope you will take the necessary action and oblige.

                          I placed an order for 80 pieces of Actis C2 tabs on[protected]. Unfortunately my mob. no. was wrongly recorded at your end as
                          [protected] instead of [protected]. So a stubborn delivery man refused
                          to deliver the medicine to me. I, then, sent E- mails, contact customer care
                          a couple of times requesting to rectify the mobile no. and to instruct the delivery man to deliver the medicine to me urgently because I am out of stock. Till now I have not received it. What kind of service it is ? Please send it immediately.

                              मुझे डिलीवर की गई मेडिसिन को जब मैंने ऐक टैबलेट को खोल कर देखा तो वह टैबलेट का पाउडर बन गया है। इसकी शिकायत मैंने ईमेल द्वारा netmeds को किया । netmeds के द्वारा रिफन्ड के लिये 21दिनों का समय दिया गया है। जो बहुत लम्बा समय है।
                              Ticket no.[protected] दिया गया है किन्तु इसे track करने की कोई व्यवस्था नहीं है।customer care का नंबर है पर यह मिलता नहीं है। online chat को भी agents are busy बोलकर बंद कर दिया जाता है।

                                Dear team,

                                Sub : Received damaged products need to return the item .

                                Respected sir,

                                17 th of June 2021 I have placed a nutrilite all protein powder in Netmeds app. The same item has delivered on 22th June 2021 . While I opened the product, it's was damaged and spoiled, regarding this I have mailed to the [protected]@netmeds.com on 23rd June 2021, and I have received a automatic mail with ticket number : [protected],
                                After that there is no response or reply from the team, they didn't taken this product return of the product and they didn't processed the refund amount,
                                And I have called to customer care multiple times, first time representative said that you will get refund with 24 to 48 hours . And another representative asked to send bank details for refund, another representative said I have raised a complaint regarding this, another representative asked me to send image again, all the customer care conversation has been recorded and saved, So I am totally disappointed with customer service of Netmeds, so kindly do the needful assistance on this return request and refund the amount as soon as possible.

                                      I ordered medicine on 26th June. order was declined when I checked today 29th June 2021. But money is deducted and there is no tracking or status given for refund. Kindly send me the medicines or refund money right back.

                                        I was surprised to see that you take 3 days to deliver medicines (as per my earlier orders) and in this case it's now almost 8 days. Still we haven't received our one order[protected].This has made me rethink, why should I take medicine etc through you. I can buy the same from a local shop with a 5-10 % discount? When a doctor writes a medicine, the patient has to start taking it immediately. But if we order this through you then we are putting patients in a death situation. So your claims for online medicine are fake and rather you should just put general items online. I made a mistake by paying 500 RS membership with you.

                                        I got to know from my colleagues that Pharmeasy delivers medicines by next day. They have some network setup with local medical shops. Which is just awesome. So please refund me my 500 RS. I don't want to waste money and time with NETMED.
