Sub : Received damaged products need to return the item .
Respected sir,
17 th of June 2021 I have placed a nutrilite all protein powder in Netmeds app. The same item has delivered on 22th June 2021 . While I opened the product, it's was damaged and spoiled, regarding this I have mailed to the [protected]@netmeds.com on 23rd June 2021, and I have received a automatic mail with ticket number : [protected],
After that there is no response or reply from the team, they didn't taken this product return of the product and they didn't processed the refund amount,
And I have called to customer care multiple times, first time representative said that you will get refund with 24 to 48 hours . And another representative asked to send bank details for refund, another representative said I have raised a complaint regarding this, another representative asked me to send image again, all the customer care conversation has been recorded and saved, So I am totally disappointed with customer service of Netmeds, so kindly do the needful assistance on this return request and refund the amount as soon as possible.
