My mother’s medicines has to be recieved till 8th as i’ve placed order on netmeds on 4th. There was no update since 8th and i’ve also called them twice to check and deliver the medicines. I’ve no options to but this medicines and netmeds is also delaying this. This is medicine not a household product without my mother can stay without.
Wheever we call them, we need to again explain issue and there is no resolution at all. They say they will call us and update but there is no call recieved after 2 days.
We’re already paid and really fedup due to this, i’ve also asked them to keep this med available if there is any transit issues.
I want to raise a complaint against this company is medicine provider and they are not at all customer focussed, they forget when they get their amount.
Netmeds customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

Updated by Nikhil_Pandey It is now showing med is held in trasit in Jaipur... but government has allowed medicines and how reached jaipur while it was already showing in Indore few days back?
