        I ordered medicine of Rs1080 on 8th May, 2021. They took ten days to respond to the order and when i saw it was cancelled.I tried talkibg to the customer service but they are not responding to it.They have not yet made any refund.This is the worst experience i had with any online portal. I want the money back.

          I have ordered medicines from netmeds 6 May 2021and today is 18 may, I haven’t received my order. The shipment is received in my city but the delivery person is behaving highly unprofessional, talking very rudely, asking me to come to him to take my order and is refusing to come at my address. This has been the story from last 4-5 days. I even tried netmeds customer care but there has been no response. This business of medicines is highly sensitive and this kind if behaviour is not at all expected.

            I have ordered medicines through netmeds on 7th may..it's been 11 days and they didn't deliver it till now..
            My grandma has to use these medicines without missing even a single time, which will make her lose her eye sight if she misses her eye drops..
            Because of their negligence my grandma is suffering..We are struggling to get the medicine in this pandemic situation..
            This is why we trusted this website and ordered medicine.
            They have handed it to" delhivery"courier.
            The person in courier never called us on never tried to get the medicine.
            He satiated false and wrong information in the system saying that " we the ccustomer will collect directly from their office", which is a big fake lie.
            They never called us and we never said him to cancel or deny the package

            Inspite of this is, I tried reaching both netmeds and delhivery for many days to make the package deliver to us..

            But they simply stated today tomorrow etc and they delayed the delivery and had put the issue on us and simply said it's customer side fault.
            Because of their negligence my grandma is suffering without the medicine..
            I want to sue them..if this was the case in abroad customers are treated like God and here in india customers are treated like garbage..
            I want the medicine and with proper compensation for what my grandma is facing without the drops.

              Been 15 days and netmeds is not able to deliver medicines which are o[censored]tmost importance. Nobody is taking any initiative to get the medicines delivered. Very poor services. I want to raise grievance on this.

                  I have a consultation call with one of the specialist on 08.05.2021 which instantly cancelled on the next morning.The fees for consultation of Rs 250 had already been debited but promised to refund through the same channel within 48 hours.After that I have initiated the refund process again but even that my money hasnot refunded.I tried to call the customer service agent a no.of time, but nobody lifted.I have just started using the app & this type of issue is not acceptable.

                    I had ordered for Telmekind 40H and Liv52 DS tablets both 2 qty each. I tried to reach the customer support but no answer.                       I would like to let you know that I received damaged product (Renolog tablets- 6 strips) against order no.[protected]A in Netmeds. I have already raised the issue at [protected]@netmeds.com and I was handed a ticket number ([protected]), but no subsequent actions were taken. I tried calling the customer care number but the call gets disconnected before getting connected to an executive. It is seemingly obvious the customers and their requirement of life saving medicines is mere business for Netmeds. It has been 5 days since the issue was raised, yet Netmeds hasn't made a single effort to contact me, let alone solving the problem.

                        I’m Nikhil pandey.

                        My mother’s medicines has to be recieved till 8th as i’ve placed order on netmeds on 4th. There was no update since 8th and i’ve also called them twice to check and deliver the medicines. I’ve no options to but this medicines and netmeds is also delaying this. This is medicine not a household product without my mother can stay without.
                        Wheever we call them, we need to again explain issue and there is no resolution at all. They say they will call us and update but there is no call recieved after 2 days.
                        We’re already paid and really fedup due to this, i’ve also asked them to keep this med available if there is any transit issues.
                        I want to raise a complaint against this company is medicine provider and they are not at all customer focussed, they forget when they get their amount.

                            I have ordered a medicine on 5 may 2021 and it is showing doctors consultation schedule on 5 may 2021 and today's 12 May and it is still not showing the delivery date since my order is prepaid so I am having a fear whether order will going to be delivered or not I also tried the customer care number but it refused to talk to me by ending that this is not your registered phone number but I am talking with my the same number only so I have not liked services of netmeds it is a very rubbish customer service so please tell me whether my order is going to be delivered or not should I apply for refund or what please let me know as soon as possible it is very urgent situation

                                I received the package and I have received incomplete order, there were only pantocid, aplazar and zyloric present in it . Cilny 10 is missing 4 packets are missing. Kindly make note of that and please check and get back to me. Please refund the money of cilny 10 4 packets in my original mode of payment if netmeds is not sending the medicine.
                                This is my first time ordering medicines online from netmeds due to lockdown in covid19 crisis. These medicines are for my father. I have made several calls, and emails but no one is calling back.

                                    I made order on 3rd may 2021in netmeds app for a Corona patient as the same medicine not available in near medical shops with prescription. The delivery date shown as 5-7 may 2021. Since even on 7th delivery not happened, I called the customer care and they not even understanding importance and told me the prescription missing doctor signature and missing covid reports. The prescription already there and covid reports they never before intimated. As per request I send those with order number from my WhatsApp. Since no update till today I called today again and they saying I never sent. I made them understand but the person from customer care never understand to listen. He told me to again sent. I send again today.

                                    During this time netmeds never called me to clarify anything. They always take themselves granted. Need strict against nedmeds.

                                      Not Yet, its been 5 days still the product is in transist.
                                      And when i checked with the Order tracking Number its displaying as no such order.

                                      Still the product not deliver and it showing as intransit.its been around 5 days

                                      And when I tracked the order with that order ID there is no such order number.
                                      Dear,

                                      The Tracking Order showing in the email and in the app both are different, when we trying with both that order number there is not such ID number.

                                      And its been 5-6 days still product is intransist.

                                      And many times called customer services no responses from there end.

                                      Kindly either cancel the order or deliver my product as earliest.

                                        I have placed order no.[protected]A on netmeds for 2 itmes( keraglo Eva tab and morr pro serum ) on 15 Apr 2021 which was delivered on 18 Apr 2021 . Out of these two items I have received morr pro serum in damaged condition.
                                        I have raised a damaged product request with their customer support on the day it was delivered and the ticket no. [protected] was assigned to the query by them.
