I have ordered below medcines on order

4.Onglyza 2.5mg Tablet 14's
Quantity: 3
Netmeds split it into 2 orders

Order ID:[protected]WSO2 was delviered on May 29th. Below items were received.

Quantity: 4
4.Onglyza 2.5mg Tablet 14's
Quantity: 3
Order ID:[protected]WSO1 was not delivered. Below items are still missing.
1.Eurepa 0.5mg Tablet 15's
Quantity: 5
2.Ecosprin 75mg Tablet 14's
Quantity: 3
I have raised a missing items ticket [protected] with Netmeds and still have not received any response after multiple attemtps.
Please help me out, I'm a patient and in urgent need of the missing medicines- Eurepa 0.5mg and Ecosprin 75mg.

Updated by sripai0480 No update from Netmeds customer support. Everytime i call, they indicate they are checking with Courier partner. It has been almost 10days and still no resolution.
