    I am complaining from 1 month that i have received the wrong item.

      This is regarding the order placed on 29th May 2021 with ID[protected]M. I had placed an order from Netmeds for Accu-Chek Active Glucose Monitor with free 10 strips, but I received Accu-Chek Instant Glucose Monitor with free 10 strips. I have been contacting customer care from the day of delivery to this day, and still haven't received any updates or help from their side. Even I requested them to contact some higher authority or someone who can give a clear view of what's happening but I haven`t even got a call back from anyone from your side.

            Dear Sir/ Madam
            I ordered Natural active power capsules 60 on dated 9 Jun at 11.27 am with order ID[protected]ASO2 but I received wrong product of Riffway active power 60. The rate of Natural active power capsules is Rs 719 and rate of Riffway active power 60 is 399.60. I paid Rs 719 for Natural active power capsules 60 . But deliver me Riffway active power capsules 60. Please replace my order as soon as possible.Batch no . N/APC/M-01 of the product. I also raised a complained on dated 11.0.6.2021 with Ticket No:[protected] but no status updated after that. As per company policy after 24- 48 hrs problem will be resolved but in my case not done.

                I placed 2 orders on 8/06/2021 with order id DIAG[protected] & DIAG[protected], but no one arrived for the sample collection. Later on I called the Netmeds customer support to cancel the orders as I got those blood tests done in the market itself (due to delay in fulfilment of order by Netmeds).
                The customer support asked me to wait for 36 Hrs for status of order to be cancelled. However the status of orders was still not updated. I raised ticket for complaint regarding the same but that too is still pending to be resolved and there has been no response from the support team.
                Whenever I try to call the customer support, they simply disconnect the call after hearing about the issue.
                Being a consumer I feel cheated.

                        After payment i received an email saying it's shipped but it's been days and no other information. The orders status says intransit and if i try tracking, then it ask for consignment number which i dint got. No idea about the status of my order and no details of where it is. I ordered it on 24th of May n it's already 4th of june. They said delievery between 30th May to 2 June . I don't even know where my order is after payment. Order id is[protected]A.

                          After payment the order status just shows intransit and then I've ordered since 24th of May and it's already 4th of June and they said delivery will be within 30 may to 2nd june.
                          No consignment number or anything.
                          Can't even track the order and they're just saying shipped but no details on where the product is or where it has reached.

                                I have raised a missing items ticket [protected] with Netmeds and still have not received any response after multiple attemtps.

                                  Ordered medicine under order #[protected]M they delivered a medicine with torn packaging and no immediate customer care only way to contact them seems one sided email and wait all on their whims and fancies when and if they reply and what solution they give and when so either you buy new medicine from market or don't take medicine at all despite paying for it third class services staying away from them.
