Greetings
With further reference to our order, viz: nms[protected]c, though we have received the order packet to the advised premises, we weren’t able to collect the same, as the delivery man, refused to provide us with the change for 2*2, 000/- {4000/-}.. For our bill amount 3603.0+ rs.
Thus the packet was taken back as un-delivered..
Could you go through the attached audio file that was reported i parallel to this write-up, lodge a suitable complaint & have the same packet delivered on priority..
Note: the order was placed & succeeded its process since over five to seven working days, despite of adding enough priority as categorized as emergency / heart related.
