With further reference to our order, viz: nms[protected]c, though we have received the order packet to the advised premises, we weren’t able to collect the same, as the delivery man, refused to provide us with the change for 2*2, 000/- {4000/-}.. For our bill amount 3603.0+ rs.
Thus the packet was taken back as un-delivered..

I ordered some medicines as usual, but this time with cod option. The delivery was split into two and the transit charge was taken from me in 1st part delivery. Afterwards, they increased the cost of second medicine by 10% stating some reasons and sent the courier without taking an agreement for this new price.
This is total unprofessional and unreliable behaviour and i wish to remove my account from netmeds now.

The company which accepts online orders for supply of medicines as per prescription assures delivery at specified time at the time of taking orders.
After getting payment for such supplies, the company does not bother to send sms or a mail informing about likely delivery if the assured time line is breached. The contact number is a call centre and the responding person assures to escalate and come back to inform the status. But no...

I have ordered medicines on 4th april and delivery date shown as 6-7 april. But i haven't received medicines yet. Delivery boy is calling at 10pm on saturday 7th april and saying he will deliver it on sunday. I tried to report this as issue to customer support of netmed but the lady was too arrogant and saying it's not netmeds issue. The order is not yet delivered....

I am very bad experience with my first order with netmeds. I have ordered my medicine on 5th feb and still medicine not delivered to me.
All medicine are very important to me and need on urgent basis.
You can see medicine are related to heart and bp related and i cant miss single day.

I was trying to order on netmeds for an order of rs. 1414.72 on 06/072017. First i tried to place a prepaid order to avail 5% extra discount however orders were not successful. At, last i had to place a cod order which was received by me and payment was made. However, i later discovered thst payment was deducted thrice from my account i. E. Rs. 1414.72 x 3 times. Out of the three deductions, 2 refunds were made by netmeds....

Be aware of Netmeds.com. Its fake and and a bogus company. They will never stick to delivery schedules promished. They do not even have have essential stock of medicines. There is no Escalation matrix. Once you pay they will never deliver you the medicine. In my case I have to finally cancel the order but again till date I am yet to get refund.

Hence do not get trapped by this online medicine e-commerce site name NETMEDS.COM....
