I made an order of medicines of 811 rs on netmeds on 10/07/19 and cancelled it on 11/07/19.
I paid that money using my sbi account and 79 rs using nms cash.
I cancelled this order and waited for refund so that i get 79 rs nms cash and i could order another medicines. I know that the money in bank tranfer takes more days.
But i didn't get nms cash refund in 48 hrs.
Customer care are saying that your money will transferred to your bank in 7-10 days and nms cash will refunded in 24 hrs but it has gone more than 48 hrs.
I haven't received the money until now it has gone more than 48 hrs.
I am worried about my money and i want my money refunded back as soon as possible.

    I am receiving false messages from netmeds from last 20 days. Messages like order is approved, delivered and dispatched. Infact, name of the customer is always different for all messages. Today itself, i received 18 messages in 20 minutes. I talked to them using whatsapp but they are not able to do anything. Irony is that, i received 3 messages when i am typing the complain.

      On 9th june, 2019 i had placed an order ([protected]w) for three items one of which was for accu-chek active test strip 10's. After a delay of 2 days i received the item on 13th june but when i opened the container instead of ten strips there wee only three strips in the container. Next day i made a complaint on their helpline. I was told that my money will be refunded and package will be picked up for return. After 3 days neither happened hence i called up but got the same reply. And after three more days i got a call from netmeds and informed that we have sent the item in perfect packed condition and hence we can not take it back. Now my question is if netmeds ot their supplier send me a box of garbage in perfect condition than does it mean that i have to accept it?
      I need my money back as i feel cheated by netmeds. I recommend people to never buy from them instead you can just walk in into the medplus store and they will give you same 20% discount on all items unlike (Netmeds) for order above rs.1000. On top of this you can check the quality and content of the then and there itself.in this case netmed gave me 10% discount whereas when i bought it later from medplus i got 20% discount whereas netmeds had given me 10% on top of which i lost my money as well.

      Hi,

      Your video shows packing of the consignment and not the status of the Accu-check strip container.
      My complaint is not about packing but about what was found inside the item as shown in the photographs shared by me.
      I am still waiting for you to come and take back the consignment and refund me my money.
      Payment already paid via PayPal and they say they haven't received my money. PayPal says thry have sent the money. Now I don't know who will give me a refund. Please dont use netmeds. Fraud company.

        I placed an order on 18 may 2019 (Order id :[protected]a) and paid the whole amount online. But unable to take my order and cancelled the whole order. I don't know how it's showing delivered. When i registered the complaint against it they said only few items were returned. But i refused to take the whole order. I am calling since 15 days on their customer support no. They always says that they will escalate this issue but till now no response.
        Very disappointed from this platform.in future i'm not gonna purchase anything from this.
        Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

          I ordered two medicines on 19th june'19. It was supposed to delivered on 21st june'19. Due to attending a review meeting in my office i couldn't attend the courier phone call.             I have ordered the medicines for my grandmother but she went overseas so we do not require the medicines. I have requested for tge return via email more than a week ago. I just received an SMS stating the pick up was unsuccessful where the pick up was not attempted at all. My mother will be present at home all the time. Nor I have received any calls with regards to pick up. I called the customer care 2 days back and they acknowledged the pick up was not done and they said will arrange a return within 48 hours. It is more than 48 hours still no response. I have all the emails which i have sent netmeds.                   I have been calling since 3 days and i havent received my medicines yet. The parcel contains emergency medicines of blood pressure. The customer care did not help at all in this. Everytime i call them they push it on to next day. Poor coordination between the comany and delivery services. Company doesnt understand the value of medicines and time. Please do the needful by taking action against the courier team of the company and the company too

                    Date of incident - 26/05/2019,

                    On 26 may 2019 I ordered some heart medicine from netmeds mobile app. That time it shows me the delivery date as 28th may. But when I called their customer care on 28th may they told me that it will be delivered to me by EOD . When I did not receive the order till evening again I called thh customer service and now they told me that the order cant be delivered until 30th and on the above that they will compensate me of 150 rs for the delay.

                    I wrote a mail to the company CEO but still there is no response. The response is SORRY and they just cant help anything more on it.

                        I had ordered for Manjistha Ghanvati and had even uploaded the prescription on the website of Netmeds. I received two bottles packed in a cardboard box from Netmeds delivered by XpressBees courier. I checked the sticker on the reverse of one bottle. The bottle which I was consuming for ten days - 12 tablets daily was not Manjistha Ghanvati but Bhasma Ghanvati. The bottle also contained bhasma powder. On inquiry with the company Gokripa Products office near Rajkot by my mobile, I was informed that bhasma has been put in the bottle as preservative since the medicine is prepared with cow urine. Today when I opened the second bottle, I found that the medicine was different in colour and taste. I have filed a complaint with NETMEDS online and by whatsappp. NETMEDS has delivered wrong medicine to me inspite o[censored]ploading prescription. I had even paid delivery charges.

                          I have order more than 5 k medicine within 1-2 months and always delivery is the big issue. Never delivered on time and even they never call and say if delay in delivery. It is really disgusting and not acceptable. It is not material it is medicine which needs to be on time delivery..

                          What dhoni is doing... Dhoni must know before giving adv for this company.

                                I find this repeatedly now. I upload the prescription and order certain quantity of only few medicines in the prescription. Say, if there are 6 medicines and i want only 4 of them, i order only those 4 medicines with specific quantity. When the payment link is sent, i have no way to check and then proceed to payment.in the recent order, the value came upto some 7k and i was shocked. When i went into the details, i found that all the medicines in the prescription have been uploaded by you with 10 strips of each medicine. Luckily, i saw the amount and stopped at the last moment. If i had made the payment, i have to run behind you for return of medicines which is a painful process with you and getting refund is another painful task. I do not understand, how you can play around with customers like this. Who gave you the permission to tamper my order and the person spoke to me gave some stupid reasons of backend updation etc. I will escalate this in the social media, so that, people are aware of the way you guys conduct business.

                                    I placed order nms[protected]w on 20/04/2019. On 21/04/2019 i wanted to cancel order this is why i logged in on netmeds. The order status was processing which means the order wasn't packed nor it was shipped. So i searched for cancel button, the button was disabled. So i wrote email to netmeds customer service everyday but they did not reply to my emails and delivered the order. I have been writing emails to netmeds to please cancel order and refund my money but they just don't reply to my emails.

                                      One product was out of stock. So they have to return ₹294
                                      As their payment partner i. E. Razor pay, they started refund process from 03/04/2019.
                                      After some days on razorpay website it is showing refund successful and it will take 5-7 days to complete. But it is now 17 days and i don't get my money
                                      I complained to netmeds customer care after their due date passed.
                                      But they are telling computer language that they sent me my money. I have to check my account statement.
                                      After i sent them my account statement on '[protected]@netmeds.com', but next day they are saying we sent you your money go to your bank and file a complaint.
                                      What is meaning of online transactions if my money get stuck at some company, where they are asking me to go running to complain and waste my time.
                                      Why don't you choose some reliable payment gateway and what about my money?

                                      Even after calling the customer care and cancelling the order thrice, still my order in not been cancelling after 72 hours

                                        I have ordered medicines on 11th april 2019. But till date order is not delivered. I have put a mail for this issue to customer care. And they said within 24 hrs they will reply. But no any response from netmeds. It's very urgent for me, i have been ordering regularly. And very much dependent on netmeds. Now i have to buy from other source as it is my need. It's not good. From now onwards we will think about placing the order to netmeds. Unnecessarily i am buying the product from other sources and also time & money loss.
