Again i am recomplaining. It's only to say, i saw that netmeds have solved the problems of mere consumers by initiating a token of *apology* amounting to rs 100 to their wallet. Netmeds promised me to deliver the medicines by today, 15th Aug 2019 .. My ailing father is diabetic and he is having gall bladder stones .. so the medicines included antidiabetics and ursodeoxycholic acid .. Very worst customer service.. Everything is automated.. And it repeats the same.. My order order id[protected]m was placed on 10th of august. I was about to receive the product on 12th of august.. I got only a message stating my product got delivered.. Actually i don't get any product delivered.. I tried calling their customer care (Worst service) no one replied or it repeats the same msg as it is delivered.

I am a regular customer of nermeds; i generally place order twice in a month. Today my lastest order [protected]m was expected to be delivered. But when the delivery person called (+91 [protected]) and asked me about the location he spoke to me very rudely and refused to deliver. He even ordered me to come and collect the package from somewhere far.

I made an order of medicines of 811 rs on netmeds on 10/07/19 and cancelled it on 11/07/19.
I paid that money using my sbi account and 79 rs using nms cash.
I cancelled this order and waited for refund so that i get 79 rs nms cash and i could order another medicines. I know that the money in bank tranfer takes more days.
But i didn't get nms cash refund in 48 hrs.

I am receiving false messages from netmeds from last 20 days. Messages like order is approved, delivered and dispatched. Infact, name of the customer is always different for all messages. Today itself, i received 18 messages in 20 minutes. I talked to them using whatsapp but they are not able to do anything. Irony is that, i received 3 messages when i am typing the complain.

On 9th june, 2019 i had placed an order ([protected]w) for three items one of which was for accu-chek active test strip 10's. After a delay of 2 days i received the item on 13th june but when i opened the container instead of ten strips there wee only three strips in the container. Next day i made a complaint on their helpline. I was told that my money will be refunded and package will be picked up for return. After 3 days neither happened...

NOT only above, this company uses Mr Dhoni's name to fool its customers!
It takes excess moneys in advance and delivers cheaper ones. ALL not on time. ALL, not together. Unprofessional.

I have been calling since 3 days and i havent received my medicines yet. The parcel contains emergency medicines of blood pressure. The customer care did not help at all in this. Everytime i call them they push it on to next day. Poor coordination between the comany and delivery services. Company doesnt understand the value of medicines and time. On 26 may 2019 I ordered some heart medicine from netmeds mobile app. That time it shows me the delivery date as 28th may. But when I called their customer care on 28th may they told me that it will be delivered to me by EOD . I had ordered for Manjistha Ghanvati and had even uploaded the prescription on the website of Netmeds. I received two bottles packed in a cardboard box from Netmeds delivered by XpressBees courier. I checked the sticker on the reverse of one bottle. The bottle which I was consuming for ten days - 12 tablets daily was not Manjistha Ghanvati but Bhasma Ghanvati. I have order more than 5 k medicine within 1-2 months and always delivery is the big issue. Never delivered on time and even they never call and say if delay in delivery. It is really disgusting and not acceptable. It is not material it is medicine which needs to be on time delivery..

I had ordered medicine for my granny which were supposed to be urgent. This is the worst site to ever order medicine, imagine ordering medicine online which take a week just to approve prescription? The customer service team said that the doctor will call you but i only get fake messages that you have missed a call from doctors and there are no calls on my phone. Placed a repeat order on 4/5 for medicines.
On 7/5 got call from call centre who could not understand uploaded recent prescriptions.
Then "doctor" called up, followed by calls from 2 doctors on 8/5.
Suddenly got call at 4 pm on 9/5 from delivery boy when i was away.
Have been waiting as he assured delivery today (10/5) morning
V. Poor service...
