I have ordered a medicine on 29 august, 2019 and delivered on 17th sept, 2019. So much delay in delivery but that also the seal of the medicine is broken. Its look like someone tempered this. I have no option in the netmeds app for return. Another case is they deducted money for some order but the order was not completed. I raised a complain for refund but they are not refunding the amount. What to do now?

    Wrong medicine was sent. Cash was paid on delivery. Netmeds is now creating all kinds of obstacles in refunding the money. Firstly, they don't want to refund the entire amount. They want to make me pay shipping charges for shipping the wrong medicine. Secondly, they want to credit my netmeds account with the reduced amount rather than credit my bank account.

    So, if you order from them, your money is as good as gone. You will neither get the medicine that you want nor will they give you back your money.

      I have always got delayed delivery of medicines in netmeds. Always. Not even once have i received it on time. I just want them to know and be responsible knowing that this js not grocery shopping. It's medicines. They can't delay for weeks everytime. Otherwise they shouldn't promise delivery within 48hours.

      This is not the first time that this happened. It happen all the time. Patients can't reply for their medicines on this kind of services. Once they even sent a wrong medicine fir a diabetic person. This is not acceptable but still we didn't raise the issue.
      But now it's high time. Everytime this cannot be tolerated. Once this issue gets resolved we'll surely won't order from netmeds ever again

      Its personel request to that please stop your bullsheet service as i have odered medicine on first september and not yet received i call your customer care three times but no benefit would you deliver medicine after patient die
      And they did it yet again. Forgot to ship few medicines and updated the status as delivered. On writing to them they didn't revert back till 3 days and I had to call them on the 4th day. And then they give the credit of missing medicines in netmeds wallet. How can a medicine supply organisation be so irresponsible all the time. Either they deliver after 15day or they forget to deliver few items or they don't act on your complaints. And in the end just a refund of the missing items and they feel everything ia sorted. Everytime this can't be tolerated. I had decided henceforth I will never ever use netmeds but then they give you the refunds in their netmeds wallets forcing you to order again and go through the same torture one more time

        Hi, ordered medicine's through netmeds on 12th august 2019 and they promised to deliver by 15th august 2019 but so far didn't deliver it.

        Sent so many emails to [protected]@netmeds.com but no proper response. So much irresponsibility by netmeds.
        The same situation had happened earlier also once. Always false promises and misleading the customers.

          Again i am recomplaining. It's only to say, i saw that netmeds have solved the problems of mere consumers by initiating a token of *apology* amounting to rs 100 to their wallet. Let me be very clear, this is about my ailing father, so i donot need any apology token, i need netmeds to deliver the medicine to new address without charging me more or deducting any amount for change of address or in the name of restocking! It is completely and purely fault from end of netmeds! They should be responsible enough to accept that and help me in this situation!

            Netmeds promised me to deliver the medicines by today, 15th Aug 2019 .. My ailing father is diabetic and he is having gall bladder stones .. so the medicines included antidiabetics and ursodeoxycholic acid .. I was particular about delivering the medicines before the due date as he will be leaving Kolkata on 16th Aug 4 am and will be going to a place where he won't be getting these medicines from a nearby locality. I, myself being a doctor, I am shocked to find such an irresponsible behavior from a company who delivers Medicines.. Even after contacting their service center, I found their irresponsible attitude as it is a holiday and service hours end by 5pm ... As my ailing father is leaving Kolkata by tomorrow early morning, what I will do with the medicines then.. even I saw, returning the medicines after it's in the transit will take 20% as restocking charge .. How will the medicines will reach my ailing father in such a remote area.. I just want you people to ensure that *my ailing father gets the medicine* ... I am requesting netmeds to initiate delivery to a new address and please please please deliver the medicine to my ailing father.. I have no other complains against netmeds . Please ensure that my father does not suffer because of sheer callous negligence from netmeds side ...I plead before you people.. if this is not enough then I will be taking legal action against netmeds. YOUR NEGLIGENCY CANNOT THREATEN THE HEALTH OF MY FAMILY MEMBER!

            I mr sukhdeo yadav ordered some medicine on 23rd August .In which i ordered a medicine a antifungal cream lulican & tht too with pescription. But i received luliclin cream which is of no use, as doctor has said no to it .
            I hope you understand my problem & send the required one .

              Very worst customer service.. Everything is automated.. And it repeats the same.. My order order id[protected]m was placed on 10th of august. I was about to receive the product on 12th of august.. I got only a message stating my product got delivered.. Actually i don't get any product delivered.. I tried calling their customer care (Worst service) no one replied or it repeats the same msg as it is delivered.
              Raised a complain on 12th itself through mail ticket no:[protected] was registered.. Still there is no reply from them.. Since it is a prepaid order i want my money to be refunded as early as possible..
              I will never recommend netmeds to anyone... Medlife is far better than this

                Dear sir/madam,

                I am a regular customer of nermeds; i generally place order twice in a month. Today my lastest order [protected]m was expected to be delivered. But when the delivery person called (+91 [protected]) and asked me about the location he spoke to me very rudely and refused to deliver. He even ordered me to come and collect the package from somewhere far.
                This incident is not only an example of poor service but also an unpleasant conduct.
                I would request you to take disciplinary action towards the concerned person, in order to avoid such incident being repeated in future and elimate the possibilities someone like that delivery person to spoil your company's reputation.

                I had ordered for Ecosprin AV 75mg 60 tab, Jardiance 25mg 30 tabs, janumet 50/10gm 60 tabs, Netrilix Sr 30 tabs and Cilacar T 40mg 30 tabs.I have paid the amount through Debit Card.To day on 20th August 2019 I have receive a packet and found that Jardiance 25mg. 30 tab.is not their.

                  I have ordered product on 8th july 2019, it was supposed to be delivered on 11th july. I paid (Amount 2826 inr) for the product online transaction id c1907082037514361493070. I provided the prescription as asked but still after that they have stopped the processing saying that the prescription is invalid, whenever i try to call on the customer service number no body is there or it will say that you dont have any order from your registered number. I tried calling multiple times but no response from customer service. I have mailed them thrice but no action has been taken. Please help me resolve issue.

                    I made an order of medicines of 811 rs on netmeds on 10/07/19 and cancelled it on 11/07/19.
                    I paid that money using my sbi account and 79 rs using nms cash.
                    I cancelled this order and waited for refund so that i get 79 rs nms cash and i could order another medicines. I know that the money in bank tranfer takes more days.
                    But i didn't get nms cash refund in 48 hrs.
                    Customer care are saying that your money will transferred to your bank in 7-10 days and nms cash will refunded in 24 hrs but it has gone more than 48 hrs.
                    I haven't received the money until now it has gone more than 48 hrs.
                    I am worried about my money and i want my money refunded back as soon as possible.

                      I am receiving false messages from netmeds from last 20 days. Messages like order is approved, delivered and dispatched. Infact, name of the customer is always different for all messages. Today itself, i received 18 messages in 20 minutes. I talked to them using whatsapp but they are not able to do anything. Irony is that, i received 3 messages when i am typing the complain.

                        On 9th june, 2019 i had placed an order ([protected]w) for three items one of which was for accu-chek active test strip 10's. After a delay of 2 days i received the item on 13th june but when i opened the container instead of ten strips there wee only three strips in the container. Next day i made a complaint on their helpline. I was told that my money will be refunded and package will be picked up for return. After 3 days neither happened hence i called up but got the same reply. And after three more days i got a call from netmeds and informed that we have sent the item in perfect packed condition and hence we can not take it back. Now my question is if netmeds ot their supplier send me a box of garbage in perfect condition than does it mean that i have to accept it?
                        I need my money back as i feel cheated by netmeds. I recommend people to never buy from them instead you can just walk in into the medplus store and they will give you same 20% discount on all items unlike (Netmeds) for order above rs.1000. On top of this you can check the quality and content of the then and there itself.in this case netmed gave me 10% discount whereas when i bought it later from medplus i got 20% discount whereas netmeds had given me 10% on top of which i lost my money as well.

                        Your video shows packing of the consignment and not the status of the Accu-check strip container.
                        My complaint is not about packing but about what was found inside the item as shown in the photographs shared by me.
                        I am still waiting for you to come and take back the consignment and refund me my money.
                        Payment already paid via PayPal and they say they haven't received my money. PayPal says thry have sent the money. Now I don't know who will give me a refund. Please dont use netmeds. Fraud company.

                          I placed an order on 18 may 2019 (Order id :[protected]a) and paid the whole amount online. But unable to take my order and cancelled the whole order. I don't know how it's showing delivered. When i registered the complaint against it they said only few items were returned. But i refused to take the whole order. I am calling since 15 days on their customer support no. They always says that they will escalate this issue but till now no response.
                          Very disappointed from this platform.in future i'm not gonna purchase anything from this.
                          Please resolve my issue as soon as possible.

Due to attending a review meeting in my office i couldn't attend the courier phone call. Later i call back the courier personnel but didn't respond.                               I have ordered the medicines for my grandmother but she went overseas so we do not require the medicines. I have requested for tge return via email more than a week ago. I just received an SMS stating the pick up was unsuccessful where the pick up was not attempted at all. My mother will be present at home all the time. Nor I have received any calls with regards to pick up. I called the customer care 2 days back and they acknowledged the pick up was not done and they said will arrange a return within 48 hours. It is more than 48 hours still no response. I have all the emails which i have sent netmeds.                                 order declined , but money deducted still no response...

                                [protected] is my mobile number and there I ordered some medicines however my order has been declined . Refund my money, otherwise, I file a complaint against you .[protected]@gmail.com is my Gmail. Refund my money as soon as possible and now if you won't respond I will severely take police action against you and complaint a case in high court for making fraud things.....

                                  I have been calling since 3 days and i havent received my medicines yet. The parcel contains emergency medicines of blood pressure. The customer care did not help at all in this. Everytime i call them they push it on to next day. Poor coordination between the comany and delivery services. Company doesnt understand the value of medicines and time. Please do the needful by taking action against the courier team of the company and the company too

                                    On 26 may 2019 I ordered some heart medicine from netmeds mobile app. That time it shows me the delivery date as 28th may. But when I called their customer care on 28th may they told me that it will be delivered to me by EOD . When I did not receive the order till evening again I called thh customer service and now they told me that the order cant be delivered until 30th and on the above that they will compensate me of 150 rs for the delay.

                                    I wrote a mail to the company CEO but still there is no response. The response is SORRY and they just cant help anything more on it.
