I have ordered medicines through netmeds

I have follow up over phone and mails and registered complaints

Got ticket numbers for those but my product is still being delivered after 17 days of payment too

I am worried such a premier company which also mahendra singh dhoni supports in ad, is so bad in service.

There is no communication from the netmeds side

    Order id - nms[protected]w placed on 7th oct, still under processing, from past 1 day i am connecting cs but not getting proper answer, every-time i hear yes we will do it. It had never happened earlier.
    Really getting annoyed on this. Is this the same company that was caught for fake medicines selling online. The news paper never said any name. Please help us.

      I placed an order on 26.09.2018 for rs. 2, 528.80
      Order no. Nms[protected]m.
      This was returned undelivered on 01.10.2018 without any reason.
      On 08.10.2018, i was informed that the same will be redelivered.
      Order no. Nms[protected]mrs.
      But till date there is no progress.
      I sent many mails, but i get only automated reply with "do not reply" instructions.

      Amount was already paid by me.

        I ordered medicine from netmeds on 3rd oct and it was supposed to be delivered by 4th or 5th but it was not delivered and due to urgency i had to buy medicines from other place. I mailed to them to cancel my order and refund money. On monday they realised to deliver the order whih i refused to accept as they are of no use to me.
        Since then i mailed many times to them to refund the money but there is no response from them. Atleast they should accept their mistake and respond. I used to order from 1mg and the next day it gets delivered and i never faced any issue with 1mg. Never thought that 'netmeds' such a brand which dhoni promotes could have worst customer service.

          I had placed an ordered with order no. Nms[protected]m. With payment of rs.1654.72. But now they are not responing anything just saying order cancelled.
          Not responding anything and not recieving any call.. Even they didnt notified me about order cancelletion i have checked it by logging in my account..
          So please help as they are not recieving any call when thy say press5 to talk to customer care by pressing it the call gets disconnected they are cheating...

          I have placed an order ( prepaid) no.NMS[protected]A on 27.09.18. After seven days I am still waiting for medicine. Order not processed after seven days pass away . I have made several call and mail but I have not received any call from company side and not found any solution. I am very fade up to book my order with Netmed.

              I ordered some medicine for my family members. The person who delivered to us a box of medicines. I just asked him to handover the box to check whether the medicines are correct or not. He just argued with me that i cant let u into the house to see the box. I assured him that i will hand over the money as soon as i see the prescribed medicine. He just SNATCHED the box from my hands and told me that i am not giving u the medicines. Is this iur delivery ettiquetes to the customer. A big ###ing shame to u ###

                  I have ordered medicine with order no nms[protected]a from bangalore. On 9th september 2018. During booking i received notification that it will get delivered by 12th sept. I call coustmer care to expidiate process as no action has been taken for next 2 days. After multiple follow up with coustmer care i didn't received any proper follow up where i expect that i will receive my order on or before 13th. I have wasted 4 days behind them and today received call from them stating that they will delay and send to me on 14th afternoon which will we no use for me.

                  With my review i think if i couldn't followed up then it might take more then 2 weeks.

                  Lastly i am ended with cancellation and waiting for complete refund. Later uninstallation of app

                    I got incomplete and unsealed medicine.
                    I ordered 30 sachets of health ok sachets.
                    One box contains 6 satchets which are properly sealed by company.
                    I received 28 satchets.
                    3 boxes contained 6 satchets each, sealed.
                    2 boxes contained 5 satchets each, unsealed, 2 less.
                    I informed customer care from my login but no one is interested even to respond. I would not trust them now. Who knows whether the medicines are even original or duplicate if they do such frauds.

                      This is in reference to my order dated[protected] under order no nms[protected]a which i have never received but your website is showing delivered irrespective of the fact that the tracking no ex37006178in of india post is still showing pending at post office. Without confirming from india post you are showing it is delivered. It is pertinent to mention here that i have already taken up the matter with your customer service executives but of no avail first raised a ticket under reference no (# nme[protected] dated 29th august 2018 and later another ticket was raised under reference no (# nme[protected] dated[protected]. Look into the matter. Otherwise i will be left with no option but to go to consumer court to teach you a lesson.

                        Hi,
                        This is regarding an online order that I asked from netmeds. I paid them for 2 packs. Each of them should contain 10 sachets. But when I received and open the parcel, only one has 10 sachets, another has six sachets only.When I raised a query to netmeds, they are sharing a packing video of 0 seconds which and say that this is justification of packing.I need to raise my concerns for this so that such companies should not be able to do such things with their customers anymore.

                        Other medicine LOSERTAR 50 have been sent by not sending the medicine that I have ordered LOSER 50 against the prescription attached.
                        That I have ordered to send it, but if I had not been strong enough to be careful today then maybe there could be DANGER.
                        So I'm saying again and again extra caution should be taken.

                          I am regular buyer from netmeds but their routine habit is to delay deliveries. App shows aggressive delivery dates but practically rarely fulfilled.
                          4-5 days for delivery to a city like bangalore, wheteas commitment is 24-48hrs..

                          Cust care says they will do everything but results are zero.
                          Despite regular follow-up woth customer service, emails they do nothing which gives positive result.

                          Buy only if you have luxury of time.

                            I have booked my order nms[protected]w on 21st august and the part 1 of this order i had received on 23rd evening and the part 2 of this order i had not received as till now (25th august 2018 - 19:30 hrs).

                            As per the netmeds advertisements in newspaper (S) and as per there website (https://www.netmeds.com/) they commit next day delivery and as far as this seems to be totally fraud as why my order had not been arrived yet.

                            As i had received mail on 22nd august that part-2 of the order number nms[protected]w, has been issued. The tracking id is[protected]

                            All the tracking id in there mail seems to be totally fake as they never been reachable online on the courier site or via there hyperlink

                            When i called them on 24th august late evening, they said that they had been tracking the same and issue the ticket number # nme[protected] but they are unable to confirm why the same order had not been delivered yet?

                            Now today just i called them and they said that they dont have been able to see any updates on that ticket # nme[protected] and they are unable to contact the courier company as well. When i asked them about the status or any expected delivery date they said they dont know as there ticket needs to be updated in the total timing of 24-48 hours

                            As per my experience, netmeds.com is totally fake as earlier also i have seen very poor delivery and very worst customer experience.

                            I need to asked to them why they commit next day delivery???
                            What is the status of my order and why it had not been delivered in the 24 hours time or in the last 96 + hours

                            Above all why there customer handling functionality unable to state the latest status when the order get delivered

                            I never suggest netmeds.com to any one and it will be totally money making business by showing lesser prices and then unable to deliver there promises

                            I need immediate update from netmeds.com and will be futher escalaing the same

                                Not able to deliver medicine, order got cancelled

                                I have ordered medicine. But they are not delivering it. They will cancel. They all are group of thugs and cheats. They just want to rise in the indian market by making false promise. They are playing with life of people. Please don't order medicine from this site. There customer care is useless and full of lairs.

                                  Please not that we have return 5 type of medicine total 14 strips to provided address by company of ahmedabad aslali area they tell they have received 5 strips of 2 medicine, they have not given credit of 9 strips of 3 medicine, also, instead of return money they given credit in wallet to fool consumer instead of credited in our payment AC I.e.in credit card .

                                      Hi Team,

                                      I ordered the product on 4th July but it still not reached and I did many follow up but no response from your end.

                                      If you aren't able to deliver the product as per your commitment. Please stop selling the products as it's medicine which are most consist towards health.

                                      So what should I do now do u want me wait for years or months.

                                        Hellow sir iam a resident of hyderabad my order is not received yet .I have ordered my medicine on 3rd july and i got a call from local manager on 5th july regarding my order that the medicine package is damaged and he told me that he would sent a mail to you regarding this issue and my order will come within 24 hours .But today is 9th july till now nobody contacted me about my order .I humbly request you to please reship my order other wise refund my money My order detail is NMS[protected]A and my shipping order no is P[protected]
