I had placed an ordered with order no. Nms[protected]m. With payment of rs.1654.72. But now they are not responing anything just saying order cancelled.
Not responding anything and not recieving any call.. Even they didnt notified me about order cancelletion i have checked it by logging in my account..
So please help as they are not recieving any call when thy say press5 to talk to customer care by pressing it the call gets...

I ordered 30 sachets of health ok sachets.
One box contains 6 satchets which are properly sealed by company.
I received 28 satchets.
3 boxes contained 6 satchets each, sealed.

This is regarding an online order that I asked from netmeds. I paid them for 2 packs. Each of them should contain 10 sachets. I am regular buyer from netmeds but their routine habit is to delay deliveries. App shows aggressive delivery dates but practically rarely fulfilled.
4-5 days for delivery to a city like bangalore, wheteas commitment is 24-48hrs..

Cust care says they will do everything but results are zero.
Despite regular follow-up woth customer service, emails they do nothing which gives positive result.

I have booked my order nms[protected]w on 21st august and the part 1 of this order i had received on 23rd evening and the part 2 of this order i had not received as till now (25th august 2018 - 19:30 hrs).

As per the netmeds advertisements in newspaper (S) and as per there website (https://www.netmeds.com/) they commit next day delivery and as far as this seems to be totally fraud as why my order had not been arrived yet.br...

I ordered 2 products from netmeds on 13/08/2018 but i didn't received my order till now, but netmeds is sending me confirmed delivery mails and messages whic i received today. But i didn't received anything. This order was prepaid, i already paid fr that but i didn't get anything. How could netmeds do this? I want my money back or i want my order because i paid for that. Not able to deliver medicine, order got cancelled

I have ordered medicine. But they are not delivering it. They will cancel. They all are group of thugs and cheats. They just want to rise in the indian market by making false promise. They are playing with life of people. Please don't order medicine from this site. There customer care is useless and full of lairs....

Please not that we have return 5 type of medicine total 14 strips to provided address by company of ahmedabad aslali area they tell they have received 5 strips of 2 medicine, they have not given credit of 9 strips of 3 medicine, also, instead of return money they given credit in wallet to fool consumer instead of credited in our payment AC I.e.in credit card .

I ordered the product on 4th July but it still not reached and I did many follow up but no response from your end.

If you aren't able to deliver the product as per your commitment. Please stop selling the products as it's medicine which are most consist towards health.

Hellow sir iam a resident of hyderabad my order is not received yet .I have ordered my medicine on 3rd july and i got a call from local manager on 5th july regarding my order that the medicine package is damaged and he told me that he would sent a mail to you regarding this issue and my order will come within 24 hours .But today is 9th july till now nobody contacted me about my order .I humbly request you to please reship my order other wise...

Prepaid order made on 04/07/2018 and they are unable to deliver or refund till date.they are running a business
of national level with poor standards with no customer service at all.I think govt. should look out before issuing a license to any online pharmacy.please resolve this matter as soon as possible.

I have ordered medicines and made the payment online however there was call from netmed and they said we donot accept payment before confirmation of order hence i confirmed ordered and payment the payment in cash, however there was call next day for again delivery of same medicines where he said already payment for the same is done, waste of extra medicines

I could sense 2 things from netmeds. If you prepay your money, you will receive a delayed delivery which may take even a week through you live in the same city nearby the hub. Next is their offer. Pls do not go by it. Cheaters. Amazon pay gate way shall be open everytime when you order sometime indicating you will receive a cash back but this is applicale only for one time in a month.
