They cancelled order after taking one week to. Review prescription then had the audacity to lie that they asked for a correct prescription which was sent twice already. Not just that, I sent an email to their escalation team informing them about the whole episode and they shamelessly sent an 'apologetic' response without even promising an enquiry, then closed the ticket. I found medplusmart's service much more user friendly. At least they don't cheat customers.

    Sir,
    I was a registered customer of your online medicine shop, but sorry to say that your outsourcing is doing some fraudulent. I became your registered member on april 26 2017 (I received email confirmation in my this particular email id [protected]@gmail.com and also text in my mobile) and ordered 3 orlistat with prescription, when i call to you hindi helpline [protected] on thursday 27 april 2017 a lady received my call, and informed me that my prescription is not valid, i must summit a valid prescription in whatsapp [protected], but i cannot send the prescription and in friday 28 april 2017 14:00 p. M. The lady again call me from a landline [protected] and asked for the prescription and again gave me the same whatsapp number. After that i send a recent prescription on that whatsapp number mentioning my order number (Nms[protected]w), a text came to my mobile informing that the prescription is received, and a team of doctor will call me, and i received a call from [protected] friday 28 april 2017 at 18:11 who wants to know about the placed order and i mentioned orlistat, the man behind the phone was in some hurry just inform me that orlistat will not be send and cut the phone instant. I call in another number mentioned in the last text i received [protected] on friday 28 april 2017 at 18:13 this time a man received the phone and and suggested me to wait, i waited till yesterday, and today i again call you customer care [protected] at 9:32am (This time the english process as hindi and the other number [protected] was not receiving the call) the lady there without asking my order number said that my prescription is in valid, i asked how do she know that without knowing my order number she said they are able to know it, as i said i send a valid prescription in whatsapp she said i am not a registered customer thus i have to send it on a email id and gave me [protected]@netmedx. And no i am unable to login through my registered id [protected]@gmail.com

      Its about the Gati courier service, i had ordered a product, the id ­
      NMS[protected]W, today on 20th the gati delivery person called me up, and he asked me to come where he was,
      instead of delivering at home, and gave me the same infamous reason that we have a truck and you have to come here where we are stopped, i had even complained about gati a several times before to amazon too, and now
      i'm again facing the worst thing which is gati, through netmeds, i don't care how less the product costs, let it be
      just one rupee, but you do take delivery charges right? so it your job to deliver as expected, and not make a run out of the customer... beyond tolerance rate. i had even contacted the netmeds support person which was again an annoyance, below is the conversation

        My name is Sourav Chakraborty. I have ordered a very urgent medicine of on 1st April 2017 with the order number NMS[protected]A. Email I'd - [protected]@gmail.com. Today its 7th April 2017, but still the order is in processing where prescription also had been uploaded and verified also. The customer care executives are worst. They only says that they had raise an issue to the dispatch team. Nermeds says they generally delivered product in 3 to 7 days. But now I can see after 5 days it has not yet been dispatched. My mobile number [protected]. I have also paid online banking.I am from Kolkata.

          Be aware of Netmeds.com. Its fake and and a bogus company. They will never stick to delivery schedules promished. They do not even have have essential stock of medicines. There is no Escalation matrix. Once you pay they will never deliver you the medicine. In my case I have to finally cancel the order but again till date I am yet to get refund.

          Hence do not get trapped by this online medicine e-commerce site name NETMEDS.COM. A bunch of cheaters.
          You r talking about their delivery service ?They took my prescription and misusing it for there own, and gave my number to a criminal who harsh me as netmed doctor everyday .The problem is I live in a remote place of Gujarat and cannot get the required medicine, without that medicine the patient is not even able to walk, they did fraud in this serious case .

            I had ordered the medicine on 15th March. I struggled to get the medicines dispatch after continuous followup only no 25th . Which reached the patient on 30th . IN this process, the medicine could not meet the critical patient on time. We cant rely on Netmeds for timely delivery of medicines. Better buy it from outside.

              We had ordered Accu Chek Active from Netmeds. However, when we received the product, the seal of the box was broken, the part were missing and the item is defective. They are not ready to take the product back and give refund.

              They have shared packaging video with us. However, this does not that items were not stolen before or after packaging. Also, it does not justify the item is defective.

              We have tried our best, calling them, written emails but they are not helping.

I matched the medicines from the bill then i have seen that the 2 of medicines from them having different batch number as mentioned in the bill and had called them many times but my issue is not solved. Its had tried this to solve this issue for a month but not solved.I want that the netmeds solve my issue or refund me my payment.

                  I have order Ostolief medicine from Netmeds. 05 quantity and first they cancelled my 02 quantity by saying that it is out of stock and then they said that we are dispatching 03 quantity but when i received the medicine it just contains 01 quantity of medicine and i have paid for 05 quantity of medicine. But the 15 days have been passed neither they respond anything on email neither on phone no refund has been initiated till 06 feb 2017.

                    I had ordered few medicine in netmeds website and made online payment on 25/01/2017. I followed 2 times with there call centre and they informed that they are processing the order it will be delivered in 4-6 Days. On 28/01/2017 I received call from NETMEDS office and they said Medicine is not available and cannot process the order and cancelled the order. I called them on 30/01/2017 to confirm the refund of my money. They are saying it will take 10 Working Days to process the refund to my bank account. I have run out of my medicine for the month. I get my salary on 7th of calender month. I have to be without medicine for next 5 Days. I request the consent authority to take appropriate action on the matter.

                      I have cancelled my order (netmed[protected]) on 4th december 2016 but still i did n't received my refund yet. company promised that they will refund in 7 to 9 working days till now i have not received any amount. spoke with executives for 3 to 4 times and sent my credit card statement to their wats up number as per their suggestion done everything which was suggested still there is no response from the concerned teams. this is really a poor service. i am attaching the mail conformation from netmeds. i request the consumers forum to take necessary action on the issue.

                        I had ordered products through Netmeds NMS[protected]A on 2nd Dec. I mentioned that the order is delivered on 6th Dec. However the same was not delivered. On sending mail to customer support I got a mail that the compalin will be closed in 24 hours which is not resolved yet. The call centre does not respond. I have already made the payment. Not a very trust worthy deal.

                        The complaint has not got any response. It is not closed from Netmeds end as well. Unfortunately exploring options to go to the consumer redressal forum for resolution.
                        I had to cancel the order since it's been 8 days and nobody contacted me from netmeds side. It is the most unprofessional online site.
                        It's 27 days past I haven't got my refund of 733 order cancelled on 26th December
                        If not refunded or further contacted I will be pressurised to file a case .

                            I havent got the couriour till 24/10/2016 4:00 pm my couriour reached allahabad on 18/10/2016 as shown by tracking details in mobile. i m fed up with the couriour service i m willing that you should change the couriour service to blue dart or any other good couriour service other than aramex couriour I have now finally got the COURIOUR at 04:50 PM but I have been upset with the COURIOUR services.

                              I had placed an order withy netmeds on 10 september, 2016 order no. Nms[protected]w and received a notification from you on 14 september, 2016 that my order has been shipped and the tracking no. Is [protected]. As mentioned on their website it takes to 7 days for delivery. It is now 17 days and i have not received the medicines. I have enquired twice regarding date of delivery but never got a positive date of delivery from you. Also calls to you[protected] number go unanswered most of the time

                                1st order, after everyday follow up they dispatch medicines and cancelled partial order saying out of stock.

                                2nd order, alternative medicine, daily follow up and escalation they say again out of stock, please pay additional money as they can provide another brand which is rs 100 more than it so they can dispatch the order.

But after two days they told that my order cancelled by them because out of stock. The amount has not been credited to my account number till now (12/12/16).

                                  If yes, Please help and ineterviene.Any license of doing business need to have some accountability else should be an immediate revoke.An immediate revoke for Netmeds is a must.

                                    As per info in netmeds website products must be delivered within 7 days.
                                    But
                                    Till now they not even dispatched.
                                    Every day customer support executives are saying order is in processing and it takes 24 to 48 hrs for dispatching.
                                    I am hearing same story since last five days.
                                    So i request netmeds through to dispatch my products immediately.

                                      I ordered some medicines worth Rs Rs 418.90 per their order No NMS[protected]W which was fully paid through Bill desk and their acknowledgement. I wrote several letter to the company of non delivery of medicines by their delivery agent viz BLUE DART.

                                      Finally the company wrote to me that the medicines has been delivered.

                                      Kindly help from this fraudulent activities of the Company.
                                      I made a payment of rupees 3400 for panlipase capsules but order is not yet placed

                                        They have promised the delivery with in 7 days, but it has not been delivered till 7 - sep and their courier partner doesn't even know where is courier it
                                        their courier partner is dotzot - they dont even know how to spk to a customer. very rude reply for this company as well i had ordered the medicine on 29 - aug via order no NMS[protected]W when they cannot deliver the good on time why do they hv to take the order in first place. now there is ping pong between dotzot and netmeds
