delivery of wrong medicine

I had ordered for Manjistha Ghanvati and had even uploaded the prescription on the website of Netmeds. I received two bottles packed in a cardboard box from Netmeds delivered by XpressBees courier. I checked the sticker on the reverse of one bottle. The bottle which I was consuming for ten days - 12 tablets daily was not Manjistha Ghanvati but Bhasma Ghanvati. The bottle also contained bhasma powder. On inquiry with the company Gokripa Products...

I have order more than 5 k medicine within 1-2 months and always delivery is the big issue. Never delivered on time and even they never call and say if delay in delivery. It is really disgusting and not acceptable. It is not material it is medicine which needs to be on time delivery..

What dhoni is doing... Dhoni must know before giving adv for this company.

    I had ordered medicine for my granny which were supposed to be urgent. This is the worst site to ever order medicine, imagine ordering medicine online which take a week just to approve prescription? The customer service team said that the doctor will call you but i only get fake messages that you have missed a call from doctors and there are no calls on my phone. The response from your agents take 2 days? Pathetic service you guys give better close the site, you are not good enough to deal with it

      Placed a repeat order on 4/5 for medicines.
      On 7/5 got call from call centre who could not understand uploaded recent prescriptions.
      Then "doctor" called up, followed by calls from 2 doctors on 8/5.
      Suddenly got call at 4 pm on 9/5 from delivery boy when i was away.
      Have been waiting as he assured delivery today (10/5) morning

        I find this repeatedly now. I upload the prescription and order certain quantity of only few medicines in the prescription. Say, if there are 6 medicines and i want only 4 of them, i order only those 4 medicines with specific quantity. When the payment link is sent, i have no way to check and then proceed to payment.in the recent order, the value came upto some 7k and i was shocked. When i went into the details, i found that all the medicines in the prescription have been uploaded by you with 10 strips of each medicine. Luckily, i saw the amount and stopped at the last moment. If i had made the payment, i have to run behind you for return of medicines which is a painful process with you and getting refund is another painful task. I do not understand, how you can play around with customers like this. Who gave you the permission to tamper my order and the person spoke to me gave some stupid reasons of backend updation etc. I will escalate this in the social media, so that, people are aware of the way you guys conduct business.

            I placed order nms[protected]w on 20/04/2019. On 21/04/2019 i wanted to cancel order this is why i logged in on netmeds. The order status was processing which means the order wasn't packed nor it was shipped. So i searched for cancel button, the button was disabled. So i wrote email to netmeds customer service everyday but they did not reply to my emails and delivered the order. I have been writing emails to netmeds to please cancel order and refund my money but they just don't reply to my emails.

              One product was out of stock. So they have to return ₹294
              As their payment partner i. E. Razor pay, they started refund process from 03/04/2019.
              After some days on razorpay website it is showing refund successful and it will take 5-7 days to complete. But it is now 17 days and i don't get my money
              I complained to netmeds customer care after their due date passed.
              But they are telling computer language that they sent me my money. I have to check my account statement.
              After i sent them my account statement on '[protected]@netmeds.com', but next day they are saying we sent you your money go to your bank and file a complaint.
              What is meaning of online transactions if my money get stuck at some company, where they are asking me to go running to complain and waste my time.
              Why don't you choose some reliable payment gateway and what about my money?

                I have ordered medicines on 11th april 2019. But till date order is not delivered. I have put a mail for this issue to customer care. And they said within 24 hrs they will reply. But no any response from netmeds. It's very urgent for me, i have been ordering regularly. And very much dependent on netmeds. Now i have to buy from other source as it is my need. It's not good. From now onwards we will think about placing the order to netmeds. Unnecessarily i am buying the product from other sources and also time & money loss.

                  Order in-transit from last 4 days. Medicine ordered more than a week before. I got sms saying delivery attempted concern person not responding. Did nit receive any call and no one visited to home i don't know how they attempted delivery. Need a resolution on this, get medicine delivered or need immediate refund. This is not the way to do business. Company full of #.. No one even response to the complaint.

                      I want to return a duplicate order since last 10 days... I have called immediately (On 31.03.2019) at the time of order that a duplicate order created due to website issue.
                      Then next day i have received a call from netmeds that your order is cancelled successfully and you will get the money refunded in 2 days after that both product delevered to me and in between i called to their customers care almost 100 times but no results they are just giving me word that product will pick in 1 day and refund will issue but still nothing happen.

                        I ordered Minmin tonic 200 ml, Aptivate syrup 173 ml and other medicines. During order placing expiry dates for above tonic and syrup were March 2020 and April 2020. I placed the order after checking expiry dates.
                        After delivery I checed the medicine, then noticed that I received wrong batch no. with different expiry dates medicine received.
                        I received Aptivate syrup 173 ml with batch no A17479SD with expiry date Nov. 2019 instead of batch no. A18109SD with expiry date April 2020.
                        Also for Minmin tonic 200 ml I received medicine batch no. RPG40911022 with expiry date June 2019 instead of batch no. REM089 with expiry March 2020.NETMEDS sending different medicine from their bills and cheating the customers by sending very less expiry date medicines.
                        I contacted the NETMEDS since last 10 days through the customer care and email. But they have not responded me through mail.
                        The customer care telling that they are verifying the complaint and need 2 working days. But after 6 working days they are unable to solve the problem.
                        Tell me what to do.

                          The medicine insulin delivered was wrongly delivered.

                          The prescription was uploaded by me which is being deleted.

                          The doctor spoke to a individual and not to patient and has gone ahead confirmed the order without speaking to me. Negligence on the part of doctor without confirming details about medicine or insulin dosage or speaking to the correct person as mentioned in prescription nor checking if she diabetic or not.

                          The medicine delivered could have been fatal to me as i checked the label and came to know it was wrong insulin.

                          Now when i spoke to their supervisor they informed that i had made mistake and will not deliver nor refund.

                          The money spent is hard earned money and i have lost faith in this system.

                          As this incident caused me undue tension and psychological problems i would recommend a full refund with compensation money of 50000/- rupees.

                            While placing order the image shown against Optogest 200 mg tablet includes name sustained release. But when received that are normal tablets.
                            Netmed peoples you are playing with peoples life. It is very dangerous.
                            Considering mistake made by your peoples, arrange new strip of Optogest 200 mg SR tablets.

                            These are not good ethics of doing business. You should have some controls. You are not selling grocery. It is medicines.i have screenshot of the same tablets in attachment.

                              My last two orders are pending delivery from netmeds.
                              The delivery person rakesh from dehlivery.com is misbehaving. He is calling my mobile for creating a record that he contacted me but after two rings, disconnecting the line before i pick up. When i questioned this, he started speaking to me in abusive language and challenged me saying that i can complain as much as i want. Finally, when i told him that he can deliver to anyone at home or even to security person at our building, he cut the line and did not respond. It appears that he has put in record that delivery attempt was not successful.

                                  I made an online purchase of paediatric medicine, two units of orovit drops 15ml, from netmeds on 16/02/2019. I received the order on 18/02/2019.

                                  The product invoice mentions the description of the two units separately as;
                                  1. Ovovit drops 15ml, hsn 3004, mrp 55.00, batch no nob-15, expiry 01/20
                                  2. Ovovit drops 15ml, hsn 3004, mrp 55.00, batch no nob-16, expiry 03/20.

                                  The actual products received were;
                                  1. Ovovit drops 15ml, mrp 55.00, batch no nob-15, expiry 01/20
                                  2. Ovovit drops 15ml, mrp 50.00, batch no nob-110, expiry 04/19.

                                  The invoice does not match with the product sent to me. Moreover the paediatric medicine sent to me expiring. The product takes more than a month for my child to finish it. That means that the product will expire during the course of administering the medicine.

                                  The actual price of the medicine in the market is rs 50.00 for old stock and rs 55.00 for the new stock. One of medicine which i received is an old stock and is expiring on april 2019. The price of rs 50.00 was striked off on the medicine pack.

                                  In short, i have paid rs 93.50 for one unit of medicine of the price rs 55.00

                                  I have contacted the netmeds customer care many times intimating the matter. Each time, the netmeds customer care responds with the same reply that a cash back of rs 93.50 has been credited to my netmeds wallet.

                                  If i have money in my netmeds wallet, the company could have sent me the product after these repeated complaints

                                  The response from the customer care that the money is credited to its wallet is not acceptable to me. Please direct the company to refund the money, as i hove lost the trust through repeated emails. I am ready to return the old product or both which are sent to me.

                                  Kindly take up the matter and settle it at the earliest.

                                    This is regarding my order no. : nms[protected]as01
                                    I had placed my order on 18th february 2019.
                                    And the delivery was on 21st february via xpressbees but i received text on 24th saying order will be delivered today. But without any call or attempt they remarked my order as "consignee not available". It was delaying my treatment so i emailed netmeds to cancel my order since i no more want the products now and refund the money. But they rescheduled the delivery for the next day i. E 25th feb and today also they made no attempt to deliver yet remarked it as "consignee not available"

                                    I want my money refunded as soon as possible. Netmeds have pathetic service.

                                    I will be highly thankful to you if you refund my money.

                                    After so much of efforts they finally gave me an email saying they will cancel the order (under processing) and finally I got a sms from xpressbees (with phone no.) That delivery is out and got it delivered. But one thing for sure I'm never ever ordering anything from them.

                                    I have ordered some medicine from netmeds. It should deliver 3 to 4 days but till date its not deliver after 6-7 day
                                    after call messages several times no one can give proper answer.

                                    If netmeds not able to deliver it on time then clearly inform customer. I should not order it from netmeds.

                                      I have ordered some medicines from netmeds on 18th feb, that day they has some issue in their application and unfortunately order was declined but money was debited from my bank. As per per bank money has credited in beneficiary bank account but netmeds is not giving me any response, i am just getting some system generated mails.

                                      They are not responding any more!
                                      I am making this complaint so that i can get it back, amount was 2159 rs.
