My Name is Swapan Monga customer of your netplus internet services. My account id was [protected], and my running plan was OTC0_Speed50_499_100G as on 20 December 2018. On 22 December 2018 i received messaged on my registered mobile number [protected] that new account is created and its detail is [protected]. And on 18 January 2019, i received message that
Your bill has been generated for [protected] and Total Payable...

We have make so many request for broadband is not working last 15 days. But your operaters are ignore about this. Your service is very poor. If you have any solution so contact me...[protected]... My net account no is...[protected]... If you have not any solution so my connection will cancelled... Your customer care service is also unable to give proper information....

My broadband is not working since 01.01.2019 & no one is bothering to attend the same. Since three consecutive days has passed, you are requested to look into the matter otherwise i have to discontinue your services & shall switch to some other service provider. Netplus is a fraud service provider. Their representives has taken money twice from us and has not provided us internet connection till date.. Upon calling them again and again, they talked rudely and then stopped responding.
The representative has committed that they will provide internet connection in a day, however even after months they didnot took any action....

My customer ID is [protected]. I requested many times to the service provider to put my connection on Fiber Optic but they give me blind response. About ten days eartler, they kept the boxes in my house to install Fibre optic but no one came to my house to finish their job. Now they started to mute my calls. I am totally dissatisfied with their services....

Even no body call in regards of my complaint, i also mail my complaint at [protected]@netplus.co.in but all waste, continously calling call centre for complaint only one answer every time "wait kar leegiye"...

My internet is not working properly since almost two months, it's been on and off. Several times my transactions god declined and money got stuck between bank and the merchant because of sudden disconnection of internet. I have been keep calling them at least 4-5 times a day but every time they keep saying one thing technician will visit in 4-6 working hours but no one has ever visited nor did i receive and call from them. First, it was a slow internet speed issue. I called the customer care and they said that the problem will be resolved in 4-6 hours. It was not resolved but the complaint was automatically closed.

I have sent the complaint regarding the issue to netplus and even after repeated reminders the problem is not resolved.

There is not 0 star, I should give them 0, very poor service, I had told them 2weeks prior, but now it's going to be more than 15days not yet my connection is not being installed, when I call concerned
authorities, they delay for 4-5 days, they are not picking call even after 6-7 calls per day.very poor service pls don't prefer this, wasted a lot of time on it ....
