I have been calling daily netplus customer care that my home net is not working, they are telling me that it will work in 4hours.13 months has passed and still the net is not working. Moreover they have sent the bill even when the net is not working.

      Worst internet service provider company, their technician never came to fix internet issues whatever u have... Doesnt matter how many times u registered the complaints. If you registered the complaints[protected] times, still they wont show up to resolve it. Second thing their customer care executive lolz.. They generate an otp for your complaints and tells you untill you share this otp with technician, your complaint will never be closed. But after few days they close the complaints without fixing it. If you ask them why did you close the case its not fixed yet. They will tell you sir we have some system server issues due to which all complaints has been automatically closed. Hahahaha wtf netplus broadband.

        I am using bb connection from isp m/s netplus/ludhiana and my cust id is 1390406.in the month of may19 i found my internet speed very low and i complained on their customer helpline no [protected], but no complaint was registered. Then i sent e-mail and whatsapp messages to their patiala office also but nobody attended my complaint. Ultimately i sent a message to their patiala office whatsapp no that i am not going to pay their outstanding bill. After that, m/s netplus has suspended my account and harasing me.

          I am using Netplus Broadband from last more than 1 year.
          Few days ago I faced issues with Internet Connectivity. So I called Customer Care for fixing this and provide me waiver. They told me that we have processed your request and new bill will be generated soon.
          It's been more than 10 days and no new bill is generated till now.

          When I called Customer Care again they told me the same thing that your request is in progress.
          This is totally unacceptable and embarrassing.

          Need to solve it asap.

            This is to apprise that i am user of netplus having 3 modems in various houses and i am frustrated from the service rendered by you as i had call at least 30 times in customer care but my complaint is not yet resolve after 60 hours while they assure that the complaint will be resolve in 4-6 working hours. I don't know what are there doing they are simply passing the time by humiliating their customers. I had already paid the amount however i am not getting any service since 3 days and from 1-6-19 i am changing my operator of all the 3 houses. So you are requested to rectify the fault as soon as possible and from 1 june pls stop all my 3 netplus accounts and pay back my security. I am very amazed that how you get the best broadband of 2018 after having very poor services.

              My idno. Is [protected]...I compalint about my local cabel operator... He treat very rudely.he has no time to hear my complaint about my WiFi internet connection...he says he has no time...his name is gold cabel...he has no manners talk with customers...he ignore my complaint and cut the phn and say what can I do for this...and his employee says the when we check your connection firstly you give me 150 RS... Charges...???? I am very disappointed your service...plz... Change my cabel operator.. last one month I face this problem but he has no solution... I don't want this connection I pay 150 RS. Charges that man ...and now I don't pay my bill bcz... My net is not working...from last one month

My compalint is about netplus broadband my wifi is not working properly from last 15 days everyday i complaint & they said we will send a technician at your home but no technician reached when i call them to cancel my connection then they said sorry for innconvine & they force me to pay the bill how i will pay if am not using there services properly... Your local operator says we have no time to listening your complaint we have free time then we listen... He treat very rudely... Your service is very bad.. If you have not any solution plz. Cut my connection because i don't want to waste me time and energy...

                  It's the fourth day when we are facing the same issue mentioned above. It's a waste of time and energy. We have an urgent piece of work. We just have paid the bill and this is happening with us.
                  I am very disappointed this time.

                  It is ridiculous!!

                    The customer executive staff is very arrogant, i asked veerpal to put me through to senior and she just denied and said you can complain you have the right. They are so arrogant and instead of helping is messing around with the time of the customers.
                    The local operator took money but didn't update the system and i called the customer care instead of helping they just asked to call the operator and the no they gave they had actually stopped working with them 2 months ago, so their systems are so bad, staff is so bad, they are just irritating the customers and harassing them mentally.

                      Im Parveen Kumar Rattan from Chandigarh wuth connection number 1631275 new optic fiber swtiched number.
                      Poor lodging online complaint system (intentiinally) by company. Emails sent to Appelate authrity always received witg rejected message. Frequent Dropping internet service. Bad experience ever since obtained tgisvconnection of net plus. Worst after company switched over to so call Optic Fiber lines. So many complaints sent. Now going to file consumer complaint before Honble State Consumer Redreesal Forum, TRAI & PM Portal.

                          I had submitted my documents and payment last week. The installation and everything else is done but i am not getting the internet service. I have been calling and filing complaints with the company but still no one has come to rectify the issue. They keep telling me the issue has been escalated but nothing has been practically done. I had informed them i have work and need the connection on urgent basis but they did not listen to me. I told them please do the arrangements only if you can provide the urgent connection they agreed to it but has kept me waiting for more than a week now. I have been a previous customer. Their manpower had always been non-cooperative and don't bother about the customers.

                            My customer id is 1308386 and my name is sahil. My wifi modem is not working since 10 days. I’ve been constantly contacting the customer care service of netplus and every time i tell my problem to them they say that the technician will call me and the problem will be resolved in 4-6 hours and this is going on from 10 days but they are not fixing it and everytime i contact them they are saying that my complaint has been put on the top of the list and it will be in 4-6 hours but nothing is happening. It has driven me insane and they are not even talking properly and sometimes do not even pick the call. I want my problem to be fixed as soon as possible.

                              I am gurdip singh writing to express my dissatisfaction service.

                              My customer id was [protected] and new customer id is [protected] that is registered by my.

                              My internet broadband is not working due to pending bill payment. However, my brond not working in feb. 2019 month, because my brondband was using old cable. When i submitted my complaint to customer care in 2nd week of feb. 2019 then they answered me due to technical problem of my area my brooadband is not working. After this, i complained again on 1 march 2019.
                              According to that complaint your technician of area they replace fibre wire with old cable on 1 march. But they give me connection in last street that dp is more than 200 m distance. Beside this, one dp is front of my gate, when i discussed them, they answered me this dp is full.
                              Now i want answer from you, why replace late fibre wire on my connection as compare to other connection of my area? Moreover, when my broadband not working more than 2 week of month, why i will pay this bill?
                              So, i request to you adjust my bill payment or give me some relextion of payment. Moreover give me connection in nearly dp that is in the front of gate, beside last street dp.
                              I am unsatisfied from service. If you will not accept my this request then, i will not use your service and close my connection.

                              Hope you can resolve my problem and look forward to hearing from you.

                              This mail was sent to netplus customer care. However, they did not give any response.
                              After all i have payed my bill 707 on 13/03/2019 at 4.30.51 pm by credit card.
                              But after 4 hours my internet was working.

                              Very poor service. No body comes to attend the complaint and very bad behaviour. Every time when we raise a complaint whenever it tools 6 to 10 days to attend the complaint with very bad behaviour of staff

                                First of all customer care service which is provided by netplus is very bad and they don't even have enough knowledge to solve any queries. I have been contacting since 20 days to solve the problem with my modem. For 2 weeks there is no response from netplus nor from local operators.
                                Finally i found the local branch office of netplus and approached them for help. Shockingly they were saying that they didn't get any complaint request from netplus. I was like about to slap him because the way he responded was like get lost and also he said that i'm not here solve your problem. He also said to close the connection. Even now my problem has not been solved. Operators were very rude and behaving like they are some kind of stone men.

                                  Mobile no [protected].. My net not working from last 10 days many times i called custumer care they just hv 1 answer sir ur problem will resolve in 6 working hours... After lot of request got no of mr vijay his no is [protected] he recived my call once only after that he put my no in block list
                                  I have mailed around 6 mails to netplus site l2. But no one cares about it did not get a single reply from mails.. Every time i call helpline they say it will take 4 to 6 hours it's more than around 10 days net still not working

                                    The services provider is not providing services as they promise. My i tetnet connection is recurrently disconnected for one week multiple times and they charged me even though internet id not working. I have tried their customer care number multiple times and logged my complaint multiple times but it is just waste of time. Nobody is visited or contacted me regarding my complaint from past 5 days. Even they assured me each time when i called them that the technician will vist but nobody came. And now they are not even picking up my calls. Please help me out isr

                                      My Name is Swapan Monga customer of your netplus internet services. My account id was [protected], and my running plan was OTC0_Speed50_499_100G as on 20 December 2018. On 22 December 2018 i received messaged on my registered mobile number [protected] that new account is created and its detail is [protected]. And on 18 January 2019, i received message that
                                      Your bill has been generated for [protected] and Total Payable amount is Rs.1286 on 16/01/2019.
                                      As my plan was 499 per month and i am getting bill of more than 1200, when i called on customer care they said that they can’t do anything call local operator. So without my knowledge they changed my current plan, account number and all the details. Not a single confirmation was given by me in this issue. Now i kindly request Netplus to solve this problem as all this issue is caused on your side and i dont wanna pay extra money for not my mistake. I hope as a regular customer you will assure me that action will be taken against whoever is culprit here and will not waste my hard earned money. I also want to tell you that i have two netplus internet connection in my family. So i will seriously take action from my side if i get no response from your side.
