It's regarding the pathetic services you guys have been providing us since past 2 months. We started with netplus in the month of march and no doubt it was working good at that time but now no one takes any action, they don't respond to our calls . Also when it comes to payment they ask us to pay on their personal account via gpay or phonepe instead of website itself, they say site isn't working well. Also its a 50 mbps plan which lasts for a month and they cut off our services two days before without any warning. On checking with netplus customer care executive we came to know that our connection was expired with them in august but that's not true we have been using it continuously its a local providers who are doing fraud .They are taking money from us and not providing good service, every day internet drops atleast 20 times and this is the least number, most of the times speed decreases to 2 mbps can somewhen tell me whats the point of taking this connection??? You guyz need money on time but what about the service and transparency, sitting in ludhiana cant resolve things atleast someone should take the charge for it. Well for sure i will be quiting this worst service once my month gets finished. but kindly improve it before it gets degraded .
I expect someone will call me and sort this out as i have been chasing you people since very long and i am tired of doing this!!!
Also today i got a message from your local handler to pay the bill else my services will be cut and when i told them i have already paid online on 2 november he said please dont pay on website there is a problem now i will try your connection dont get cut. now i guess you people can connect with me how irritating this can be.I am not adding any picture here as i am typing this on behalf of my father but i am the primary use of this internet but if needed i can provide you the bills since beginning.
