Netplus broadband wifi network is very weak in law gate, phagwara, punjab; pin code - 144411. They do not provide good service and their network is that much worth that i am not having words. I regularly call and complain in office situated in phagwara by the name of chopra cables. The office management does not do hearings of complain so i took step i. E online consumer complain. I complained about netplus broadband wifi network that my wifi network is not working and service is worst. They do not provide good service and their network is very much worth that much worth that i have no words to accomplish them. They do not reply to my calls and if by chance replies then do not solve my issue. I kindly request you to please solve my issue asap. Otherwise the better idea for me is to leave netplus broadband connection and join connect broadband which is 100 times better than yours with best service.

    Hello,
    I am #netplus user from last year, (Account number - [protected]) and i am paying 590 per month and everything was going all well. But from 17/04/2020 my internet was down, so i filed a complaint on same day. The customer care said, no worries your issue will be solved soon. But today is 22/04/2020, and i have call to customer care many time but issue still pending. I really never thought that this companies customer service is this worst. Please solve this issue with some kind of permanent solution.

      My connection is off for the last 3 days, email i got from them says "account is terminated bcoz of payment pending"but when i checked the status of my account online, it shows payment has been done in advance. Nothing is due. Called at customer care atleast 100 times, everytime the helpdesk says, dont worry, it will be activated in half n hour. Its been 3 days no action taken. Such a pathetic and poor service. Now who will update their system of accounts.

        I sandeep singh mazroll mail regarding my internet connection id: [protected] and ref no.[protected]
        And token no..[protected] complaint not resolve till morning from yesterday 2pm.
        I already pay the bill on 14th april 2020 at 8:50 pm and on 24th april 2020 internet disconnected by you... After pay full bill on 14th april 2020 at 8:51 pm by indusind bank credit card online... I continues call on your customer care[protected] they continue misguided me that they activate my internet after 2 hour...
        Even they can't check my mail which i were send you on 24th april 2020 at approx 2 pm regarding bill and attached copy of receipt.
        Today at 8:15 am i again call at your customer care and your executive told me that i have billing issue and pending bill even now they can't check my mail regarding bill.
        She told me that after 9 pm mail department open and chk my mail than we connect your inter connection... Means approx 1 day without internet. Means you harassing me during lockdown period

          Hello,

            Dear sir, my name is mohinder singh address is c/o usha kumari house no 1055b rathpur colony pinjore haryana punchkula. I have submitted the documents for netplus and they have provided the id for me to get the new connection. When i talked to mukesh technician here he told me to talk to mr. Rajeev lakra service provider in pinjore haryana distt punchkula, if he will say yes i will set up the connection for you and we have a modam and stuff for new connection. When i talked to lakra he is denying i am not getting the proper communication they are making the wrong guidance, and i want to get the new connection set up its urgent for me.

            While i have seen they are providing the new connection to others may be taking the extra mony for that and refusing by the name of lockdown and still he has provided the new connection to many in the same way his technician is saying if service provider will say yes i will definitely set up the connection if service provider head will say yes find the attached screenshot in below.

              Suddenly my *slow* netplus internet stopped working and i thought it was a regular speed drop as they say its a server maintenance break (Lol), but i received a text on my phone that my plan has been changed to demo plan and i've consumed all the high speed quota on my account. I am trying the helpline number but its on waiting since last 10 minutes and this happened 2 times till now.. There's no way to send a complaint to them to ask why my plan has been changed.
              P. S. My bill is being generated every month even if i've paid for 6 months on the day i got it installed at my house. I doubt it's been done because of not paying bill. I received a call from netplus that my bill is pending, i talked to him and informed him that i have paid for 6 months to the guy who installed and handled everything at my home, he asked his name, i told him and he said he will himself talk to him, i shouldn't worry..

              Well, i am worried because i got mails to be submitted till midnight, and its 11:58 now.

I already raise a request on 9th march 2020 but i am not recieved any invoice till now. It has been 4 days now they are not responding to me. It looks like they have no infrastructure for this.                           My idno. Is [protected]... I want to complaint about my local netplus operator... He was very rude with my mother... It hardly took 5-7 mints when she came inside for the payment in between he rang the bell again n again n told mom he will not come to collect it for the next time rudely.. That was not tolerated the way was worst to deal with any costumer his name was harjeet.. I am very disappointed with this... Plz... Change my netplus operator.. Otherwise will not pay my futher bills. And my net is not properly working kindly check it...

                            My customer id is 290954... My net not working frm 22 december.. I have 26 complaint against net not working.. But your customer care all time ask me its working 2 hour but today is 26 days done my net not working.. Your service is too poor.. But worker ask me ur bill pending 580 so ask me how can i pay this much.. Its too irritated.. So tell me how can i pay this much so ask me how much i will pay.. N which time my net is working and ur tecnition is not check. Last is its too bad service im not satusfied i want to deactivate this bakwas net

                              I had applied for new connection on 26.12.19, 29.12.19 and probably again i had to request on 31.12.19. But to utter surprise, the connection has not been provided till date whereas the company claims that the new connection is installed within 3 days. The company has got encashed the cheque for rent of three months in advance. No customer care executive is able to inform as to who will come and when he will come for installation. Everyone is just making excuses. It seems that the company is not interested in making new customers.

                                Netplus broadband — not receiving service after installation and payment

                                I had submitted my documents and payment for iptv connection last week. But installation is not done yet. I have been calling and filing complaints with the company but still no one has come to rectify the issue. They keep telling me the issue has been escalated but nothing has been practically done. I had informed them i have work and need the connection on urgent basis but they did not listen to me. I told them please do the arrangements only if you can provide the urgent connection they agreed to it but has kept me waiting for more than a week now. I have been a previous customer. Their manpower had always been non-cooperative and don't bother about the customers.

                                  Internet was down for almost 10 days, billing department trying to overcharge. We have billing receipts but they are not listening. Worst internet service provider, completely scam. Customer care team is dull, they don't know what they saying. One representative say everything ok and connection will resume and other say non payment issue.

                                  Don't recommend to go for netplus broadband, very poor service and full on harassment.

                                      Hi,

                                      I made a payment of 590 rupees using billdesk on 25th october for recharge of my account. The amount was deducted from my bank but recharge was not successful. I called customer care 4 times but no one helped. They said i need to contact local dealer. I tried calling local dealer but his phone is coming switch off for 3 days and office is closed. And i don’t think local dealer will help in online system. Customer care should be aware of all the transactions.

                                      I have confirmed with bank as as well billdesk gateway. Both confirmed that payment is sent to netplus.

                                      I am unable to use internet for days. Very poor service from netplus. Such kind of services forces customer to switch to major providers like airtel, jio etc.
                                      Also sent 2 emails with payment screen shot but no response.
