        I want to deactivate my account.

        Im trying to contact them, but they are not responding. I'm not using their broadband from previous month, yet they are sending me bills without any reason....

        Hi Team,

        We have broadband connection since 2021.
        However every alternate month we getting issue in internet connection. When we try to reach out local team, either they not received our call or just reply that we will check. But they never take it as serious issue. They always took 2-4days to fix it.

        When we complained it to Netplus customer service, they ask that your customer id is already terminated.

        However we recharge wifi timely and paid online to local vendor then why this descripency are there.?

        Local team usually not received our call and upon ask everytime they told us diffrent customer id. There behaivoure also very rude.
        They even dont listen to us and said ok disconnect the connection if you have such problems.

        And Netplus customer service not even investigate our problem or take any action. I tried numerous email to them customer call, but they just sent us the repeated reply that your id is inactive.

        Now tell us what to do? Even we paid timely for netplus connection. Then why the id terminate? Why local team not informed to netplus for the active customer?.
        Why netplus not investigate on this to take action.

        As of now My wifi connectivity is still not working and I'm completley disappointed with this customer service.

        I would request you to please escalate.

              Whose receipt I have sent to you 20 times in 5 months
              every month you turn off my internet
              It's been 6 months you still haven't solved my problem
              Now I am sending this receipt for the last time, if you have not resolved till this evening, then tomorrow I will file a complaint against you in the consumer court.--

                  From past 3 days our wifi show los signals and I already complained the local operator about it from last 3 days but he didn’t solve the issue then after I tried the consumer care of net plus then they didn’t even answer my question, they tell me now our technical system is updating please call back after, now please solve the issue of my wifi because both customer care and local operator are ignore our complains.

                        My Name is Nitin Kumar and I lived in #67 A, Sector - 124, Sunny Enclave, Kharar.

                        I am a consumer of Net Plus Broadband having Consumer Id [protected]. On 07.05.2023, my internet stopped working in the middle of something very urgent work. I immediately approached to the net plus broadband office situated near my house in Sector - 124, kharar. But, nobody found there. I called on the call center number i.e. [protected] and [protected] and nobody picked the phone. I repeat this process many times till today i.e. 11.05.2023. No body answered my phone call.
                        My phone call has been answered only once and person on the call said your problem will be resolved soon. But till date i.e. 11.05.2023 nobody came to my house to look at the problem. This is very mentally harassing and not giving value to my time. Person who picked my call is very annoying and she keep on lie thing to me. She answered 2nd time and said the same thing that my problem will be resolved soon.
                        This is totally mentally harassment. Netplus officials will charge the full payment for giving the internet broadband services but nobody will give waiver for those days which are without internet.
                        In this complaint, I request you to take action against all the officials of Net Plus Broadband (whose office is situated in Sector – 124, Kharar, Punjab) for not picking up my call, not registering the complaint, not sending the person to look after the problem, mental harassment, time decay (for time period in which my internet is not working), charging money for the full month but giving services to less days than a month etc.
                        Please resolve my problem at the earliest.

                            Once again we are deprived of access to the internet. For the last four days we have had no internet access. repeated complaints get repeated assurances but the internet is not restored.
                            Kindly look into it as we suffer.
                            earlier also in the beging of April services were restored after 6 days. Registering complaints is having no effect.

                              I called numerous of times to Netplus call center to downgrade my current plan or 599(70Mbps) to 499 (100Mbps).
                              They are giving more speed with less price plan.
                              Customer support executive asked me to pay bill for 5 months in advance and I paid that even though they did not change the plan.
                              The fake ticket generated by them closed itself after few days and now they’ve blocked my number too my calls to customer support does not get connect to executive.

                              Why am I paying more for lesser speed when they're giving much better speed at low price.

                                  Respected sir/madam I was consumer of Netplus Broadband from more than 2 years. My user ID is [protected], I was regularly facing connectivity problem in my connection. I requested many time to install a new modem to solve the problem. However, the engineer from netplus side every time install old faulty modem, which instead of solving the problem, creates new problems. As per engineer, new modems are not available with netplus even for new connections & no action has been taken on my request till installation of broadband services from connect broadband. Netplus services have gone from bad to worst these days. I have faced more than 15 days harassment due to deficiency in services of Netplus. I had with no option than to permanently disconnect the netplus connection. I requested many time to customer care of net plus to disconnect my connection & refund of amount already paid in advance. However till date the amount has not been refunded. I requested net plus that as on date Rs. (-) 2828 are standing to credit of my account which may immediately be refunded to me along with Rs. 10, 000/- as compensation for harassment caused to me by your office. I am also attaching screen shot of my ticket & bogus resolution to my complaint by Mr. Vidta Dutt, who without visiting my premises and by ignoring my all the complaints has given false statement as "No_Fault_Found".                                     Ticket No.[protected]
                                    Even after three days, i did not get any support from Netplus.
                                    Local operator person not even ready to visit home to help.
                                    After one call, they switch off his mobile no. and now do not picked it up.

                                    They closed my ticket without any solution.

                                    Worst service ever.
