Worst customer care service ever. My WiFi router is not working since 5 days and they have not resolved this issue till yet. We are following up with them daily but they just write down the information and do nothing. Also, they block the contact number from which we make calls so that we are not able to connect again with them. My office work is suffering a lot due to this issue since Work from home is going on. We have made advance payment of 6 months and now we can't even get the new broadband connection of another service provider. If they are not able to resolve the issue soon, then I want the refund of the payment made. Phone Number- [protected]

    Hi,
    This is to tell you regarding the issue I am facing from last 20 hours. I am not able to connect I have already connected on call 3 to 4 times but I have not received any solution. I lost 2 office days, was not able to work.
    Please let me know how many more hours will it take.
    I have already sent transaction ID also but no work has been done to my request.
    I have attached my transaction snip also.
    Kindly take action on it at the earliest.

      Internet is not working since 6PM 1st February, 2022. Local contact person mentioned it is blocked by the government. This seems to be false as government has made no comments of blocking Internet in Kurukshetra, Haryana.

      Please help out by clarifying the current situation.

        From past 2 days my internet is not working. I have tried so many times to get help from customer service department and they just say that the problem will be solved after sometime. But no actual help is being provided by the company.

          I have recharged my netplus broadband with 589 but status is inactive I have called coustomer care but they don't do anything.i have suffered my online classes i have recharge my account at 5 pm 30 January 2022.please help me with this

              For the past few days I am trying to call and install Netplus fiber and each time those guys give the same excuse that the box from where the internet wire will come is full and they cannot install the fiber at my home.
              All my neighborhoods are using the same company internet and I want the same as I am working from home. I am ready to pay for the bill whatever it will come on a monthly basis. But the Netplus company is saying no to installing the internet at home. I request you to take action against the company and please request them to install the internet at home as soon as possible.

                I guess it's fun for you to making my account active then inactive at night.
                It has been 4 days. And you are unable to update my Bill.
                I have given you every thing you needed, Transaction reference number, screen shot of payment of your website everything. Still you are not able to update it.

                I am very much frustrated now. I need a solution ASAP.

                  Speed issue I choose 200 Mbps but my speed running 80 mbps last 2 months I option 200 Mbps I pay 1180 pm but speed running 80 mbps

                    If you want proper wifi network services, please don’t go for NetPlus. It is not only about the service they provide, but also about the rude behavior of the staff. When you will contact them for the connection, they will show you that they are the best. You will see this within some days of the connection. Today on 22nd January 2022, I contacted Mr. Ashu from Mubarakpur (local broadband service provider) and requested him the contact number of the person who deals with network issues. Instead of helping me out, he gave a very rude reply - “Sir, there is no need for you to disturb me at this point. Please call me later.” I told him that my brother & I are IT guys and it is urgent for us to stay online at this point of day. But honestly speaking, he doesn’t seem to care and disconnected the call as I was speaking. This is not the 1st time that this is happening. Being an IT Guy, I have worked with various Wifi service providers and Netplus has the worst service than them all.

                      I have been trying to reach the customer care number of Netplus Broadband :[protected] for past two weeks but it is unreachable.
                      I wish to deactivate my netplus broadband connection but since the customer care number is not working I am not able to put forward my request.

                            Hello i m very disappointed regrading their services i have installed my new connection and all the basic formalities i have completed and recharge is also done by yesterday till now i waiting. But the connection is still inactive. I called the customer care executive but they told me we can’t do anything you can call your local operator i called local operator too may time but they said you just wait this is not in our hand so i don’t understand where i can go to resolve my issue

                                I had made a payment of ₹471 on 7th January 2022 for my Netplus Account Id [protected]. The payment was successful and the Transaction Id is 8e2b7106f6fd. My Netplus account had not been activated even after the payment of bill. I asked them to Kindly do the needful as soon as possible and even mailed my complaint to [protected]@netplus.co.in but they responded by saying that my complaint could not be accepted because their mailbox had exceeded its limit. I am feeling cheated out of my money because of their faulty system of processing payments and complaints. Please help me.

                                    As i have choosen the plan of 200mbps at charge of Rs.999+ 12% gst

                                    but bill came full but speed of net was 36 mbps all the time since the plan upgrade as the modem was not provided

                                    however by contacting the customer care they said that they dont have any modems so they cant do anything

                                    but i filed for waiver also that was denied as by saying that i am uneligible however no resolution was provided why

                                        Account inactive after payment

                                        My account has been inactive frim 26th december . I have paid my bill on early morning 27th december 07.00 am . But my account was inactive for whole day, by which i have to suffer in my job and work . I have to suffer with my online classes .
                                        Complaint so many times in customer care ..they told me to wait from 27th december for 2 hours ... i have called them again at 6 pm they told me to wait for 2 hours again .. i called them again...
