Last 2 days netplus broadband not working and complaint was not raise bu customer care as they said it will after 2 hours but now it's 35 hours passed away but no resolution and service operator in Lalru area punjab Mohali was very worst he is totally dump guy and I will definitely go to consumer court if it is not solved tomorrow..., worst service by netplus

    I am complaining that I have had broadband connections of Netplus for the last 6 months my id no. is [protected] and I chose a 70mbps plan with unlimited calling but they have not yet given me the facility of telephone calling. I have contacted them many times but they make excuses every time.

        In context to the above, it is stated that i have an Fastway Netplus internet connection having customer ID:[protected]. Further i have to stated that i have and issue regarding speed of the internet. For this i already told about this to the customer care. Consequently, they advice me to change the Modem and connection to 5G. But i already paid the advance payments of six months for 5G connection. Then how your company provided me 4G connection. As i told the customer care executive to immediately update my connection to 5G and change my Modem. Your executive highlight my request/complaint on their portal and they told me that my problem will resolved within 5-6 hours. But no action will taken on there side, this may cause many problems for me. Due to lack of internet speed and not connectivity of internet connection, i had to suffer lots of trouble in my Business. I further requested to please look into the matter and do the needful.

          Spoke to Abhishek HO from Jalandhar [protected] wherein I was informed that there wouldn't be any bill until March 22. I have the call records which I shared with him where he clearly stated that there will be zero bill until March 22 and now he is demanding me to pay partial amount.

            This is to give you a notice that someone else is using netplus broadband on my name.

            First, Who sold it and why did he do that?

            Secondly, Remove this account on an immediate basis.

            I called [protected]. They do not understand the legal implications and urgency of the matter. They filed complaint multiple times but no outcome.

            There is a girl speaking on the number[protected] not answering properly on the phone and speaking rudely. She suggested me you may raise a police complaint if you want to. Let me know if this is the case then I will start this process on an immediate basis.

                  But the downloading speed is not working properly
                  the speed is downloading 100kbps to 400 kbps
                  why is the speed is very slow

                    My Name is Amandeep Singh and I asked for 3 OTT apps which are complimentary with the INR 999 per month. I asked for this the day I switched to this plan.

                    I did not receive anything for 5 months and then I realised I should get what i paid for.
                    The first time I called the Customer service and they said it will be done by tomorrow.

                    Called in the second time and they said it will be done by the end of this day.

                    Third time someone sent me the link for Amazon (which i did not ask) and asked to click on I Agree which I did, Later said this is the link to Amazon and will have to wait for 1 month until this is expired.

                    Fourth time I called, they said you will have to wait till 1 month, remember, this is not my dault.
                    I asked for 3 OTT from Day 1.

                    I need the waiver for at least 1 month's rent and consultation and need these 3 OTT active and provided to me or I will go to the Consumer Court with Fraud and Deceit charges.

                    I am done being played around and HARASSED by this team.

                      I called netplus customer care service for more than 10 time just to get my prime videos subscription as it is included in my 200 Mbps plan. As my billing cycle is 12 to 12 Evey month(12th Feb to 12 March).I asked them 100 times to make sure I will get it and Every time netplus agent said I am creating ticket for you. You will get in on 12th March. However I also got call from there backend team on 11th March just to confirm that I need prime video subscription or not and I said yes.I called twice on 12 March just to make sure I will get prime video subscription but still I not. Even though they were promoting IPTV subscription free with 200 Mbps plan but after I upgraded my plan I got nothing. This is company is doing scam with customers

                          I am a customer with this company since 4 months and overall experience with this company has been horrendous, very sorry to say. I have been facing frequent problems especially with your local vendor Mr Paramjit Singh who is not at all interested in dealing with customer problems. I had connection issues with my modem for which the executive took my modem on[protected] and my ticket was closed as they gave me assurance that the very same day modem would be provided but to my surprise the concerned person switched off his phone and when I was finally able to contact him on [protected], he said why am I complaining to company I should contact him directly and he misbehaved with me as well which has left me offended and mentally harassed this kind of attitude in customer service industry is not at all acceptable.                               I NEED YOUR HELP!! PLEASE COMMENT FOR BEST REACH!! TAG Netplus Broadband
                              As I have bought the Netplus Broadband connection few months ago in my hometown. But after installing the Netplus Broadband I have faced lot of connection issues. The Broadband customer care never helped me to resolve the issue. This connection was installed by one of the network connection person in my area. He was charged 1000rs as a security for the netplus broadband. Also, the bill was not provided for the same. Once the asked the netplus broadband service for the security refund. They said that the person who installed the connection was not the authorised person. Netplus Broadband, It's your responsibility to provide the connection to the customers. Netplus Broadband, Please take strict action again the person. Also, provide full security refund for my connection. Otherwise I will take strict action for this concern.

                                I have recharged netplus broadband with 589 rs. on on 9 feb 2022 at about 6 am today is 11 feb but still my account is inactive i've called customer care too they told i will get activate within 2 hours .there service is very pathetic.we are unable to do our work because of it try to resolve the problem asap otherwise we gona take another strict action its been 3 days .

                                  Worst customer care service ever. My WiFi router is not working since 5 days and they have not resolved this issue till yet. We are following up with them daily but they just write down the information and do nothing. Also, they block the contact number from which we make calls so that we are not able to connect again with them. My office work is suffering a lot due to this issue since Work from home is going on. We have made advance payment of 6 months and now we can't even get the new broadband connection of another service provider.                                       Internet is not working since 6PM 1st February, 2022. Local contact person mentioned it is blocked by the government. This seems to be false as government has made no comments of blocking Internet in Kurukshetra, Haryana.

                                      Please help out by clarifying the current situation.
