Chandigarh MC dept has cut down Netplus Internet cables in dec 2022 1st week . From dec 2022 to till now they have not able to rectify and restore their internet services to us .
But they are continuously sending their bills to us for no working internet and saying us to pay the bills and not ready to activate the account .I am unable to understand how can they charge us the bills for non-functional internet services .Pls help us .

    My security refund is not given to me from past 2 months. I am calling them again and again but they don't care about the refund.

      We have been using netplus wifi since a year but from last 2 months it is not working . We have given advance for 6 months i.e Rs 3500 but haven’t received the refund till date. We have registered compaint for the same with our local wifi operator but we have received no response.

        I paid my monthly bill of 825/- and then called to choose plan of 100 Mbps in 499 for which I had to Told to take 5+1 month recharge. I paid 2945/- to netplus for same on Feb, 01, 2023 bht it is not updated yet. Whenever I call them always gets a reply that i will be update in few minutes.
        Please look into this matter. Their service is pathetic.

          my self jagdeep singh i am net plus internet customer from last 1 year more and during this i face lots of problams and still this issue can not solve strictly

          every 2 days problam repet on red light blink and this problam i face in 1 month 20 times you check my records more then 50 times compnaint in few month and allyas problam not solve very easy

          and also your srvices enginer not take call all time so meny times i call from morning snd still that time no any responce

          over all this net plus services not setisfied please sover this problam permantely

          i fadup right now

          also not happy with caller assitance tele caller if iask solve tha problam then disconnect phone call and same same your serices enginer

            His very poor service that you are providing to me. It is already 48+ hours after payment through online mode. You are unable to track the payment and have stagnated my internet service. The last time when I talked to customer service yesterday morning, she said within two hours it will activate but still be inactive. this shame on the services that you provide to me hope you do better.

              I have applied for new Internet broadband connection on 27/01/2023. I have made payment of Rs. 2950 in advance for 6 months. Internet services get started on 27/01/2023 for 3-4 hours after that my internet connection gets lost. After 27/01/2023 Everyday I raise complaint on company's customer care but till date my internet connection is not restored

              My Customer ID is 5894025.

              Please look into the matter asap.

                  My customer is is 2546286 (chandigarh). From december Netplus internet is not working and my most of work depends upon Internet and I know what I am facing. If I call customer care my call remain on wait for 20 mins and auto cut automatically… I am making complaints regularly from December, but till today my inter Is not working. I emailed also and no response. there customer care isn’t picking up the call and giving lollipop.

                    Im netplus broadband customer. I've paid amount for my current netplus broadband account but still it's inactive. I have called customer care on 10 Jan 2023 at 6pm they checked my account and said that i have not paid bilI.I called them 5 times tomorrow and they repeat the same line that they have registered my complaint.11 jan 2023 1:49 automatic debit 185 rupees from my account to netplus bill pay but i already pay 2950 bill again cut of 185 rupees amount .I called netplus customer care service and she said you are not paying bill. I had also mail netplus regarding this problem they haven't replied. Please resolve my problem as soon as possible.

                        Dear Netplus,

                        I am writing to request a bill waver for the period of time during which my broadband service was disrupted in my area of Chandigarh from December 17th to December 23rd (7 days) and again from December 26th to January 5th (10 days). I have already discontinued your service due to these disruptions. My customer ID is [protected] and my name is Lalit Kumar.

                        I previously lodge three complaint for a bill waver, but I am still being shown the full bill amount. The prolonged disruptions in service have caused significant inconvenience for me. I understand that these disruptions were beyond my control and I should not be held responsible for the charges that have accumulated during this time.

                        I therefore request that you waive my bill for the period of 14 days of December month during which the service was disrupted and provide me with the bill waver before the due date of January 13th so that I can clear out my remaining due or I cannot pay the full amount of Rs. 707 because your connection work almost for 15 days only in December and afterward it get disconnected from your side in my area almost for half of month and till now day of posting.

                          As per their new internet plans upgradation the speed of every plans has been to be upgraded but they are demanding to pay 5 months additional to avail this upgradation. Nothing has been mentioned such thing on their website.

                            From last 10 days Netplus make the life worse…they aren’t giving services and my most of work depends upon Internet and I know what I am facing. If I call customer care they are giving excuses…why do I M giving 3535 for 6 months if they aren’t use of that….my call remain on wait for 20 mins and auto cut automatically….I want refund of 3535 and my security which I gave them… there customer care isn’t picking up the call

                                Wifi shows connected without internet so many times tried calling...it doesnt connects...if it does thn the customer care says same dialouge alwys, atea updation ...like how manu times n how much time is needed...dobot solve any problem at all...facing this issue frim last 15 days

                                    From last 3 to 4 days wifi broadband is not working. Your service is very poor. Last time like 2 or 3 months ago the same issue was happening and I also complained for same but it was like the wastage of time to call customer care. If I pay bill 1 day late, fine will be implemented but if your connection didn't work then it's all fine. But now I want to close this connection. Kindly let me know the process of closing the connection.

                                      I am Tushar Kataria. i had raised a ticket[protected] today but my issue is not resolved yet and closed without my consent.I had an issue since 20 days but they always closed my ticket everytime without resolving it.i request you to take strict action and don't close my ticket until i give my consent or otp. If they are unable to provide proper service then refund my money
