We had submitted our claim with all required documents on 17.01.2019, 7.02.2019 & 25.02.2019. Still 1 claim form is not submitted, because we had not received my previous amount. Your company was asking the documents which were already submitted to you, still not ready to settle my claims. Last so many years i am paying your yearly amount in time, but no use. I had personally visited your office 2 times, but no result. So i request you please do it earliest.

    I am p abdul razak my car insurance policy number[protected].
    On 21st january 2019 claimed for car damage the job is done from mgb ford anantapur on 11th feb, and from the anantapur office 'new india assurance' side instead of settling the claim here they have forwarded the file to chennai untill today claim has not settled yet, when contact chennai they said the file is sent to vijayawada, so i request you to plz settle the claim.
    One complaint more during surveyors vist for car inspection mr vijaya kumar approached for bribe indirectly. I dint paid but from other he took 3500 rs.
    New India Assurance customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Everytime I tried to register my name a notice appeared that Link has been sent to my Email ID which I furnished.But never I got such a link in my Email ID.I wanted to register my name in order to download my policy status renewed online.

      I had met with 2 accident on the same day at different locations in 21st march 2018. And submitted the claim (Claim form it was mentioned only one because damage was on same place) at kayamkulam new india assurance office. As per their instruction after repair at kayamkulam toyota-nippon submitted all the bills for refund approx rs.150, 000/-. But several times contacted to the surveyor (Mr. Rajesh [protected], office no.[protected] to submit the report to the office, but still nothing has done. I myself two times came from muscat for only this purpose.
      He is holding this file for some minor issues in the submission of affidavit.
      So please advise me the procedure to refund the claim amount

        My dad got admitted on 9/3/2019 into deenanath mangeshkar hospital, erandwane, pune, for paralysis one right leg. Due to blood clot in brain.

        New india assurance rejected the claim on 12/3/2019 for unspecified reason.

        In claim rejection they havnt mentioned any details about the rejection.

        We have new india assurance since 2004.

          Claim for vehicle no. Hr-06m-9111 vide policy number[protected] is still pending whereas it has been filed in the month of august 2018,. This claim is for the total loss of the vehicle. Survey report already submitted. I could not understand as to why it is still pending whereas all the required documents already been submitted. I have also contacted to the officials of branch and also in the area office situated at karnal but all in vain.

            Dear sir
            As per policy i had taken claim regarding the road accident stuck on 12/12/2018 last year in shahpura jaipur. After that i had took the truck from jaipur to karan automobiles at kond karnal haryana in 13/12/2018. The company suryor comes and clicks photos and hand over to suryor ashish ashu. And they deal after 20days and work on it after passed one month. When we go to the ofce or insurance company they said we can work in progress give some time. But now that time still it is not prepared and mr rambir and insurance company employee kuldeep never know is policy cashless or what they react same as usual or casually.
            Nobody response. This is mail reagrding you after long time due to wrong commitment given by insurance agents and karan company. For the last two months it is still pending sometimes they said fault in engine some has other staement. Because my instamnents which is due for the last 3months who will pay i cannot bear all claim. The instamnets. Now i cannot bear or tolerate so plaz check and claim all my instamnets we have no other source to pay so much instlment

                Please find some details below regarding my car insurance policy:

                I am going to breif the incident.

                I had an accident on 22 december 2018 on delhi jaipur highway near kotputli with a trailer. My car was damaged from front, roof, back and also gates. We gave car to workshop (Prem motors, jaipur) on 23rd december 2018.

                A surveyor (Mr. M. Kumar) was appointed to survey my car. On december end he has given a estimation of 2-2.25 lacs to my family.
                So workshop guys contacted my family with the demand of 50000/- so that they can start their work. We said ok if total estimation is 2-2.25 lacs. But in the mid of january workshop guys contacted me again and informed that when they opened car then some more parts was damaged and the cost of these parts is high. So they again contacted surveyor.

                Surveyor again surveyed car and gave new estimation and that estimation was around 4 lacs. Till than workshop guys completed their 40% work. Surveyor submitted his final survey on 29th january 2019, means he took more than one month to give survey report.

                The idv value of my car is 3.6 lacs in insurance paper. But the repairing cost of car is around 4 lacs. Which is more than car value.
                So according to that car should be in total damage.in any condition if car repairing cost is more than its cost then it should be total lose.

                Surveyor gave his logic that he can't give total lose because for total lose insurance company's liability should be 75% of idv value means (2.7 lacs) but accoding to his estimation insurance company's liability is coming 2.65 lacs. Means a difference of 5 thousand rupees. My car was in workshop more than 1 month (23rd december - till now) and only two technical guys was there to give estimation one is workshop guy and second is surveyor. So car repair cost reached to 4 lacs but it has not crossed 5000 difference.

                I want my car be in total lose, please suggest me how to proceed. Your reply will be appreciated

                  I am anidh dwivedi working as an agent of nia since 18 years and doing my work seriously & sincerely, but in past few mounts mr. Dinesh malviya in association with other staff members abusing me and using mal language for me and criticizing & passing comments in presence of customers and staff members and misbehaving with me in presence of female staff also and i had reported all this to the higher officials also but there is no change in their behaviour instead they were get courage to do so.

                    My brother ghanshyam aghao was expire in accident at aurangabad on 3 aug 2018.
                    He had successful transaction history before the death.
                    Whatever the documents which enlist in claim process. I have submitted already.
                    But still there is no reply from your side.

                    Policy claim number is 1367.

                    You are saying please submit chemical analysis report.
                    But those documents which required i submitted already.
                    And you don't have mentioned such documents while submitting to bank manager.

                    If you are not ready to process further please tell me.
                    Now no such report are available. So what should i do?

                    Should i register complaint at consumer court aurangabad?

                      I got message on 5th february like this

                      Only rs.1340/-has approved
                      My policy is full cover i need the full amount of my claim when i paid my policy they told me this policy is full cover policy. That time i paid rs.1520-
                      So please consider my complaint

                        Hi,
                        I have submitted my claim for my father's hernia surgery.
                        I submitted all medical bills and discharge summary everything.
                        They have rejected the medical bills (Including medicines needed for surgery) as non medical expense.

                        And in discharge summary assistant surgeon fees mentioned. They rejected that also. Everything covered under hospitalization/surgery expense.
                        I cannot say that assistant surgeon should not be in surgery.in every surgery assistant surgeon will be there. Single surgeon cannot take care of everything

                        If any additional documents needed to prove the above expense during hospitalization and must needed medicines, i am ready to submit from my end

                        They deducted copay also.

                        After the above deduction, 50 % of the amount only i am able to claim.

                        For emergency situation only i go with claim option. Cashless means hospital will care of everything. I feel frustrated with claim option.

                        When i reached customer care, they have not responded properly. They are repeating the same. Hospitalization expense should cover under the policy

                        Kindly do the needful.

                            This is to inform you that my car had met accident due to which it was damaged from backside and had given it in the workshop for insurance claim. But the surveyor rejected the rear bumper claim saying that it has got temporary fixing. The reason of fixing has already been mailed to maruti suzuki and the manager of new india assurance mathura.
                            Even after a week i haven't recieved any mail regarding my issue and my car is in the workshop since 13 days.
                            When i got the insurance done the manner and responses were quick but now after giving the money when it is the time to claim there is no redressal to it. Kindly look into the matter seriously. I am waiting for the reply as it is causing lot of inconvenience to me.

                              I have got my above policy renewed on portal. So for i did not receive hard copy of the same. You have provided portal for on line renewal. However in the event of claim, i was told that it will not be cashless and it will take one month time. Why this discrimination for renewal on line?

                              Moreover i am not getting any reminders, note etc for policy renewal. Last time i renewed it by chance last moment otherwsie it would have been lapsed. I did't get any quote/remnder.

                              I fi services of new india assurance very poor compared to the other policies in health insurance like max bupa etc where you are sent written reminders, sent messsage, you get calls much before your policy is due for renewal. Please sort out all above.

                                      A person has been taking mediclaim policy for rs.1, 50, 000/-for the past 20years. 5 years ago he had a by pass heart surgery and made claim which was settled. The policy was due in nov 2018 which was renewed to rs.2, 00, 000. Increase by rs.50, 000/- as it was the rule of new india assurance to have a minimum amount of rs. 2, 00, 000/. He underwent surgery in dec 2018 for rs 1, 65, 000/- but his settlement was made for rs., 127, 000/-. He made a claim of rs
                                      22, 000/-in november 2018. The claim was settled assuming assured rs.1, 50, 000/-rs.50, 000/- added was not as per his wish, but new india assurance rule. Kindly let me know as to why rs.50, 000/- was not added. It was the rule of new india assurance. Please clarify
