As a senior citizen my simple request is to get a hard copy of the policy from m/s narayani motors the agent who have been ignoring my repeated request! It has fallen in to deaf ears.

Secondly the printout copy from the softcopy sent is terrible. No one can read without having a magnifying glass. But we are supposed to carry a copy in the vehicle without which a fine can be demanded. Please respond soon, thanks

I called to new india india insurance office at vyttila in ernakulam several times. But they are not giving a genuine reason for the delay.     Good day,
    I alex varghese working as naval officer, met with an accident 4 weeks before. Since i have bumper to bumper insurance, i submitted all necessary documents for processing of claim for my vehicle. Three weeks passed and the insurance office cannot find a surveyor to access the condition of my vehicle.
    Every time they are promising me, and till now not able to send surveyor. My vehicle is lying idle at workshop, and it seems to be utter negligent attitude to the customer. I find the service of your agent very unworthy and non-trustable.
    I wish you will take necessary action. Wish you give decent reply as early as possible.

      Sir, i had given the claim in the above stated policy, but my claim was rejected stating that there was no need of hospitalisation as there was only medication & no active treatment, sir, i was admitted in the hospital by the doctor only, & i had to pay all the bills, but when i gave the claim in reimbusment it was rejected by the company, please seek the matter & provide me the claim amount.

        As i met with accident on sunday. Today one survayor came to survey the behicle. He told that some left side vehicle arch and guard he will not cover under insurance as broken part not available. I was driving through one forest area at 11 pm. Suddenly dog has come. We were having ladies with us. Whether is it possible to get down the vehicle and collect all the items. Mr santosh who surveyed the vehicle told that these parts can not be covered. I didn’t do this 0 dep bumper to bumper policy to listen these silly excuses. Please look into this matter.

          Due to strike i failed to reach on reporting time that is 1315hrs on 08 sep 2018... However reached at exam centre tcs kolkata gitobitan... Security persons delayed n failed to talk to management which caused aspirants like us to write the exam... Enough time was there to make arrangements n permit us to enter for the exam... It's just not justice... Tcs gitibitan could have talked to niacl authority... Niacl authority could have talked to the left out aspirants... Instant strike is not our fault... Lots of jams and train strike compelled us to live a helpless life

            Dear sir / madam,

            Health insurance claim rejected with improper / silly reasons by new india assurance company. I am holding medical insurance policy from good health plan ltd (Ghpl) which is third party administrator (Tpa) and the insurance company is new india assurance company.

            My wife has undergone surgery of laprohysteroscopy and pcod treatment and processed for claim. The claim got rejected. The treatment which i had is usa fda approved treatment. For this treatment almost all insurance companies are accepting and reimbursing the money.

            Claim with ghpl id no: ghna[protected]
            Claim amount: 37000 rs.

            Ghpl did not provide any details for what all medical treatments they covered and for what all did not. I am continuously following up ghpl tpa customer care through online and offline but they are not yet all replying to my mails. With silly reasons they are saying that the claim got rejected. I heard from media that few insurance companies pay incentive to tpas based on rejection of claims.

            Please help me in this how to get the claim processed and refunded?

            I am appreciating for the help.

              Dear sir,
              After an accident on 9th april 2018, i claimed it from new india assurance company. To process it i paid rs.1750/- as survey fee to mr. Dinesh singh - surveyor (Bill attached) & he assured me that it will get reimbursed along with claim amount.
              But intentionally he bring this fee in his account from company & now he is pretending not to give it & 2 days back when i insist him to give it asap he misbehaved & used abusive language.
              So, plz look into it & take disiplinary action for his misbehave.

                I'm writing for the second time regarding my 2 wheeler insurance policy. I'm unable to download policy documents as I didn't receive customer ID in any form. Kindly look into the matter as soon as possible.

                Getting insurance without receiving proper policy document is as bad as not having insurance, so kindly resolve tlhe issue at the earliest for best interest if both customer and company.

                  Sir i was apply the clain of my damage car.. But ur surveyor and ao jaipur do the pressurize behave with insured person.. Insured person don't want survey from first surveyor but ao agin provide the responsibility of survey to the previous surveyors.. M not really satisfied with ur policy or work.. I will not advice to any other person for insurance of any vehice...

                    I want a resolution for my problem regarding getting my payment for car insurance claim with new india assurance. I am not getting proper response from there customer care and in there claim related customer care number no one picking the call.

                    Our car ford aspire met with an accident 23/05/2018 and same has been informed to insurance company post taking vehicle to ford, kolkata. And we have paid for the amount in service center as new india assurance informed that the insurance is cashless, so we claimed for reimbursement. But for more than three months now, we didn't received the payment and while calling customer care, they told that the claim is registered and further clarifications only can be provided by claim center. We tried reaching claim cell on[protected]Our insurance is taken from chennai) multiple times and no one picking call. Now we don't know the what is happening with our reimbursement and we are really not having any updates from the new india assurance company.

                    Moving to their 100 years of service as an insurer, this is really disappointing to us as customer. Kindly help us on this issue and help us receiving the claim amount.

To my duster online policy claim, submitted bills after survey and confirmation to go ahead for repairing to kamani centre office - jamshedpur on 19th july 2018 to the concerned person and till now no response or payment transferred to my account. Meet 3-4 times with bm (Mr. Singh) & mr. R pandey, they are just making excuses of shortage of manpower and gives time i. E., within 2 days we will do. It's more than a month & no proper response from the insurance office.
                      I feel it"s due to policy purchased online they are harassing me.
                      You are requested to look after it and take proper action or i will go to irda.

                          My family is under cover of mediclaim policy more than 10 years. My daughter priyadharshini suffered from eyesight deficiency of -6 had to undergo lazik surgery at agarwal hospital chennai. I asked pre authorisation but it was denied for cashless hopitalisation but they mentioned in the mail that the expenditure can be reimbursed after submitting the original bills.
                          I did it and was waiting for reimburement but they didnt respond for 3 months.
                          Today they returned my paper saying that the claim was not honoured as the deficiency is -6 and it would have been accepted if it was -7.
                          I couldnt accept the logical in this.
                          They would have mentioned at the time of my first intimation to them
                          I have been told by co patient new india accepted -6 in other case and no responsible person explained me in rightway. And i feel some fishy in their scrutnising the case. I need the right justice from the appropriate panel.

Regarding claim amount requesting multiple times on customer care of your company of your company employees. I called several times to company employee named miss sujata designated as head of particular department having mobile no. [protected] (Sujata. [protected]@newindia.co.in). I called several times to her and branch but she refuses to talk to me having irresponsible behavior giving excuses that i am sitting in some kind of functions or went some hill station. That irresponsible behavior of her and company employees is forcing me to take action against company and his employees lawfully. That irresponsible behavior of your company and employees harassed and frustrated me to take legal action against company.                                 After customer care ho complaint mr. Sunil call me to give solution on 8 aug till today no solution suggest me to call ur surveyor mr nitin i call him he says i cannot resolve that issue when chetan motor the vendor give my cash recript to him.

                                As usally i am disappointed with ur service ur support and faith on ur company.
                                I had filed a claim around 5 months back. No response yet.
                                In the app, it shows that the surveyor needs to be appointed. But he passed the details on March 26, 2018.

I call to my broker mr. P. K. Jain regarding the same but he always ingore my call.
