I have a ford figo aspire 1.5tdci diesel variant car. Reg number is mp 20gf 9459 on named kamini shukla. I met an accident 2month back n yet after 2 month i haven't got my car because of car dealer n insurance company claim settlement, at the time of taking insurance policy from the policy bazar.com aditya birla n new india assurance company executive said u will have cashless n hassle free claim settlement, there is no need spend money anywhere. But at the time of taking claim all the drama started from the first day, they said it's not zero depth n u will have to bear 40%cost of total amount, n the total amount which is 3lack 70 thousand u will have to pay the ford dealer first then we will reimburse the 60 % amount after 1 month to your account. Each n every day the insurance company badly tried to maximum bearable amount could be paid by the customer by giving daily new rules regulations n policy norms. I just fade up with the ford dealer shree sai ford jabalpur n new india assurance company. Please help me. N i wish this kind of insurance company has no right to do insurance of any kind of vehicle n human being. Irda n consumer forum should strictly cancelled his licence n dealership from shree sai ford as well.

    Policy no.[protected] &[protected] due flight travel my wife is suffering from leg pain. So i have contacted your overseas office they have asked so many questions and finally they have advised me to take treatment and submit the claim. I have asked cashless treatment for so many times, but they have not replied for my quarries. So i have contacted your bombay office under ticket no. Inc[protected]. But they have also advised me to refer website. There is no use to take the policy. Due to this i am not continued to stay usa and return back to india. Pl inform how to cancel the policy.

        I submitted an online claim for my 2 wheeler. I had an accident on Sept 16th Sunday night. A car driver came and hit my bike. I tried to contact at given customer care number and they suggested me to raise an online complaint for the same. Currently I am shifted to other city and I can't visit to the home branch of New India Assurance. My bike was damaged and I raised an online claim for the same on Monday Sept 18th. The status is still open and shows that Surveyor is yet to be appointed even after 3 weeks.
        Can you please check the current status and do the needful.

          I am narendra moharil holding a mediclaim policy no.[protected] and the same has been renewed on 16th august 2018.

          The renewal payment of rs.21, 068/- vide cheque no.120513 on 09/08/18 has been done against the renewal of policy. After several follow up with your branch and my agent mr. Gaurang shah 1d13694553; there is no proper response or guidance.

          It’s been more than 2 months; i haven’t received the original copy of policy. Also it’s not my responsibility to follow up on daily basis for the same.

          Other insurance companies are offering me commutative mediclaim package in lesser amount with the door step services.

              I renewed the new india flexi floater group mediclaim policy on[protected] of rs.6668/-through canara bank ptp nagar thiruvananthapuram kerala 695038 but till today the policy certificate not send to me. For this i many times contacted the officials of both the newindia and canara bank. When i contacted the newindia they are telling the bank officials are not given the details of the policy and again i contacted the bank officials. Bank officials were telling that with the confirmation of about amount and details they collecting money from us. It is very sad to say the service of newindia assurance company is very very poor.

                I am writing this mail on behalf of my father mr sainulabdeen m residing at trivandrum/kerala who was a new india assurance two wheeler insurance policy holder. The policy number was[protected] and it was expired on 10 sep18. I have tried to renew the third party policy through your online site on 17sep18 at around 4’o clock evening. After completion of online process i have received the message that 910 rs debited from my account but neither received policy renewal number message nor recieved copy.
                On 18sep18 also i tried to renew the vehicle insurance. That day also 910 rs is debited from account and no policy renewal message or process completed message recieved from your part.

                  Mediassist tpa woth new indoa assurance has rejcted my claim stating that claim is just for investigation purpose only.

                  But during hospitalization no investigation done. We already have clearfied aboit this and ask for justification but everytime they are giving different reason for denial. Raised grevience for this claim but not acknowledging mail.

                  No prpper justification for ven why they dpn't find active line of treatment though i was admitted for 2 days and given intravenous immunoglobulin during this time. We have also sent certificate from rhumetologist that treatment can not givem as out patient.

                  Please help in this metter

                  I am anis ur rehman khan, getting the policy of my car alto k10 from one of the dealer, he tell me me provide bumper to bumper, engine protection cover, RTI inculding in your policy, but when i get policy, it includes only bumper to bumper, its totally fraud please cancel my policy and refund me money back.                     My car get accidents 13 sept 18 and is driven to mahamaya car pvt ambikapur c. G where it is get ready but claim process is unnecessarily doing late by surveyor and agency. The hole day they took me to seat and giving an unnecessary reason for doingate. I talk to workshop manager and found that claim form is not sensed to insurance company. I have paid the amount and still no help from surveyor to get my claim check.

                      My vehicle is affected in flood and it undergoes total loss.
                      Vehicle number: KL-46 S 43.
                      Vehicle purhcased date:[protected]

                      The insurance was taken from VW dealer itself. No the insurance team informed us that they can pay only 60%. For remaining 40% they are ready to give the vehicle.
                      It is not acceptable to us.

                      IDV value of vehicle is more than this. My vehicle is taken on Feb 2018.
                      It has only 6 months age. ie . in policy period of 1 year.As per the reference, the maximum amount of the claim the insurance provide in case of total damage or theft of the vehicle will be IDV value for the policy period, which is usually 1 year.

                      This type of incorrect information spreading is not acceptable form a reputed firm like this.
                      So please do the needfule for claim settlement.

                        I have filed a claim under my policy number[protected] for my car (Maruti swift dzire) registered hr 26 bc 7632. I am being asked for irrelevant documents and around two months have passed since the claim was registered. If you check my records, i have been premium well before time, and when i need the insurance, this is what i face. Please resolve this issue or else i will share my experience on social media.

                              Dear mr. Limje, nia - pune

                              You had assured me that the claim amount will be credited to my account last week but still same has not been received. Claim settlement is overdue by 4 weeks due to various flimsy reasons at your office.

                              I am sorry to state that if i do not get credit of the claim amount this week, i will be forced to complain about this matter to irda and ombudsman office.

                              Absence of reconciliation of accounts at your office should not be a reason to cause inconvenience to customer, else i am forced to believe that we should not have trusted nia and bought your bhavishya arogya policies.

                              The company rejected my file because my policy is made my online police bazaar. Policy bazaar give me ncb50/ but company say this is very higer claim bonus this is not my fault.

                                In last nov-2018 my father was passed away... And insurance team was reviewed on his name also... And with out my approval they debit to my account (Credit card).

                                Right now i put this transaction as suspicious transaction with dispute team.

                                Please help me...

                                I sent many e-mails & calls to the team there is no response on it.

I have submitted all claim related documents to the company the good health tpa has received the claim on 10.12.2017. The status of my claim is under process since 16.07.2018.                                         आपको अवगत कराना चाहता हूँ कि व्यवसायिक प्रतिसठान है और मेरे पास 8 वाहन व्यवसायिक है जिनके बीमे NEW INDIA ASSURANCE कम्पनी द्वारा किए जाते हैं, मेरी एक गाड़ी up78 bt9252 लगभग 30 दिन से ज्यादा, विशाल मोटर्स मे खड़ी है और NEW INIDA ASSURANCE कम्पनी का कोई भी सर्वेयर मेरी गाड़ी का सर्वे करने को तैयार नहीं है यदि NEW INDIA ASSURANCE कम्पनी मेरी गाड़ी का सर्वे नहीं कर सकती है अथवा मुझको बीमे का क्लेम नही दे सकती है तो बीमे करती ही क्यूँ है कंपनी के कानपुर नगर के अधिकारी आदर्श दुबे [protected] को कई बार कॉल किया परंतु ये कभी भी काल नहीं उठाते हैं, निवेदन बस इतना सा है की यदि कंपनी अच्छी सेवा नहीं दे सकते तो इतने आदमी क्यूँ काम करते है कम्पनी मे, बेवकूफ बनाने के लिए कंपनी खोली गयी है क्या ? मुझको समाधान चाहिए, मेरी मदद करें ।
