I have submitted a claim no.95603886 under policy no.760701/34/16/28/00000264 for rs.19734/-. It is denied vide letter dated 29.03.18 under clause 4.3.1. It may be noted that the
Above said policy was renewed on 18.01.2018 and the new policy no. Is[protected]. So the insured person has continuous coverage in excess of 24 months and therefore needs reconsideration.

Regarding my agriculture insurance 2016 the insurance amount does the credit in my account. Many of the times i will discuss with your office for past three months. There is no proper response. So i request to credit my insurance amount as soon as possible. I send an attachment for your reference. Please reply me what is the status. If its get to late then i go to further action....

My surveyor has provided me all the required documents to the company a month back and still i have not got my reimbursement money. Whenever i call them either they are busy or when the call is connected they are asking me to hold the call and later the call will be automatically cut.

This is a continuous issue i am facing and am not able to reach them also....

I have been issued the mediclaim policy with my date of birth wrongly recorded.
My aadhar card has my relevant details but inspite of that the date of birth has been recorded wrongly.

I don't want to have any issue if anytime in future i've to make a claim with a wrong date of birth.
