I am disturbed from your agent because he is disputing with us and creating alot of harassment and not giving us the respose for our car claim which was accidented three months ago so he is not picking our call also and not giving us the correct answer what is the right suggestions for us.     I, mrs. Pratiksha narahari kamat have taken mediclaim policy from the new india assurance co. Ltd. (New india). This policy was first taken in the year 2007 and i have paying renewal premium every year. My customer id is h45595370. My mediclaim policy no. Is[protected].

    As per policy document, in a block of three claim free years, 1% of policy amount is reimbursed for preventive health check up. I have undergone preventive health check up and submitted all the required documents to m/s. New india on 19th january 2018.. But my claim for reimbursement of rs. 5000/- is not being done even after four months.

      Respected sir,
      I am anand singh writing this letter to inform you that my vehicle tavera neo3 no. Gj-05-jl6683 has been stolen on 8/8/2017 which was insuresd by your company new india assurance. Policy no.[protected]. For which i had filed an fir on the same date 8/8/2017 after the 3 months i got the panchnama from the court in which it is written the vehicle could not be founded.
      After that i had submitted all the documents to insurance company.
      Like fir report, panchnama, letter of indemnity, letter of subrogation etc. After that the manger (Sunil pal) said you have to make an affidavit from court in which in which it should be written that your rc book was in vehicle and it was also stolen with the car after that you will get your claim. So i prepared that document and submitted that also but after a month after that the the manger said that you go and pay all the loan amount which is near upto 3, 63, 748rs. To your icici bank lan no. Lasur[protected] and bring the noc letter and submit to us after you will get your all claim amount. But sir i don't have enough money to pay all the loan amount.
      So it is my request to you instead of paying me you pay all the amount to icici bank after that they will provide you noc letter and after that icici bank will transfer all the amount in my bank ac.
      Now, it's 9 month and so much delayed now also iam paying my installments plz sir do something about this matter.
      And i want to tell you one incident a car of my friend was also stolen after my car was stolen which was also inaured by new india assurance he got his cliam before me he said that he had given the bribe to employ of company of about 70000rs. After that he got his cliam and if i want my claim i also have to give bribe. But i don't want to do this so sir please take some action about this matters also. This type of nusence will harm the image of your company

        Dear sir,
        I kanku devi w/o rameshchand prop of arihant traders from guntur (A. P) residing at 24-4-49 pyari nivas, 7 th line street, r. Agraharam guntur-522003. I am doing the red chillies business holding from past 30 years.in the year[protected] i have stored the dry red chilles in lakshmi lavanya cold storage p ltd. Consist of 2628 bags of dry red chillies. Goods have been insuranced by the new india assurance co ltd holding policy no.[protected], unfortunately on[protected] the cold was gulled in fire accident and we have informed immediately at the insurance office. We have already submitted all the documents to surveyor mr. J. Basheer & associates insurance surveyors and loss assessors pvt ltd (Mumbai) which was appointed to us. We have sent so many reminders to release the survey report, even today he has not made any communication from the surveyor. Since it was already one and half year elapsed our capital investment in fire effected stock which is more than 1 core has been held up in this fire accident. Your officials at guntur divisional office and vizag regional office have also not taken any initiation to get survey report from surveyor, now we request you to intervene in this matter and do the justice.

          Above said policy was renewed on 18.01.2018 and the new policy no. Is[protected]. So the insured person has continuous coverage in excess of 24 months and therefore needs reconsideration.

              My surveyor has provided me all the required documents to the company a month back and still i have not got my reimbursement money. Whenever i call them either they are busy or when the call is connected they are asking me to hold the call and later the call will be automatically cut.

              This is a continuous issue i am facing and am not able to reach them also.

                I had taken a coverage for my mobile from quick heal insurance / aarviinsurance which is in tie up with new india insurance. I was supposed to recieve my money 4 months ago. The company people were till now just giving me false hopes that i would recieve my money but at last they just simply told me to go an lodge a complain. My claim refference no is - [protected].

                Vehicle is honda activa 3g
                Gursewak singh s/o dharampal singh, #67/3a azad nagar sirhind road patiala. My vehicle got damaged and i have intimated your company via service request no[protected]. I have been calling the concerned person daily about 8 9 times. But he is not responding as expected. He is saying the company will repair the damaged parts. But my insurance is of replacement i. E bumper to bumper. Still my claim is pending despite of constant reminders. Please do the needful regarding this.

                  My policy no.[protected]
                  My Royal Enfield bullet had an accident on 02.03.2018.police had registered FIR and reported the accident new India assurance Co. Ltd. My bullet chassis replaced and I had collected the vehicle after repairing from workshop on 23.03.2018. All information's and document submitted to New India assurance company on same time. But still my claim amount not released by new India assurance. Making such delays in releasing claim amount is like harassing the customer by your valued company. So kindly release my claim amount without further delay.

                    mediclaim policy - wrong date of birth

                    I have been issued the mediclaim policy with my date of birth wrongly recorded.
                    My aadhar card has my relevant details but inspite of that the date of birth has been recorded wrongly.

                    I don't want to have any issue if anytime in future i've to make a claim with a wrong date of birth.

                    May i please know the way forward to have this rectified....

                    I holds the mediclaim policy no.[protected] of new india assurance company thriprayar branch. I was under treatment in jubilee mission medical collage hospital, thrissur dt, kerala, (Net work hospital of medi asst.) during feb-2018. The new india assurance company promises cashless treatment in the policy schedule, through tpa medi asst,

                    The hospital authorities denied cashless treatment during the course of treatment. Mean time mater was brought to the notice of the branch manager new india assurance company and tpa concerned. But ignorance was the result.

                    A detailed complaint was submitted to the branch manager new india assurance company thriprayar branch with relevant documents, on[protected] and the same is said to be dispatched to the grievance cell of the company, vide despatch no-6101 dated 08-03-18. So far there is no response from the company.

                    Hence favourable steps may be taken in this regard.

                      Today we called 14 times to this landline no [protected] at madurai new india insurance hub to ask about insurance claim settlement. But they are not attending the phone call, what are they doing there?. They are commitment given to us to settle the payment on 11.04.18. But still, now they are not settled the claim amount in our account. We are waiting, but days are going.

                        Your bangaluru office informed me that since mediclaim 2012 policy has been withdrawn and in lieu new india mediclaim policy has been introduced. My health policy is due for renewal on 24.04.2018. I am having continuous mediclaim policy in your organisation since 2005 and my self and my spouse accumulated sufficient bonus. Now we propose to migrate to new india floater mediclaim policy at the time of renewal. We have been informed by your bangalore office that the cumulative bonus can not be credited to our policy. But as per irda notification dt 16.02.2013 under section 5 and sub section "j" it stipulates that "at the renewal of the policy by providing suitable credits for all the previous years, provided policy has been maintained without a break" the present policy no. Is[protected]. Pl look into the matter and advice your bangalore office, mekri circle branch to credit the bonus while renewing policy. Pl confirm.

                          My mother is having health insurance with new india assurance for last five years. After the completion of 4 years, as per policy (Senior citizen policy), if there is no claim, she is supposed to get one time health insurance expenses upto 1% of the insured amount. Accordingly we discussed about the procedure with the new india assurance agent, who collects yearly insurance premium. He came and collected all the papers in december, 2017 and assured that there was nothing else required. After that it has been already four months passed.in the month of march, we were continuously following up the same guy and everytime, he kept saying the money would be transferred to the bank account within a week. But as of today, it has not been credited.

                          We request the management to look into this. As this is a senior citizen policy, it is expected that all process is smooth enough for the senior citizens to execute. We have good impression for new india assuarnce and we expect that for such paltry amount, the company will not blotch its image.

                            Dear sir,
                            Greetings!

                            This is to certify that the honda amaze car (Reg no: up 32 fw 0503) of mr. Sanjay kumar s/o mr. Hira lal garg was surveyed by mr. Vipin shukla (Surveyor) in which we had been allowed by the surveyor for all the parts and labor as mentioned in the invoice. Even everything is being written on job card produced by the workshop representative. This is to also bring in your notice that surveyor mr. Vipin shukla has committed something else and report that he produced is something differ from the commitment. Walk's manager informed that all time mr. Vipin shukla does the same thing.

                            All the work in the said vehicle was done after the confirmation of surveyor.

                            Now he is not considering all the parts in settled down the claim.

                            I sent several mails from dec. 2017 to hub and ch4202newindia.co.in but i didn't get any revert from there side except once.in that mail also reason of not sanctioning those parts are not mentioned.

                            For your convenience i am attaching you the approved copy of the job card obtained from workshop representative and also i am forwarding you the details of the communication done with ch4202newindia.co. And wordsheet consists of communication done regarding this matter.

                                Policy no.[protected] with your noida office. Customer id po07918673. I am having the subject policy since march, 2000. Amount covered my self rs.2.00 lac spouse rs. 1.00 lac. The joint premium for the year 2017-18 was rs.14318.00. This year the premium demanded is rs.39648.00. I have not made any claim during the last 18 years and only paid premium in order to continue the policy for my old age. Now the premium has been raised to the prohibitive extent and therefore, i have not been able to get the renewal of the policy. At this age (67 years) i am also not able to get coverage from any other company also.

                                I presume this is a well planned policy of the company to pocket the premium during the young age of the policy holder and increase the premium to such a level so that the senior citizens are compelled to exit. How the company is going to compensate?

                                  I had purchased accidental mobile insurance for the handset, samsung 7edge model sm - g935f imei ([protected]) from rishabh communications on 09/06/2016 that was insured by "the new india assurance company limited" in association with "yms mobitech". I required repairing damaged mobile & so i contacted "appsyouneed.in" customer care as told by the team of "yms mobitech". An executive contacted me to know about damage details & soon they sent an executive to pick up my mobile for which he provided me receipt too.
                                  After that, there was no contact from there side for almost 5 months. I visited there official address & they said that your handset in is rajasthan for repair collect it after 5-6 days.
                                  I again visited there official address in noida sec 63 after 6 days but the company has vanished from that place.
                                  I have no trace of my mobile neither the insurance company is responding to its status neither taking care of my loss.
                                  Handset cost was around 60k.
