Car no pb 35 s 2099 xylo.
Even after one year. New india assurance co pathankot d. O office. Not able to settle claim. All staff making fool. Car is standing in karnal workshop from last one year.
Assurance co. On did not tell us what do with car. After one year they are telling us to get car repaired. Firstly they told us for cash loss. Now even still they are not confirmed anything they bluntly refused to give anything in written.
First they said for cash loss, then they are saying to repair car after one year. Now claim amount is less than the amount rent amount where car is placed from last one year.

Staff is looking for bribe.

    Dear sir/mam

    I am writing to complain about my car insurance claim. I bought a car (Scorpio s6 plus) in jan 2017 that time i have done insurance of my car from new india assurance company ltd and in oct 2017 our car had an accident (The body of car from front got smashed). When the accident took place we immediately contacted the customer support and gave them all information related to it and next day they came and took our car to their workshop.in jan 2018 they repaired our car so we went to their workshop and then we get to know that we have to pay 2 lakh rupees for it and when we ask them for what then they said that the person who has done surveyor from the company side make those charges then we had a conversation with their manager and he told that you don’t have to pay that much under this policy you just have to pay 4% which is around 28000/- or less than that and he also sent a mail to the company regarding that survey which has wrongly done and next week when we went there then we get to know that they also had a dispute between workshop and the insurance company (Both are putting allegation on each other surveyor said workshop has changed the undamaged parts and at the other side they were protecting themselves by saying that they changed only damaged parts) there is a dispute between them and they are not paying attention towards our matter not even interested to listen us and insurance company is demanding us to pay 2 lakh which is a huge amount and instead of it when we asked them for report or bill regarding the money which we have to pay then they denied. I am sure that your surveyor made a mistake somewhere. I would like you to investigate this matter and pay the claim.

      I have claimed for the amount of rs. 95, 000 with all the original papers / receipts. I was expecting the entire amount but unfortunately received a claim amount of rs. 66, 970 for which i am not satisfied at all. Need remaining rs. 28, 030 at the earliest.

        I purchased a car in may 2016 the insurance amount was 21000/-. And when my insurance renewed company deducted 26775/- worth of amount without my awareness. Because of that tata motor finance charge remittance charge every month from june to february 950/- per month and my civil also affected. The new india assurance company and tata finance didn't told me anything at the time of finance i visited the office many times no body is taking the responsibility and nobody replying me

        Dear sir/madam,

        I am sending this letter as a formal complaint about the insurance amount for the policy number -[protected].in june-2017 an insurance policy was automatic created by you for my vehicle (As on 24/05/2018). I received the policy by mail in the month of june for the amount of rs.26, 775/- which was rs.3, 000/- more than last year.

        I am complaining because, i was not notified by the key person on time (Mere sending e-mail for such big issue is not justifiable i was not informed on my cell-phone neither i received any text-messages about the policy or amount or the deductions)

        As i was not aware of the amount the insurance amt. Was deducted from my car-loan account, you don't have such power in your hands to deduct the amount automatically from other account and as result till date, i am paying fine and my cibil score has been declining since. For the above reason i would like to complain and know the following details:-

        1) how my insurance amount has been increased from the last year.

        2) which rule of depreciation you are applying, which has not depreciated the value of my vehicle instead it has increased the value of my asset and hence my insurance amt. Has increased from the last year.

        3) is it not your responsibility to inform the customer about the renewal of insurance (This is how you are managing your customer and customer satisfaction?)

        4) forget about the information do you have such powers and guts to deduct the insurance amt. Without customer knowledge from their loan account.

        5) and above all was not enough so you also impose penalty and fine on monthly basis of rs. 500/- approx.

        When i first learned of this problem, i contacted broker tata motors insurance ltd, maruti heights, raipur nearly 3-4 months ago and after the 4-5 visit which shows their irresponsibility and honesty towards their work (They totally ignored me and my problem) and was told that nothing could be done about my problem.

        I believe that this response is unfair because the sector in which you are doing business is service based and please don't provide such services which harasses your customer. I would like a written statement explaining your company's position and what you will do about my complaint.

        And to further resolve this problem i would like the refund of the excess amt. You charged me on insurance amt. And the monthly fine you are taking must be reimbursed to me, and cancel all my future dealing with you.

        I look forward to hearing from you as soon as possible to resolve this problem. If i do not hear from you within 10 days i will file complaints with the appropriate consumer agencies (Ombusdman, insurance regulatory and development authority (Irda), consumer forum, pandri, raipur, chhattisgarh) and consider my legal alternatives. I am enclosing copies of my receipt. I may be contacted at the above address and phone number.

          I am medical policy holder. Company hike the annual policy rates more than two times from this year without any information. Under which authority the rates suddenly hike. Including gst, i understand 28% hike, but there is too much increase of annual premium. Please clarify. Last year i paid rs.5800 for 200000 and this year rs.12400 for same policy. Why?

                    I had an accident on 9 the of December, at 830 am, when I have called the customer Care service centre phone number, it was unreachable, then again i tried on same no itwas connected and I talked with them, but they were telling that itI24/7 support for custemar, then my car was given for repairing tbe inspection person was not intemated to me, after one week i called that person regardin this, he was telling that what is proof the accident got happened, then I convinced him and given the spot photos to him, after one month ny car was ready and i paid the whole amout of repairing bill on 18 of December 2017, then the Maruti Suzuki person mr Pradeep was submitted the my vehicle bill on 21 DEC 2017, I called to Bangalore office, they said they have received on Thursday 1 Feb 2018.Sitll they are not processing it.

                        Dear Sir,
                        All formalities relating to theft claim of Our Car UP16AM8594 were completed in 11/2017 but payment of our settled claim on hold .After submission of all desired documents Patiala Branch office of insurance co. from where above vehicle was insured asking us to provide RC in their name however as per Transport Tpt. of Noida there is no provision of issuing RC in the name of Insurance co. and they only provide form-2 of RC surrender what they have already given to us and we have shared the same with Insurer.

                        This is harassment of common man, as no one listening us in branch itself. Mr. Sumesh Mittal DO(MN.[protected]) in the office is looking after this claim but strict to his demand of transferred RC in the name of Insurance co. which we are unable to provide because of no provision of doing same in Transport deptt.

                        Kindly look in to the matter and instruct concerned branch to release payment without further delay .

                            Sir this is for your kind information that i am a member of mediclaim policy of new india assurance co ltd. My mediclaim policy no is[protected].in may 2017 my wife hospitalized two times in gargi hospital r -9/182, raj nagar ghaziabad respectively on 05/05/2017[discharged on 06/05/2017] and on 08/05/2017 [discharged on 12/05/2017. I submitted all the bills[hospitalization bills as well as post hospitalization bills to the concerning company i. E e-meditek insurace tpa ltd plot no. 577, udyog vihar phase - v, gurgaon (Hr) -122016 through new india assurance co ltd. After so many reminders i have received only two bills amount so far. One bill amount of rs 9096 is still pending. I have send so many reminders to the concern company but the company is not responding. Please do the needfull in this case so that my amount may be released as early as possible.

                            As per the trailing complain we lodged our complain regarding claim settlement on Jan 24 2018 for Mediclaim policy No[protected] but still we have not received information from the concerned authority. The claim is pending for around 10 months (May-2017). This is highly unacceptable and it is kind of a mental harassment from the concerned organisation. The New India Assurance officials are ignoring us and not even answering our calls.
                            So, we once again request you to take this matter seriously and arrange to settle our above mentioned claim as early as possible.
                            Car crashed with a lorry, the front left door was stuck with lorry's iron rod and cover of door was got separated front left door was crushed and damaged highly, please kindly go through our complaint immediately and recover as soon as possible. Thank you.

                              Hi, I Got to know from Sharad Jadhav and Sanjay from NIA fort branch that my parents premium - (Policy no[protected] ) has doubled since last year from 25 k to 55 k ( I am yet to receive the official intimation letter ). I requested them to increase the sum assured atleast from 2 lakhs per person to 4 Lakhs if they have doubled the premium but they cited my parents age as the criterion for not being able to increase the same. Both my parents are retired and have very limited income to be able to bear this kind of drastic change in the premium. Request you to please intervene and advise on way forward.

                                    Regarding the aforesaid policy, the premium amount was calculated wrongly and it was paid in excess on 24/10/2017, but regret to say that till today the excess premium amount 3719 has not yet been refunded to me in spite of several contacts. The company is totally irresponsible by saying there is renovation going on in the company so your refund cannot be processed. This is really a very stupid way of answering. Why should a customer wait for your stupidity? First of all, the company should have arranged an alternate office for routine work. Will the company wait for me if i say reason?. While the bill amount was rs 65000 approx md india healthcare (Tpa) services pvt. Ltd paid only rs 21236. Please pay to me the balance amount immediately under uhid no: 65098 to enable me to repay the amount to my lender. Your immediate action is solicited.

                                        I have registered a claim on oct 21, 2017 for my bike dominor 400 and yet to receive my reimbuirsement for it.
                                        My policy no is[protected] and claim no is[protected].

                                        As a customer there is not even a single attempt from insurance company about the claim update. I called numerous time to get survey and approval at service center and finally scanned and mailed and also sent physical copy of original bills and rest of document. This was on dec 25th, 2017.

                                        Still no update, the customer care doesnt know anything and surveyor and branch office manager doesnt know anything either.
                                        Please help
