overcharged insurance amount

healthcare policy

I am medical policy holder. Company hike the annual policy rates more than two times from this year without any information. Under which authority the rates suddenly hike. Including gst, i understand 28% hike, but there is too much increase of annual premium. Please clarify. Last year i paid rs.5800 for 200000 and this year rs.12400 for same policy. Why?...

very large deduction (37 %) of claim payment

Policy no. : 230300/34/16/01/00004925, claim id : mdi3671499, grievance case no.[protected]. Claim lodge amount rs.28080. Deduction amount rs.10295. (Balanced sum insured before claim - rs.144000.00)

have not got the mobile claim payment

Hi,

I have claimed the mobile phone (Iphone7) and got repaired. However i have not got the payment yet.
Customer care is saying that payment has been emitted on 8december 2017, still i haven’t got the payment.

Neither they are helping me to get the status nor they r providing any info

non refund of the excess premium paid for policy 21060034172800003901

Regarding the aforesaid policy, the premium amount was calculated wrongly and it was paid in excess on 24/10/2017, but regret to say that till today the excess premium amount 3719 has not yet been refunded to me in spite of several contacts. The company is totally irresponsible by saying there is renovation going on in the company so your refund cannot be processed. This is really a very stupid way of answering.
