Myself claim no [protected], got my phone damaged on 24 april 2017. I have submitted all documents. I was assured to be paid compensation value of my phone on 18 july 2017. But i didn't receive anything. On 17 dec 2017, i submitted my grievance and my grievance no is[protected].
On first jan 2018, i got a call to submit invoice and other documents, which i had already sent. Even though, i sent all documents.

Till today no action had been taken place.
Kindly do needful.

    I priyank malhotra has try to claim insurance from your company. However the surveyor pk sinha has dined to provided any claim for that.. I explained him to way of accident.. However he was so rude and denies to provide any kind of help.

    Such kind of behavior is not acceptable, i will take this case further such a worst company who can not even provide service to their customer..

    I have proff of same accident if my issue is not resolved with this week i will take it to consumer court.

      Hi,
      I tried to renew my insurance no[protected] customer id po48525716 via quick renew option in that i wrongly entered the vehicle no as tn19az1852
      But the actual vehicle no is tn19az1851. After noticing this i stopped the payment and try again but the form get locked with the wrong vehicle no and not allowing me to correct it.
      Tomorrow 15/03/18 is the last date for renewal.
      So kindly make some immediate action to solve this issue

        Vehicle stolen from last four month still its process not done and for same surveyor was not appoint till date claim intimation also pending in branch manager (Sultanpur),

        So, requesting that please look in to this matter and revert me as soon as possible...!!!

          My friend have asha kiran policy and he admitted in hospital due to chest pain and after diagnosis seems left ventricular failure (When the heart is unable to pump sufficiently to maintain blood flow to meet the body's needs) he stayed in icu more than 24 hours hospitalization and finally he dead
          In that asha kiran policy there is critical care benefit for heart attack for 10 % sum assured other than claim
          The insurance agent and policy underwriter not opening their mouth to tell this benefit.. We came to know after reading prospectus. How to proceed further??

            Sir, i he gone through harnia operation on 26/1/17 at shreenivas hospital vadodara submitted my claim for rs.59, 131/- on3/2/17 and recd. Msg. For more documents on 14/3/17 which was fulfilled on 16/3/17:it is pls. Clearly note that one of rep. Of new india visited me to hospital 27/1/17 and ask me about my operation and took my photograph also. Then after many days pass i started follow up to md india my tpa at vadodara i met staff, i met mr. Sarang raj, bm, i met mr. Jigar shah, dgm i hs mailed them several times to them and mr. Yn pandya but all in vain. Then my case was transferred to regional office 9th floor, suraj plaza, sayali gunk vadodara. There on officer ms. Unnati dave tackle my case and called me to discuss the matter in presence of mr. Jigar shah and dr. Solaki. They he asked me lot of question and there conclusion is that hospital was blacklisted by them and dr. Has put some claims faulse. After that i frequently visited unnati pandya madam and requested her to do something in my favour.in the month of october as i hs meet mr. Makwana asstt. Manager of n i a co, girdhar chamber branch, v adodara t help me. Then after few days unnati madam has called me for compromise and ask me to write application for granting reasonable amount and deduct false claim amount from my bill. After my submitting request she has put one receipt of only repeat only 27, 121/- as my reimbursement. Which i hs sign with disturbed mind. As i m sr. Citizen and badly need of financial source due to my health problem and home circumstances. Even after that after so many follow up and request they have released only 27;121/- last week after deducting about 60% bill amount. Now pls. Carefully notice below mentioned points. A. My claim no. Md 13011639. (B). Rep. Of new india visited me in hospital. (C). Shreenivas hospital was blacklisted on 1/9/17. Sir i m poor sr. Citizen having many age related diesece and policy holder since 2003 u can check my claim ratio. Pls. Think how it is possible to do operation at the cost of 27121/- what is cost of operation, operation theatre, medicine and room rent etc. Moreover as per my knowledge yr. Company compensate by paying extra interest for delayed payment. Sir i humbly request you pls. Look into matter and justify me. With warm regards.

              On 09/08/2017 my 2 wheeler aviator skidded & hit divider. The officer in vasai office asked me to submit a claim along with estimate of damage but didn't tell me that i should not open the vehicle. My mechanic opened the vehicle & gave the estimate rs. 26490. After long follow up on 07/12/2017 i got a letter of no claim. Policy[protected]

                I was doing a policy for my parents from last 9 years. Father age currently 67 and mother age 57. Last year i have paid rs 9000 approx premium for rs. 100000 sum assured of each person. Now at the time of renewal this policy, my agent says (Who is an ex employee of new india) that this time premium will be rs. 25000. All policy premium has increased drastically. Now my question is that "is it justified amount for senior citizen"? Why suddenly increase the premium amount by 2 times

                    So far i have not received my policy id cards, same thing informed to heritage health tpa but they told me that already we have dispatched those cards to kodad branch office, so please send my cards to the below address immediately. Since 20 days i am waiting for these cards but process is very slow and no prompt response from them. So please look into the issue and resolve the problem. They have not sent my original policy document also

                        New india flexi floater group mediclaim policy was issued in the name of neelam verma by new india assurance co. On 29.12.2017 vide policy no.[protected]. Tpa mentioned therein is health india insurance tpa services pvt ltd. Mumbai. Though more than two months has elapsed, tpa has not issued me the card to seek cashless medical facilities, if required. It clearly amounts to deficiency of service on the part of new india assurance co. Which have not pursued tpa to issue the card despite my personal visits to insurance co. Divisional office located in sector 63, noida. (U p)
                        Pl. Ask the concerned branch to get the things done, as being senior citizen, i can not make personal visit frequently for this purpose.

                          10 days over but still my claim is not approved and when i am calling surveyor.. Then always he is replying that it is under process... Daily i am getting difficulty to go to my office nd other work without my vehicle... But these people not understanding customer problem... Also when i called the surveyor.. Named as "ramakrishnan" then he talked me very roughly... And also most of the time not picking up calls.
                          So kindly resolve the matter immediately... Otherwise it is waste to get insured by new india insurance.. Bz when any claims come they r not approving the claim... Delaying and unresponsive and harsh rough behavior of staffs really shameful

                              I bought insurance from your agent during my travel to canada. My customer id is po54789948 and policy number[protected] and name is neetha anjelin d'sa. Due to my emergency, i had to visit the hospital in london, ontario-canada. For which i received a bill of 1924.00 cad. Upon receipt, i submitted the claim to your partner world travel assist on january 16, 2018. Till now i am only receiving standard replies for all the queries i make and i have received numerous reminders from the hospital for the payment.

                                I have taken good health policy through citi bank credit card and the credit card has been linked to aadhaar. Do i have to link insurance policy also with aadhaar with new india assurance as name correction has been done in aadhaar. Name correction also has to be done in the insuarance policy. I have been trying to get in touch with your office, but in vain.

                                        In connection with above that my car met with an accident on dated 07/09/2017 and the car has been repaired from charisma goldwheels (P) ltd, chandigarh. Regional office chandigarh deputed surveyor mr. A. T. S. Sandhu and he inspected the vehicle that all the parts have been replaced. All formalities are competed by workshop. Surveyor also re-inspected the vehicle after repair.
                                        But till date no claim sanction and disbursed to me. So i request you to disburse the claim amount to me immediately.
