I have submit an accidental claim for my car no.RJ20CB4226 under policy no.[protected] throw Tata dealer Chambal Moters Kota (Raj.) on dated 14Dec.2017. Yet till now I have not given any information about my claim. Divisional manager Kota Abhishek Pagariya is not responding my quries on whatsup. Neither accepting my claim nor issuing No Claim letter.My damaged car is till now at Tata dealer's workshop at kota since 09Dec2017.

    Sir, i have taken insurance policy for my grand i10 from shakhun hyundai motors bharatpur.in july my car windscreen broke down. So i go to workshop. They said that they have send my file to delhi office and they will work according to the orders from there. But i don't have any information about my whereabouts of my claim file. So pls take some serious action about it. I am hoping for a positive response soon.

      With the reference of policy no[protected] of my car, i would like to inform you that this was zero depreciation car insurance policy. The total amount paid by me to car workshop was approximately rupees 20, 600. While i received through reimbursement only rupees 17, 097. So i am requesting you to please tell me that why rupees 3500 are deducted. As i know file charges remains approximately rupees 1000. Kindly tell me the exact deduction.

        Renewed on 25.10.2017 from kolkata division vi (510600).
        In the policy it has been stated medicare as per tpa.

        As per prospectus approved by irda (Irdai/nl-hlt/nia/p-h/v. I/346/13-14 all the claims to be settled by nia.

        Kolkata divn, is not making necessary changes in the policy by suitable endorsement, waiting for approval of ho.

        Taken up the matter with ho also but there is no action from nia.

          Submitted claim of rs 2, 670/ on 25.9.17 to kolkata div. Vi (510600). Divisional manager forwarded the documents to tpa for settlement.

          Tpa could not do it since the policy is not a cash less policy & it is to be settled by nia.
          It still remained pending inspite of vigorous follow up with kolkata div :vi (510600) & customer care ho,

            Policy no 210100/34/17/95/00002436. Renewed on 15 nov. Still not received hard copy of policy. If policy issuance is so late what about claim? Send me soon. Please send me hard copy of my mediclaim policy on my registered address. So i request you to resolve this problem as early as possible. Every year i am facing the same problem.in private company policy issuance is very fast. That is why people go for private company

              I am sourav chhabra from faridkot, punjab, 151203 a policy holder of your insaurance company wth policy no ldh/[protected] where i have fully insured my honda active 3g with reg. No:pbo4y 4506, engine no: jf50eu6070658, chesis no:me4jf509mgu070603 on[protected] valid till mid night of[protected]. Recently my brother met with an accident he slipped on road due to emergency breaking while driving as cow suddenly came infront of him and felt badly on bricks lying near by on[protected] and for the same i visited the honda agency on[protected] and asked them for claim of damages and it was to be delivered on[protected] but then the surveyor who came for inspection spoke rude with me and refused to give me claim and blamed me of tempering as i have hitted my vehicle with hammer rather my brother met with an accident and is injured badly on his right knee and right hand but the surveyor was not ready to listen me and he harassed me too
              I want the company to look into the entire matter and resolve my issue otherwise i have to follow a legal procedure of consumer court to get my issues resolved

                Dear v. Balasubramanian (2d3902857) the new india assurance co. Ltd.

                This letter is regarding an insurance claim on my bike, which got damaged recently in an accident. The contract number for my policy is[protected].

                On 6th of january 2018, at around 7 o clock, in the evening, i was driving along chennai, kollathur road at padi bridge in the same lane, some one drunk and walk cross the road (No zebra crossing) i did not immediately notice that it sideswiped the right side portion of my driven vehicle. Unfortunately, i was not able to stop the driving, the accident happened so fast and went beyond my control.

                I am executing this affidavit to attest to the truth of the foregoing statement and in support of my reimbursement from the insurance company.

                So far, i have not received any correspondence from your company. The customer care executive assured me that the check amounting to the cost of repair work will be given to me, but nothing has happened so far. I request your quick attention in this matter, as previous attempts for communication from my side have proved to be futile. I express my hope that this matter will soon be resolved, and i will get the insurance amount.

                  I had took online policy on 09/01/18. By mistake i had given incorrect registration number for my 2-wheeler.
                  After that iimmediately contact on toll free number, they had given me 1-mobile [protected] number & 2-local number [protected] & [protected], nobody picked up the call & the mobile number holder is saying its wrong number. The email id nia.[protected]@newindia.co.in given also not replied yet. When again i contacted toll free number, the lady is saying that i need to contact on given mobile number only.

                      Hello,

                      I have medi claim policy policy no:[protected] since 2009 and since then till date i have not claimed anything. As per my knowledge and the details shared to me by the agent all pre-existing diseases are covered. But i saw the optional cover table is updated with not opted. This was not been told to me when i purchased the mediclaim.
                      Hence request you take the necessary action and add the optional cover table diseases under my policy.
                      This is really disheartening that what had been told when we took the policy is not covered and no one has informed or advise anything about it either.
                      Request you to take this issue as early as possible and provide me the updated policy document which includes all the disease included in the optional table.

                        This is aakash, my mobile was drowned on 29th august 2017 and i had registered a claim for that with quick heel. I did all my formalities within 15-20 days. And from last 20-45 days i am continuously following up with the team for refund of payments i. E rs.8, 200/- which they agreed upon to give. From so many days they are telling that we have already sent the payment to insurance company and it will be done. I am fed up listening to the same from so many times. Pls guide me for the same

                          This is to inform you that we have purchased maruti wagon r around 5 months before and car no. Is up80 ee 3018 & owned by brijender sirohi. Further, our insurance was covered by new india assurance, agra. Unfortunately, we got an accident and found our car damaged which was only 2 months old car at that moment. So, immediately we went to maruti showroom and also inspected by new india assurance. Furthermore, maruti already intimated us and new india assurance to arrange completely body cell for car as suggested by maruti but surveyor and new india assurance providing child part which is completely disapproved by maruti and owner. Further, maruti are regularly corresponding with new india assurance. But till date no result has been yet delivered by new india assurance. It is also sad to inform that we are regularly following with concerned person. But they not doing any thing in our favour.

                            I got hospitalised on 18/11/2017 at ps mission hospital kundanoor, kochi by ear paining, so it was suddenly illness i had and they given me 5 days treatment in antibiotics which is preferred by the physician. When i admitted i had applied for the mediclaim and medibuddy people messaged me that my mediclaim for cashless has been approved for rs.5000/- which details i am attaching herewith for your reference. Once i get discharge from the hospital billing section told me that my mediclaim has been rejected. So i had paid the bill amount rs.12100.00 which bills i had submitted for the reimbursement in your office and my claim no is :- 9508841. But now i get the information from your office is that my claim has been rejected due some reason but i need clarification because of this is cheating. Why because of if you could reject my claim on first day i may get discharge from the hospital for lesser amount that i can afford because of you have approved my cashless that's why i agreed 5 days treatment. So i need to get my reimbursement or else i will be going to the case in medical insurance ombudsman. Hope you can understand my sistuation

                              My professional indemnity policy was from 4/1/17-3/1/18. I received no reminders for renewal and when i myself tried to go online to renew, it was not happening, so i called customer care which a girl picked from chennai centre and said that she would revert back. Never reverted back eventually my policy expired todday. When i enquired how to renew. They said u have to go in person. Not acceptable at all. I am highly dissatisfied

                                Sir / madam,

                                Vide email dated 26.08.2017, i have lodged a complaint, on behalf of my father, who was a policy holder of the new india assurance company limited being policy no.[protected] against illegal deduction carried out by your company from claim application to the tune of rs.51, 042/- being the admission / treatment charge of sterling hospital, ahmedabad. As stated in the earlier email dated 26.08.2017, out of a total claim amount of rs. 51, 042/-, your company has initially approved only rs. 22, 090/- by deducting an amount of rs. 28, 952/-.

                                Pursuant to the complaint lodged through the aforesaid email, a further amount of rs. 5, 450/- has been deposited electronically in my father's sbi account on 08.12.2017. However, till date, no intimation / communication has been received with respect to deposit of the said amount as well as the reasons behind the deduction of remaining amount from the total claim application of rs. 51, 042/-. The said act on part of your company is against clause 5 of annexure-i (Grievance redressal procedure) of insurance regulatory and development authority of india (Protection of policy holders interest) regulations, 2017 which specifically put a burden on the insurer to inform the complainant of the option to take up the matter before insurance ombudsman in case grievance is not resolved in favour of the policy holder or partially resolved in favour of the policy holder. Similarly, clause 33 (D) of insurance regulatory and development authority of india (Health insurance) regulations, 2016, specifically states that where a claim is denied or repudiated, the communication about the denial or the repudiation shall be made only by the insurer by specifically stating the reasons for the denial or repudiation. Even principle of natural justice requires that your company should inform the claimant in writing, specific reasons for denying or partially denying the claim of the policy holder which in the present case your company has not done. Thus, the act of your company is clearly a breach of principle of natural justice as well as notifications and regulations issued by irda to that effect, which are binding to your company.

                                Vide this email, your company is again asked to provide reasons in writing for denying the full claim of my father, failing which, as a legal heir of complainant late shri anilbhai v. Joshi, i would be constrained to take necessary legal action against your company at the cost and consequences of your company, which please note.

                                  I have claimed within 15 days after my wife got operated. Hence, they required some more documents which i provided from hospital on 8-11-17.

                                  My agent said the claim will not pass. Eventually, please give me in writing. Since then, he has been trying to get an official reply from raksha tp but i am not getting any reply.

                                  I have to claim in another company and also raise a query in grahak suraksha but not getting any replies.

                                  What should we do in this case

                                    Case id : 15858354 my wife had gynecological problems since past 2 years and she was diagnosed amenorrhea she had to undergo a minor surgery (Hysteroscopy with dilatation and curette). When i contacted uhc for cashless transaction, they called and said, seeing the hospital records, based on the documents submitted, current admission is only for investigation and evaluation purpose only. And they cannot approve it. However in reply i claimed the said amount for reimbursement here too they are providing the same response after one month of claim submission. I need to sue the co. For the same issue.

                                      I am deeply regret to inform my son dishant was admitted in h n reliance foundation for

                                      Tb treatment. He was given anesthesia, dishant shah was in the operation theater
                                      Hospital had undertaken taken "ebus-biopsy" ebus-tbna.

                                      Patient has to remain in the hospital for at least 5-7 hours after this biopsy treatment.

                                      Necessary bills, discharge certificate already with new india assurance co.

                                      We also have submitted bills of medicines prescribed by the concerned doctor

                                      Who was present even in the operation theater.

                                      New india assurance have rejected our claim though "day care treatment" is allowed

                                      Please look in t this issue.
