I have a fiat linea car which is insured with the new india assurance co ltd, sakinaka d. O. The car belongs to ex new india assurance executive and after vrs taken in 2014 the car dues were paid fully to nia and settled. But we never recieved the noc from the company despite of multiple follow ups through emails.
Certainly the is still in the name of new india and the user is samarendra das. Unfortunately my car met with an accident and now the insurance company is delaying my claiming stating that why the car is not transferred to the user. But i fail to understand desipite my reminders the authority have failed to provide me the noc. Then they troubling me now during a claim amounting to rs.45, 000 odd.in the first place they took the premium and punched the policy and now they arent entertaining the same.

    Dear sir/ madam
    I submitted above mention claim on[protected] at new india assurance co.`s tpa "heritage tpa pvt. Ltd." surat office.
    Now it has passed 45 days but still its not setlled whereas when we check online claim status then its showing "under provisional rejection" i daily call to surat heritage office but no one receive call and proper response regarding this issues. For a claim amout sum of 14075/- rs. I am waiting for 45 days and continue whereas i have given properly intimation through mail same time when admitted in hospital. What should i have to do?? Please solve this issues of claim and oblige.

      Worst insurance company... Worst customer care service... No one should spend a single penny on this company... Claim ke liye itne chakkar lageate hain jiska koi hisaab nhi hai... Aur aapki complaints per koi response nhi karte.. They keep on calling us for all the documents.. For every signature you must visit their office not regional but the one from where you bought the policy.

Rajkumar. We have lodged the intimation on 10.08.2017 and till date we are not get any response from your officials (I. E., insurance surveyor mr sridhar cell no: [protected] who is not give any response even for our calls). Now the customer is not satisfied with our words regarding the settlement. A claim was made under this policy on 11.08.2017 and the documents requested by the surveyor were submitted. However until now we have not received any updates on the status of claim settlement. The original policy copy, claim form, electricity bill, and engineer report are attached for your reference. We kindly request you to look into the same and provide us a status on the claim settlement.

          Thanks for your revert finally. We had sent so many reminders for payout (Please see the mail trails) and my first request to you was made on 31.8.2017 (3 months back)

          Now we request you to close this matter immediately on final reconciliation within a reasonable timelines. (We hope the process of reconciliation has already started by now)

          Kindly arrange to close this case immediately by suitable reconciliation else give us your consent for escalation to grievance section.

          Note: we are a msme registered unit and need your support & help.

          Summary:

            I have submitted my claim forms 50 days back.. they are still processing this.
            I was just wondering if i had left my car in workshop for cashless claims ..i guess i would have been without a car for 2-3 months.
            I do not understand what is it taking so long ..

            One of the worst policy company in india . They are not giving proper response and they will not give satisfactory amount for you claim. please go with some other policies. New India Assurance guys are cheating people.

                My health insurance claim 14996756, they have rejected. When equivalent clauses for claim consideration stated, they totally stopped responding/looking into the things.
                Then, i requested them my documents back, so that i can apply for tax exemption. They have raised ticket 2718832. There are so many days completed, i didn't received my documents back. For any communications on this subject, they not at all respond.
                They have very poor grievance system and customer requests lookup.

                  Sir, i was taken (Nill - dipp) new india assurance policy no.[protected] of my car bearing no. Ts05eg0678. On[protected] i am going to my house in my car. At the same time the heavy rain came and the flood came at the near hi-tech railway station (Mmps) at hyderabad, and the both cars stopped in middle of the rain water. Immediately i was informed to the same matter to the manager of ford showroom at balnagar, hyderabad. The ford manager was send a toeing vehicle and he taken away to shed. Later he was informed to concerned new india insurance officer. The above assurance officer deputed to one surveyor by name sri. Ananda rao cel. No.[protected]. The surveyor without inquiry he was simply rejected the assurance i was complaint against him to his head office, later he giving half assurence only. I am suffering since 75 days hence i kindly requset to justice me. Thank you sir, bharath naidu [protected].

                    Inspections k aise charge kyu kar the ho. Agent se 200 nd client se 200. 400rs daalke bhi inspection k liye aapke centre mai aana padta inspection k kiye apna petrol dalke. Kya marla. Technology ka zamana hai. Inspection karo na. But bike k video images click kark him send kar fence. Aisa kuch nikalo na hustle free. Inspection k charges hatao. Ya toh woh insurance mai include karo. Agent kyu bhuktaan kare. Nd pehli baat aaj kisi ko waqt nai hai inspection wagere ka. Digitally kuch steps lo. Govt nai sochegi toh kaun sochega bhai.

                      I have never claimed on my medical policy of nia however i just received a letter stating that i have claimed rs. 1, 70, 000 from swasthik hospital.
                      My agent has not informed me about the same.

                      This letter is asking for cancelled cheque kyc and other details.

                      Please let me know where to inform and what steps to take.

                        Dear Sirs,

                        Mediclaim policy no.[protected] - proposal period 15/1/2017 to15/1/2018.

                        I am a regular mediclaim policy holder for the last several years for myself and my spouse. For the above policy last year I had paid premium of Rs.22356/-. Now for renewal I received the notice for premium of Rs.48166/- for the sum assured of Rs.2, 00, 000 each. I am surprised how come the premium has increase more than 100%. I spoke to the regional manager of New India Assurance Company at Ahmedabad who say they can't do anything as they have received the order from IRDAI and they have increased the premium accordingly. I am a retired person and aged 71 years and don't have any income. I have to depend on my children to make payment. The local manager says that they have received lot of claimed and to compensate they have to collect more premium from policy holders and settle the claim of others. If any policy holder claims frequently more, they should be charged more premium and not from the policy holder who never claim or claimed very less as in my my case where I claimed for my cataract operation. I feel it is unfair to harass senior citizens. Could you please look into this and revert me immediately as the due date is 15th January2018.

                          I was provided wrong info. By the sr. Div. Manager (Begumpet) mr. R. Chandrasekharam for both the queries that i had for an explanation.
                          Even though i am being asked to pay my car policy amt. Online for the last years i am being denied access to my policy for which he was not able to reply as to why i couldn't do it and each year i had to run to the branch 3-4 times as i was asked to pay the amount online multiple times and failed and finally issue a cheque.
                          This year when i tried to pay the amount i received an error message when i entered all the card details stating that i am not eligible to pay the amount online as my vehicle is 118 months old and that i had to contact the branch and pay the amount. When i asked the reason as to why there is no rule published on the website mr. R. Chandrasekharam told me that the system will not allow a customer to pay the amount online if the vehicle crosses 120 months and when i said that the message says 118 months, he tried to justify by saying that 118 months is close to 120 months and that is why it was not accepting and literally pushed me to accept his explanation and never wanted to keep me informed as to why this rule is not published on the website but said that it is a rule that any vehicle which has crossed 120 months are not allowed to pay online. Whereas my vehicle is just 118 months for which he didn't have proper explanation.
                          Secondly, when i asked about the increase in my premium for the last 2-3 years he blamed irdi stating that it has increased it even though i told him that since i have never claimed anything for almost 5-6 years and he was really raising his voice to show his authority and giving me an explanation which didn't sound correct at all.
                          When i sent an email to the senior management he replied to all o[censored]s and gave a different story in the email altogether to show to the senior management that i am to be blamed and that he explained to me properly, which is not true at all.
                          I feel that mr. R. Chandrasekharam has a feeling that he can boss over me and feels that i work under him and that he needs the credit by talking to me in this way.
                          I feel that he not only provided wrong info. To me but also gave me a feeling that he was trying to harass/ cheat me by talking with me in this unhealthy manner.
                          I feel so sad and ashamed that i have been a customer of nia for more than 10-12 years now and this is the kind of treatment a sr. Div. Manager can give to a customer.

                            Enfield motor cycle registration no - up-22 ad 3306.

                            Our bike meet with and accident and was repaired at ess aar motors
                            Mayapuri. Our case is handled by mr. Neeraj[protected].

                            Mr. Neeraj has submitted file file last week of november 2017 for
                            Reimbursement of rs 69000/-. It is almost 30 days we have not
                            Received our payment.

                                  My 5 year old daughter had to undergo a tonsillitis and adenoiditis surgery. The doctor recommended a coblation surgical procedure as this would help in quick recovery. The nia manual also states the goodness of this procedure. The total cost of the treatment was 1.25 lacs in which the cost of the coblation blade was approx. Rs 25, 000/-
                                  As per nia they will not pay for the coblation blade as this is a special equipment. The amount of rs 25, 000/- has been rejected.

                                  I do not understand on one front they approve of the surgical procedure and on another front they reject the coblation blade which is the most essential component of this procedure.

                                  Kindly advice on the above.

                                    I claimed for reimbursement of health check for b. Jagannathan-self and janaki jagannathan-spouse. Both the bunch of claim forms along with all attachments such as blood report /doctor consultation etc tagged in two different bunches, and put in one envelope and posted through speed post on15/11/2017 vide their no. Et[protected]in. The india post dept very promptly send me sms on 17/11/2017 that the said letter was delivered to your bangalore office. (Here it may kindly be noted that though i am residing at chennai and renewed my individual medi claim policy at chennai, the vidal healthtpa bangalore address is appearing in the said renewed policy document, and hence i sent the claim forms of both o[censored]s to the bangalore office address).

                                    Your bangalore office confirmed that they have received both the claim of mine and my spouse through one packet only and then they redirected to vedal chennai office on the same day in the same envelope itself, since the policy was issued by your chennai office.
                                    On several enquiries, i, was informed that my spouse “janaki jagannathan” claim has been approved for rs.2000/- on 23/11/2017. Further stated that there is no status on my reimbursement claim. Your customer care executives named m/s. Priya, vidya, priyanka, geetha etc on different dates asked me to go to the bangalore vidal office and get the pod from them with regard to redirecting my claim forms to the chennai office. Whereas your bangalore customer care executives posted at bangalore toll free number asking me to go to the chennai office and resolve the claim since they have no role to play in this regard claiming that they quickly acted on my claim by redirecting the claim forms to chennai to act upon. Thus your representatives posted at bangalore and chennai through their customer care executives posted at toll free service shuttle me between post to pillar in between chennai office and bangalore office for the last 15 days without any fruitful solution to my claim. It may kindly be denoted that even the approved amount of rs.2000/- against my spouse”s reimbursement also not credited to my bank account so far.

                                    Even your executives ms geetha, priyanka to quote a few of them behaved inhumanly and in an unpleasant manner, but could not fulfil their official duty to find any solution on the subject matter. To day 20th nov, 2017 mm. Vidya had advised me to come all the way to chennai vidal office t. Nagar from tambaram my residence which is 25km distance at my 73 years of age to sort out the issue.

                                    This is to surprise that how the chennai office claim dealer had picked up the reimbursement form of my spouse only leaving my claim form. Both the claim forms were in one envelope itself. If by chance or mistake had the bangalore office missed my claim form then on my complaint your chennai office should take necessary initiative at their end to pursue your bangalore office and get my claim form and resolve the issue. On the contrary asking me to chase it from bangalore office/chennai office is not fair on the part of the prestigious vidal company. The irresponsible executives posted at bangalore/chennai vidal healthtpa are thus causing mental torture to this senior citizen for no fault on the part of the patient named b. Jagannathan office. A line in reply on the action taken to resolve this reimbursement claim is highly solicited.

                                      This is to request you that i have got the policy from the new india insurance company of my ford figo car from ford dealership bathinda. My car met with an accident on 18/10/2017 and it was declared total loss by the company. I have completed all the formalities as demanded by the company but i need to visit the office number of times for same but no proper response is given by company moreover no final report is given by the company and car dealership is claiming rental amount fromme further claim amount is decided rs 612000 which the company has to pay, but now today when i visited the office i was told that
                                      The amount of rs 361000 will be credited to my account but rs 250000 (Left amount) will be given by surveyor after selling the car, my policy is full covered policy with debt cap and cashless then what i need to do from surveyor. When i asked about the mode of payment of the rs 250000 i was told to meet the surveyor no proper assistance is provided and no one is ready to talk at their office situated at mall road bathinda (Punjab)

                                        I am in big financial crisis with your decision of increasing the premium amount for my medical insurance policy. (Policy no[protected] this is a substantial increase from rs. 19046 in last year to rs.53808 in this year for the same insured amount of 2lakhs each. Please confirm if i have to pay this enhanced amount for renewing my policy which is due on 30.12.2017
