Hi paid to company for my car insurance rs 8291 on 30th october. After that i been told that there will be survey again as paid for insurance next instead of same day. Anyway i paid again for survey about rs206. On 2nd nov. I been told that i will receive my policy on same day which i didn't receive at all & even today on 3rd november i haven't received my car insurance policy. 1. First they denied to settle full claim, approving only partial for my genuine single accident damages.

2 despite of sending multiple emails, after making multiple calls they are not providing me surveyor report and photos clicked by surveyor.

My car has been accidentally broken on 7 oct 2017 and for repair it was gone in arya motors gurugram on 9 oct that is tata motors workshop.
After two days survey completed and my car full damage is not covered.
Now my question is why we are taking insurence when we need they denied claims we are spending lots of money but use less.
