    I bought my mobile on 14/07/2016. I lost my mobile on 26/11/2016. Fortunately and unfortunately both it was insured with quick heal mobile insurance. Fir no: cd-dbg-000279 was registered on the same date of loss. All the documents and formalities were fulfilled that we were supposed to. On 26th december 2016, we were happy that our payment of 10500/- was approved. But for the last 10 month we are waiting for our payment to be transferred to our account. Despite of many calls, its not transferred yet. Each and every time they say it will be processed within a week. I am attaching the approved insurance amount mail with the complaint. My claim reference number is [protected]. Now i don't just want 10, 500 from them, in fact i want penalty and compensation from their side..

      महोदय,
      निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी ने दिनांक 12.07.2017 को मोटरसाइकिल का एक्सीडेन्टल क्लेम रू0 18799.00 न्यू इण्डिया एश्योरेन्स कम्पनी, 15/60, ग्रीन हाउस, सिविल लाइन्स, कानपुर-208005 में जमा किया था जिसके एवज में प्रार्थी को रू0 10770.00 का भुगतान किया गया। कम्पनी द्वारा उपलब्ध कराये गये दस्तावेजों के अनुसार निम्नलिखित विवरण के अनुसार शेष राशि की कटौती की गयी हैः-
      1. मेटल पार्ट्स की वैल्यू कम आँकी गयी है तथा उसके उपरान्त 10 प्रतिशत की कटौती भी की गयी है। (दस्तावेज संलग्न है)
      2. प्लास्टिक पार्ट्स की वैल्यू कम आँकी गयी है तथा उसके उपरान्त 50 प्रतिशत की कटौती की गयी है। (दस्तावेज संलग्न है)
      3. लेबर चार्जेज हेतु कुल रू0 3542.00 का दावा किया गया था लेकिन रू0 708.00 का ही भुगतान किया गया।
      उल्लेखनीय है कि मोटरसाइकिल का बीमा कराते समय मोटरसाइकिल का क्रय मूल्य रू0 51100.00 के सापेक्ष बीमा कम्पनी द्वारा मोटरसाइकिल की टोटल वैल्यू रू0 41000.00 आँकी गयी थी जो कि क्रय मूल्य का 80.23 प्रतिशत था तथा इस संदर्भ में लगाये गये मेटल पार्ट्स की वैल्यू 78.12 प्रतिशत आँकी गयी है तथा इसके उपरान्त 10 प्रतिशत की कटौती की गयी है व प्लास्टिक पार्ट्स की वैल्यू 80.43 प्रतिशत आँकी गयी है तथा इसके उपरान्त 50 प्रतिशत की कटौती की गयी है।
      उल्लेखनीय है कि बीमा कम्पनी द्वारा की गयी उपरोक्त कटौती अनुचित व अन्यायपूर्ण है अतः निवेदन है कि कम्पनी द्वारा उपलब्ध कराये गये बीमा पॉलिसी के अन्तर्गत प्रार्थी को निम्नलिखित विवरण के अनुसार भुगतान किया जाना चाहिएः-
      कुल बिल राशि रू0 एसेसमेंट वैल्यू रू0 (क्रय मूल्य का 80.23%)
      मेटल पार्ट्स 10455.00 8388.00

      प्लास्टिक पार्ट्स 3290.00 2646.13

      लेबर चार्जेच 3542.36 3542.36

      कुल राशि 14576.00
      कम्पलसरी एक्सेस -100.00
      भुगतान योग्य कुल राशि 14476.00
      अतः प्रार्थी को उपरोक्त राशि का भुगतान किया जाना चाहिए लेकिन मात्र रू0 10770.00 को भुगतान किया गया जिसके कारण प्रार्थी को काफी मानसिक परेशानी से गुजरना पड़ा। अतः निवेदन है कि प्रार्थी को नियमानुसार उपरोक्त राशि का भुगतान करने की कृपा करें।

        Hi paid to company for my car insurance rs 8291 on 30th october. After that i been told that there will be survey again as paid for insurance next instead of same day. Anyway i paid again for survey about rs206. On 2nd nov. I been told that i will receive my policy on same day which i didn't receive at all & even today on 3rd november i haven't received my car insurance policy. I'm trying to call customer care service number [protected]. But no one is replying. I don't know what to do next. Plz provide me solution.

          I am having the above mediclaim policy and the sum insured is rs. 1, 00, 000/- (Rs. One lakh only). I have renewed my mediclaim policy continuously since inception without break. Last year i paid a net premium amount of rs.4757/- (Rupees four thousand seven hundred and fifty seven only).
          However this year i have been informed by my agent that there is a drastic increase in the premium payable by me. On the sum insured of rs.1, 00, 000/- i will now have to pay a premium of almost rs.13, 000/-
          I cannot afford such a high premium. This increase in premium is unjustified, arbitrary and with the sole purpose of driving out customers which the company sees as having higher probability of submitting claims and potential liability.
          I seek reduction in the premium amount and a chance to continue my policy with benefit of accumulated bonus.

            This is in reference to the your letter regarding claim repudiation letter dated-02.06.2017 repudiation of claim no.-[protected], policy no-[protected] date of loss-04.03.2017 veh. No.-up-42-at-9501, as per your reason mentioned in letter for repudiation of claim is overload and you are highlighted in letter but we would like to stated that the accident did not occur due to overloading, there have been various consumer court verdict also, where it is stated that, if the reason is not overloading then claim cannot be repudiated.

            Furthermore, we have healthy business associated with your esteemed organisation since a long time.

            In light of above, we would like to stated that my claim has been rejected wrongly, so, we feel to open my claim and must be paid.

                I vishal sharma policy no. 120700/34/17/04/00000002 have lodged the claim of 13751/- but company have straight way rejected medicines bill and physiotherapy bills saying according to terms and condition it is not payable? Then why i am paying the bludy premium to them since last 4 years? I am not satisfied with the reason at all. Last year i have been paid full amount of physiotherapy and medicine bills, then why not this time? And one more thing i want to ask most intelligent person who rejected my claim bill that how it is possible to recover my problem without physiotherapy and without medicines? So that, i want my full amount to be re-imbursed.

                  My details are as given above. I have renewed my mediclaim policy continuously since inception in 2004 without break. During last 13 years there is not a single claim from me. During this period the premium has increased every year. However this year the increase in premium was drastic. I was told by my agent that the premium will be more than rs. 25000/- which means more than 50% increase.
                  I could not afford such a high premium and with great reluctance i opted to discontinue my 13 year old policy.in the process i had to bear loss of accumulated bonus of rs 155000/-

                    I have purchase bajaj platina bike on 29/6/2016. On the same day i have purchase insurance policy from "new india assurance" for one year. My policy number is[protected] valid till the date of 28/6/2017. My rto registration is mp 15 mt 8906.
                    On 3rd march 2017, a accident of my bike a occurred with a car. My brother in law is died in the accident and bike is damage totally. I have claim against insurance through local agent. He sent my all document to new india assurance sagar office in may 2017.
                    But after may 2017 insurance company is not responding. When i call company customer care they told me that your claim document is not receive in head office so please contact in bhopal office. Bhopal office send me to sagar office, but sagar office is not responding. They do not pick up phone. I have personally visit sagar office 3 times but nothing is happens. Even sagar office officer mandole sir is not agree to meet me.
                    Hence i have come to you sir, please file a consumer complains against new india assurance company.

                      1. First they denied to settle full claim, approving only partial for my genuine single accident damages.

                      2 despite of sending multiple emails, after making multiple calls they are not providing me surveyor report and photos clicked by surveyor.

                            My car policy. No.[protected] claim is pending for payment as settlement done one month before from nagpur ro to amravati div. No reponce from both end.
                            I have done final survey from surveyor and after his final report it has been submitted to ngapur ro office from nagpur ro office file has been transferred to amravati divisional office on 31.08.2017
                            I have called several times in amravati office but not connected so i have mailed once response got that they will credit within a week i. E upto 27.09.2017, but till date no amount has been credited to my account

                                Sir,

                                I hitesh sharma want to lodge a complaint against “the new india assurance co. Ltd.”. I have maruti swift zdi which is insured through the above mentioned company since january 2015 and further renewed every year. My car is insured till january 2018, policy no.[protected] with zero depreciation cover. So i am paying higher amount as compare to normal insurance cover.

                                My car got hit by three sides due to sudden break by 3 consecutive cars in my front and 1 bike hit at my back and when i tried to save the accident by moving the car by my side the running board was also affected by the laying stones near the divider (As some metro construction was going on) on 28th september 2017. I went to the bagga link maruti service center, vasant kunj, new delhi on the same day and claimed for the insurance for front, back and side running board of my vehicle. They kept my car and asked for car rc, insurance papers and my driving license, which i submitted at the same time. I was told that the insurance company survey will be held and they will confirm that what all will be covered under the insurance. I did not have any call from the insurance company but i got the sms from bagga link service center with ref no. Jc17009191 that estimated date of delivery of my car is 5th october 2017, and they have received our vehicle to satisfaction. But on 30th september 2017, i got the call from the bagga link service center and they conveyed that only front side of our car will be covered.

                                Then i spoke to insurance company’s customer care no. And they told that for full cover i need to give the fir report and they are unable to cover multiple damage ever. I was not told to submit fir report on the same day when i got the accident, now after 2 days how can i file fir for back date? I have claimed for the insurance for the first time in three consecutive years and now i am so much clear that the company is not going to execute my claim ever, which is really very disappointing. I want to take some strict action against this behavior of insurance company.

                                  V r new india assurance company ltd a well repute general insurance company. Daily deposits our valuable customers money into ur branches. From few days cashier (Ankit) telling not to bring rs 10, 20 bundles. As v new india receive from customers and cannot refuse them to accept. Today branch manager who was present also refused to accept notes of 10 and 20. V new india requested him to accept. He told today i accept, from tomorrow onward he will not accept. This is critical situation for us now. Thus, it is humble request to intervene in between and solve this issue. As in future same situation may also be arrived. Waiting for a handful solution,

                                    As we are a loyal customer of new india assurance company from last 9 years as we are in travels business so that we have taken insurance for one of our bus mh 12 fz 8096 on 12.05.2016 to 11.05.2017 at ahmedpur dist latur maharashtra 413515. And our bus has detained on 31.05.2016 by pune rto and from that day to till the date bus is in non use conditions at rto pune only and we have already informed to mr. Kulkarni 3 times at our new india ahmedpur office and he said no need to give any written intimation now and when we start our bus at that time we need to inform him then he will consider the non use period and will give the remaining 11 months time extensions to us. And we were planing to start our bus in 1st of july 2017 so we have given letter to new india assurance ahmedpur office for the same.
                                    But unfortunately we have not started our bus till the date and now we have planed to start our bus from 3rd of the oct 2017 so we have visited our new india office to intimate him for the same so now mr. Kulkarni is saying its not possible to increase the time period so i would request you to consider our request and give us extension period of insurance cover as a loyal customer of new india assurance company from last 9 years. I hope you will consider our humble request and pass the benefit to us. As a government organisation we have trusted more on mr. Kulkarni's words so please consider the same.

                                      I have submitted my vehicle claim under the above policy in the month of july 2017, but still i have not received any information about my claim. Pl. Inform the status of my claim immediately. My vehicle no. Mh20 du7517 was repaired under the above policy. The survey of the vehicle was made by your surveyor. I was informed that, claim will be credited into my saving bank account within a period of maximum 15 days, but still i have not received the same.

                                        My I Phone has been declared total damage on 10th March17, and they have taken all the accessories back and but still I have not received any payment. POD received from your courier service is also enclosed for your reference.
                                        Secondly I have received mail confirmation that you will get payment very soon by six months has gone still payment is pending.
