I called regarding my policy on Costumer care no ([protected]) they provide me 2 no but one of them not responding[protected] and second one[protected] receive my call but put receiver at side and after that i continuously called on second no. not but it was coming busy because receiver was not on phone.

    My father had an accident (Rta head injury with edh, sdh, k/c/o htn) and he was admitted in rugved multispeciality hospital from 06-sep-2017 / 18-sep-2017. Claimed amount is rs.107906 and they passed only rs.67160
    My father has 1 lac policy and he has additional 20k policy bonus so total policy amount is 1.20lacs here is claim number - [protected]

    Got my phone broken in April, it was considered as total Loss and company decided to pay me. Could not receive information and payment since 4 months

      I claimed for reimbursement of health check for b. Jagannathan-self and janaki jagannathan-spouse. Both the bunch of claim along with all attachments in pouch and posted through speed post on15/11/2017 vide their no. Et[protected]in. The indpost very promptly se3nd sms on 17/11/2017 that the much was delivered your bangalore office.
      Your bangalore office confirmed that they have received both the claim of mine and my spouse through one such only and they then there docketed back to vedal chennaioffice on the same day in pouch only since the policy was issued by your chennai office.
      To day on enquiry i was informed that my spouse “janaki jagannathan” claim has been approved for rs.2000/- and further stated that there is no status on my reimbursement claim. Your representative made me to shuttle in between chennai office and bangalore office onto free number for the last 3 hours without any fruitful solution to my complaint.
      Even your executives ms geetha, priyanka to quote a few of them irresponsibility behaved and could not find any solution on the contrary to ask me koto contact me chennai office and bangalore of vis-versa.
      This is to surprise that how the chennai office claim dealer had picked up the bunch of my spouse’s only from the same pouch and dropped the other bunch irresponsibily and causing mental torture to this senior citizen by way of making him to shuttle between chennai and bangalore and visa-vis?
      Is anyone of the senior manager wouldseethis email and respond positively???

        Admitted to aj hospital, mangalore on 9th december for angioplasty procedure and discharged on 11th december, 2017. Hospital has submitted package amount of rs.1, 28, 649 and due to non-division of bill detail, the company has sanctioned only 52, 189 against 92, 500 insured among.
        We are applying issue to the consumer court and the irdai, if the matter is not is not sorted out immediately.

          I purchased a mobile insurance from this company on 9 september 2016
          Policy no -[protected]
          I lost my mobile phone on 23 january 2017 than i ask for my claim form company that has been initiated successfully on 25 january 2017 than it has been approved on 7 february 2017 after approval of case company promised us to gave our cheque within 3 months but now company is not giving any reply. To resolve this i would like you to give my claim.

          Its been a month that I have applied for an insurance claim and as per the serveyer he said it will be done in 7 days. I have to call him daily and each time he says a different excuse. It has been a month and yet my money is not refunded. The registration number is MH12-NS8546.
          Please make sure this happens as soon as possible.

            My vehicle bearing reg. No. Is wb 74 ak 9816 and my insurance policy no. Is[protected] dt. 17/03/16. I have completed all the formalities as desired by your silliguri office (West bangal). My policy is effected with date[protected]. My vehicle is in the name of malin banerjee c/o shariff mittal d and l rice mill jalpiaguri whose mail address is [protected]@gamil.com. My vehicle took place and accident and in this regard is clarified in the break down service report issued by t. V. S. Automobiles solutions limited at the time of receipt of vehicle in there company for repair that is 2:30 pm dated 14-08-16. The vehicle is repaired from the authorised dealer of the company but 18 months had passed but your silliguri office not settled my accident claim till date.
            So you are therefore requested while concsidering my said submission sympathetically, belated claim case please be setteled. I hope that u will help me to settle this case without any delay and take the apropriate action against the officer/official who is the responsible for non settling this case yet today without any valid reason and you will not give a chance to me to take the matter with the higher authority/respective consumer form/civil court to get justice.

              Dear sir,

              I, mr. Mujawar kamran mb, mob :[protected] am from cybermarine knowledge systems, navi mumbai.

              My mediclaim for perinial abscess surgery which was doen on 17-10-17 at bilal hospital, kausa mumbra has got rejected by mr. Antu[protected]/
              [protected] on various silly reasons. As told by him we paid in 02 parts the premium amount on 17-10-17 & 11-11-17 as 1.5 lac & 50000 as told by him only.

              But i was covered on 17 october 2017 and got discharged on[protected] evening. The total amount is just rs. 22000/-

              This man's main problem is that he tells every time a different reason.

              Please tell him to pay my dues 100% as i had borrowed this money from others to pay the hospital bill.

                Sub: complaint against revised premium an increase of 172.5%.
                Dear sir,
                I am a valid holder of mediclaim policy from new india assurance company ltd since 19/11/2000. Prior to that for few years i had the mediclaim policy from the same company through can card division bangalore. All this counts more than 20 years. Now all of a sudden the new india assurance company increased the premium from rs.17, 194/- (Rupees seventeen thousand one hundred ninety four only) to rs.46, 855/- (Rupees fourty six thousand eight hundred fifty five only), this is an increase of 172.50%, this figure is given by the new india assurance company agent mr. O. M. Rajeev. After a number of discussions he advised us to reduce the sum assured from rupees two lakhs to one lakh and the premium charged is rs.29, 450/- (Rupees twenty nine thousand four hundred fifty only)
                Sir we are senior citizens and at the end of our life time, instead of giving some sort of help and protection, this insurance company is putting us in an extreme frustration and difficulties. Any one can imagine or plan an increase of 10 to 15 %, this is understandable and acceptable. But the increase is 172.5 %, it is a shock of our life.
                I s this the policy of the company against the aged and the middle class? Please don’t forget that this is a fully government owned public sector company. Every penny of the company comes from the citizen of this country. They should always have some social responsibility and concern to the people of nation. Being a nationalised company the focus and motive should not be always for profit, but not to go on a lose. But no one can justify an increase of 172%. Are they not answerable to the government?
                For your ready reference i am attaching the scan copy of the last year’s and the renewed policies.
                Also i am sending a hard copy of the same to your office address. Please let me know whether i have to do any other formalities in this case. I would like your speedy intervention and suitable solution.

                  Please refer The New India Assurance Co. Ltd Policy No.[protected] (proposal No[protected] dated 06 Aug 2016, issued to Mr Piyush Kesavamurthi (R/O of HNo. 2459, Sec-2, Ballabgarh, Haryana-121004) for his bike Royal Enfield bike with Reg No. HR-51-BK-9008.

                  The bike was stolen on 07 Nov 2016 and recovered on 24 Oct 2017. All due procedure were followed (lie FIR, insurance complaint etc).

                  The bike was take to the respective service centre and the estimate given was 1, 01, 981 Rs which is over 75% IDV (Rs 1, 26, 461 /-). Most of the part of the bike is damage/changed/tampered (including the engine) Hence the bike should be considered in the total loss criteria and the customer should be paid the IDV value.

                  But for some reason the surveyor says that the actual cost would be less and he refused to declare the bike in total loss. More over the claim is not covered in cashless which make the customer liable to pay the huge amount.

                  This is cheating on the part of The New India Assurance Co. Ltd.

                    I have sent the insurance office in noida, a number of emails requesting for reimbursement but they never reply.

                    Request to make the payment as soon as possible.

                              This is to inform you that my vehicle kl 01 bv 3000 met with accident on 5/7/2017 and vehicle was brought to service center (Chakka toyato workshop) the same day. Vehicle maintenance was completely done by september and insurance company haven't done anything so far. Every day we are contacting insurance office to release the vehicle from last three months. Different reasons they are telling. I am getting
                              Very poor response from insurance office at trivandrum and ernakulam. Please do the needful. We never expect such a irresponsible attitude from a reputed insurance company.
                              Evenif they are not willing to convey the message for what reason they are holding the vehicle. Expecting your reply.

                              Kindly request you to please release the vehicle as earlier as possible.

                                I ramakrishna the owner of swift vdi (Kl 54 g 8157) left my car for insurance claim on 26/10/2017 at sri amman cars india (P) ltd, dharmapuri branch
                                (Adress : collectors bungalow road, a. Jettihalli (Post), dharmapuri 636807). While leaving car i also submitted my car original rc book, insurance papers and driving license. But after claiming insurance left the showroom on 28/10/2017, the showroom incharge people has not returned back the original rc book, insurance papers, license. When i asked them they told me that they will provide us on (30/10/2017). But till now they dint even return me back and telling that they lost all those papers. I have attached the photocopy of the insurance bill and my photocopy of rc book so please kindly rectify the problem as soon as possible.

                                    I have taken a motor insurance policy for my scooty on 14.7.2017 having policy no.[protected]. A few days back while riding the scooty i met an accident. From that date i am requesting one mr. Nazir ahmad vakil (Niaag0007078) to arrange a surveyor sothat i can get my scooty repaired from your tied up dealer, but to my dismay he is not keeping his words of sending a surveyor. This attitude is not a professional one and is only giving a bad to a otherwise renowned company. Please help me to get my scooty repaired at an earliest. Thanks.

                                      Insurance of my car mp-04-cg-1894 was due on[protected], i had deposited rs.5765/- online on[protected] which was confirmed by policy bazaar and new india insurance reference no. 50754180. Till date insurance company has not issued the policy therefore, i am unable to use my car due to unavailability of policy and i am forced to use private vehicle to go to my office and elsewhere. I am regularly calling to policy bazaar and new insurance assurance but all is invain. Please do the needful and oblige.

                                        I had submitted all documents for claim settlement but still it is refused which i don't understand.
                                        They ask for doctor certificate stating need of hospitalization & total nursing chart & it was submitted.
                                        Still after doctors statement as need of hospitalization claim was repudiate saying reason not required hospitalization.
                                        So its doctors decision or insurance company decision which i don't understand.

                                        I have made payment by SBI Debit Card 459XX9940 for a purchase worth Rs1238.0 on POS 80600878 at policybazaar PayTM txn#[protected] on 30 Oct 17 for HONDA ACTIVA 3G (110 CC) bearing Registration No. TN37CV6717. Amount has been deducted but policy has not been generated.Please refund my amount.
