I owned a maruti suzuki baleno zeta 1.2 petrol, from[protected]. I purchased the vehicle from sai service ernakulam.I am very much disappointed about the suspension of the vehicle.My opinion is, the design of the suspension is not correct.It is very much affected even when through a small gutter. But all the other things are up to mark.So i request you to improve the comfort zone of the vehicle, that is suspension.
myself owning a Baleno sigma, the same problem reported in my vehicle also - suspension too worst - cant able to sit on the back seat and too much of vibration on rear view mirror

Is it possible to register a complaint in consumer court against this defective suspension since i dont want to pay 7.5 lakhs for the defective product - do anyone have any idea to get the money back from Maruti - pl suggest

    I booked a Baleno Petrol Alpha variant on 31st December 2015. The Nexa showroom at the Old Mahabalipuram Road in Perungudi, Chennai confirmed in their Requisition form that the vehicle will be delivered in 3 months. However the customer service is quite poor and they do not return calls and sometimes don't answer the calls as well. I was informed a few days back that the vehicle will be delivered in May only. This amounts to cheating and i hope Maruti Suzuki Ltd takes note of the same. The Nexa Booking Requisition form serial No is 791.

      Respected sir,
      This is to bring to your kind notice that on 21st dec 2015, i booked baleno( delta- petrol variant- granite grey colour) at vipul motors--nexa, sector 63, noida.
      At the time of booking the company confirmed & given a written document that the car will be delivered to me by mid of march 2016, so i waited till then.
      In mid march when i inquired the company representative said it will be delivered by end of march, after that the company said first week of april then to mid april, then to end april and now they say it will be delivered by end may 2016.
      This is very very unprofessional & unethical behavior from the companys end. If there is a delay in delivery then the updates has to come to me from the company(Vipul motors-nexa) but they have never informed me regarding anything, on the contrary when we called them, then the representatives always lied to us.
      I also got to know from many people that the delivery of cars(Baleno) are happening in exchange of additional money given,
      Kindly look into the matter as it is a very serious problem and we being costumers are harassed by company.

        1) no update for car booked on 8 feb 16,

        2) i myself followed up/ called up with relationship manager...Messaged him to revert about status but
        Still no response from nexa head sales and relationship manager ...Nor even an acknowledgement from them. They are not attending calls and even not responding to msg sent to their mobile.

        Customer who is willing to invest almost 10 lakhs of rupees in maruti is being treated in this way.. Not acceptable from nexa... Atleast

        Not responding to phone calls or writing back to emails/nor reply to message sent ...What kind of customer service is this...

        Fyi... Hyundai is 100% better than the service provided by nexa.

        I booked baleno at 5th Nov 2015 and tentative date of delivery was 15 feb 2016.but my vehicle not delivered yet and car rate increase 20 thousand so will responsible for it.
        1.I lost of money in the for interest which kept according to tentative date.
        2.I suffered as car not delivered at time.

          When I have been booked car known as time of delivering 3 months maximum time. But at times positive no properly answered for baleno delivery time.
          Please advise me further action.

            I booked a Baleno Zeta 1.3 diesel on 4th Jan'16 and i specifically asked for a 2016 model.The RM said waiting time was 8-10 weeks. Towards Jan'16 end, the RM said my vehicle was ready and asked me to make the entire payment.I re-confirmed with him if it was a 2016 model and then made the down-payment. i asked for an inspection, but the showroom guys denied saying they wouldn't encourage and allow.I then got the loan processed and got it transferred to the showroom guys again re-confirming with the RM if it was a 2016 model.The loan processing bank processed the insurance also for my vehicle, but the showroom guys wouldn't accept that saying the insurance had to be done only through the showroom guys.The showroom guys were charging me extra 5000 for the insurance processed by them but i still went ahead and got it processed by the showroom itself. After this my vehicle was was invoiced and form-20 was sent around 16th feb'16.

            It was then in the form-20 that i realised that it was a nov'15 make and these showroom guys tried to cheat me. They had invoiced me and charged me for a 2016 model. When i asked they said that it was a mistake from their end and then cancelled the invoice as i said i wouldn't consider taking the vehicle as i would lose out on one year depreciation while selling it and i had specifically asked and booked a 2016 model. They offered me a 4000 discount which i didn't want and i asked them to cancel it.

            From then on the entire money is with the showroom itself and its been 2 months since i made the downpayment and 1.5 months since the entire payment was made to the showroom. From then on the showroom guys didn't even bother to call me and I have to keep calling the guys. There is no news on when i would get delivery of my car and i am losing out a considerable amount on the interest. My bank has already started charging me EMI's and i have paid two EMI's already without even getting a vehicle allocated.

            Nexa is the biggest mistake by Maruthi and the Nexa showroom guys have bloody horns. Its time we teach them a lesson

              Since i am a customer of your cars & make use of different models since 1995. Last week i visited your new launched nexa showroom & i liked your both models ie: baleno & s-cross respectively. When i was doing booking of baleno then i request your representative to make urgent delivery then he told he will try his level best & he called me after 1hr. That they have one 2nd top model available whose amount goes approx 875000 (Including showroom price, rto & insurance) but they told me you must pay compulsory 975000/- to get that model b'coz the remaining amount ie:100000 (Includes extra waranty & extra excessories approx 8 items) which was of no use to me nor of my choice. I requested no. Of times but they were not ready to cut single item from that car. Anyhow i requested md of that branch then they decided to cut 2 items worth rupees 23000. Then i got little satisfied & told staff that i will make rtgs tommorow so that i can take delivery of car as soon as possible b'coz bank balance was ready. After 1 hr again i received a call from your branch & they told me that a single item they forget to write in list costing 8000. When i visited your branch for this matter then some fellow who was representative was talking such a rude language that as a businessman i was quiet otherwise i have hited him a no. Of slapes. He was telling in rough voice that we will not give u any discount nor v will cut any item from extra accesories, i[censored] have to take u can otherwise u can leave (As if we are beggar). This is really a nice way to cheat peoples as much as they want.
              Really i havn't expected this from maruti suzuki b'coz of that person 90% of our old relation has been damaged. Really a shameless experience i faced at your nexa of kolhapur branch..!!
              Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                I have booked baleno zeta petrol variant unfortunately from nexa kataria having my booking id as SOB15001744, i have booked baleno on 18th december with assurance to get delivery latest by 12 weeks which as a fact isnt true as no one on nexa network is ready to help me regarding delay in delivery and they are not even providing a date even after 14 weeks. And as a cherry on the cake nexa's dummy toll free number [protected] can never be reached. Nexa is the worst showroom that doesnt want to fulfill the current demand instead of that interested in making new customers. And ofcourse I will never ever book a car from nexa. Worst experience of buying a car at nexa. Very soon will cancel the booking of my car and will sue nexa for this. RIP nexa

                  I am a retired army officer. I purchased S-Cross car through CSD and delivery was taken through M/S Amar cars in Vadodara on 1 Jan 2016. The representative of M/S Amar Cars cheated me by collecting an exorbitant amount of Rs. 49, 084/- as registration charges. At the time of purchase when I asked for the break up of the amount of Rs. 49, 084/-, he informed me that more than Rs. 48, 000/- will be paid to the RTO and RTO receipt will be provided for the same. Whereas, after constant follow up for 2 months, the said RTO receipt was sent to me by courier on 10 Mar 2016 and it was noted that the receipt amount was only Rs. 40, 223/-. On questioning the dealer representative, initially he told me that they will provide me accessories worth Rs. 6, 000/- and for no reason they will keep my balance amount of Rs. 3, 000/- This meant that I need to compulsorily encash the excess paid amount by way of purchasing unnecessary accessories. I refused and now they have refused to refund my balance money. This is in violation of the Consumer Protection Act 1986. The dealer has been appointed by your company as your representative. The customer-Vendor relationship is with your company and the dealer has been able to cheat me because of the trust I had in Maruti Suzuki India Ltd. Please help me in getting my due refund immediately.

                    I have booked Baleno petrol (Delta) in November 2015. since then i am waiting desperately for my car. every month i use to call the dealer at once and getting the same reply that you will be informed once its come.
                    As a consumer its not correct to get informed about the status of my booking!!

                      Hi,

                      I have booked a Baleno Zeta - Petrol Variant (Graphite Grey) on Dec 14 2015 from the J. P Nagar branch of Nexa Showroom. My Order Number is SOB15001804 & Customer ID is [protected].
                      I was told that the tentative dates for delivery of the vehicle would be on 14-Mar 2016. Since then I have provided with all the documents which was asked of me and the booking amount was duly paid to Nexa.
                      I have attached the softcopy of the Booking Acknowledgement and the payment receipt which was sent to me after the booking.
                      Since the booking, I have not heard from the Nexa representatives and since it is just a week from the tentative date of delivery, I reached the Sales representative.
                      To my utter surprise and disappointment, I was told that there would be at least about 45 days delay in allotment, and I will get to know the delivery date only in the first week of April.
                      I was warned by a lot of my colleagues about Kalyani Motors and the shady ways they go about their business. I felt, those were just rumours and I went forth with the booking without paying any heed to their well-meaning advice.
                      At this point, I feel that the vehicle has indeed arrived but has been allotted to a different customer at a higher price.
                      I need Maruthi to investigate if the delivery is indeed delayed due 'unforeseen production delays' or is there an underhanded dealing on Kalyani Motor's part.

                      Waiting to get some clarity on the status.

                          I had booked Maruti Suzuki Baleno Alpha Petrol variant(Ray Blue Color) on 9th November 2015 at Nexa(Sparsh Automobile Pvt. Ltd.) Raipur and paid an advance of Rs. 21000. Sales representative assured that the car will be available in month end of November 2015. On the basis of their commitment, i paid the advance and booked the car.
                          I already passed the loan and waiting for delivery of the vehicle from more than 3 months.
                          I may have contacted them(representative and manager) 100 times and every time they say that the car will be delivered to me next week and so many weeks went by and i am still waiting for the car. It is highly unacceptable.

                          Their representative told me that they deliver the car on the basis of booking date of customers and availability of colors. But one of my own relative has booked the same car of same model and color on 10th of November(one day next to me) and he has received the vehicle on 27th of January 2016 which means they are not following their own rule. I can prove it all with valid documents.

                          Representative asked me to give more color options so that it will be easier for them to deliver me the car at the earliest. I gave them two options, first is Urban Blue color and another is Red Color. Still they are delaying the delivery.

                          I did complaint 2 times at nexa customer care but they do not take any action and i received a mail from them to close my complaint.

                            I have booked a Baleno 1.2 Petrol Zeta vehicle by end of December 2015 by paying a booking amount of Rs. 11, 000/- at Nexa Palace (Mandovi Motors), Bangalore and i was promised that the car will be delivered to me before mid March-2016. I wanted the very desperately by the promised time as i have scheduled many appointments expecting the car will be in my hands by that time. In case of failure of the delivery by the promised time, i will have to face many problems with my schedules. I have never got any proper response from the dealers or sales people. When ever i call them to ask about delivery they say that they will do it soon. But yesterday (22-Feb-16) again when i called the sales person to ask about delivery he told me that the delivery will be delayed till june-2016 and if i can not wait i can cancel the booking. This is not a fair. i expect the car to be delivered by the promised time as they have promised during booking what ever the circumstance be, as the waiting time was more than enough. now i can not wait any further for the delivery and i want justice. i would expect the company to bear the responsibility and delivery the car by promised time or in case of delay they will have to pay me additional charges for breaking the promise and putting me into difficulty.
                            Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

                              Sir, I Mr Manjit Singh bought a S-Cross car from Sandhu motors, Ludhiana on 12-12-15. I have completed all the formalities and paid the amount of the car and they promised to give my RC within a month but I haven't got my RC till date. I have called the dealer and even visited showroom bt no one is helping me out. This is very harassing sir and even once a police officer stopped me and I didn't had my RC this really harassing sir. Now my car is totally unsafe if in case any misuse will happen the honor of Sandhu motor Mr Ajay Sandhu will be responsible. I hope you will listen to my complaint and help me in every possible way as soon as possible.

                                I have got my sCross Delta Diseal 1.3 from Mahadevpura Nexa show room on 10th of Sept. I should say the Sales advisor (Mr. Avinash) from the Day 1 of our visit to Nexa show room was excellent. He provided all details of the purchase and delivered the vehicle just before promised time. After that only the issue started.

                                I wanted to put a Reverse camera and a DVD player. The accessory advisor gave wrong info and made me purchase a Map my india, where I wanted a Sony system. But trusting his words I purchased MapmyIndia navigator and reverse camera for almost 35k. It never worked for me, called up manager multiple times and they asked to take vehicle to Jayanagr to service guy. He tried his best and didnt help much. I had to sell it off for 25% of the money invested and 75% was wasted.

                                After driving 4000 kms some real foul smell started coming from AC. I called and informed Bimal service centre and they told will fix it for 5000 km (2nd ) service. Gave the car for service and reminded about the issue. Had to drove vehicle without ac till that time. They called and told some theory as if I am seeing the car for first time. I have a i10, i20, Honda Amaze and Alto 800 apart from this which almost every car has crossed 60, 000 kms. Any of these have found this AC issue and with just 4000 kms scross has started giving this. They told its fixed and gave me back. Asked to get back if it comes back again.

                                2 days after that it came again and I kept calling the folks to rectify that. Finally they took my car yesterday and applied some air freshner in the filter and gave back. Today again it started coming back.. I am fed up of this service and car.

                                I got sCross from Nexa just because it was told as a Premium Showroom and premium car. I would have gone for Hyndai or Renault. But wanted to try the new premium facility of Maruthi. Unfortunately this is one and the last experience I got from maruthi.

                                I am going to drop my car in Nexa show room Mahadevpura tomom. You can take back your car and give to anyone who need. There is no point in buying a premium car from a premium show room for a huge cost and keep it at car park.

                                  I have booked Baleno Zeta Petrol from OSL Motocorp Kolkata on 24th November, 2015. But from the day of booking I am facing new challenges every day. Initially I gave a booking amount of Rs. 11000/- on that very day and they promised to deliver my car by End of December. The excecutive who was handling my case Abhishek, he informed me on 22 nd dec, 2015 that I should keep my down payment ready as they are going to deliver my car by eom. I waited for long time and again they called me to inform that my car is in Transit and they will deliver by first week of Jan. And as usual they fail to deliver and this time the reason was height!!!... “ though they have booked my car on 24th Nov and it was in transit but when the lot arrived they found my car was not there!!! They flatly said Maruti Nexa is sending cars lot as per their production lot but not as per customers booking”…Crap….Till this point I was thinking may be they are facing challenges cause they are quiet new showroom.
                                  But the actual story starts now. After 100 phone calls and visit they finally committed to deliver the vehicle on 1st Feb. So I paid the entire down payment and SBI (my banker) have also credited the residual amount to their account.
                                  Booking Money : 11, 000/-
                                  Down Payment : 1, 50, 000/-
                                  Bank Transfer : 5, 65, 000/-
                                  Amount Paid at the time of delivery : 15, 134/-
                                  They finally told me that they will make the delivery with temporary registration on Wednesday 3rd Feb. They provided faulty invoice and claimed almost Rs.7000 extra.
                                  1. On the delivery date 3rd Feb they took Rs 15134 (As increased Price+ Seat Cover+ Blah Blah) + 1000(For Choice No). I was so excited for my New car that I gave them full amount without verifying the whereabouts.
                                  Founded later that Insurance amount they took from me was almost 2000 extra from actual Insurance amount. And eventually I found that I landed up paying quite good amount extra to their account. Now they are saying it will take time to return the excess paid amount. Why so? I am getting mad with their crap logics
                                  2. 3rd Feb I went to take delivery of my car and they said they have produced the car for Temp registration to the Motor vehicle and Temp no, is yet to come. They send my car with A/F forcefully with their driver and told me that the reg person dint arrive but they will give me my Temp no by 4th Feb itself. I doubt…Is this legal? And today is 10th Feb and till today there is no call from their end neither they gave me Temp No. Today they said they need my car for Temp registration and it’s not done till date. I am surprised disgusted and pissed off. They are denying to refund me the excess paid amount also I am not ables to use my car as it has got no temp regn no even.
                                  3. The car price was 7, 30, 134( This is also predicted amount by them not accurate as insurance cost and actual registration cost is varying with actual one and its less than prof. invoice quotee). I paid 7, 41, 134. I have all the receipts of payment with me. I need the New invoice with original amount and refund of excess paid money.
                                  4. Delivered the car which had got no plastic packing and seemed to be an old stock. My point is the car manufacturing date was 2015 Jan as showed in car dashboard display and I got the delivery on Feb. Is it my fault? The price hike happened from 15th Jan for the New stocks of cars which is eventually getting manufactured in 2016. Dealer have booked my car in 2015 with ex showroom price of 6, 59, 413/- then why should I Pay extra amount increased for the old stock of car having manufacture year as 2015 Jan.
                                  It is my straight forward complaint against OSL MOTOCORPPVT. LTD (Nexa), GM- Mr. A. Mukherjee and Mr. Abhishek (Excecutive). They are extremely unprofessional and worthless. Starting from Finance, Marketing to front office, in all respect they are hopeless and extremely casual about customers need and land up always giving false assurance to customer.
                                  On the date of my cars delivery I saw 2 more customers who took delivery and they were equally disgusted. You can enquire the scenario taking their phone numbers.
                                  Nexa is known to be maruti’s Premium segment car but alas!!! worst service ever by Maruti. My first car was Swift and I used it for 7 years but never expected such a bad so called’Premium:” service from Nexa.
                                  These showrooms Like OSL Motocorp are faces of Maruti premium ranges for customers and they are in such bad shape. Shame Maruti,
                                  Would request you to resolve my issues and Please cancel such dealerships who are literally ruining Marutis as well as Nexas name.
                                  Hoping to get some action on aforesaid matter. Else I will be forced to take this matter to consumer forum.

                                    Hi,

                                    I had booked baleno at nexa kalyani in bengaluru. I had discussion with the representative on nov 2015 over phone and they committed to deliver the baleno zeta by jan 2016. So on 25th nov 2015, we made the payment[added image]. When i visited the showroom, the representative denied any commitment and told the best they can deliver the vehicle on 17th feb. She also mentioned after 5th feb 2016, she will confirm on the availability of the vehicle, color. From 6th feb, i have been calling the representative to get the status, but hearing 'will call back and provide information'.

                                        I have book the s cross nexa on 26 jan 2016 they have told me to deliver the vehicle within 3 days n they have no reply uptil 9 feb they are incresing the delivery date day by day and there attitude n behaviour is very poor plz i suggest not to buy any car of the nexa they are not good dealers
                                        I booked Baleno Delta diesel vide cash voucher No. 5552 DT.[protected] at Rajahmundry . But even after four months lapsed, the vehicle is not delivered. I doubt the roaster is not maintained in the show room and the latter booked persons are getting the vehicle early. Kindly sort out .
