Dear sir,

We express our serious concern over the negligence on the part of the company, firstly, our continuous communications over mail and phone calls are not attended properly by maruti suzuki helpline and, secondly, giving the dealership to such a novice and careless agency i. E. Anand motors, near dandahiya petrol pump, aliganj, lucknow.

Our new maruti suzuki ciaz registration no. Up32 jc 0786, met with a slight accident in which the windshield, front right side door glass (Had few scratches, but was functioning properly) and the right side rear view mirror were damaged, we, trusting the name of maruti suzuki, have given it on claim at the above agency. After repair, we have obtained the car in the evening when there was no light outside the agency (It might be done intentionally), after signing the discharge form we took the car from them, the paint was also not visible clearly. We drove the car to our home, where we observed that the car was painted ; somewhere it was painted black and somewhere grey, (Photos attached) (Paint was not needed, as thee was no such damage to body), thick droplets of paints were observed at surfaces, front right door glass was not working at all (It was not replaced, on the contrary it stopped functioning properly), steering wheel was also not functioning properly and while driving one could clearly mark out that few parts are changed.

We immediately decided to go to consumer forum for justice, but after the conversation with sri amardeep singh, area service manager, nexa, we decided to again give it to the same agency as they also assured us that the damaged parts will be changed with brand new original company parts. Vide our mail dated 14/10/2017 we also suggested the area sales manager, nexa, to properly guide the dealer by extending proper expertise to the dealer outlet, but there was no response. We were assured that we will get perfectly finished car on 14/10/2017, but on 14/10/2017 the body shop manager of anand motors, near dandahiya petrol pump, aliganj, sri rajesh mishra requested the time of 1 more day.
On 16/10/2017 when we visited the above agency we found that the rear bumper & fuel tank cover is coloured with a different shade of black colour and the left back light of the car was damaged (All photos enclosed), which in turn was not damaged at all and the paint was also clearly distinguishable from the original paint as if it was done by very novice painter by brush. On conversation, the agency employee casually told that back light might have been damaged due to employees fault and will be changed.
Then on 18/10/2017, company professionals called me (During my office time), that car has been repaired. I, being in office told my younger brother to collect the car from the agency.in the evening when i reached home i noticed that the paint on the right side doors, front bonut and back bumper done unnecessarily was very different from the original paint, fuel cover was colored with a different colour. (Photos enclosed).

Thus, we decided to file the complaint and escalate the matter to the appropriate authority where we can seek justice. Giving the car 3 times to an agency of maruti suzuki and continuously bringing the matter under notice of the maruti suzuki through mails an phone calls, our car is still in improper condition. I have informed the company persons over mail that my father is a cardiac patient and is under severe tension noticing such an ignoring behaviour of such a reputed company as maruti suzuki.

Kindly guide us in this matter and continuous time lapse and recurring loss to our brand new car is very disappointing.

Dear sir,

Today, i.e. on 23/10/2017 nexa regional service manager assured us for proper scrutiny of the damage done to the car. On calling him, he insisted us to bring our car to chinhat, Lucknow, we assumed that he is interested in getting the car to repair at MARUTI SUZUKI, where the damaged parts can be changed.
He, on the contrary, called us to another outket of ANAND MOTORS, CHINHAT, where, in spite of our regular request thecar was washed and simply polished.
Thus was done just to temporarily reduce the shortcomings.
I am shocked to see such an unprofessional attitude of the company representatives.
This was the fourth time we gave our car to them . This is the last time we are registering a compaint aginst them as we are diheartened by such a casual approach of the company and MARUTI SUZUKI helpline.They have not only damaged the car, but since last 1 month they have also harmed us mentally .
Kindly guide us positiveky by tomorrow as maruti suzuki is having a very casual approach towards such a big loss incurred by us. Now we simply want justice.

    I am purchase new ignis delta in[protected]. After that come to the road my car back dicky glass is damage. Than after go to the nexa work shop chutiya. Than work shop manager said that glass is not available really very bad news. Really so sorry nexa maruti company is brand and glass is not available... I am very angry. My home town is garhwa jharkhand.. Please solve the problem

      Hi team,

      This is regarding nexa baleno car that i owe by registration number - dl 1cv 4876.
      I bought it from nexa bagga link lajpat nagar new delhi.
      I did enough of research before buying it and finally settled down to buy this product since nexa stated that the mileage of this car is around 18 - 22kmpl.
      And also since i already have maruti swift and i was very happy with it's performance i thought i should go for nexa as this is also a maruti suzuki product.
      But i was fool to compare nexa with maruti suzuki.
      This car is consuming fuel like anything.
      Right now it is giving mileage of 11-13kmpl.
      This is insane.
      Even after continously complaining about this to bagga car service, i am still not resolved with any solution.
      The purchase date is - 10/2016. It's been an year that i am running this vehicle and still no progress in mileage.
      Not even this, recently my car's right front gate automatic window has stopped working.
      The worst product quality.
      I can never imagine within an year the car's automatic window is having a problem.
      This speaks about the quality of your new product that i personally feel ashamed of my choice.

      In a hope of some supportive response from nexa team i decided to write down all of this.
      Please contact or let me know where i can esclate my concern, if this is not the right chanel.

        I have a baleno zeta, mh12 pc0839. The nearest service center to my house is kothari wheels chandan nagar branch 13 km and i am asked to come 30 km to hadapsar or wagholi branch and the reason is we do not service nexa vehicle at chandan nagar. And my friend has done servicing at chandan nagar branch 2 months back.
        2. My front wheel disc brake got rusty and paint quality is so nuisance, even a small dust on body creates scratch while opening and closing and touching by hand.

          Baleno delta booked on 24/1/17 at nexa coimbatore. Mr. Nagarajan (Senior manager) doesn't bother to update me about the vehicle. After waiting for 9 months i enquired about the vehicle & was told various stories like, vehicle stuck in b/glore, approval not received frm rto, letter frm maruti not received, as vehicle is bought through csd, etc, etc. I am really fed up with nexa & i am going to sue them for causing mental torture.

            On 1 jan 2017
            But within 7 months the car spoil my dream that
            It's clutch is very hard
            Door make a sound like old khatara public vehicles
            Nexa just sold the car but not has service station..

            I should go to hundai but how can now?
            What should i do to get proper service

              Dear sir /maam,

              This is richa chhabra book a ciaz top model petrol car 45days before on 1st week of sep in patliputra branch in nexa showroom. The customer care animaka nd the owner mr bhusan said we will deliver the car in given time. As this commitment i gave 51000 thousands as advance nd book the car. But right now they sell my book car nd given excuse the car is not in stock. By seeing this false statements i am going to cancelling my booking. I am very disappointed why should company giving licences to this type of dealer nd why company heir this type of employees. This making the famous name of maurti spolling. Please take legal action against this. Otherwise i will go to customer form.

                We have purchased new nexa baleno delta petrol car on 2832017. We met with an accident on navsari highway on 1292017 kiran motors ltd surat was informed about the accident on the spot they told us to put the car in navsari nexa. Then after that no proper resposne is given by any authority person. No one is ready to take the responsibility they are droping on one an other. Please required help and guidance. We are sending photos of car met with accident and invoice copy. We have taken loan for car also.

                  The said car sold by your sales executive madam sarika sharma and made a home delivery by your nexa showroom as on 05.08.2017 at pune. She came at the time of delivery along with showroom driver mr. Sandeep at late evening. I also went to your stock yard at bavdhan, mumbai banglore highway as on 05.08.2017 in the morning hours in between 11. Am to 1 pm for verification and selection of the car along with madam sarika sharma & driver sandeep. After confirmation of the said vehicle i also submitted the required important documents i.                   At the time of ist service as on 22.08.2017 which i done at seva automotive pvt. Ltd., authorised dealer of maruti suzuki india ltd. At 33a/2 central midc, hingna road, nagpur - 440 016, md neha, servicing advisor and leo lawrence attended and accepted the ist free servicing of s cross 1.6 alpha vide registration no. Mh 12 ph 1457, after interference of madam sarika sharma on behalf of sehgal autoriders pvt. Ltd. From pune. She told to madam neha of nagpur that please attend the servicing of that car which has been sold to pradeep jain, regarding documents which are presently in the name of sehgal autoriders pvt. Ltd., pune, will be sent in due course to the respective customer shree pradeep jain, after that the said car s – cross 1.6 alpha has been attended and made ist free servicing. Copy enclosed.
                  As i am the resident of nagpur and using that car at nagpur, but the registration of car is from pune, against which i have to do some formalities with the nagpur rto after getting the noc and tto form duly signed from your side. Hence due to non receipt of the entire set of documents of my car true value (Arai) maruti s – cross 1.6 alpha saloon car, vide registration no. Mh 12 ph 1457, its very difficult for me to move out with the car.
                  After so many telephonic discussions from last one month and recently from last 10 days she is even not attending the mobile calls which i regularly calling in the mobile no. Now i came to the conclusion that i have no other option except to write a letter to your mail id, so that the respective head of the department should take care the commitments made by your sales executives at the time of making delivery of the said car.

Vsl16000374, invoice date 23.06.2017, key no. 50592, booking dealer 19 ne and delivery dealer 19ne by sales executive krupesh naik with total invoice value rs. 1228214/-, (Company vat tin no. [protected] v and cst tin [protected] c).
                  Hence, i request you to send the following below mentioned documents immediately so that i will get the required documents which belong to me and against which the undersigned paid the entire value of your car.
                  Awaiting your reply at the earliest.

                  The most urgent required list of original documents from sehgal autoriders pvt. Ltd., pune are :
                  1. True value sales / tax / vehicle & charges invoice in the name of pradeep jain.
                  2. Registration certificate of 06.07.2017 from govt. Of maharashtra, motor vehicle department, pune, i. E., smart card.
                  3. Certificate of compliance with pollution standards.
                  4. Insurance certificate cum policy schedule
                  5. Transfer papers duly signed.
                  6. Noc for the said vehicle.

                  after so many verbal communication first letter given to Sehgal Autoriders Pvt. Ltd., Pune on 15.09.2017 and 2nd reminder on 03.10.2017 and also the complaint sent to you on the same dates but till date no any communications from your side.
                  Please reply urgently other wise we have to think for other sources and media persons.

                    सर, आपके nexa शौरूम में बेलेनो गाड़ी दिनाक 17/7/2017 को चेक दुवारा बुक करवाई थी आपके कंपनी के एम्प्लॉय ने 3 महीने की वेटिंग बताकर गाड़ी बुक की थी आज दिनाक 2/10/2017 हो गयी है और आपकी कंपनी नेक्सा किंग्स रोड वेसाली जयपुर के एम्प्लॉय बोल रहे है की अभी आपको 4 महीने और वेटिंग करनी पड़ेगी जबकि हमारे बाद बुक की गाडिया कब की डिलिवर हो चुकी है
                    अत: आपसे अनुरोध है की हमारी इस समस्या का जल्दी समाधान करे और ग्राहक को भर्मित न करे ।

                      My nexa baleno car (KL 18 T 600) which i have bought from am motors puthiyangadi calicut on march 2017 now done 21000kms and done all the services as schedule. Now i hereby write this to let you know about the incidents made me to be unhappy about your service dealers. During my scnd free service (on 5000km) i have mentioned a complaint about my sterio system which have got crack on its display without any external force. I have mentioned the complaint from mandovi motors manglore for which i have been informed that they are getting such a complaint for the first time so they have written about it to head office and they will let me know after the response from nexa. I still did not get any information about it till date.
                      Secondly i have done my third service that is on 10000 from popular motors madappalli vatakara and after the service my vehicle got a sound from the brake when done about 2000 km and i again kept my vehicle in popular service center at same place and they were so happy to say that my brake pad has got finished and it ruined the disc too. When i questioned them that why dont they check that during the service time they were like they will change it under their own expense.
                      When i kept my car for the 3rd service that is on 20000km again they were like my brake pad has got finished off.. How can a car's brake pad get finished off within 8000 km unlikely to happen in automatic vehicle though..
                      so i hereby inform you that am so unhappy about your service and about your customer satisfaction. These type of dealing and irresponsible responses will only happen from maruti dealers. Please look into the matter and take neccessary action.

                          Was a proud owner of ciaz till the time i met with an accident wherein a slide hit me from backside. The driver seat went off and broke and went towards back side. I was looking at the roof of the car and had no control of steering. That means i don't know where the road or where am i. On top of it the airbag also didn't open. It's a complete safety failure. After going for the best model and after spending fortune if i don't get the basic safety features it's completely useless. I need an explanation on an immediate basis
                          I had purchased a new Baleno in July 2017. I had paid for my number plate and auto card which i should have got within a month of my car delivery as promised. but its two months now and I am waiting for my number plate and autocard to receive. I tried to contact the Nexa dealer in Bhubaneswar but not got any satisfactory reply.

                            Respected sir/mam,
                            I have baleno diesel zeta model, purchased on 6th septmber 2016. Bluetooth device is not working since last 7-8 months. When i contacted showroom, they said software of bluetooth of car has to be upddated.
                            As no separate service center of nexa is available at rohtak, i went to jagmohan maruti service center. But unfortunately they donot have the solution of the problem. I was asked to come again, during my second visit, they made bluetooth contacted to their own 2-3 phones, but not able to contact it with my two phones. And they have no solution.
                            Please help me.

                              I received x-cross sigma at on 7th july 2017. I found some manufacturing defect in my car like having too much space in all doors. Rear door is having some annoying sound because of door gaps. I don't want to use here any bad words but all representers are avoiding this issue again & again telling me that it is normal but its not. My mileage is also going down after 1st service.

                                I am a maruti customer since 2004. I also persuded my brother to go for maruti swift. But to my utter surprise after booking baleno delta automatic by paying rs11000/- to the dealer the relationship manager sri saumya ranjan parida avoid to pickup my phone. At the time of booking sri parida and his senior sri dev senapati promised to delivery the vehicle before the durga puja. The amount duducted from my account on21 august but they did give any receipt to me. On 22 sep i visited the showroom but sri parida did not meet me but his senior sri senapati blantly refuse me that they cannot assure the exact time of delivery. His behaviour towards a loyal customer of maruti really upset me. They have indirectly forced me to cancel my booking. I get a very negative impression on the brand value of maruti because of these types of employees at sales centres.                                   I purchased d ignis automatic car from lajpat nagar showroom on 11 july 2017 and had send d car for many times to workshop as my car break off in d mid way anytime n i am left embarrassed as well as my work suffers. I never thought i am purchasing a problem n scared of taking this car out as it stops anytime n anywhere. Specially, my wife is under high risk if she has to go alone.in three months, i have sent d car four times to workshop for recovery. Please help me out!

                                    i got delivery of baleno on january 2017.
                                    Usage of my car is approx 5000km.

                                    I have bad experience of baleno car
                                    Which are as below:
                                    (1) water ingress in left side of tail light and short circuit occured.
                                    (2) front jumper was damaged as no
                                    Accident occured till date. May be quality of jumper is not good.
                                    (3) most serious issue: when i run my
                                    Car on express highway (Ahmedabad to vadodara express highway) around 90km/h speed, speed suddenly gradually reduced from 90km/h to 40km/h eventhough accelerator is fully pressed.
                                    Please look into the matter.
                                    i want to check above problem from
                                    Expert showroom as existing maruti workshop is not as good as premium. Workshops are not for premium cars.

                                      I'm ambreen choudhary.. I'm a working woman.. I'm your premium customer.. I got a nexa s. Cross zeta in october'2015.. I took my s cross car to peaks auto jammu an authorised service station of maruti suzuki for servicing on 13/6/2017. When i dropped my car for service, they took out my pen drive, the navigation card and handed over both to me to prevent from loss. When i took back my car after service, i forgot to ask them to insert back the navigation card in it and after few days, we were planning to go out of town and found that we might need navigation and tried to insert the card in it but it did not get in and i left it and due to my busy schedule i couldn't go to peaks. But on 09/09/2017, when i went to peaks auto service station gangyal, jammu and met mr ajay koul, i explained him the situation, he gave me the mobile number of mr. Raman who is a marketing dealer at gandhi nagar, there he took 2 to 3 hrs and after so much time, he finally told that he can't open the system as it is under warranty and it will be void if i open it and he advised me to go back to peaks service station gangyal. As advised, i went back to gangyal and they opened the infotainment system and put several scratches while opening it with a screw driver, they informed that i can collect it on 11/09/2017, i asked them to give me receiving of the infotainment system they have taken. Firstly they refused to give any receiving but later on forcing them they have given receiving on the back side of visiting card (So unprofessional). On 11/09, i called them whether my system is ready they apprised me that they have submitted the same to company for repairing and the same happens for next two three days. On 14/09, they called me and apprised me that your system will not be covered under warranty as u have done some paint work from another workshop jamkash vehicleades. I told them that was also an authorised service station of maruti suzuki, later they told me that u have come after two months of servicing of vehicle, we will not cover this under warranty.. They strictly refused to cover this under warranty even when it's under warranty and told me to take the infotainment system back but i didn't get it back and decided to inform the higher authorities about their bad dealing. I would like to add that i believe that they're just killing time so that warranty expires in october.. Please guide me what to do.. Hoping for immediate action and solution..

                                        I received baleno zeta at on 30th july 2017 against the booking done on 4th feb 2017. During the entire tenure the sales person associated are very very unprofessional. I don't want to use here any bad words but he exploited me like anything that too did a big fraud by taking the insurance amount directly from my bank as demand even if i clearly mentioned not to raise demand from them as i will pay in person directly.

                                        This one one small example but the way he treated me is highly unprofessional. He is very rude, never respond. How came a person like this been deputed to deal with the customer. I even mentioned all this in detail to maruti but no one least bothered to take any action him or the dealer.
