I, booked Maruti Suzuki Baleno Zeta(p) Blue Ray on 06/Nov/2015 at NEXA Bimal Guwahati.
At time of booking the dealer told the waiting period was 2 months.I was in regular touch with the Relationship Manager (Santanu Sarma) ph.-[protected] and he promised me to deliver the car in January but he made false promises. And now when I was asked him the confirmation date he was unable to say anything but he made even worst when he told me to change the colour and variant also. Then I compromised and changed colour (silver) but still he didn't give any update.Now he doesn't receive my call.
I don't understand what kind of RM he is.How can he force to change the customer choice.
I request Maruti Suzuki to look into the matter and deliver my car as soon as possible.

    I have booked vehicle on 22/11/2015 at My Car Nexa, Shivaji Nagar Pune and tentative delivery date wasgven 07/02/2016 . The waiting period at the time of booking itself was 3 months. 11 Months are already over from booking date.

    I got communication was received post 2 months of booking date ie on 12/01/2016 that waiting period increased to 20-24 months..

    20-24 Months is quite open ended timeline, please confirm me exact month for delivery of vehicle, this would help me do financial planning . Also check for corporate discount for ASIAN PAINTS LIMITED . Some of my friends purchased MARUTI SUZUKI VEHICLE and got discount of about 10, 000 INR.

      I had booked my car baleno zeta ray blue on 20 Oct. 2015 at that time it was said that the car will be delivered to me within 20 days. I had a family function around that time and wanted to gift this car to my sister since then I am frequently contacting the dealer about the delivery of the car but he always say that in next 10 to 15 days you will get it but has failed everytime. Now it's almost 3 months since I booked the car and everytime I went to dealership they ask me to buy some other variant . when I was planning to buy a new car many people suggested me to go for maruti but I have had enough this time with these folks, please look into the matter .

        We bought Maruti Baleno - Delta model (White color) on 30th December, 2015. We never intended to buy a car in 2015 but were convinced by Rahul Jacob (Relationship Manager - KTL Nexa - Vibhuti Khand, Gomti Nagar, Lucknow.) to buy a car in late 2015 and they will get the registration done in early January, 2016. He said that Maruti is increasing the rates from 1st January and therefore suggested to buy in 2015 and will get the registration done in 2016. We had a discussion about the same with KTL Senior Manager Mr. Rohit and one more Relationship manager Mr. Shyam and all lied about this. As a matter of fact there is no price hike on any Maruti car and these Nexa people cheated us by misconstruing the facts. Just to achieve their respective sales targets for quarter/year end, these people cheat with people like us who don't buy cars daily and therefore have less information about such kind of tricks. We always wanted buy to a new car in new year and wanted the registration to be done in January, 2016 only. However since the registration has now been done in 2015, this will directly affect our car's re-sell value. Person Name: Mr. K.N.           I had booked baleno 40 days back which I have cancelled about 35 days ago.But I haven't yet received the money ie one lakhs rs/- .Your staff is fooling me that it is in process from last month. Plz take strict action against this and refund me my money else I will have to take a legal action against the kothari wheels.Now they are charging 30000/- rs for cancellation which is unacceptable. I demand full refund of amount

            Complaint - I cancelled my booking of Baleno Delta on[protected] which was earlier booked on[protected] with Pratam Motors, Bangalore (Mr Sarat Chand). I had provided cancellation letter along with a cheque which was confirmed by RM that the booking has been cancelled and booking amount of Rs 25000 will be credited back within 7-8 working days, but today(05.1.2016) an amount of 9728/- has been deducted towards emi charges for the auto loan and the dealer is not taking the responsibility of my cancellation and providing some excuses.               I have purchased Maruti Baleno Sigma Petrol, DL 12CJ 1565 from NEXA, 3 Kailash Colony, Rana Motors. The car was booked on 21st Dec 2015 & delivered to me on 26th Dec 2015. 1) Payment of Rs11, 650/ made for accessories was made twice by me on 22nd Dec 2015 thru credit card as I was told by the account clerk that the first payment was not successful. However, my credit card was debited twice for Rs11, 650/ as both transactions were successful. This was brought to the notice of accounts department at NEXA Rana Motors on 22nd December 2015 itself. I was assured that Rs11, 650/ shall be credited ( reversed) to my credit card. This has not taken place till date despite several follow ups with accounts department at NEXA Rana Motors. Latest Credit card statement showing charging of Rs11, 650/ twice is attached for your reference. 2) Several accessories were fitted by NEXA Rana Motors in my car but the bill does not detail the accessories fitted for which I have paid extra. This was pointed out to the accounts department. 3) Rs500/ was charged extra for providing car number plate cover although this is covered in the Registration charges of Rs21, 173 as is evident from the attached Price List of NEXA Rana Motors. 4) Although lower interest for car loan was being offered by my bank (HDFC Bank), NEXA Rana Motors insisted that loan application be routed thru it (at higher interest rate) with the same bank. This is against customer interest. It is requested: • To refund the Rs11, 650/ charged twice by NEXA Rana Motors as stated in point no. 1 • To provide detailed bill of accessories purchased from NEXA Rana Motors & fitted in the car as stated in pint no 2. • To refund the Rs500/ charged for number plate cover as this is covered in the registration charges as stated in point no 3.

                Maruti NEXA has lost it Pathetic Service and Professionalism and the Maruti Suzuki guys have no control over these clueless jockers. My RM Rohit Chhabra, and the Showroom manager Amal Kumar Paliwal and the customer care ladies siting at the showroom are a group of dishonest unprofessional jockers. In my case the lady ie customer care executive called me 4 times to tell me that my priority number has come and you may come to make payment to the showroom.then the RM called to state the same facts But when I reached there had to wait for atleast 30 minutes before the RM came and made a sorry face and said that your car has been allocated to someone else. But they were not very good at dramatics as I could make out that they had given my car to someone out of turn... as there would be an increase in the rates wef Jan 2016. I would advise Maruti Suzuki to mend the ways of selling car as this way they will loose thier creadibility
                Maruti Suzuki India customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                No refund even after 30 days of purchase

                  I booked car on 2nd November, 2015 at Navneet Motors Nexa Andheri West. Initially the Relationship Manager Nakul Khuman said the car will be delivered in 4 - 6 weeks. Then when i contacted Nakul on 2nd December, 2015 he said none of the Ray Blue cars have been delivered to any customers and hence it will take some time. When i asked for Regional Managers number he shared the store managers number named Mr. Amit. Amit said the same thing and asked me to either choose between white or silver and assured me that Ray Blue will be delivered by the December month end. Now when i contacted yesterday Nakul siad there is a price hike of 20 thousand from January and instead of ending the conversation in proper way he disconnected the call. When today i asked for timeline of both Ray Blue and Silver in mail he replied through mail that the waiting period for my booking is increased from 6 -8 weeks to 16 - 18 weeks and if i changed my mind for Silver he would provide it earliest. This is really neither professional nor ethical behaviour.

                    I was in talks with DAMANJIT SINGH of CM autosales mohali about the purchase of a new car. Then, yesterday I booked delta s-cross SOB15000650 by depositing rs 11, 000 by cash. Damanjit said it's first come first serve, bring the whole amount and, take your new car home. Hence, I transferred rs 8, 13, 725 to CM autosales' account. After that when I went to the showroom neither did Damanjit attend me properly, moreover he refused to give me my vehicle. He kept misstating the facts and encircled me in stupid excuses. Only thing he did was, he gave me a written note stating that I didn't get the car because of problems in issuing a temporary number, was not a problem the day before. Due to all this chaos my time was wasted. Being a doctor my time is not only important to me but, to my patients as well.

                      I have booked baleno petrol delta model on 1st week of november 2015. My loan amount and onroad amount has been debited. They have committed to deliver on november end. But i came to know that this perticular model has not yet been approved by RTO which is not communicated to me at the time of delivery. I have fully frustrated with the nexa committment.

                        Myself Manish Gupta, I have booked Delta Petrol in Maruti suzuki Nexa Akshardham showroom. The booking date was of 27 OCT 2015, but showroom executive considered it to be of 1 NOV 2015. From that date I have received 3 calls from showroom that "you can take your car." But every time when I visit showroom they reply that "sorry sir, the call was made by mistake from the team, as the car is available but your number is down in the line and they have to deliver the car first to the bookings made earlier then you" I do not understand that, if the call is being made for further processing then why they suddenly take U turn and show inability to deliver the car and that too 3 times. As i have already requested them that please deliver the car asap because of my 3 yrs old daughter who cannot travel on two wheeler in the chilly winter.                           I booked on 24 Oct 2015 first day of lunch they told me that they delivered in 20days but after waiting one month the did not get response from there side, the sales person do not receive my phone call very bad experience at nexa rajory garden new delhi
                          same happen with me also... Very frustrated... I Have booked other car but after launching Baleno I canceled my old booking with some loss. Now Nexa people are not responding to anything...

                            I have booked Baleno diesel top end on 14th october, but till date I have not got any information on when I will get the car. I had done pre-launch book so that I could get it early, but if it takes the same time as after launch booking, what is the purpose of doing a pre-launch booking. I did booking in Bimal Nexa showroom Bangalore.

                              With reference to the subject cited above myself Abhijit Mohanty from Cuttack, Odisha have booked a Maruti Suzuki Baleno Petrol Delta variant of Granite Grey colour on 27/10/2015 from Nexa Twin-City (Sky Automobiles).I'm getting the delivery on 30th of Nov. The Relationship Manager (Mr.Udaybir Mohanty) and Manager Mr Sanjay Gupta with whom I was dealing with says if I don't take the insurance from the dealer then I can't take the car my money will be refunded, but as per IRDA norms »
                              No Manufacturer has given a Mandate to Dealer to deliver in car only when Insurance taken from his Dealership (Unless - there is Free Insurance Scheme - where in offer Valid when Insurance taken from Select preferred Partner Insurance Players as per Terms and Conditions of Scheme laid down by Dealer or Manufacturer)
                              I want you to take necessary actions against the dealer for malpracticing and blackmailing the customers.

                                We had booked a Baleno, Alpha Petrol, Granite Gray on the 31st of Oct 2015 vide Receipt No 15001120/ Order invoice No: SOB15000764 The model details on the receipt was all wrong as the color mentioned in that was Premium Silver when we had booked for Granite Grey Mr Nitin of the above mentioned showroom had taken the booking and had assured us that the car would be delivered in three days time. Ten days later when we visited the showroom we were assured that there is a lot coming on 12th of November, 2015 and we would get our vehicle then.12th came and went and no news from Nexa, Magic Auto Today when we spoke to one Mr Vivek who in a very high handed manner said that we are placing the order today and will see when the vehicle comes and that you will be duly informed. When we told him about the earlier conversation with Mr Nitin this is what we were told, "I don't know what Nitin said. He has left and this is it. We are placing the order today" Is this the type of behavior we are to expect from Nexa showrooms? We have never had such issues from D D Motors ever from where we had been dealing since Maruti 800, then an Esteem and then a Swift. Sincerely hope that Maruti will take care of my complaint at the earliest and my vehicle is delivered ASAP.
                                Suffering same. Vehicle was booked in November and is still not delivered. Taking public money and getting interesting it without delivering product to customers. Maruti may also be involved in this fraud.

                                  I went to rana motors to enquire about baleno. I was very much intrested to buy but what i heard about nexa i really have very bad experince.no body entertain me at rana motors nexa. I went to the owner straight rudly he has said me i dont want to talk with you talk to my staff.. Talk to my staff and staff said if you finance from us . Then i will give you car tommarow otherwise you have to wait for month. I dont understand i am doing self finance . Parvinder singh [protected]
