The worst experience ever. Booked a car and did the full payment and was supposed to rejoin at my workplace in bhopal. But as i had booked the ignis in bangalore couldn't go. Now i am at the verge of losing my job and didn't get the car also. Worst experience won't suggest anyone to go for it at all.

    Dear Nexa,
    I think u must close ur showroom Patel Motors Nexa Indore..Because the dealer doesn't need any more customers.
    I tell you why I'm saying this...
    I booked baleno delta in Jan 17 and this is May 17, from the date of booking, dealer and it's representatives didn't make me a single call about the status of my booking & delivery. I'm the only one who called lots of time but they are not interested in answering me.
    This is the highest level of poor service given by you which made me highly disappointed. Not a single percent of personal attention they provided me. My friend booked after me the same car but got the delivery before me... This partially treatment you guys did with me.

    Second issue... I mailed on 19/02/17 to Mr Sudhir Sharma to change the colour from silver to orange and he confirmed me that he had forwarded the same to Mr Manish Chouhan and nexa but when I called Mr Chouhan about this he denied that they are not having any updation. Now I've become speechless about the service and persons who are responsible for this.
    Another major issue I've financed this car from Bank of India and the validity of this Pre finance is going to end on 15th of May 17. If you don't deliver me the vehicle before 15th I'll have to cancel the booking because I won't have any other option and I think nexa also want that booking should be cancelled because they are not interested in making deliveries of their vehicle.

    And I'm specially not at all important customer for you that's why u did this to me. I'll cancel the booking and will move for Hyundai I 20 because they are keen interested in fulfilling my requirements in time.
    Still I want to say one thing I really don't want to move because I waited for a long time but because of you guys I'll have to move and purchase another vehicle.

    Very very very poor service..
    Very very very poor response...

      Worst experience ever! very poor response to the customer. Calls daily to to convenience the customer to buy the car but once the customer has bought, they don't even care to take the customer complaints into consideration. In my case they didn't even pass the number plate application to rto since 3 months from the date to buying the car and am stilling visiting them and complaining but theres no one to listen or look into the matter properly. Only makes u come to nexa every now and then, but doesn't work on customer complaints!!!
      genuinely won't recommend to visit here.

        Driver side Rear view Mirror is having some problem from begining. its keep stuck while opening. Recently I observed that it got stuck at closed position. I visited the above dealer for repairing. It should be a manufacturing defect however dealer refused to accept a defect moreover they said it may get damaged during repairing. They left decision on me to permit them to repair however I was keep saying that this is Not the damaged due to any accident. It was totally a malfunction which occurred over a period of time. My car is still in warranty. I was expecting a unit replacement. However dealer repaired it and now its more looking damaged from inside. This is totally unjustified and made me unhappy about the dealer service. My sincere request is to please Replace the damaged mirror with new mirror as it got damaged due to manufacturing fault and Not by any accident.

          Hi,

          In short i tell you, false commitment if you raised complaint on nexa then they not entertain you & arrogant behavior.

          Show room manager think his is king and trust only his word (Name : hemant, his manager of shivajinagar showroom)
          Showroom head deepti, she think customer is duffer (Name : deepti, she's head of shivajinagar showroom)

          I raised complaint against both person for false commitment for booking. Todays consumer is not duffer.

          So avoid shivajinagar showroom.

          I face very bad experience so awareness i share my review with you.

            I booked an ignis zeeta amt thru indus nexa trivandrum branch on 2nd january 2017. One week before i was informed that your car is ready for delivery and need to pay the full amount. As i instructed, my bank transferred the remaining amount based on the proforma invoice issued from the indus nexa trivandrum branch. I am waiting for the car from that day and no positive response is coming from the executive. Last day i got a call mentioning that instead of automatic, it is possible to deliver the manual one with another colour and the person compelled me to take tee car, which i never chosen.

            Now they are playing with my money and i am paying interest from my pocket.

              I have a concern regarding my car that I purchased from Rohan Motors Dehradun somewhere around end of July last year.
              I always felt my car's front bumper has less shine(gloss) then other areas or the back side bumper of my car. Now when one of my friend purchased the same color car, I suddenly realized that the glossy feel is lacking in my car's front bumper.               I have booked Baleno Delta on 26.12.2016 & after one week/10 days time I have changed from Delta to Zeta at Revankar Nexa, Hubballi, Karntaka, by paying booking amount of Rs.11000/-.

              The executive were behind me till I book the car and after words no proper response from them. I only visiting repeatedly to their show room asking for the status of my car delivery. But they are very irresponsible; the booking period is already crossed 20 weeks till they are not bothered.

              If they could not able to provide the vehicle within the stipulated time period they should have not taken the booking. My advise to customers who are wishing to buy a Baleno don't trust these dealers, instead you can book the car at two to three dealers and get the vehicle delivered where ever you get it on first. As I said, their customer service lasts till you book the car.

              By trusting nex and purchased scross(2vehicals) and given a vehical for service but hear in ongole the service provided to us is worst especially car wash i had not found a single person who responds to my complaint waited for 45mi and returned with disappointment

                Dear Sir/Madam,

                This is to inform you that I booked one Baleno RS car at Nexa Alipore (Dealer : Nexa - Alipore
                Bhandari Automobiles Pvt.Ltd. MADGUL LOUNGE, 23, Chetla Central Road.Kolkata 700027) on 25th of February, 2017 and as booking charge amount of Rs 11000 released from my wife’s account (UBI A/C no[protected] on 28/02/2017. The Final amount of Rs 7, 23472, which included Life time Road tax & registration fee of Rs 96800, was debited from the aforesaid account on 28th Match 2017.

                1. In spite of our repeated request till date any receipt against the final amount has not been provided.
                2. We have overpaid RS 100000 which is supposed to be returned, but they are refusing to answer regarding that amount.
                3. Though they have charged Rs 96800 for life time road tax and registration fees but they have registered my car paying only 5 years tax amounting Rs 52200 (vide receipt number WB5R[protected] dated 6th April 2017.)
                4. I have informed them I am ready to accept the car with life time tax paid, but they are refusing to take any measure to rectify their fault.

                They are deviating from all their commitments and payment related particulars mentioned in their invoice dated 20/3/2017. Now when I am unwilling to accept the car with 5 years road tax they are compelling me to accept it and behaving like deaf and dump.

                I am hereby launching my complaint against Bhandary Auto mobiles for the harassment I am facing. Kindly do the needful so that all the money I have paid to them till date got refunded.

                  I Have booked Baleno Alpha Petrol granite grey on 8th dec 2016 and I have been assured by RM that same will be delivered by March'17 before holi but the same was not done and further when i had a word with the RM he told that it will be delivered in mid of april but yesterday again with false assurance he shifted the date further till the end of april its been nearly 4.5 months and still there no tracking of the car and upon that I am the one who is frequently following up and getting false assurance,
                  Please do provide solution for the same and escalation to be made to the top management who is unaware about the situation .

                    Booked baleno on 7th january.Last time two days before i visit the showroom in amravati Aspa bandsons. they told will deliver upto tentative 1st of april .. I talk same with showroom manager he told to wait for another 16 weeks or else u can cancel the booking... So frustrating and disappointing ...

                    Body of Maruti Baleno has many parts of fiber or plastic which dents readily with trivial trauma. It is disappointing for a premium car like this . Its body should be tough and reasonably impact proof. Before this I used basic and cheaper cars like Alto which had better metal bodies stronger than Baleno
                    Engineers need to look into it.

                      I have booked S-cross Jetta Pre.-1.3 deseal Silver on Dt.[protected] with a Rs. 11, 000/- amount and commitment of a billing on 31st March -2017 @ Nexa Show Room, Gondal Road, Perfect Show Room, Rajkot – Gujarat (India).
                      But Dear Authority till Dt. 31st March -2017 Time - 8:07 @ evening I am unable to receive a Billing of my New S-cross car & lost of the Benefits like Insurance Hike & Loan Rates which are applicable from 1st April-2017 but I am helpless already my Car Loan Bankers (ICICI Bank) are helpless, they can’t disburst my loan without Chasis No. & my Billing because of Perfect Show Room attitude and their behavior. So please help or give a justice to me as a real buyer, I am satisfied I our authority will take some hard Actions against them and also satisfactory answer by you.
                      Because of these inconveniency to me so please take a serious matter as a company. Because of their behavior to take a Customer like this I have already billing for my new car and loan given Atul Nexa Show Room in town – Rajkot hard and fast immediately but I am dissatisfied with your other dealer like PERFECT but they are not PERFECT.

                        I am Swapnil Hole from Pune. I have booked a Baleno alpha on Jan 2017 from Nexa my car pune. They assured me that it will be delivered max by march end and now March is about to end and still there is no signal of delivery. I constantly calling Sales person but every time multiple false reason. I am tired from this kind o[censored]nprofessional behavior kindly look into the matter and do the needful asap.
                        I really don’t know is this nexa, who gives premium service from company like maruti?

                          Booked baleno (Delta - Petrol)100 days back last time two week ago i called the showroom person in Pune - Magarpatta (Maharashtra), they told will deliver the car on 16th March on my sons birthday which they had agrried while booking the car. Loan paper also submitted one month back as per Showroom demand.

                          After calling to showroom sales person they told us to wait further and no commitment was from their side. Very poor cooperation and customer service from NEXA. Very very bad experience.So frustrating this is never seen this type of behavior n response.

                            I purchased baleno delta on 06/07/2016.. I gave a car for 2nd service at katariya (Dariyapur) there is a service technitian who shashed my car by left side mudguard.. And he repaired car outside company.. And colored front left bumper and mudguard.. And bumper he repaired car but not informing me, this incident happen by them... So i desided i will not take 3rd free service... I came to know these all damages in december 2016.. I told to mr. Nitesh gohil. (Katariya makaraba). He did all work (Color the bumper, new mudguard, colored bonet) but at that time i told them for new bumper but they ignored. A day before i came to know that the bumper fitted by screw.. And colored like nobody can see that this bumper fitted by screw today i went companyand. I saw them but they force me to put all this for insurance claim... I told him this was damaged by your technitian, why i should bear this...
                            Do some proper for my car... I pay for new car but i have damaged car from service technitian
                            Mos important matter is katariya have no record who smashed my car and where he repaired a car...

                              I had booked a Maruti Nexa Ignis Model Zeta Diesel DT Uptown Red and Midnight Black on 22.01.2017 from Nexa Showroom of Anand Motors, Lucknow. I was dealt by Mr. Vinay Kumar Mishra, their marketing representative. The booking amount was paid and I was told that I will get my delivery in the last week of March. After about 10 days I received a computer generated receipt from the showroom. However, in the computer generated receipt, the model number was changed to Ignis Delta with Uptown red. When this was brought to the notice of the concerned people, after few more days I received another computer generated receipt. The rectifications had been done, however this time the delivery date mentioned was in July'2017. The Nexa people were asking me to accept the mail and give my approval, for which I had refused.

                              Now I am feeling cheated by the dealers. I have been a Maruti customer throughout but this time I am feeling cheated.

                              I have copy of all the receipts and paper work done with Nexa people .

                                Booked baleno 4 months back last time a week ago i visit the showroom in gujarat they told will deliver u within week do your loan process i did it complete n ask again in showroom about delivery after a week they told u need to wait another 1 month now the bank manager asking for compilation of process before 31st march or else need to apply again n pay processing n stemp duty need to pay again... I talk same with showroom person they told i[censored] can wait another 1 month than wait or else u can cancel the booking... So frustrating this is never seen this type of behaviour n response even from any company...

                                  Sub : Complaint of not giving delivery of car at promised date by NEXA

                                  Dear Sir/Madam,

                                  Myself Kunal Raut and my uncle Mr. Ravindra Raut has booked Baleno car from NEXA Mumbai North (Paramount Wheels.Pvt Ltd, Sanjar Business Park, Near SBI, Kashimira).

                                  Booked car Kunal Raut : Baleno Zeta, P White Color. (Booking date – 9th Feb 2017)

                                  Ravindra Raut : Baleno Alpha, P White Color. (Booking date – 12th Feb 2017)

                                  In both case NEXA executive told us they will give delivery of car on 28th March 2017 (On occasion of Gudi Pavda). NEXA executive has taken confirm of delivery date, So both o[censored]s have booked the car by paying booking amount of Rs. 11, 000/- each. After 1 month (9th March 2017) we have received call form NEXA that you have to pay down payment or else your car will be allotted to other person, So we both immediately paid the down payment of Rs.1, 89, 000/- each on same day(9th March 2017). After 4-5 days we again received call from NEXA regarding the loan disbursement schedule, So they asked for the banker phone number and they had called banker to disburse loan amount on 22nd March 2017.

                                  On 17th March 2017, NEXA executive again called and told your car will not be delivery on said date ( 28th March 2017). As per instructions by NEXA Executive I have followed all instructions and paid booking amount and down payment on said date.

                                  As per instructions given to us by NEXA, we also applied for choice number of car ourself only and number is also allotted to us.

                                  This is not practical behavior by NEXA.

                                  Please look into the matter and deliver our car on 28th March 2017.

                                    I am sending this to show my utter frustration and disappoinment.. I bought a maruti baleno (Alpha-petrol) on 30.10.2016 with company fitted appollo tyres. Developed the bubble on the side wall of tyre and it is just 4.5month old car & i drove only 2800km only.. I submitted a request to nexa jabalpur for replacement of tyre against the warranty of tyres as it is a manufacturing defect but the response from nexa jbp is compeletely discouraging.. The reason reverted to me was very vague that tyre got an impact. However neither there is any sign of impact nor incurred any accident met.. I m very much dissatisfied with poor quality of tyre provided in my baleno and level of customer service. Did i knew the quality control of nexa is so poor.. I wouldn't such vehicles.. Should i hope for any faithful response, i am waiting till i stop recommending nexa..

                                      I had very bad experience with baleno car. We never thought of such an experience from maruti of which, we are regular customer. This car is having pickup problem. Even our 8 years old wagonr is doing much better than this newly purchased one. It takes too much time to catch up the speed. Secondly the suspension is of poorest quality which further worsen the driving experience. It was my most unfortunate decision to buy beleno. Because of these problems i m using this car only for local driving in the city. I got this car checked 2-3 times from senior engineer at your showroom but the problem prevailed as such. Your engineer admit that there is some problem in the car but parameters are ok. Now tell me what should i do?? I m a doctor by profession and will never recommend my doctor colleagues to have any purchase from nexa. If my problems regarding this car not get solved, i may have to look for legal means.
