Hi, i have purchased a ignis from nexa. And it was delivered on nov -17 but the manufacturing date of the vehicle is on jun 17 as per vin no. They have delivered 5 months old vehicle. I try to approached dealer they are saying it is received only on october. As per my knowledge it will take max 60 days from maruti to reach dealer from the manufactured date. This is the right, they can delivered 5 months old vehicle with out informing me? Am very disappointed with this.

    I bought nexa delta auto from nexa baner road on 19th june 2017 and since then i am facing problem of very hard steering like old manual steerings and steering not going back after turn.
    Particularly steering is very hard and your garage persons first checked the air pressure, still no change then they checked computer parameters which were found ok, still no change in hardness of steering.

    Pl take up matter to maruti technicians at head office/factory and solve the problem.

      I had purchsed maruti baleno delta autometic in june 2016. But within 6 months, it's signal switch got dis-functioned. Though it was in the warranty, they repaired it. But now after a year, i've faced the same problem as signal switch isn't working a bit. And due to which i'm facing lots of hardships in driving a car in heavy traffics. Because of signal switch failure, i had 3-4 brushing accidents. I tried nexa lower parel & dadar outlet for this switch for last 23 days. But till date i haven't received a call or service for the same. I have serious issures about copany's after sales services...

        Good morning
        Very disappointed with the tyre quality. Already there is a bulge in the tyre. Just for about 9000 kms this has happened. Even apollo guys say it's not the manufacturing defect and rejected the ply. But i have showed to 3 tyre experts and they say it's purely the tyres defect. I strongly condemn and demand for the replacement of the tyre.

          I am writing this mail with utmost spite to the beloved nexa. The experience which I had with Nexa is utmost horrendous.
          I had booked a car, the Baleno petrol alpha variant from A M Motors, nexa, Calicut, for the day of my wedding. When we enquired about the waiting period, they said they would deliver us with the car on the wedding day. The booking date was on 25/7/2017, and the marriage date was on 16/8/2017. When we booked the car, it was noted on the booking slip that it had a 16 weeks waiting period. When we asked about this she said that do not worry about that and the car will be delivered on time. The sales person we were in contact was Fouzia Syed. She promised that the car will be delivered before the wedding date. But after the initial booking, there was no compliance from the sales representative, she was not even answering our calls. When we went directly to the dealership two weeks before the date, they reassured us that they would deliver the car on time. But three days before the wedding, she called us up and informed that they would not be able to deliver the car as it's not available. We were even ready to pay the full amount during delivery.
          This horrendous despicable attitude from the so-named premium brand NEXA is utmost horrible. This inexplicable behaviour from the nexa staff let us high and dry three days before the wedding. In no aspect, is this a pardonable behaviour. This behaviour is unacceptable under any circumstances. Finally, on the wedding day, we had to borrow an unregistered car from one of our friends. This is a shameful incidence for us. The mental agony caused to us because of the inconsiderate nature of the sales rep and NEXA, cannot be fathomed. All this aside they haven’t even bothered to contact us back regarding refund of the booking amount, or any sort of follow-up for that matter. If they won't be able to deliver the vehicle on time, please make stop giving false promises to customers just to fill their monthly quota. Let me remind you that there are other good competitors in the market.
          There were all the issues reported on the online and offline forums regarding the nexa products, like the engine blow out issue and service scam from the showroom, we were ready to keep believing the brand. But now this disrespectful attitude towards us, a full amount paying customer, is like this, I shudder to think the eventualities that would follow after taking the car and for its services. We have lost our trust in the brand and would be strongly advising against the brand for anybody who has planned (already did five and made them book cars like Abarth, creta). We are repulsed by the brand. This kind of behaviour should be addressed by other means and doesn’t deserve such nice demeanour, but I am refraining from that.

            I've already complained regarding repeated gearbox failure on 4th november with the above reference number, so far i have not received any response from the right person to inquire the problem except the complaint confirmation call.
            I am here restless because of maruti suzuki nexa's worst response in my regard. The dealer pla nexa, trichy inform me that tsm from maruti suzuki
            Will attend the problem, but still i have not yet received any confirmed status for the past 7 days. The irresposible customer care of maruti suzuki throttles me more and more.
            Hope atleast this complaint will bring me positive response from you.

When i approched him to get delivery of my car, he denied stictly for the same. This unplesent action done by showrrom has left my family in great dilemma and broken the strong trust of good custmor.
              I request you to take necessary action against this complain to resolve such type of cases...

                Hi,

                I booked a maruti baleno delta car from rishav nexa showroom patliputtra, patna with reference number 17002485.

                Booking had had 16 week waiting period agreed with nexa rm (Praveen) and it suppose to deliver before first week of november.

                I was in regular follow-up with showroom mostly with rm praveen and anand for car deliver status and everytime they said car will be delivered on time, i am much concerned about this car as i booked it for my sister's marriage.

                I called showroom last week to check whether car has come or not as delivery date was crossing but nexa people started saying that company has delayed the delivery and car will not be delivered this month.

                This is not at all acceptable as car was booked for marriage purpose with clear agreement on delivery.

                I am looking forward to take legal action against showroom and nexa as it has broke its commitment but before trying to take help from these site of you guys can help in solving my issue before i nock to judiciary door.

                  We booked the car 6 to 7 months before and we were doing the things according to the mr vikas jain who is the employee of nexa sector 63 noida, we paid the booking amount as well, but today he called and he said that he cannot deliver the car on 19th november 2017 as agreed.

                  We need to give this car in marriage but now we are not getting the car is this how maruti servers his customers... Seriously very bad experience of nexa and i am going to definetly give this in media and request you to please take action on this asap

When i approched him to get delivery of my car, he denied stictly for the same. It was given in the marriage which is scheduled on 14 nov17 this unplesent action done by showrrom has left my family in great dilemma and broken the strong trust of good custmor.

                      Sir,
                      This is sivakumar. K. S writing this complaint on behalf of my mother ayyammal. S, the owner of new baleno.
                      We got delivery on 15th september 2017 from p. L. A nexa, trichy (Tn) bearing eng. No. D13a3136824 &
                      Chassis no. Ma3ewb62shh362005 and registered as tn 47 ak 5050.

                      As my mom wished to purchase a brand new car on her name for the first in her lifetime and that to be gifted to my dad,
                      We finally opted for baleno alpha diesel. While delivery time we got noticed a tiny dots sedimented fully on the roof,
                      Front and rear windshield, bonnet, etc. As nexa persons accepted the dots complaint but they were unaware of the cause.
                      As they promised to remove it on the same day, we received the keys, car, flower bouquet, cake, chocolates, applauses and
                      Moved the vehicle out from the showroom and handed over the car to them for the workshop as soon as we got delivered.
                      We were all unhappy with the product while delivery.

                      Next after 1000 kms service on 12.10.17 i took the car from nexa trichy and reached my home town karur 80 kms from trichy.
                      Just one km before my home i heard a noise inside the bonnet and slowly parked at my home. Next day nexa person took back
                      The car, inspected thoroughly and said the problem was in gear box. They promised to repair the whole defected parts in warranty
                      As it was a manufacturing defect. Now we have got the second disappointment and "impression on the car completely fell down".
                      After two weeks period they repaired and promised us the problem won’t occur for sure. We believe their oral guarantee and assurance,
                      We took back the car and reached home on 30.10.17. Next day 31st the car remain parked as i parked on 30th.

                      Again on 1st november i drove the car with my family for a function to udumalpet.in the mid way about 50 kms from home,
                      The same noise occurred from the same place inside the bonnet and i slowly parked the car under a tree.
                      I really got high pressure in this issue as i got struck in the midway with my family. I contact with nexa person to get back the car
                      And we handed over to them. Now the defected baleno held with pla nexa, trichy workshop from 1.10.17, and nexa people
                      Are convincing me with repeating the same repair work. But this time i won’t go with nexa’s meaningless assurance. Is it necessary
                      For us to bear these kind of losses that reflects in our emi s, goodwill, business, mental tortures, travelling, etc.

                      I have been driving for the past 25 years and self driven for more than 10, 00, 000 kms, we have been using many brand cars and
                      None of the cars made us these kind of nuisance in my driving history. Without a single mistake from our side my car faces repeated
                      Manufacturing defects and thus we hope we were cheated with the defected and inferiorly inspected car from nexa.

                      Here, maruti baleno losses its credibility, reliability and trustworthiness, we all family members decided to get away from maruti suzuki.
                      We have no idea of getting back of the defected baleno with repeated repairs within this 1400 kms and you maruti nexa kindly
                      Repay the on road cost price of my car, so that we shall go with some other brand car.

                      Hope nexa customer care cares us in this regard.

                        Hi,
                        Here i would like to elaborate the instance that i faced again with them.

                        I made a first complaint on hydernagar - nexa due to delay in delivery of my vehicle even after paying my down payment.

                        After my first complaint, chandramouli (Gm from hydernagar nexa) called me and offered a deal that instead of petrol version (I made a booking for ignis zeta petrol) he will give diesel version for better price (90000 discount). As they have only ignis zeta dual, he said that he will give zeta dual for the price of zeta with 90, 000/- discount price (I am attaching the document with the name 'ignis zeta dual committed price_in detail').

                        Everything went well till here and i took the vehicle delivery. Later i realized that for the discounted price that they need to give check that needs to be submitted to rta. When i asked the same, they keep postponing the cheque. Then i went to bank and drawn the cheque from my account (Please refer to the attachment 'rta_paid by me').

                        In this entire transaction i was charged more by 11, 984/-. When i want to acer nexa, hydernager to talk to chandramouli, we had one discussion and he realized the fact. Then he said he will recheck and come back to me. Later i called him multiple times, but he always says that he will check and comeback. But he never comeback. Today i went to showroom to meet him but he said he is in a meeting and will come in a while. I waited for 45min but he did not turn up. Then i am frustrated and left the showroom saying with serious tone to receptionist that 'i will make sure he will call me again'. Then after 15 mins he called me. As i already left, i am not interested to go again.

                        The reason why i am bringing this to your notice is so that others will not suffer like this.

                          I had booked the above car on 24/7/2017 at "amar cars - nexa - vadodara - (Dealer code: 22nb)
                          Before booking i had visited on 07/7/2017 and from the very first day it has been informed them several time that i am very much keen to get the car exactly on 17th oct-17 (As dhantaras day) and they were fully confirmed no issue for that.
                          This is my first car and as i am belonging in middle class family so keeping the value of family i had arranged the visit of my seniors and other family members as on oct-17.
                          Every month i had close contact with them and every time they had confirmed me the date of delivery as per my choice.
                          But on 9th oct-17 they had suddenly informed me that i would not been received the car on 17th oct-17 as for me the car had not been allocated as per the list they had received on 7th oct-17 from maruti - nexa group.
                          I feel really surprised by this story explained to me and feel fully faithless on maruti group.
                          My question is
                          1) why they had misguided me in every conversation?
                          2) even in the booking requisition form also they had mention the delivery date as 17th oct-17; then how this story took place?
                          3) who will take care the pain of the senior aged persons those are emotionally got heart?
                          4) is this the way trained nexa dealer people to handle their customer in such a bad manner

                          I want the proper explanation for this situation and also want know that what kind of action will be taken to this"fraud" dealer

                            I bought baleno from pasco nexa faridabad on 6th aug'17 and they assured me that i will recieve my rc in 45 days but now its 2 and half months and i didn't recieve rc. Everytime i called them and they just said that there are so many holidays in this month that's why it is getting delayed. Even they didn't call me about it, everytime i am calling them about the status of rc.

                            Please take action accordingly and let me know about the status of my rc.

                              Car brake is not reliable as it failed more than 3-4 times in last 6 months. How can we feel safe when there is no assureity of proper braking system? Brakes become hard & double paddle any time. Due to this major problem we had met with accidents more than 2times. Who will be responsible for this? Also in the actual the engineers found break vacuum system fail after examine the vehicle for the whole day and they have made a false history of the vehicle by just mentioning the hard brake in the history. I need an explanation why is this manipulations being done by the company.
                              Who will be responsible for our losses?
                              Despite this there is no satisfactory response from the dealer

                                I purchased baleno alpha petrol regn no rj04ca5625 on 23 mar 17 from nexa kiran motors ahmedabad. I found that air condition is not giving cooling in may 17. I went to lmj service centre barmer rajasthan to solve a. C. Issue. Lmj service owner was blaming to me that one small stone hit to readiator and go out. She was trying to make big bill on me. I told that my car run only 600km and you are blaming on me that your car radiator damaged by one stone. I advised that pl check then she found that there is no problem in a. C. Nothing damaged only one black spot of dust was there after wash dust spot removed. She refilled the gas and told me that gas was leaked and it same problem will not happened in future. Again i got same problem on 24 oct 17. I am not satisfied with this car. It means dealers delivered me defective car and service centre is not able to solve the a. C. Problem. My car meter reading is 1550km only. Now i am very upset and not satisfied with dealer as well as service centre representative. You are requested to withdraw my car and new car may please be issue on priority. Thank you

                                    Respected, maruti suzuki sales and service team,
                                    When we planned to purchase new car, we were very much concerned about safety features. Based on our budget we were started searching for safety cars and we were in the stage of comparison with other makes and models, but somehow we caught with bellari (Karnataka) nexa marketing executives and they convinced and brain washed my father and my family persons and based on our family security required vehicles they suggested to go for maruthi s-cross zeta defected model (Defected version) and boasted like above mentioned car has ultimate security features and has ultimate service stations around the country and mentioned car has sufficient security features as you desire so we had fixed to go for above mentioned car. We purchased the above mentioned car with on road price of rs 12, 15, 000 inr (Inr rs 9, 82, 951.32 + inr rs 2, 32, 048.68 it include standard built in accessories + special service charges) on dated: 27/04/2017.
                                    But this above mentioned killer/ fraud car has compromised all its security features and since we purchase the above mentioned car it has been pushing our family members to giving death penalty each time we took for ride, but due to god’s grace, and human alerts our family got narrow escape from major incidents also from the death penalties, so we request to you replace this car totally with well tested and pre-security tested car as soon as possible and this also a proven cheating and the proven service ignorance from maruthi suzuki’s end. So we demanding inr 10 crores as penalty based on our loss of time and individual earning capabilities of each members of our family. We would like to describe the deadly incidents happened during each ride and narrow escapes from death penalties and service ignorance incidents below.
                                    Describing the incidents during family persons taken for rides:
                                    1. Even after wearing seat belt its giving indication as you were not wear seat belt.
                                    2. When we are riding, automatically wiper starts wiping without switching on the wiper even on the plain and surface clear nh roads.
                                    3. Indicators are switching on automatically without any manual interruption.
                                    4. Steering got locked even we were riding at the speed of 40 to 50 km/hrs.
                                    5. Doors getting unlocked without manual interruptions.
                                    6. Several times we were unable to open the doors manually are through sensor keys during emergency incidents.
                                    7. Mirror movements happening without any manual interruption.
                                    8. Abs indication keeps glowing without any action.
                                    9. We are listened the sound like air bags were tried to opened.
                                    10. We got bad burning smells inside the car after we listening air bags opening sound.
                                    11. We are getting bad ac smells.
                                    12. We are unable to change the gear even after applied the clutch properly during riding.
                                    13. Head light switched off automatically during night rides.
                                    14. Break became hard, and sometimes we were unable to apply the break when we were riding at the speed of 80 to 120 km/hrs.
                                    15. There is no mileage even we rode this car with economical speed with well experienced driving expertise.
                                    16. Engine oil got leaked.
                                    17. Fire took place in the bonnet.
                                    18. During the fire took place we were unable to open the doors, after we struggled like anything to come out doors opened automatically.

                                    Describing the defective, ignorance, careless service incidents from maruthi suzuki authorised dealers and service centers:
                                    1. First service happened on[protected] at 900 km
                                    A) we left the above mentioned car for service at kpf private limited, bellari karnataka. Authorised maruti suzuki dealer.
                                    B) during first service we complained about mileage drop, but there was no action.
                                    C) we could not explain the entire security features problem from the list of above 18 complaints, but we complained few issues during first service but we got oral commitments from works manager it will be fixed in the next service.
                                    2. Second service happened on[protected] at 6175 km
                                    A) we left the above mentioned car for service at kpf private limited, bellari karnataka. Authorised maruti suzuki dealer.
                                    B) as committed during first service related security feature issues, but those were not fixed.
                                    C) without diagnosing problems for the above listed 18 issues they confirmed like issues got resolved.
                                    3. Interim running repair happened on[protected] at 6705 km due to ignorance/care less from the second free service.
                                    A) engine oil was leaking, smoke raised and burning smell was came out from the bonnet during long drive then we struggled to connect to nearest service stations but somehow we managed to connect them then from kpf private limited bellari, service persons came to kudligi to solve this problem by applying m-seal paste but they could not fix this issue.
                                    B) so they took this killer car through tow to authorised maruti service center (Kpf private limited, bellari).
                                    C) they diagnose that all the issues were because of pressure pump problem and they said we replaced pressure now and the confirmed that there won’t be any problem.
                                    D) as committed during first service related security feature issues, but those were not fixed even on second service and third running repair service.
                                    4. After the third running repair service again same issue arrived and fire attacked at the bonnet of the above mentioned car at t. Dasarahalli, bangalore-57 on[protected] at 8:45 am.
                                    A) all of sudden when we were riding at the speed of 10 – 15 km/hrs on the mid of the road smoke came outside the bonnet and fire attacked.
                                    B) we tried to apply the break, but break was struck and not able to apply the break.
                                    C) clutch became totally free.
                                    D) we were not able to open the doors, after several tries door lock opened automatically.
                                    E) somehow we (4 family members along with pregnant women and 5 years old kid) manage to came out from the car with the help of nearest auto drivers help.
                                    F) few family members in the car experienced suffocation and they were unable to open the glass or door.
                                    G) after multiple tries we were able to switch of the car and, we opened the bonnet then we tried to extinguish the fire with help of traffic police.
                                    H) this incident happened during peak traffic hours at t. Dasarahalli, bangalore-57 hence almost hour traffic was jammed.
                                    I) hence traffic polices arrived and they borrowed fire extinguisher from neighbours travellers and applied the fire extinguisher, after smoke got reduced, with the help of auto drivers we disconnected the battery connection inside the bonnet to avoid damage to the neighbours vehicles and to stop completely burning of the car.
                                    J) as mentioned above list of 18 complaints most of the problems were occurred.
                                    K) as steering got locked we were unable to push to parking place.
                                    L) then we pushed the car on the same direction to avoid the traffic jam.
                                    M) as incident happened on later we reached out bellary kpf private limited’s works manager for service help but they were given us toll free number, because of this terrible incident we do not have patience to follow the process to lodge the complaint for service help so we requested kpf team to arrange service for us by providing the address of the incident.
                                    N) but we did not get any response from kpf works manager then we waited for some time and then we escalated to deputy general manager of kpf, but he has sent contact details of rns motors general manager to reach out.
                                    O) because this negligence and ignorance we escalated to territory service manager.
                                    P) territory service manager (Manikantan) committed, we our self arrange service help to fix this, then we started getting calls from multiple authorized maruti service centres, but no was confirmed about the time to come to the incident place.
                                    Q) after we waited for around 4 hrs again we called to territory service manager to service help then rns service persons were committed like we will be attending this call.
                                    R) we were on road for around 6 – 7 hrs then rns motors service persons came and inspected the incident and taken car through tow.
                                    As we were completely fed up with the above incidents, we will be complaining and demanding as requested in our subject line through the register speed post.
                                    Note: if the issue is not fixed as mentioned in the subject line we will be lodge complaints and appropriate cheating case against maruti suzuki india ltd with necessary evidence.

                                    I Vijay Kumar Byahut booked baleno Delta from sevoke motor Siliguri and paid RS 11000/_ on 4/4/17 after a month I cancelled. my booking. But my refund amount was RS 10500/_ on 31/08/17 which is RS 500/_ less paid to me. As per Nexa rule full amount to be refunded.

                                      Sir mere pass ek ciaz vxi plus hai, maine aaj se 5 month pehle ek claim liya tha jisme mujse reverse sencer ke 1200/rs charge kiye the vo bhi 2 month ke bad avilable karaya tha vo bhi dusre color ka uske bad vo senser 2 din sahi work karta hai apne aap work karna band kar derta hai apne aap sahi chalne lagta hai toll free par complai karne par akansha mbd nexa par vo meri gari do bar le gaye aur ye kaha kar ki ab theek ho gya hai mujey de gaye lakin ek do din ke bad phir vahi problum senser kabhi work karta hai kabhi nhi karta hai maine phir toll free par complain ki lakin 2 weeks ke bad bhi koi phone mujey service center se nhi aaya dubara toll free par phone kiya to vo bole process mai hai complain lakin phir uske bad bhi 5 din ho gye koi phone nhi aaya mujey pareshan hote hue 4-5 month ho gye hai, kirpya ya to meri senser problum sahi karaye kyuki itni mehngi gari lene par bhi mai pareshan hu, nhi to mai consumar court me jane ke liye badya hunga

                                        I placed an order for baleno at erode ambal nexa on 9.8.17 and paid an advance amount of rupees 11, 000 by cheque (No: 807448) by tmb. A month later the dealer told that the car was ready. We were also ready to pay and buy the car.
                                        But i was compelled to pay for accessories or 2 years extra warranty, so i've cancelled my order. And i request you to refund my money. Also, i am totally unsatisfied with the services, terms and conditions provided by the dealer.
