Hello,

For corporate discount mr arun popular nexa agreed rs 4000 with marriage certificate is ok . After full payment yesterday he said that compnay rejected, and informed just today at the time of billing. This is a cheat and we will forget about rs 4000 but never support to contact or recommand our friends and relatives to any of your products . I already informed mr arun to deduct rs 4000 from accessoreies, Thank you.

    मैने अप्रैल 2019 में स्पर्श automobile रायपुर छत्तीसगढ़ से श्री बलराम रावल nexa रायपुर के माध्यम से बलेनो जेटा कार खरीदा है। मेरे car का नंबर CG29AC2529 है, मेरा मोबाइल नंबर [protected], [protected] है। इनलोंगो के द्वारा मुझे nexa कार्ड दिया गया जिसका नंबर[protected] है, इस card में इनके द्वारा किसी दूसरे का मोबाइल नंबर दर्ज कर दिया गया है जिसके कारण मुझे समान खरीदी और कार रिफरेन्स के रिवॉर्ड नही मिल पा रहें हैं।इनके द्वारा मुझसे फ्रॉड किया गया है। इनसे संपर्क करने में ये बत्तमीजी करते हैं तथा कॉल भी जल्दी रिसीव नही करते।
    साथ ही इनलोगों ने मुझे आजतक RC बुक भी नही दिया है और मेरे RC में इनलोंगो द्वारा गलत address भी दर्ज किया गया है। इससे मैं मानसिक रूप से परेशान हूँ, मुझे fasttag बनवाने में परेशानी हो रही है। अतः मेरी इन समस्याओं का सॉल्व करते हुये संबंधित के ऊपर एक्शन लेकर मुझे अवगत कराने का कष्ट करें

      Dear Nexa / Maruti Suzuki,

      This is to bring to your notice that I am facing unexpected problems in repairing my damaged Baleno Delta Car, bearing registration number OD02AQ0534.
      I had done insurance from Maruti which is associated with HDFC Ergo.

      Matter: My car got damaged due to an accident occured on 22nd Dec'2020. I immediately reached Patia body shop toeing my car. The very next day my claim got submitted where the repairing cost was esmitated Rs.2 lacs. However after the survey done by insurance agent the claim cost got raised to 3.06 lacs which exceeds 75% of my insured value (IDV=3.73lacs). How could the estimate raise to such high level.
      Problem statement: Bodyshop attitude shows that they are not ready / incapable of repairing my car as the matter is not being looked upto with urgency. Its almost 3 months since I have submitted my car but I am not receiving proper and timely reverts from neither the insurance company nor the bodyshop. I had sent 3 emails to respective authorities but still not received any revert on my raised queries.
      Insurance company verbally gave me 2 options for settling the claim (No email communication). 1st - Total Loss & 2nd - Cash loss. I am not ready to accept total loss option as I need my car back on wheels. In the 2nd option, insurance company is offering me merely 1.7 lacs as repairing cost and asking me to get the car repaired in private workshops. My problem is how could they asses the repairing cost as 1.72 lacs when the estimation is of 3.06 lacs & why are they insisting me to visit local workshops.
      I expect at least 75% of my IDV value as I had done zero dep insurance.

      I opted for Maruti because of its service and now I am facing such unbearable problems.

      I earnestly request you to look into the matter and help resolve my problem as I had high expectations from Maruti and had never thought I would come across such hickups.

      A minor Accident of my baleno (UK18M9829) happened about three Months ago. Next day after accident I contact in Maruti Service Centre Kashipu 244713 Uttarakhand for Accident claim. They said "Head Light o[censored]r car is not available right now... We ordered ur parts of vehicle and u contact us after 15 days.
      Today after 70 days they said again and again “ We are arranging your vehicle parts”. And my car still standing from one month in Maruti Service Centre Kashipur ( Uttarakhand)244713.
      Its worst Service i seen Ever...

        Synopsis of compliant:

        I have booked above mentioned car on 10th Jan 2021 at Nexa - OSL Motocorp Pvt Ltd (VIP ROAD), Kolkata. During booking i was given delivery date of 5th Feb 21.
        After making the final payment i was informed rental agreement is not valid document for residential proof, thus need to either arrange valid address proof (Aadhar card with Kolkata address) or need to pay INR 5k to RTO overcome such norm.
        After chasing for another couple of weeks, Mr. Biplab (Sales Executive) changed stance & demanded 15K for registration of vehicle in absence of local address proof.
        While reminding him of 5K, which he freezed after 100% payment receipt, he flatly regretted same by giving reference of local RTO authorities.
        Till today i.e. 4th March 2021, I haven’t received either delivery or commitment of delivery from OSL Motocrop.
        On top of everything, after chasing Mr. Biplab (OSL Executive), no amicable reply or solution or delivery commitment is confirmed.
        I have few queries to raise on people & process being assigned & adhered.
        • While booking, why customers are not made aware of formalities /documents which needs to accomplished.
        • Why customer has to do follow up after making complete payment to Dealer of MSL.
        • Why 100% payment is being charged if process cannot be executed
        In absence of amicable reply & solution, I shall be forced to escalate said mishandling by OSL backed by MSL in public domain to bring awareness among people about process & people of OSL & MSL.
        Expecting to have quickest possible amicable solution with earliest delivery date.

          I have purchased a Nexa Ignis Delta Numbering WB-08F-0248 from Jyote Motors, Sector-V, Salt Lake, Kolkata in the month of July, 2018 in exchange of my old Maruti Alto LXI car numbering WB-06-8256. On 23rd February, 2021 evening I received a call that my old card met with an accident in Kolkata. I am surprised to know that the Jyote Motors has not transferred the car in the new owners name. All papers related to the exchange of my old vehicle is with me. I personally visited Jyote Motors on 24th February, 2021 and they have assured me that they will do the necessary in this regard but till date nothing has happed. So, I request you to kindly do the needful in this regard urgently otherwise I will be bound to take other necessary measures.

              I have purchased nexa xl6 on 25.12.2020 beekay auto pvt ltd. Asansol in west bengal with temporary registration certificate wb2021-tr-0398a, which has been submitted to jamshedpur in jharkhand for registration as the adhhar card registered in jamshedpur, on 27.1.2021 myself recieved the vechile registration no. Issued jh05 cw 0511. The same has been forwarded to the dealer for providing high security number plate, at first the dealer refused to provide the high security number plate on pretext that the registration is done from jharkhand instead of west bengal. Any how the dealer has managed the printing of high security number plate on chargeable basis, after fixing the high security number plate on car the photo needs to be uploaded to the portal for which the dealer has expressed its inability to upload the photo to the site so i am facing difficulty in recieving the rc book from issuing authority.

                  I called to service manager lot of time in this matter they advise me on your 3rd free service this matter is resolve properly I visited again on 18 12 2020 for the resolving this issue they re pest rear glass but the problem is same I called again and give response of the work they told me please sent images and videos of subject They called me dated on 15 01 2021 and change the rear glass but the problem same I contact again to Service manager for this matter they called me on dated 27 01 2021 in Jag Mohan Motors but overall problem is freeze Again visited 08 02 2021 and 22 02 2021 but no fruitful result of this problem All visit record are attached To avoid any legal action I humble requesting you to please resolve my problem its your prime duty Otherwise I will take necessary action against the system
                  The concerned authority will be responsible to pay all expenses of Court and mental harassment compensation is pay by the Maruti Suzuki or Jag Mohan Motors Rohtak Please give me feedback within 15 days otherwise I will assume that you are not interested in the subject matter

                    Dear Sir/Madam

                    This is unacceptable from Varun Nexa booked car on 18th Jan and dates keep on postponed already 5 weeks completed, i am not confident with nexa Varun, yesterday you told me 19th feb it will be dispatched and again today you are telling dispatch on 22nd or 24th Feb, again ur expecting on 24th to come to postpone the dates and you will tell me the manufacturer keeps on extend the dates, it keeps on extending to dispatch,

                    Finally i am the fool i have to wait for some body mistake.

                    During time of booking Mr. Keshav communicated to me 4 weeks vehicle will be delivered so i proceeded to book other wise i would have left the same day he would have told me the waiting period is more( Customer is just fooled here)

                    Also after booking no communication form sales team about booking when i called no response from sales person then i visited the showroom to get updates and no proper updates provided so i have asked nexa customer care about my allotment and i did not complain about dealer.

                    Next day call came form MR. Ramesh and verbally harassing me why i sent email to Nexa customer service this make me more frustrated.

                    Also as a customer i have all rights to escalate please inform this your sales person, if some things goes wrong and some thing not right, because i am not taking your car for free.

                    this matter i will escalate to Maruti Suzuki, i need to know exact reason why delivery is delayed is is from Maruti or form dealer

                    Dear Nexa Customer care, you are in CC please justify my waiting time is it a delay from Maruti Suzuki or dealer.

                          Dear Sir,
                          Today i.e. 10th Feb 2021 visited the repair and service center Nankum, Ranchi. for accidental claim of my Baleno Zeta purchased on 23 October 2020.The behaviour of the staffs is very bad. The manager Mr. K.M. Mahato mobile no. [protected] has no time to talk with customers while asked on phone again and again to come and meet us he avoided to meet us.

                          They charged unnecessary for washing and sanitizing the vehicle but we refused to pay for it, it's seem that Premsons has started be fooling and malpractice to charge the maximum for the vehicle coming for accidental Claim.

                          While my vehicle has denting and painting work and a rim to be changed, the time asked them to deliver the vehicle was 18th of Feb 2012, that is too much for the work. they also said that it's difficult to deliver the vehicle before, though i told them that due to Covid'19 I have to go from Ranchi To Varanasi very occasionally and i have to go again on Saturday.

                          I have purchased the vehicle from Nexa by giving premium price for the vehicle, thinking that we would have another shop for service and repair but there is no other shop for it in Ranchi, and we have to go for the repair in the same shop, where there is lot of noise and customer as all the types of vehicle sold come to the same place for their work to be done.

                          It's seems that the premium amount given to Maruti Nexa for the vehicle keeping in mind service and other factor has been wrong.

                          It's seems that Maruti Nexa is and Maruti is far lacking behind the other companies to give premium service to the premium cost they have taken.

                          The vehicle has been taken by sales man Dheeraj mobile no. [protected].

                          NO RECEIVING OF VEHICLE HAS BEEN GIVEN TO ME.

                          Yesterday I had filled a Complain on telephone and the complain no is NX[protected] and after that the Sales Man Dheeraj phoned me and told that his manager Mr. K.M. Mahato would like to talk to me but till now no phone has yet been arrived from him.

                          Though the phone of a personal named in true caller Akash Sir Nexa Tsm called me by mobile no. [protected] but he could not satisfy me.

                          I am really depressed and sorry on my decision of purchasing the car from Nexa and paying the premium amount as it's seems to me that Maruti company has not been able to keep it's promise that we would have another shop for service and repair but there is no other shop for it in Ranchi, and we have to go for the repair in the same shop where the rest cars of Maruti make are done.

                          Maruti has cheated me.

                            I am Radhoosh be a part of nexa, I given my Baleno car for repairing on 29th Dec 2020 in Indus motors, makootam, thalassery, Kannur and it Vs get back to me on 4th Jan 2020 after completion of service .
                            But it Vs very worsty service has made on painting, fixing & also made some other scratches also .After this I informed those superviser & given my car to rectify these complaints .But still its not perfect one & they are not doing scratches what they made from his garage .
                            Also I am.attaching photos of those defects.
                            kindly look into the matter & do the needful

                                  विषय - बलीनो कार की डिलीवरी पर धोखाधड़ी कर अधिक रूपये लेने बाबत्।
                                  महोदय,
                                  उपरोक्त विषयांतर्गत निवेदन है कि निवेदक द्वारा दिनांक 23.10.2020 को बलीनो सिगमा नेक्सा ब्ल्यू कार की बुकिंग की गई थी तथा 05.11.2020 को कार की डिलीवरी ली गई। निवेदक से ग्वालियर में 671000 रूपये तथा 1500 रूपये शिवपुरी में सेल्समेन द्वारा प्राप्त किये गये। इस प्रकार निवेदक द्वारा कुल 672500 रूपये दिये गये। जबकि निवेदक को बिल इंश्यूरेंस-23645, एक्सशोरूम-554602, एक्सटेंड वारंटी-9581.60, नेक्सा कार्ड-885, ऐसेसरीज-31015, आरटीओ-48047, टीआर-1550 कुल बिल 669325.60 रूपये का दिया गया है।
                                  श्रीमानजी बलीनो सिगमा पर 15000 का डिस्काउण्ट, 5000 रूपये नवरात्रा आॅफर, 6000 रूपये काॅरपोरेट आॅफर कुल 26000 रूपये का आॅफर था इसके अलावा 3-4 हजार रूपये का और आश्वासन आॅफर देना था, जबकि निवेदक को 10000 रूपये बलीनो सिगमा आॅफर तथा 6000 रूपये काॅरपोरेट आॅफर कुल 16000 रूपये दिया गया है। इस प्रकार धोखाधड़ी कर निवेदक को गुमराह कर निवेदक से लगभग 16000 रूपये अधिक ऐंठे गये हैं। प्रारंभ से ही निवेदक को गुमराह किया गया हैं जांच कराकर निवेदक से अधिक लिये गये रूपये वापिस कराये जायें। बार-बार अवगत कराने के बावजूद भी सेल्समेन द्वारा समस्या का समाधान नहीं किया जा रहा है।
                                  अतः श्रीमानजी निवेदक से अधिक लिये गये रूपये शीघ्र वापिस कराने की कृपा करें, अन्यथा निवेदक को धोखाधड़ी का केस दर्ज कराने के लिए बाध्य होना पड़ेगा।

                                    Dear sir,
                                    I have purchased a Maruti Ignis AMT Zeta Petrol from above mentioned dealer on 19 Oct, 2020. It is strictly regretted to inform you that on 16th Oct 2020, I booked a desired no UK04 AE 9910 for the registration of the vehicle & paid the required amount Rs. 2020/- towards the booking charges through the dealer's office and I was confirmed by the dealer for the above registration number.
                                    After few day I asked the dealer for the above mentioned registration number, he just gave me the another number UK04 AE 5390 which was far different from the number booked by me. Till date I havn't received my registration paper, having which I am facing tremendous mental problems.
                                    The competent authority is hereby requested to kindly take an immediate action towards the above mentioned complaint . I am looking forward for necessary & prompt action form your end.

                                      I purchased a baleno car from you.A whining noise coming from the gear box.We contacted service center and as per their study gear box bearing gone. It has completed only 30000 Km till now.How this type of complaints will come within this small time.I am very disappointed and shocked from what happened and I find the situation very irritating. New cars simply don't do that.

                                        Through this complaint, I want to knock Sr. Management
                                        I have purchased a CIAZ Car on 16.11.2020, having registration No. PB91K7139 from Lovely Autos, Model Town, Ludhiana.
                                        They charged Rs.35196/- as per their quotation against actual Insurance receipt of Rs.31973/- i.e. Rs.3223 Extra
                                        and Charged Rs.59504/- for RC making against actual Receipt of Rs.58015/- i.e. Rs.1489/- extra.
                                        Rest how much charges are hidden, customer don't knows. When asked them to refund extra charged, they are not ready listen even.
                                        Now 20 days has been passed, no solution till date.
                                        neither Number plate fixed despite my several reminders to them nor reply to calls but before sale, they called up daily, even visits office and home to get order.
                                        So request to the Senior Management to please look into personally and refund extra amount charged
