    This is to share few of my grievances. From day one of my car purchase, I am not satisfied with few of fake promises. I was informed some accessories were free but later charged while car delivery. Again I was promised, if required, any accessories can be purchased from showroom but now again this turned out to be false. When I went to buy car body cover, they informed me billing is in one service station and delivery of the cover in the showroom. This is really ridiculous. Literally I should travel around 12 km for billing and less than 1 km (from my home) for delivery.
    Sales man/Sales manager who attended me during car purchased is now resigned. The person who attended me now does not accept the commitments made by the other.
    I would like to know if "NEXA" do not have any hard and fast rules or does it keeps on changing from time to time. This really hurts.

    Delivery of my car after my first service was delayed by 4 hours without prior information.
    Second service feedback was not up to my satisfaction.

    They also promised the so-called royal service but currently not.
    I would like to know why customers are not treated properly. We had the intention of buying one more product from "NEXA" but this service has now changed our mind.
    I would like to know why there is no transparency why selling the product? I referred many persons to this company but nowadays I am scared to do because of this bad experience.
    Why there is no easy access for customers?
    While purchasing the car WE are treated like newly wed couples but nowadays like beggars.

      Subject: using the first fastag on my name & non-activation of the second fastag after 2 months of payment (Non-activation of fastag)

      My name is kuldeep thakur (Owner of the car) and i bought my baleno delta petrol car from cm autosales: maruti and nexa dealership mohali. My sales manager was mr. Harinder ([protected]).

      My first complaint is regarding not providing the fastag on purchasing my car even i paid at that time already.

      Now my other complaint is that i have visited cm nexa mohali on 14/12/2019 for the fastag activation again. I paid rs 600/- again and today is 17/01/2020 but still, it's not activated yet. They are unable to activate it on my number. They are saying to provide us any other number. Why should i give you another number if i am not using any other number? I have only one number for 7 years. I have contacted your supervisor anuj & others (Names & contact numbers attached below). I sent text so many times but nobody has tried to call me or text me back or provide me any resolution. I have attached the bills & screenshots below and highlighted the person i have contacted for the same. Please have a look.

      I have been calling regularly to your supervisors & managers but they are not picking up my call most of the time and if they do then they say it can't be activated because your number is registered for fastag already after purchasing your car so my first concern is if i have paid already at the beginning when i purchased my car so where is that fastag? Nobody had provided me. Why i am paying again and again? Why i am suffering this problem?

      Moreover, your employee blaming on me that we can't forget to put fastag on the car while purchasing. It is that so and if you are honest then check and show me cctv footage of 06th jan 2019 when i bought my car. Show me any bill and record if you have. You guys are lying & mentally harassing me badly now. I have attached all the contacted numbers and names of the person below. Please cross-check and rectify them.

      Besides this, i had called to nexa complaint center but they said they can't register my complaint and guided me to send a complaint through email to nexa & cm nexa autosale mohali.

      Now its been more than a year & a month again and i am totally frustrated with your services. I wanted to get it resolved asap otherwise i have to take this concern to consumer court.

      I hope you will take my complaint seriously and get back to me soon with the solution.

        Hello team nexa,

        One of our vehicle was reported to your workshop excell autovista, baner pune location for the accidental repair but due to some internal problems between workshop to workshop, they had transferred our vehicle to their another location which is excell autovista wadki, pune
        The repair work has been completed a 2 months back and the bills are also paid at the same time. This case was running under insurance. At the time of vehicle delivery, workshop concerned person mr. Parshuram pakhare had stated that there seems to be some problem in steering column and it might not need to repair or replace but we advised him to get it done and they were on it with zero customer response. Our vehicle was halting at the workshop for the 15 days after the payment and the day at which they were going to deliver our vehicle to us. Your advisor/concern person was saying that this part can't be covered under insurance because there is no any accidental impact on the steering column. Now my question is 'if there is no impact then it should get covered under warranty else it should be covered under insurance. The same part was not mentioned in estimate then how can it get approved by insurance company?' after this scenario, we are being entertained by your concern persons and car is halting at our parking since last one month. We have again dropped this vehicle to you baner workshop 13 days before and in last week advisor was saying there is a problem with our gps wiring so the steering light is blinking on dashboard so i went to the workshop, disconnected all the gps connections and still there was a steering light i. E., problem was with steering column and not with our gps. Now workshop has replaced the faulty parts and not ready to cover this in warranty. Being your corporate customer, with the continuous followup with your workshop from last 2 months, you people did nothing but wasted our time and this is nothing but your lethargic behaviour.               I bought maruti baleno delta on 30 august 2019 from nexa showroom silchar. After nearly 2 months on 6 november 2019 in evening my car suddenly stopped at middle of the road. When i contacted showroom for d problem they advised me to take d car to there showroom. So i huv to book a another car to drag my car.. After reaching there they said my disk break failed so i can't b at dat time because of late evening. Again i huv to drag my car to my home.. Nxt day when i visited showroom they said my disk break failed due to new driver drive my car. So i huv give 6000 rs. Because i can not be on warranty. Now my question in dat how can disk break fail within 2 months of purchase. All cars r drive by some new drivers. I huv another car which was 10 years old. Till date my disk break didn't fail.. How after purchase of 2 months my disk break fail.. Why i huv give 6000 rs??? I need proper investigation on dis...

                Hi.. I purchased maruti baleno delta on september 2019 from silchar nexa showroom. After hardly 2 months tdy suddenly my car stop middle of road. When i inform dellar abt d matter they told me my disk break fail. I huv drag my car by another car to d showroom. They huv no idea how jst in 2 months my disk break fail. I huv no idea how a new car disk break fail??? Is it possible??

                  I had contacted nexa on road service[protected] on 09/08/2019 at 5:26 pm as my car (Ciaz alfa - ka51mm6329) was not starting. I was told technician will call back within 10 minutes. But did not recieve any call. Reminded again by calling nexa assist number (5:46, 6:11, 6:22; 6:48, 7:10). Was put on hold & told technician will call back. Finally after 2 hours of waiting on the road, was given number of technician ([protected] at 7:13 pm) who told me it is not his area & since it is very late, his "boys" will only come tomorrow morning. This inspite of me telling him that i had called 2 hours back & now getting a regular mechanic will be difficult for me now. I am stuck with a nonstarting car in traffic in bangalore. When i again called to complain, i was given a new number[protected] & again assured of a call back. I had to finally go searching for a local mechanic, who told that he does not know what has happened. I[censored] people had told me that u cant do road side assistance, i would have got a better mechanic or taken my car to a garage atleast. I can hardly believe your service standards have sunk this low. Its pathetic that u are charging for & assuring on-road assistance, while in truth u are just taking us for fools.

                    Pure fake commitments and kept postponing the each and everything from the time i booked baleno from rajalakshmi cars, Anna Nagar, chennai. I was told that all my operational things will be done and cab be delivered by last month end which was may last weeks and they postponed without my knowledge and nobody communicated to me. After i booked car nobody care to call me except by the time of getting cheques, poor response from complaince team and sales people are not serious about the commitments and deals. They refer bank only which we should prefer to get car loans and lied three will not be any processing fee... it goes on... so much happening and the cheap behaviours of murmuring to the customers. They didn't even polish my car properly when the deliver, i was told that it will take time to do good polish which will be done someother day. Please treat the customers properly and make rajalakshmi cars sales people, complaince team and managers to understand customer needs and commitments... otherwise it's a broken for people around chennai.

                        I give my baleno car for insurance (Body repair) on talegaon service center but they not resolved my actual issue and i got multiple scratches from there side. I told there manager he said mistake from our side so give one one more chance. I give my baleno car on talegaon service center for four days, after four days i got my car with number of new scratches with new color (My car color is gray and they paint gold on scratches)

                        I have all video and images pictures of proof before car give them. I really disappointed, how it possible they paint gold color on my gray color car?

                          I have baught a car s cross no. Pb-10-es-7890. I have paid all the amount for rc insurance and all other charges. Its been 4 month but deale (Sandhu motors nexa) is not paying road tax to govt. For that reason i had not recived my rc till today and whenever i call to the company the don't respond properly. You are requested to help to resolve the mattaer asap.

                            I had purchased baleno delta petrol granite grey from modern automobiles, panchkula in 2017. While driving with my acquaintance, my engine block bursted on highway without any warning lamp or indication which could have led to a major life threatening accident.
                            Immediately, i followed up with maruti on road service and got my vehicle towed.
                            We were horrified and terrified by the incident. As per the dealership, its a case of engine block bursting due to poor quality and it is a major safety concern.

                            Since, then, i am expecting nexa maruti to intervene and take strict action and give necessary direction to the dealership to repair the vehicle at zero cost.
                            This is not a natural incident and is a major manufacturing defect.

                              Sir, i purchased car from nexa, gwalior on nov 18 and my car running at aprox 2000 km only but i observed that my car front wheel apollo 17 inch alloy damaged from side without any hitting.                                 I, jagtar singh s/o s. Niranjan singh, r/o #e-85, punjabi university campus, patiala-147002, punjab india, mob.[protected], have brought my nexa s-cross car in november 2016 with registration no. Pb-11-cc-4806, after running of 13000 kms+, i noticed heavy unusual humming sound and wobbling in tyres while driving on highway. The sound is so high like driving a heavy loaded truck.
                                At the time of service on 17000 kms+, i checked this noise from hira automobiles, patiala. They said that there are often some small stones stuck in the middle of tyres, so the noise is being created. They clean the small stones stuck in the middle of tyres and rotate the tyres. After that the noise is continuing.
                                I check this noise from tyre distributer on 22000km+. Without driving the car, looking at the condition of tyres, he said that this sound is from the wheel bearing, tyres are ok and he again rotates the tyres. After that the noise is continuing.
                                At the time of service on 27000 kms+, i informed to hira automobiles, rajpura (Maruti suzuki) that the car is heavy unusual humming sound from wheel bearing while driving on highway. He said that our engineers have gone; you may come on other day.
                                I again visited hira automobiles, rajpura (Maruti suzuki) on 31000 kms+ to check wheel bearing due to unusual humming sound. Engineers check my car properly and said that your car wheel bearing and car shock absorbers (Shocker) are in very good condition. But they claimed that this unusual humming sound is due to tyres. They said that if you are not satisfied then we get another car tyre in your vehicle and check it. After driving a tire (Bridgestone) of another vehicle no sound was noticed. So, they felt that this sound was due to tyres, hence the tyres should be replaced by jk tyres. They said there is a manufacturing defect; otherwise it should go for[protected] km (Minimum). After that they addressed us jk tyres engineer will visit to you on may 3, 2019 at 4:00 pm and will check this unusual humming sound.
                                On may 3, 2019 jk tyre engineer checked the tyres and reported that two tyres were "heel, toe and wear" and two tyres were "one side wear" hence should not be serviceable (Reject)
                                I am really very upset with the service and quality of product by jk tyres provided by nexa (Maruti suzuki). I am not satisfied with tyres quality as the problem is continuing since 13000 kms. So kindly replace my tyres as soon as possible, there is a manufacturing defect in the tyres provided by nexa. So i am not able to take the loss of rs. 18000 (Eighteen thousand) to buy new tyres.

                                  Within 2 weeks battery drained out then after 2nd service mileage came to 12kmpl from 19kmpl and company claims 28kmpl
                                  After 2nd service done with 3 days again betty drain out
                                  Every time they charge and return my car
                                  Does new car battery drain like this

                                  My car got hurt on rear bumper on 7th may 2019 i went to service centre for new bumper fix but i noticed that while my car was parked in sun light in service centre my bumper colour was totally mis match with body colour and that difference is only visible in high sun light
                                  Now service centre told me to visit showroom
                                  And sales boy from whome i purchase my car is not giving any appropriate answer
                                  Now i am in daliama that why my bumper has been changed is it get little bit scratches or my car has been damaged by nexa staff
                                  Kindly register my complaint i want to exchange my car or take it back and cumpansate the valve of the car
                                  I can rather switch to hyundai or on honda which is much better then maruti nexa

                                    Reg no gj 01 ry 7834

                                    We had paid rs: 5500/- extra for selected / special no: 7834 & you have allotted the same to us provided rto receipt & provided us the number from your end.

                                    But unfortunately since last 2 years we were in continuous follow up with you for the same but though after several follow ups from our side we did not receive any response from your end neither we received the rc book.
                                    Further we finally confirmed the same with the rto ahmedabad & the it department have claimed that our car is not registered in the rto ahmedabad.
                                    Aside they also guided us that you may need to call your dealer as they have not registered the car yet since 2 years.

                                    We have already paid the entire amount related to tax insurance & other related charges @ the time of booking & delivery respectively.
                                    For the same we have been provided documents in the registration number: gj 01 ry 7834.

                                    So the responsibility was of popular wheeler & your management has not taken the thing seriously, aside in this case between this term period we had been unaware & were driving the car without passing / ins all because of you & in the case any incident had happened then who who would have been responsible for the same, moreover now you have provide us rc book of some other number & our car is diesel car & you have registered our car in petrol with some other number, we had purchased car in 2017 & passing is done from your end in 2019, if in the case for any sort of queries or fraud or any incident in future who will be responsible for the same please guid & revert on urgent basis.

                                    We have halted the car @ our home itself from the day itself when we came across this fraud.

                                    We have been in continuously follow up with you since 1 month after this acknowledge but yet there is no response from your end.

                                    Let us know the solution on prior basis or might we'll have to sort help through court legally.

                                      I purchase my car on 15th match 19 at greenpark nexa showroom. I visited okhla service center for first service and mr. Saurabh entertain me when he handover my car i found scratch on my bumper then his gm asked him to paint and deliver my car. Paint was done on the second day and car was delivered at my place. Then i found scratches on front grill badly to remove the paint. I complaint but still no action happened.
                                      And after i am facing milage issue and sound in left side. I called okhla service center and they suggested to visit gurgaon location. Then i visited gurgaon service center on 31st april. They have changed release baring and clean the injector. But still some sound found and still facing milage issue. I booked a second service yesterday and asked to pick up car at my place at 9am. But no one came till 10am. And after i called and found driver unable to come and requested to reschedule for tomorrow. I found very casual behavior from staff side. I already visited last time and faced the same issue. Mr. Varun very much helpful but not others. Last time also they haven't provide driver to pick and drop my car dated -31st april and 01st may 19. As per him they have less manpower and ask me to come to pick and drop my car specially mr. Amit who takes care my job card.

                                        I have done all servecing through authorized service center well in time and wheel of my car is plain in 35000 km due to wheel rotation is not done in service negligence please take necessary action and help me. Service advisor has not told about wheel rotation and i think wheel alignment and balancing not done in service otherwise it should not go suchtype.
