Hi Team,

I purchased the Nike shoes as per order. Now, all of sudden, a hole appears in my shoes requesting you to please arrange to do the needful as warranty. I am also attaching pictures for your reference.

Moreover, I had tried to contact the nearest Nike showroom but they were not accepting it and said "You need to contact Myntra only for all issues related to the product as you had bought from there. Requesting you to please do the needful on priority.

        I am writing this complaint to nike Because now I think nike started provide fake products to the customers..I have bought the same shoes from the amazon but this time I received the fake or copy shoes..I am completely dissappointed from the nike..It started cracking from everywhere and the soles comes out..I want new to replace..cq

        Now its enough..I m going to file a FIr against nike india..They are just making fools to the customers..They were not listening at all its been already 2week I hve registered a complaint but still nobody take action against query..

          I have bought Nike Shoes from Nike Outlet Store at Inner Circle, Connaught Place, New Delhi. Shoe's bottom part (sole) getting detached from upper part within 3 months of purchase.
          Purchased on 02nd Apr'21 from Nike Stores in Rs. 16000/- (on MRP). Credit Card has been swapped in the name of BDA CO. NEW DELHI

          Product Quality so poor which is not at all expected. Shoe details are as below:

          Made in Vietnam
          Size UK7
          Type CT2229-100

          Tag photo, detached sole phots are attached. Request you to get free replacement of shoes being in warranty for 1 year.

            Order amount deducted with no successful order placed.

            I have placed an order for 2 air Jordan shoes via Nike.com, I couldn’t complete the transaction as I failed a number of times. They have deducted an amount of Rs, 16461 but it shows that my transaction is fail and no order is placed and I have not received any mail....

            I regret informing you that a product with such a good MRP came out to be poor in quality. The shoes started cracked and Being a regular buyer of your Brand’s products makes it difficult for me to accept the product received.

              I placed an order on Nike's website today, the amount was debited from my account but no order was placed. After so many attempts to call, the reply received was that they will notify me in 5-7 business days. Now there is no response yet and it's already 1-2 hours of making payment.

                      I ordered Nike Revolution 5 EXT Men's Running shoes on Nov 2020 and it was an UPI transaction.
                      The product couldn't be delivered due to KYC.
                      Since then I've been chasing for the refund(today is 25th April 2021).
                      My bank has stated that NIKE HAS BEEN REJECTING THE CHARGE BACK, my bank is not even able to track the refund.
                      And the customer service is pathetic, they don't even understand what a chargeback is. I have tried speaking to a manger as well and she herself was not well versed about how the refund is processed and to make it even more difficult they don't even have financial department who can address these issues.
                      I am stuck here!
                      It has been an absolute nightmare.

                          The refund was processed by Nike.com on 17th of march, i.e. and it has been 12 days since then and I haven't received the refund in my account yet. I have 6327 rupees stuck with them and dlocal refunds was used for refund processing. Dlocal refunds sent me an email asking for my bank details and I provided it on 18th of march and I still have not received the refund into my account. This has been the worst shopping experience I could ever think about. I cannot track the refund, nor dlocal refunds has been sending me any confirmation emails regarding my money.

                                I went to the nike store in new delhi, Select City Walk yesterday on 01/03/2021, and bought a nike air max 90s which was a gift for my friend, somehow he didnt like it and thus i went back to the store today 02/03 / 2021 to get a refund and however the employee at the store refused to refund and wanted me to take something else which i didnt like . So i gave them the receipt including the shoes, because what they care about is your money and they hardly care about customers, i even spoke to customer care no assistance on their behalf . I let my 11500 rs to waste but i will never buy nike again . Take money if you want more i may transfer that too . But i learnt that this company has zero policies that satisfy a customer .

                                  I have purchased 5 items at your madgoan Goa store.Out of which 2 items are found to be of no quality as we desire from nike.
                                  1.BV[protected] a Track pant.
                                  As it is torn at knee area
                                  2.CJ0291-002 a running shoes.
                                  As It is torn at toe area and the front area of sole is about to come out including the Nike logo is about to come out.
