I purchased nike aa5739-001 shoes from the nike showroom at connaught place shop no. B-26. The problem is i received the bill with name of seller dev crockery store instead of nike store so i just feel that it is fraud with me or he is selling fake or copy shoes of nike on their branded showroom. I purchased 3 pair of shoes from nike factory outlet sec 14 gurgaon on 24th nov, 2018. I wanted to return the item on the same day for a refund. The store owner refused to issue the refund. I tried to make the return within 10 minutes of purchase. They asked me that you can go to conaumer court but we can not refund your money as per nike's policy.

I had purchased a new nike shoe from jabong in the monthend of july which i received in 1st week of august. After 2-3 uses i felt pain in left leg. I called up so many times to your customer care number but didn't got any response, then i dropped a mail on 7th september on customer care email id, after 2 week, i got a revert from mr rakesh (Customer support) to provide invoice copy. I provide same next day. Till then i didn't get any revert...

My husband had purchased the nike air max shoes for 17995 in january 2017. The sole of one of the shoes got punctured in less than 6 months and we got them exchanged for the nike zoom all out shoes on 16 october 2017. These also got punctured within 7 months. My husband was posted in an area where we could not exchange the shoes. When we finally went to the shop they said they could not do anything about it and we were told to contact nike india directly... These shoes are very expensive and if they cannot last for more than a year then what’s the point of buying them. I too had the nike air max shoes which got punctured but mine was bought in australia and they readily exchanged mine there... Kindly do the needful as this is due to faulty product...

On april 30 2018, i bought a nike arrowz sneakers. I have been using it for a while which was pretty comfortable. Because of my busy schedules, i didn't notice a design fault in my shoes which i'm pretty much sure that it was there since i bought the shoes. There was a bulge in the toe of the right pair. Then again i tried to continue with the product believing that it will go by its own and it never happened. Now when i look at my shoes i feel more embarrassed. The shoes worth rupees 6500inr which i'm wearing is having some serious design fault which makes me clearly disappointed with the nike brand; again the iconic nike swoosh vanished within a few usages. I can’t wear my shoes in public because of this ugly damage.

I recently purchased nike men's core lock training gloves 2.0, medium size from nike store at gvk mall, banjara hills, hyderabad. The underside of the glove has padding which promptly terminates around the thumb area and once i lift weights at the gym, the edge of the thick padding digs into my skin around the thumb. Needless to say it is really painful to lift weights using these gloves as it reddens the whole area of palm around thumb. I haven't been able to use the gloves after initial try and these expensive gloves worth rs 2000 have been a total waste of money. When i tried returning these the sales executives were most unhelpful and useless. A good brand like nike should take care of these design issues and also offer better customer service in case customer is not satisfied with the product due to genuine issues. Even after spending money this issue has caused me needless anxiety. The least they could have done is replace the gloves with a better pair. I m sorely disappointed in nike and don't plan to ever trust them again with any more purchases.

We bought a nike shoe from reliance footprints, db mall, bhopal which has a nail inside it. Already the customer using it is diabetic and any sort of cut in foot is very risky for diabetic patient. I am attaching the pics of shoe and socks which got torn because of the nail which he wore for morning walk. It’s a request, look over it and give a response as soon as possible. Nike being such reknowned world wide brand, nobody would expect such a big defect.

As i am a regular customer of your nike products. This is first time i got your product damaged, its manufacturing defect. I purchased a nike shoe from rj corp ltd, nike store, lulu mall cochin. I rarely use this shoe i have already informed the matter in the shop. They told me to inform you please take this matter and kindly replace us the product.. I wish to inform you that we have purchased the Nike Shoes (model - Nike Flex Experience RN 7 )(copy of the bill attached for reference) in the month of July 2018. In four months time, one shoe out of the pair is in completely bad shape (image attached for your reference). For the past 5 years, I am using Nike Shoes and a hardcore believer of the brand and its quality. But to my surprise its been the first time ever the shoe got into this bad shape.

I hope to expect a replacement of the faulty pair at the earliest.

Kindly look into the matter and if you require any details or clarifications from my side I am ready to cooperate to the fullest.

Looks that you are now dil delaying my request in connection with my complain and reminder there of on the subject cited above.
In the first instance i wrote you in the month of august ie 4th august 18 and after that continued reminder so many times.
The original bill and address of the store along with photo of the defective area of the shoe was also send to you and again a fresh and clear copy of the shoe bill was sent to you but you replied that you will be back on september 10 and again after reminder it e mailed that you will be back after 22th september 18. But till date no action has been taken and the issue remains unresolved

I have purchase a shoe at your Saharaganj mall Lucknow store, your sale team ask me this shoe is very durable and good but used within 3 month he break it mesh(Net), after the damage i was visit at your store then your staff ask me this is not approved just because this is accidental, but this is not accidental ok this is manifesting defected please change my shoe otherwise i will never trust your brand and...

I have a bid user of nike for than 20years and it's best but 2 years back a shoe for gym and condition become wrose and i use just in gym ots really very very sad that it didnt last long. Kindly see the condition i use just for one hour and it become like this sending the photos and u can know how bad it is. The soul the pad all came out. Kindly take action

[protected]@gmail.com please take action on the complaint i have provided all the documents through the mail i'd at [protected]@nike.com i complain for defective shoe at 1st october but it's 28 oct but there is no email for replacement of shoe

I purchased nike men navy blue lunar prime ii training shoes for men size 8 uk and the same was ordered from myntra and was delivered on 30.06.2018. After few days use both left and right shoes started wearing out and now they have torn from the mesh.
I am regular nike user and this is the first time i had a bad experince.
Please exchange the shoes or repair the same at the earliest.

By mail because my shoe fully damage they are telling we contact you 15th oct after that 22nd oct and till date not respond sir i am regular customer nike but they given me defect peace and now i complain but they not reply my mail i'd shivendra. Bill no. S18/4230 dated 30.07.2018 from s p lifestyles, nike factory store, hsr, bangalore. Running shoe casting 2997.50 to be exchanged immediately as the shoe was defective an downed up in the front within 2 months. Complaint lodged at the shop on 2nd october 2018 and was informed that the replacement shoe will be available within 15 days. But still no confirmation received. My e mails also there is no response at all.
Replace the shoe immediately.

There was a shopping i had done in month of august 26 sunday 2018 in which i had taken shoes, couple of sorts, and others stuff, it's not even 2 months and i found defect in 1 product in which 1 had already raised a complaint to the nike factory store in dahisar to the store manager he requested me to keep the shorts with him so he will send the product for checking, theh short which i bought of which threads started coming out. I kindly request you to please look after the matter seriously the short which i have bought its for 2700. If nike make such defected products

I regret to inform you that the sole of the left and right shoe came off and paste is also out and gap occurs within a one month of the purchase.

I bought a nike deodorant from amazon order no[protected] which was ordered on 13th october 2018 and was delivered on 15th october 2018. This product did not have any smell and when i checked the expiry date it was till 22nd feb 2028. I was shocked that how can a beauty product have an expiry of 10 years. This was sold by beauty dream. They are total cheats and amazon is encouraging these cheats. Its a shame!!

I bought one shoe from nike factory outlet at jail road, tilak nagar, new delhi. I tried the shoe on right foot it was comfortable which made me buy that shoe but when i started wearing it the next day in the gym i was having pain on my left foot heel side which i thought there is something wrong with my foot but i tried using different shoes as well but none of them causes that pain. I tried calling the store and ask for return they said that i have wore the shoe and they cannot take it back as they would not be able to resell it. I am trying to get a hold of nike customer care the day i bought the shoe apparently they are closed and everytime a new date is published on email and on phone lines that they will come back soon now i'm stuck with a shoe which i bought for comfort and that is not giving me any of it.
