Hi team,
I have bought the shoes just two weeks back from nike bangalore store which is located in old hal road near to brand factory. After two week, upper layer of shoe got teared out while i was dancing. The design of thread got teared out completely.

I don’t know whom to contact for this. It has 6 months of warranty/guarantee. My mobile number is [protected] in case any other details are required.

    I am in upcountry location allahabad and i cannot find shoelaces of your nike shoes which i have at any outlet. Highly dissapointed by it as shoe company should keep accessories for their products at least. Not speaking about other company shoes but if a customer has availed shoes or any other article from nike he/she should be able to use it with comfort hasselfree. Requesting you to please stock extra chargeable shoelaces at all stores and kindly redressal be provided about this matter asap.

      I have bought nike shoe from nike factory, rmall, mulund west on 12th aug 2017 with shoe details as below:

      Cost: 7295.00

      I would like to bring to your notice that my nike shoe condition has gone very bad within a year of buying it even after me using my shoe very rarely and hence i would like to lodge an official complaint on the same.

      I was really surprised and angry to see the condition of the shoe from such a branded company even after spending more that 7000rs for such a shoe. Does our money value is so less to you? Don't you think any shoe with such huge amount should work for atleast 2-3 years?

      I have been using nike brand from past couple of years but i never had such a bad experience and i would request you to please look into this on a serious note if you want people to continue using your brand.

      Pfa the bill and shoe pic for your reference.

      Note: i went to the nike factory store and they agreed with me that this is really a manufacturing defect but they are unable to do anything as this has passed warranty phase.

      Request you to please look into this urgently and reply on this as we as a customer gets really disappointed on this and don't expect a brand like nike can manufacture shoes like this.

        My shorts tore off in 3 months which i purchased from nike's company store in guwahati. I purchased the shorts on 3rd june 2018 during evening time.in just 3 months it tore off and when i went to the nike store in guwahati. They denied me help saying that i don't have a bill copy. To confirm that i asked my friend who owns adidas stores, he told me that printout of the duplicate bill is possible by going to the day sales section in the software. I told the same thing to the nike store people, they denied that too, saying that they cannot take out a duplicate copy. As far as i know, a printout is possible but they were totally not willing to do it. I bought the shorts that was a bit expensive for me and tearing off in just months is just not tolerated. If they were not allowed it could have been fine but they just denied thinking that i dont know anything about the billing and claim process. The way guwahati's nike employees carry on their duties towards customer is just shameful. The article number of the product is im#368545

          I purchased Nike Mercurials on 26th May, 2018 from Shaheen Bagh, Kalindi Kunj, Jasola, New Delhi and after using it for a while the sole of both the shoes is coming off, right and left shoe. This problem is getting very common with Nike cleats.
          I hope you look into the matter and grant a replacement or give credits which i can use to buy another cleats probably for a higher price.

            I am kalpesh mchheda, want to make a point to bring to your knowledge the issue that i recently faced with the nike shoes. This is intact the first time something like this has happened from last 18 to 20 years since i am buying the nike shoes, i have almost bought 7 to 8 pairs of nike shoes till date.
            About the nike shoes, it has been 3 months since i am using it and that to only for gym use and have recently just washed with water and after that the colour got merged of the nike shoes i was to disappointed to see something like this for the first time and would surely like replacement for the same because for a moment i thought were the nike shoes duplicate? Or have they compromised with the quality?

              Had bought a Nike air max running shoe from the retail outlet in mantri mall, Bangalore on November 2017. It’s been 9 months since the purchase the shoes have been punchers. Spent 16000 for this. The quality nike is offering is utterly disappointing. Product was purchased on 4 November 2017. From Nike store at mantri, Malleshwaram. Invoice number : NK076\04475.

              Purchased the pair of shoe from Myntra app and I have many pairs, so I keep on rotating my shoes.
              Since this particular shoe started changing it's colour from white to yellow after wearing it 10-15 times, earlier I thought there is some issue with the storage, but later I saw it is changing it's colour, which looks very bad.
              Kindly see that matter.

                I wouldn't have purchased this shoes if i would know that nike sales faulty shoes at a discounted price. It is heartily disappointed by your replay. Such expensive shoes get defected in 120 days is a big matter of concern, its spoil reputation of a nike brand. Next time i have to look for another trustworthy shoe brand.

                I get to know about you policy on discounted product after i received tax invoice. Then also i trusted brand and kept this shoes but withing four months time its sole peel off.

                Once again i request you to please consider for replacement of this shoes.

                I hope you will give a positive reply.

                It's been only three months and the quality of shoes was so bad that the shoes net is torn, went to showroom for replacement they said that do online complain, we cannot replace.
                This is first time I bought Nike shoes very bad experience.

                  I ordered a pair of shoes "nike train speed 4" at rs 4074 from jabong.com on 27th july 2018 and got on 1st august 2018... Order no.[protected]... But after a single wash i saw was unexpected... Colour of it's sole has completely removed... Now it is neither black nor white... With the brand like nike it is hard to believe that such things can be happen... Shoes looking so ugly... Regarding this i called jabong support system but they denied claiming that nike does not provide any warranty or any replacement at above 25% discounted product.. Now i am helpless...                     I brought track pant in xl size Nike brand they quality was very poor clothing material was so cheap i brought 2 pc of track pant both are same quality issue please do somethings n take action on nike product price are so high n quality zero .nike shoes good but other product are not at i am v disappoint with Nike brand please resolve this problem otherwise i can't prefer Nike Brand product

                      I purchased the nike slippers in march and have been using them for only 5 months. Today my slippers broke and it was difficult for me to come back home with a broken slipper.
                      I have only been using them for walking activities. No running or playing. I mostly used them indoors while painting flower pots during my holidays.

                              Hello Nike Team,

                              Unfortunately, I am writing to share my pain story of shopping & wearing first Nike shoe; which I always wanted to buy.

                              I visited the Nike showroom - Pheonix Market City Mall, Bangalore on 23 Jun. Since this is the first time I was buying Nike; I express the purpose o[censored]sing shoe in simple English.

                              All day standing and walking

                              The guy showed me Pegasus and 'Winflow'. After trying both I bought Winflow UK8 size for INR 7995 (USD123) approx. I wore shoes for 3 hours at home and my feet started paining, so I decided to visit and store and explain that the shoe is not comfortable.

                              On 28 Jun:

                              At the store; I requested to exchange with a different kind of shoe.

                              The gentleman at counter-argued in a very humiliating way in front of other customers and store staff and refused to exchange; he went on saying - “I can give in writing that this shoe cannot be exchanged”. This was totally turn off point for me and I was ready to walk out of the store; leaving the shoe at the counter. Meanwhile, another person from the store came and spoke something in regional language and asked permission from this extremely arrogant senior to show another shoe. And on the mercy of Nike senior (manager), I got to try other shoes.

                              I never expected such behavior for Nike shopping. It is not the first time I have been into a showroom or buying an international brand, I have been using shoes of Puma & Skechers which was comfortable and not to mention the staff was also very courteous.

                              Anyway, the guy showed “react” and “vomero”. I felt little relief in Vomero but I was reluctant in buying due to its high cost. The salesman mentioned Vomero is really nice and little pain what I felt will go as I continue wearing shoe.
                              He added “shoe will take shape as your feet and it will not pain on the arch as it was in Winflo”

                              I bought Vomero 13 with additional INR 4500 (USD 69) approx.

                              On that day I bought The Most expensive shoes in my lifetime USD 192 approx.

                              I am wearing Vomero13 size UK8 from 5 days - especially when I wore it from morning 7 to evening 10 - which is actually intended use.

                              My feet were paining like anything and now I have no intentions to visit the Nike showroom because I think 200 USD is nothing in front of my self-respect also the sales guys made it very clear that next time they cannot exchange it I should find my way with customer care only.

                              Yesterday I had been to the same place but my wife didn’t allow me to take the shoe check if they can exchange as she didn’t want us to get us humiliated again. I tried “Skechers” shoes yesterday which is half the price but double the comfort; however, I can’t buy it because I spent USD 200 already and now I am stuck with uncomfortable Nike shoe.

                              I have provided detailed shoe buying experience because “Nike” as the company should know how customers are treated and Nike shoes can be uncomfortable. I am not only disappointed with Nike shoe but arrogant staff too.

                              I request refunding money (INR 12495/-) please, and let me know where can I courier uncomfortable shoes (would not prefer visiting any Nike store again).

                              I have purchased Nike Air Zoom Vomero 10 Running Shoe pair on Dec 2017 from sec-14 Nike outlet Gurugram. Its not been a year and there is problem in shoes pasting. I went to the store but they denied to fix it. Very dissapointed with this.

                                I purchased Nike flyknit epic react in pink color on 30th April for Rs16000/-
                                The things at the back which they claim is to provide the support is not of good quality and thus causes me shoe bite whenever I wear. Since April till today, I wore it hardly 4 times because of the shoe bite. 3 weeks back I randomly went to a store and told them my problem and they said you come with the shoe and we will check so I went to the select city walk first floor store from where I purchased the product, he checked the shoe and asked me to raise a complaint to the customer care, and they will definitely revert because this is a genuine case. I did so, customer care replied saying if it is material or workmanship flaw, Nike will replace the product. So I went to the store again and then the same person there said that Nike has not provided a proper reply.
                                It is so amusing that Nike store is questioning their own service centre.
                                Moreover that rude person said that you are getting it because of the fit issue.

                                I literally had to shout it over there to get myself heard.
                                I wore the shoe in front of them and showed that it is not because of the fit but because of the material of that thing causing shoe bite.
                                Then one of the salesman understood my problem and agreed that it is not the fit issue.
                                Still that person names Deepanshu was adamant that it is a fit issue.

                                Imagine why would a person come fighting after purchasing a 16000 shoe!!!
                                The worst is I travelled all the way to the mall to get stupid reply and no action.

                                I am not asking for my money back, all I am asking is for a good pair of shoes. I really wanted a Nike shoe from long and thus I chose the best that was there that time, and It ended up in complete dissapointment.

                                Nike please reply. Please give a proper reply and maintain your brand value by employing a good staff who would understand.

                                Hi team,

                                Today I got a reply where the consumer care has asked me to wear the shoe and then when I get a shoe bite send them the imagine. Imagine such a huge company asking us to hurt ourself for their proof.

                                Look at their ways of brushing aside the issue.
                                If they do not want to change, they can simply say so but take back their claim of replacing and all.

                                As asked by them I have provided the shoe bite picture which I will share here as well for proof.

                                Their customer care number is hardly reachable. It would ring for about 20seconds and then get cut automatically.

                                I was supposed to receive a reply from them by last friday. But did not recieve any reply. Now when trying to call the customer care they say the number has updated though I am calling the same updated number.

                                This is seriously so dissapointing, such huge company having problems in call connections and all. I dont understand what is the point even penning down the complaint here as well, because I see no action is taken. Can this forum not help us? Can this not be highlighted?

                                Are people only required to pay taxes? And not heard when in problem?

                                  I bought a pair of nike shoes from the factory outlet in Gurgaon sec 14 on july 1st.there is some problem with one of the shoe.when we went to the outlet on 14th of july and asked for the same pair of shoes, we were told that the product was not availabe.we asked for a credit note so that we can come later when the product was available or we can buy the product from some other outlet.we were told nike has no credit note or return policy.you have to buy something from the store.you can not even buy or exchange from any other store except the one they recommend.I was shocked...though after so many arguments they agree to arrange the same pair of shoe and told we have to accept it.what if again there is something wrong with the product.now I want my money back as I dont find the outlet authentic.

                                    I had gone with my younger brother to purchase a boot. But the way they dealt with me was not at all acceptable. I had expected a minimum courtesy. I was extremely happy about Nike products but the service was extremely disappointing. They were not even showing me all the products. Is this the way they should treat customers?. The products is of high quality and I hope to get the same level of service from Nike. Being not at all happy with the service I had to buy boots from Adidas. Hope something would change in near future

                                      Refund money request - I am really surprised with this shoe, I did not know when it was bursts while running. I have lost faith from the company. I requested to return Amount within a week, Otherwise I will go consumer code.

                                        Dear Sir/Madam,

                                        This is to inform you that I bought a pair of Nike track pants from Nike Official Retail Outlet from Infinity Mall (Malad) Mumbai Suburban area 6 - 7 months ago do not remember the exact date and month of purchase. I have been using it since the time of purchase for gym and training purpose. I have always been Nike admirer for sports and tracking purpose. I had bought these expensive track pants at the cost of 3099/-

                                        Now I am terribly upset and would like to take a dig at manufacturing level as the official Nike Logo from my pants just came out got peeled off a week ago still wondering how? How can logo on a brand like Nike can just come out? Has Nike not been paying attention to the quality which we all Nike loyal consumers know since ages? Has the manufacturing been given to the wrong hands to sell cheaper quality at high prices?

                                        I am attaching a front picture of the product where the Nike Logo could be seen earlier in silver print. It's not visible now but it got peeled off. I am stating this request to either give me a full replacement of this track pants with same new pants or give me a full refund money back. If I don't get my refund then I would most likely move to consumer court for this poor quality and cheating consumers on high prices offering cheaper quality from your plush Nike retail stores.

                                        I am terribly upset at this manufacturing glitch of Nike products in my eyes. This is not what we know about Nike a leading sportswear brand in the world. I hope to receive feedback on this complain soon.
