I would like to bring to notice on the disgusting service provided by whirlpool's authorized service provider (Nikhil enterprises, Hyderbad. Contact No:[protected]. I had raised a complaint with whirlpool customer care(Complaint No:06354) about malfunctioning of my refrigerator. (Whirlpool - double door - lower section - Improper cooling). My complaint was routed to NIkhil enterprises and the service representative(Mobile No:[protected]) indicated that circulation fan needs to be replaced and the same was done on 15th March. However in less than 20 days, the problem resurfaced and I really suspect the genuinity of the replaced part and the technician's service capabilities. We raised a new complaint with whirlpool customer care (Complaint no: 04204) and have contacted the technician on 5th April and indicated abt the problem. He promised to come on same day and communicated different reasons and never turned up. He finally postponed it to 6th April at 9.30AM. On 6th April, He did not even have the courtesy to respond to multiple calls that were made. Considering the season we are in, it is difficult to be accomodative in not having the refrigerator in working condition. All the expensive medications/perishables are now spoilt. More than anything, its the irresponsible nature of the service provider that is making it sick. I will never want to recommend or go for any whirlpool product in future
Today, when a call was made to the technician. There was no response again and when called from a different number, He answered the phone. It clearly shows that is he is avoding to fix the re-occured problem. We do not want to get this fixed with the same technician now.
I urge to take appropriate action and pay for my losses and strict action initiated towards the service provider (Nikhil enterprises) for entertaining such technicians
