My name is vivek,
I have purchased mattress from pune 20 months back, mattress has dent in it since long time but i thought replacing when date comes near.

I called nilkamal furniture pune ([protected]), they are not responding properly, they are saying "we will contact you again", "i'll get back to you"
I called couple of times.

They did not talk about we'll visit and resolve the complaint.

      I bought 6 pairs of chairs in 2015 from dealer at nashik city near shalimar. It than started to break on its own. Now total 3 chairs are broken. My mom fell down as both the rear legs brooked. I had a word with mr prashant and he as assured me that he will do the needful. But i never expected that the chairs will break in two years as, pp material will bend but not break.         This is the 2nd time i am writing in this website but no one has concern from nilkamal. I am attaching my 1st complain here, because no one has taken action against my complain.

        This company is is simply making money from customer but they are not bothering about the service. There is no mail id or customer care number to give the complain of this company.

        So please take action accordingly, as per attached 1st complain.

          The glass fixed to the legs is moving and not permanently finished. Due to that i am fearing it may fell and break at any point of time. I approached the local retailer from whom i bought not turned and my request is a deaf ear. He simply gave some fixing screw drivers errors suitable for it which may not serve the purpose.             Bought a nilkamal freedom cabinet online through, amazon.in. Order was placed on 19/1/2018 & delivered on 24.01.2018. Instead of delivering fitted cabinet i received it disassembled in 2 packets.
            The deliveryman was unable to give any contact number so mthat we can contact the person who will assemble it. My order no. Was[protected] dated 19.01.2018
            Please help. I am ready to pay if you send someone to solve my problem.

              The bookshelf neelkamal 044 cb cabinet worth rs5000 was delivered with missing parts due to which i can not assemble it. The manual showed 5 wooden planks to be used as the back for the shelf but they were missing. Another part which was to be used as a front door for the shelf seems to be too short and narrow. There may be some other parts which may be also absent and i could not recognize them.

              I ordered a sliding wardrobe (order confirmation number [protected]) from at home online store. Firstly it was not fitted well by their technicians and secondly it is hardly 2 weeks since I have started using it and the doors have started to misalign themselves and have started to come out. Complaint sent to the company but no one responds.
              No installation done yet for order no [protected]-1 more than one month over only appointment are fixed no visit three appintment fixed we wait for technician at end of day they say that we are not able to visit

                  Good day!

                  Sub: issue with nilkamal king size mattress, it’s all most 3 months, still there is no update on my mattress.

                  Issue with king size mattress which i purchase on 9, oct 2016. I call customer care but no luck, saying unable to connect and can you please help here and do the need full.

                  Issue with the mattress is one side its getting down and up's, i am attaching the bill and guarantee card for your reference.

                  Upon calling, i have received your (Grurprasad) phone number as a area executive of nilkamal and when i call you regarding the complain of my mattress, you have visited my home and collect the photo graphs and original bills and promise me, that i will get the replacement of this mattress. Whenever i am calling your number, your promising me that i will get the replacement soon and always giving the extension date, but till now i have not received any update. What is the issue why i am not getting my mattress replacement? Why such delay is happening?

                  I have purchase this king size mattress on 9, oct 2016. Issue with the mattress is one side its getting down and up's. I have submitted all the original bills to this mail. — [protected]@nilkamalmattrezzz.com, [protected]@gmail.com

                    There's discoloration and patchy fungus like formation on both the chairs. It, s been only 1.5 yrs i was given a 5yrs quality assurance. I would appreciate if those two chairs can be replaced with the crystal model of the same chair. I do not mind paying a little extra if i get an exchange for the same with the crystal model.

                      I purchased one elmazon (3 door) alimarh from m/s. Laksh, residency road, jammu on 21.01.2017 vide bill no. 712 dated 21.01.2017. Three months earlier there was problem with the central locking system for which i contacted the dealer. I had even sent the photos to the dealer on whatsapp and requested the dealer to depute someone to resolve the problem but till date no one has come to attend the problem.

                        I purchased a set of 4 knock down rubber wood chairs that was delivered before 15th oct 2017 in lalghati, bhopal.
                        The customer care started calling us 10 days later for installation starting from 25/ 26th oct 2017, thereafter consecutively booking installation dates 5 times (Five times)!
                        Never have the technitions reached our house.
                        For the 5th time they called on 19th november 2017, booking the date for installation on tuesday, 21st november 2017, time 12noon to 2 pm.
                        As usual no one came. Following is the automated message that they send after booking.
                        "customer, we have received installation reschedule request for your ticketid 7j31-33998bpscan-4151062. If you have any complaints on our service, please call us on[protected]. We will get back to you shortly. www.jeeves.co.in"

                        We are looking at a solution to this issue.
                        And seriously condemn this harrasment perpetrated on us by the customer care.

                          I bought a couch from nilkamal 1 year back. It is a reclining couch for the living room. Levers in the couch are not working properly and it is stuck at one angle.                             Hi,

                            Recently (3 months) i bought "nilkamal dream 4-inch double size coir mattress" from amazon. The mattress has become hard and completely sag at few sides.
                            I have raised complaint almost 45 days back, but no action yet. Its under warranty. But not getting proper response. Looks like nk people's are very lazy and dont believe in after sales support. This my last buy with nk, will never do this mistake.

                              I purchased "nilkamal fb1 freedom cupboard with 1 mirror - deep blue and grey" product online on 12th sept'2017. They delivered a "defective" product when i was not at home on 22nd sept'2017. I saw the product on that evening and called up the delivery person. He said, he will raise a complaint. Meanwhile, i also raised a complaint to their customer care through e-mail on the same night. They replied back asking for "proof of damage". Yes, that's the "brand" value of @home and nilkamal for you. I shared the images that i have shared in this portal. They replied assuring that the product would be replaced or a refund would be made. It's more than 2 months after i placed the order and more than 1 month after the defective product delivery!! @home / nilkamal have stopped responding to my communications and that damaged product still lies in my hall. I'm planning to take legal action on these guys. While posting here saw that there are already 83 complaints before mine. I'm still posting here just to add the count but will take legal route to solve my problem. Be aware consumers. This is the "brand" value of @home/nilkmal for you...

                                I have purchased nilkamal sofa and dinning set from greater noida. The product was damaged and have made 20- 30 times calls. But there is no response and they simply say that they will come tomorrow. Would request all to no purchase the product from nilkamal. Product quality and service is non responsive.

                                Also I have sent mail to delhi.[protected]@nilkamal.com and called their representative Mr Vikas on cell no [protected]. But there is no respnose.

                                  I have purchased full home decor as 2 almirah, 1bed, 2 sofa set, xchairs, table, shoe rack and iron stand. After 15days almirah screw point was loosed and one door of almirah broken. After complaining to sales representatives of nilkamal in gonda (M/s goel) he suggested me to contact customer care of nilkamal, when i reached to customer care the representative alloted a person to come and we have contacted many time to that person still he hadn't t responded.
                                  Finally i want to say its better to purchase from local carpenter than to buy from this hypocrite type brand.

                                    I have bought 2 chairs from metro bazaar in ahmedabad. After purchasing chairs with in 45 days chair is broken from arm side. I have called them so they say no warrenty is for damage. So my que. Is simple that for which you are giving warrenty. If your chair cant bother weight of 60kg. Its better not to make this kind of chairs.. So please give me suggetion where to complaint and exchange this chair

                                      Very bad quality of products and the worst service.

                                      I purchased a recliner sofa at koramangala, bangalore branch in july and the quality of the product is so bad that it had to be sent for service/repair thrice in the very first two months. The foot rest part just tears off when we sit extend and place our legs. More over they delivered it today with the torn part as it is and in a dirty condition.

                                      The managers - ashok and madhav are least bothered about the complaint and they never answer their phones when called to check the status.

                                      I do not wish to keep this any more. I demand to refund the amount paid for this defective product.

                                        I had purchased a shoe rack from home decor city center mall raipur chhattisghar on 05.08.2017 for rs. 3, 711/- on cash. But while delivering the product it was damaged and the merchant had promised me to replace the same within 2 weeks. I had been in touch with the merchant till yesterday but i have not got the replacement. Every time i ask for replacement i am told that they have not yet got the stock and will be replacing my product within next week. Its been 41 days now still i have not received my product kindly guide me what i have to do now?
