Bed set is received in damaged condition.
Parts were broken. Everywhere cracks are appearingon which patches and cello tape were stick. Wheels are lost. I want replacement of whole unit as changing few parts will creat problem s very soon. Dealer is not ready to consider and saying as u pitches in discounted price so we don't take any responsibility.
Nikamal is trusted brand. But this time my experience is very disappointing.
I never imagined that a damaged product will be sold by nikamal in the name of clearance sale.
I purchased all my furniture from nilkamal and i was totally satisfied. But this time i am feeling helpless and ditched by the company as nobody is ready to consider my complaint.
Dealers are behaving as they have donated me this furniture free of cost.

    Dear sir
    your company exhibition on dtd 19th sept at K P ground at Nagpur, I like contract 01 soft pvc chair and I ordered 2 qty of chairs and I requested the person who was there to deliver the same to my address for confirming he gave me your company cateloug and tick mark the left fig of Contract 01 soft pvc and promise to deliver the same.
    Today they deliver the chair in the late evening but i surprise that product
    delivered to us is quite different than what we saw in the exhibition .They deliver Contract 01 fabric which is very inferior product.(I paid for soft pvc).
    I bought this for my Hall thinking that shining soft pvc look with still rod will give marvelous look to my Hall but dull and inferior look of contract 01 fabric chair upset me and my family.
    I am very much upset that how can company like Neelkamal big brand not
    bothered to delivered the product of consumer choice.
    Now how i can get product of my choice ? can you deliver the correct product and take back the old one.

      I bought two Weekender Plastic Outdoor Chairs and a Spacio Computer Table,
      the both chairs got damaged means the legs got broken while sitting due to this my relatives hospitalized.

      Coming to computer table all the rollers which is provided to move the table keep on breaking, till now i changed 2 to 3 times again the same situation occurs.

      I contacted the seller several times, He also says can't do anything, that to he is dealer for Nilkamal products.

      Request you to please resolve my issue without fail, I hope Nilkamal will take care of customer satisfaction.

        i had placed an order for nilkamal sneham xl (78x 36) through their dealer 'balaji furniture, banaswadi, bangalore-33 by giving advance on 11th july 2016. as per mr. r. c. jain's commitment the delivery lead time was 2-3 days.

        after continues follow up till date there is no clue of the delivery. so i got in touch mr. senthil number through your mumbai office where he committed the delivery today or tomorrow.

        Just to ensure about the commitment of mr. senthil, i wrote the customer service about the situation and requested them to ensure the delivery onn 17th as per senthil. but again it was in vain.

        After requesting and as per mr. senthil's committment we never got the mattress till date. nilkamal is having its worst service level.

          I bought chair no 238661 of nilkamal from reliance mart, rajkot about one month ago.

          After two weeks it will suddenly broke from rear leg under normal load condition. Date of manufacturing on chair is april, 2016. I complaint about this in reliance mart. Person of reliance mart said there is no guarantee of plastic product. Please instruct sales person of reliance mart head to do the needful.

            This is the store in Rajaji Nagar, Bangalore.
            Bought 2 pcs of "blackout curtains" for approximately Rs. 2100 value. As soon as I installed it at home, I noticed the extremely poor finish. One curtain was way shorter than the other. The edges were not even cut straight. 1 was blacking light out and the other was not. I called the store to ask for my money back as I did not want to exchange and find the same issues over and over again. The asst store manager, after much persuasion, assured me that the refund would be put back to my credit card when I send the bill thru my representative the next morning. Next morning, they made my person wait for 1 hour at the store and said credit card refund is not possible. And cash refund can be done only after that amount is collected from the store and hence, we will have to wait till a sale or 2 happens! There was no commitment in terms of time. They couldn't be bothered less when I told them I will take them to consumer court. After I fought for my refund, they gave it 30 more minutes.

            All the plastic spares / accessories used to support / fixing and assembling the parts of shoe racks has been broken and now its all garbage laying idle, kindly provide the service and spares to replace.

On 20/5 /16 it was found a big crack in leg and sitting place .There is no email for complaint in nilkamal. We specifically bought nilkamal chair as we thought it was a quality product but we ae disappointed as it lasts for one day. We want replacement for thiis defective chair

                  5 years of warranty and within one year my mattrezz is out of shape.
                  Its been one month now that a complaint is been given and still only following and waiting for a solution.
                  No one is ready to take the responsibility of the issue and solve the query. Purchaed the product from @home hyderabad.very bad after sales and bad customer service.planning for a product be prepared for follow up exercise.

                    I bought a sofa from @home amanora. Maria 3+2 seater on 8th December and the sofa came damaged it has a big hole behind the 3 seater sofa. I bought the sofa for 52395 and the sofa is not been replaced yet. I did not like the services provided and I still have the same damaged sofa. Requesting you to please do something about this

                      I have purchased two mattresses on 6th DECEMBER 2015 and received delivery on 9th december 2015 from New famous furnishings shop no 157B & 3 Anjariya sadan, L B S road ghatkopar west Mumbai 400086 Nilkamal make type -prem Size - 4* 6 feet each for Rs 10600 with its cover. But one of mattress having hard bubble at two place. I complaint to dealer. He said company want photo of hard bubble, but bubble can feel it is not visible on camera.

                        This is to being into everyone notice “Gunda” & “Mafia” sort of franchisee your company have. I have visited Nilkamal Franchisee – SHUBH DÉCOR, Plot No. 1, Opp Deep Petrol Pump, Dhani Chowk, V.P.O Wazirabad, Pin – 122002 (Gurgaon) on Sep 4th, 2015 to look for some boom shelves. It was not available for display and Deepak Sharma shared the catalogue and assured that material will be available tomorrow. I came back again on Sep 5th, 2015 and he assured material is available and we along with book shelve selected 2-3 other items and negotiated the price for all 5 items and paid advance for it also. Later Deepak Sharma called and told that fasteners for book shelves are not available & will be available by Wednesday, to which I agreed. It didn’t come on Wednesday in spite of repeated follow-ups. I again escalated the matter through Deepak Sharma on Thursday and somebody from Nilkamal assured that material will be delivered by 06.00PM Friday. It didn’t reach Friday also. I escalated the matter further to owner of franchise. Today morning I again did follow up call to franchise owner, he all of sudden started using abusive language for me in Hindi. He even threatened me to put me in jail if I call him again and threatened me not to write to Nilkamal on Facebook & social media. Now this is the question to all senior management of Nilkamal – 1. Do you check social background of your franchisee or just concerned about money. 2. Do you really need to sell furniture if you have this sort of “Gunda” & “Mafia” franchisee who can easily earn money for Nilkamal by threatening people? Do you really think Gurgaon dwellers go to Nilkamal franchisee after this case when ample of other options are available in market? Please make sure after this, your franchisee doesn’t harm me & my family otherwise I will go to police against both Nilkamal & Franchisee. Deepak Jain [protected]

                            The Bed and Mattress purchased costing nearly 1 Lakhs + are not looking worth being paid and this is very disappointing that Nilkamal is not maintaining its quality and it looks like cheating its customers.

                            The complaints made locally are not being addressed. This is very annoying and highly insane.

                            Need immediate attention and action to reach out to us and set things right.

                                Hi, I have bought a sofa in March 2015 in 'At Home furniture - Madhapur store'and the arm rest is broken in 1st week of may. I had been complaining since then and they took the sofa for repair in 1st week of june and they didnot return the sofa yet. It is already 3rd week of june. I paid 50K for that sofa thinking that your's its a good brand. But it is wrong. I will never buy any product in that store again. Local vendors are far better than them in both Quality and Service. Please return my sofa or take back your sofa and give me back my money

                                      I Have purchase furniture worth Rs. 136951/- from company shop nashik. Apart from company charges they have taken Rs. 1900 extra Initial during purchasing they were promises temporary to dispatch furniture during marriage time . after marriage it will be dispatch at appropriate place free of cost (with in nashik jurisdiction). but both time they have charges amount marriage day they were asked Rs. 1300/- I have paid Rs. 1000/- due to various reasons . After marriage again they have charged Rs.900/- for delivery. During Purchases delivery will be free of charge. All the payment made before two months. because they told 31/03/2015 closing so myself have to pay all mounts. Accordingly I have paid all amount on 26/03/2015. but Shopkeeper Manager asked me above paid amount. They have turnabout earlier promises. 1. Kindly let me know shall these extra payment as per company policy?.2. Who should held responsible for horrible acting of shop keeper staff? 3. Mental harassment cause during my daughter marriage ceremonial who is responsible for this ? 4. for Any service where I should Approached? Let me know details of it 5. Kindly Refund extra charges .                                         substandard product given as per invoice no [protected] dtd 27.05.2014(s.o no 368179) A defective and substandard product was given to us as per the above order. This was a replacement order as my original product (Invoice no [protected] dtd 13.08.2013 s.o No 312831) was badly damaged during transportation when it was taken for minor repair. The current product has changed its shade and tearing and completely worn out. Your service people are not cooperating and have given exorbitant estimate. This is highly unjustified as it is a quality issue and don't expect such a product from brand like nilakamal.It's been 4 days and nobody has responded on their mail id([protected]@at-home.co.in)
