Irresponsible dealer

Regarding office chair backrest broken.

Delay in supply of material and no response from the company

Damaged carpet

We bought a carpet in July 2014 worth of Rs.6, 500. We noticed the thread is started coming out within a day. And we didnt took it as an issue. And recently it is started coming out as a bunch.
