Hi,
I have a credit note of around INR 30, 000, which i wanted to redeem against office furniture ( 12 chairs @ 8k-10k). And it has been more than a month now that your branch in Hyderabad is not able to assist. I have made more than ten visits to the branch, sequence of events:
i. PPT with details of chairs available in inventory was shared with me to shortlist.
ii. I short listed 5 models and i was told sample chairs will be sent to office to decide, but never happened.
iii. On enquiry they asked me to visit the banjara hills store, i went there to find that store in charge is clueless about what i ws talking and i was asked to visit the Hi-tech city branch.
PLEASE NOTE I HAD INFORMED THEM I LIVE IN HOTECH CITY
iv. I came to Hi tech city branch and no one to attend, after couple of calls i had someone to listen to me. Not all of the shorlisted were in display; the system showed that request for display was entered but not processed.
v. After a day I was again called to visit hi-tech city centre to see all 5 short listed model of office chairs, i came to the outlet to realise that it was not the case. And the concern person was rude and said cant do anything, and that he cant help me. I asked him in such case refund my cash...he says cant...
vi. Also note we had two years back purchased 70 odd chairs from Nilkamal, and it was to have uniformity i approached to buy additional 12 chairs. Also there has been complains pending to attend, as the chairs purchased have given away and broken.
I want refund of INR 29239, which is under Document Number [protected].
Look forward for action.

i purchased nilkamal computer chair in kurnool, i detected one of the arm damaged. I asked about this dealer, he is not responding
