I had placed an order for three products of Nilkamal on 2nd may 2015, with your registered dealer - SPR Distributors in chennai.However, only one product was available at the time of purchase and the cost of the other two was billed, showing pending status. The product was promised to be available by 6th May, but when contacted, the dealer said that the product was yet to come and promised to get it by 11th May. When contacted on 11th May, the dealer seems to be out of station. This irresponsible dealer is wasting my time where I have to chase him regarding the products. It has already been 10 days since I paid for the products, I request you to take action against this erring dealer and deliver my products early. I am attaching a copy of the bill.

As my office chair back rest has been broken as i had submitted an complaint on dt[protected] as my complaint number is[protected] twice my chair has been inspected by their representative an has taken photos of the broken part of the chair. Hope so early n favourable reply n repaired as early as possible.Thanks

              Madam/Sir, I have purchased a pair of chair from D mart Panvel, Maharashtra last year which is a Weekender Chair. However the quality of the chair is too bad and today one of its leg has broken. I feel that when a consumer purchases a branded item and that too a costly item it is with an expectation that it will last long. However, I am not satisfied with the performance of the weekender chair. I do not have the bill as no consumer expects that the chairs will break. Can I expect a replacement of the chair.                     Hi, I had purchased 2 dining tables and 4 chairs on 9th Feb at 8.00pm(approx) in mega sale(60% off) from your exclusive showroom in Bareilly(U.P) and booked 3rd dining table and when reached today morning around 10am, store manager(Mr.Gaurav Arora) refused to sold that table because his SENIOR NILKAMAL employee(MR.Chopra) booked it for his relative who will be viewing this in evening.He also said if his relative will refuse to purchase this then we will give it to you.                       We bought 2 nos of NILKAMAL NS09 BLACK NOVEL CHAIRS through Snapdeal.com in the month of October 2014 vide invoice no.82AO88/14-15/4591 @ Rs.1445/- each. Unfortunately today after noon when my daughter try to sit on the chair it has broken and her hand got severely sprained. When we contacted Snapdeal they ask us contact Nilkamal directly that is the reason we are submitting this complaint so kindly exchange the broken with new one and do the needful. Thanks&Regards, A.                       So far nothing has happened neither Snap Deal or Nilkamal not resolved this issue, if they not sorted out this issue

                      shortly only option is to handle legally and claim for the damage of the chair and my daughter injury.

                        This is to inform you that we have purchased above attached mattress on 25/6/2013 and the invoice no-[protected]. Since there was a problem with the mattress we called Nishant # [protected] and he sent 1 person to check the mattress and your person said this needs to be changed as the mattress in the spring is hurting badly and is uncomfortable to sleep on. As a big brand we expect you to give us a replacement for the same with another soft mattress as committed in the warranty, also just for your reference we purchased the mattress from your ex employer – Saurabh Batra.                             We bought a carpet in July 2014 worth of Rs.6, 500. We noticed the thread is started coming out within a day. And we didnt took it as an issue. And recently it is started coming out as a bunch. We complained to the branch in oct 2014. They rejected our complaints as it crossed the 14 days exchange limit policy. Now we cant use the carpet as it is not in the using condition. It is surprising for me that the reputed company didnt took any responsibility for their product issue. The store manager is also not co-operative. we are highly dissatisfied with @home. Give me a solution. Now I keep the bills and photographs of the carpet.

                                  Hi, I have a credit note of around INR 30, 000, which i wanted to redeem against office furniture ( 12 chairs @ 8k-10k). And it has been more than a month now that your branch in Hyderabad is not able to assist. I have made more than ten visits to the branch, sequence of events: i. PPT with details of chairs available in inventory was shared with me to shortlist. ii. I short listed 5 models and i was told sample chairs will be sent to office to decide, but never happened. iii. On enquiry they asked me to visit the banjara hills store, i went there to find that store in charge is clueless about what i ws talking and i was asked to visit the Hi-tech city branch. PLEASE NOTE I HAD INFORMED THEM I LIVE IN HOTECH CITY iv. I came to Hi tech city branch and no one to attend, after couple of calls i had someone to listen to me. Not all of the shorlisted were in display; the system showed that request for display was entered but not processed. v. After a day I was again called to visit hi-tech city centre to see all 5 short listed model of office chairs, i came to the outlet to realise that it was not the case. And the concern person was rude and said cant do anything, and that he cant help me. I asked him in such case refund my cash...he says cant... vi. Also note we had two years back purchased 70 odd chairs from Nilkamal, and it was to have uniformity i approached to buy additional 12 chairs. Also there has been complains pending to attend, as the chairs purchased have given away and broken. I want refund of INR 29239, which is under Document Number [protected]. Look forward for action.                                       Good Day, My Customer code is 114124. My Sofa is getting completely damaged. The bottom and the back sides are just tearing off. It seems like old stock or very poor quality for an expensive 50K sofa. Please find attached photos. Very disappointed with Nilkamal.
