I have ordered nilkamal mattress under design 'monarch' from vaishnavi handloom, indira market, sec 27, noida
Each mattress is worth rs.25, 000.
The size that i ordered is 75*72. But, those turn out to be big.
Now, i want to exchange the mattress for size 75*70 size, but the dealer has refused to return and when i sent the email to nilkamal, they said they dont have exchange policy.
I even requested them to take these mattress in the company outlet and give us our desired size by cutting the mattress.
They have refused for the same.
Every mattress company has an exchange policy, but nilkamal made fool o[censored]s. Neither the dealer nor the nilkamal has sent any person to measure the size of the mattress.
Please help.
The mattress are in the similar condition as we received.

Yes, These Nilkamal after service is pathetic. Drag them to social media we will boycott their product. Never buy any items. One they are expensive and when talk about their service they are unethical even there staff too whose do not respond on mails too.
Hi,
I have purchased four Nilkamal chairs from Amazon on 03rd May 2019.
After some days when I open plastic cover of Chair, one chair is showing one crack.
This I want to replace this chair as this is under warranty of six months.
So please arrange for the replacement.

    It has been more than 1 year i have told my area sales officer for setlement of my direct dealership of nilkamal matress and till now i have not got any positive response from him

    I request all to never buy any nilkamal products because they will not hear any complaint or request once you bought it.

    Only the name NILKAMAL is big please don't buy anything from nilkamal

    They are not giving service to dealer how they will give service to customer don't know.

    We had purchased a plastic chair recently. Hardly 2months back, and today 2 of the chair legs broke and i fell down.
    This accident could have caused major complication as i am a SLIP Disc patient. Recently recovered from complete bed rest.
    Really disappointed with this kind of quality from Nilkamal.

      I had very poor experience with Nilkamal and its store and no action has been done until now.

      on 10th February, I purchased queen size Monarch bed, and mattresses of Nilkamal from one of the Nilkamal authorized store in gurgaon sector 52, Wazirabad . (reciept attached).

      Delivery happened at home(Palam vihar, gurgaon) on 11th Feb. late evening, during the installation the bed was broken, which shows its poor quality material.

      When he uncovered the stuff to install bed, that had lot of scratches, during installation it broke from 2 side (images attached).

      Immediately I took pictures of poor quality bed and inform the person(Gagan) who have sold that to me at the store (Nilkamal furniture Ideas, gurgaon, sector-52, Wazirabad) in the night itself.

      Then Next day I went to store to tell them I dont need this kind of stuff from Nilkamal and asked for return.

      Store manager said that I will let you know the return procedure, but they never came back.

      I have to visit store again to check whats the update on refund procedure and please get your stuff (bed/matresses) back, they said that we will let you know over phone.

      I have received a message from Gagan on 19th feb., 2019 that please provide your account details and we will revert your money within 10-12 days. same day i have provided my account details to them. Also over phone Gagan said first we will return money to you and then we get the stuff back from your home.

      but still no return has been processed. I spoke to Gagan again and again. but no action until now.

      can somebody help to take action against "Nilkamal furniture ideas,

        Dear sir
        I purchased nilkamal sunday chairs (6 nos) from amazon on 12.10.18.
        Order ref - #[protected]
        Sold by - sit well
        The product is having 1 year warranty

        After 15 days of purchase purchase i was badly hurt when one of the chairs i was sitting on broke down and i was badly hurt.

        I purchased chair as i had faith in quality of nilkamal but i am surprised and shocked and afraid of sitting on other chairs.

        It was neither overweight / leaning problem, it just broke down.

        I am not sure this is original product of nilkamal or duplicate which certainly needs to be checked and corrective action be taken.

        It is requested to kindly look into the matter and take necessary action,

          Hi there,

          This is regarding sku code: istratusdset14blk. We brought it in march 2016 believing in the neelkamal, however within couple of months the thin rod @ the back started to break. We took it to the local vendor and fixed it.

          Now one good morning while having breakfast, the chair broke & sprained my back. This is ridiculous, after inspection i saw the chairs are only half welded. This is disgusting, though it has been 2.5 years i don't feel this is the type of quality you are providing and i am not even 70 kgs...

          It's not good looking at your only 9% complaints been resolved. I hope there would be a quick response from your side. Its really difficult to sit on the chair with a peace of mind, there is always a fear of the chair breaking.

          Will wait for your response, else will find a way to escalate the issue further been health hazardous. Photos attached*

            Hello,

            I have ordered this @home bed on 19/06/2018. The bed paint was gone most of the place and also the plastic loops given for the pipes on the headboard was not fitting.

            After several calls and email, they took back the bed and bought it back after painting. But though the painting was not done properly, still i kept took it.

            Plastic loop issue was still not resolved. They took the old plastic loops and assured that they will courier the new one in 15 day through courier but nothing came back. I tried calling them and they assure of back and they never do it.

            After sending several email, they finally responded saying you will receive it in 7 days. But its almost 3 weeks now and no response.

                We bought nilkamal mattress few months ago by seeing the display mattress on saravana stores. Mattress that we got is like a stone. We thought after few days o[censored]sage the hardness will be gone and it will be comfortable to use. But no improvement at all. It is like sleeping on a hard rock stone, when i backtracked the reason for my sudden back pain, i got to know it's because of this. Please call me soon. I want the refund of my money or at the least i want to exchange it with a good mattress. I tried reaching today, but seems like office is closed.

                    I bought two mattress from Hindustan furnishing.at waidhan disstt.Singrauli.(M.P) in 14/08/17, out of this one mattress is defected manufactured, since starting.
                    Issue with the one mattress is one side it's getting down/depression, I complaint to my seller but no response.
                    I bought it seeing the brand, but didn't think it would be of such a poor quality.

                      Dear sir/madam,

                      We had purchased a jar which was already damaged while it was on display.
                      But the store manager mr. Darshith changed the jar which was slightly cracked.
                      Further when we took the product home and witnessed the small crack in the jar hole which then broke into two. The image is attached in this mail.
                      But the store manager is not ready to place an exchange on the product saying it is out of stock and cannot be exchanged.

                      We would demand a replacement for the product or anything else in exchange.

                      Kindly reply so as we can have our product and hopefully waiting for your reply.

                        Felt cheated as sold the bed at @home, nikamal showroom elante, chandigarh saying to be made of solid wood. When received found opened in bad condition with paper pasting went out of side and box boards. Bolt of bed found not in the cartage box, seems of have provided the used one.
                        On complaint had accomodated for replacement but promised to deliver other one on 1st sept and till date have not. Reason given have technical issue of invoice not generated, wl let u know.
                        Complete harrasment. Customer care also just sent one liner for inconvenience but didn't turned up.

                              We from sanrit hotel margao, goa have placed a order of 100 chairs of novella 09 model and done a full payment of ₹110000/- to sbs marketing enterprises. Amol sapre and rupesh patil were informed about the same. For the last 10 days+ after payment we are given all sort of excuses about the dispatch either heavy rains or about mumbai strike. Amol infact said he is going to deliver the chairs today i. E 27th july 2018 any how he even said he will send it by his own vehicle. But rupesh has a different story that the vehicle hasn't been dispatched yet.
                              A total unprofessional approach we see in this. If the delivery cannot be given in time kindly arrange to refund our entire money at the earliest as we would like to cancel the order with you'll.

                                This is with reference to your Invoice No. [protected]. I have received a damaged / broken mirror door with the Freedom Wardrobe I have ordered through Pepperfry. I have already raised a complaint earlier for which I received a call from[protected]. I was asked to send the picture of the broken merchanise on your email id [protected]@mail.buildabazaar.ooo. Unfortunately the mail has bouced. Kindly let me know what to do now. Its very frustrating to wait for a proper response after making the payment almost 20 days ago.                                   We bought 2 nilkamal chairs from dmart chennai, two weeks back. Once we started using it, one chair broke just by sitting on the chair. Very poor quality, total waste of money.. We bought it seeing the brand, but didn't think it would be of such a poor quality, don't know when the other chair is going to break.

                                  If you really understand customers problem kindly replace both the chairs

I complaint to my seller he said that he lodge a complaint but still no one is consult to replace that one defected chair. Bad experience with nilkamal product even most of furniture is also nilkamal brand in my house. So kindly look into the matter seriously.
