I had very poor experience with Nilkamal and its store and no action has been done until now.
on 10th February, I purchased queen size Monarch bed, and mattresses of Nilkamal from one of the Nilkamal authorized store in gurgaon sector 52, Wazirabad . (reciept attached).
Delivery happened at home(Palam vihar, gurgaon) on 11th Feb. late evening, during the installation the bed was broken, which shows its poor quality material.
When he uncovered the stuff to install bed, that had lot of scratches, during installation it broke from 2 side (images attached).
Immediately I took pictures of poor quality bed and inform the person(Gagan) who have sold that to me at the store (Nilkamal furniture Ideas, gurgaon, sector-52, Wazirabad) in the night itself.
Then Next day I went to store to tell them I dont need this kind of stuff from Nilkamal and asked for return.
Store manager said that I will let you know the return procedure, but they never came back.
I have to visit store again to check whats the update on refund procedure and please get your stuff (bed/matresses) back, they said that we will let you know over phone.
I have received a message from Gagan on 19th feb., 2019 that please provide your account details and we will revert your money within 10-12 days. same day i have provided my account details to them. Also over phone Gagan said first we will return money to you and then we get the stuff back from your home.
but still no return has been processed. I spoke to Gagan again and again. but no action until now.
can somebody help to take action against "Nilkamal furniture ideas,

Nilkamal customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
I have purchased four Nilkamal chairs from Amazon on 03rd May 2019.
After some days when I open plastic cover of Chair, one chair is showing one crack.
This I want to replace this chair as this is under warranty of six months.
So please arrange for the replacement.
